Since Japanese government took reformative measures of public investment in the period of 2000s, this paper investigates how the economic effects of public investments has improved in the period of 2000s. The empirical findings do not show that the output elasticity with respect to public capital has been higher in the 2000s than that of 1990s. Rather, some output elasticity estimates for 2000s has lowered after the advent of year 2000. In addition, the impact of public capital on the productivity of private capital has not improved in the 2000s compared with that of 1990s in Japan. Another major finding shows that the crowding-out effect of public investment has been stronger in the 2000s than before. Those findings imply that the reforms done by Japanese government in the 2000s regarding public investment do not spread out into the private aggregate production and investment.

In this paper, we examined receiving parameters of IMT-2000 receiving system and also analyzed them through simulation based on the minimum specification of DCS and PCS mobile station. As a result of simulation, noise figure which is the parameter of specification of the receiving sensitivity is 7.21dB, 6.03dB, and 7.89dB in case of DCS, PCS and IMT-2000 respectively. Therefore we found the receiving sensitivity of IMT-2000 mobile station lower than that of DCS and PCS.

In this paper, we develop a framework for identifying the quality of service(QoS) and network performance (NP) in the IMT-2000 services, and analyze the QoS/NP system in the 3GPP IMT-2000 services. Based on the ITU-T E.800, the QoS is classified into customer, technical, contents, telecommunications quality, and internet communication quality, and the NP consists of the service access/transmission, reliability/operating & maintenance, charging performance, and mobility management performance. Under the basic framework, the major parameters in the IMT-2000 services are identified for each QoS/NP criterion. The QoS framework in the IMT-2000 user aspects is also introduced to determine the major QoS parameters. Finally, to define the performance factors of the network elements in the NP system, the various control parameters for the wireless and core networks are presented.

Incoterms are standard trade terms most commonly used in international sales contracts. ICC have updated six times to keep pace with current international trade practices. Amendments and additions were made in 1953,1967,1976,1980,1990 and presently in 2000. ICC is currently revising Incoterms 2000. The new edition, Incoterms 2010, is expected to enter into force on 1 January 2011. In this paper, I reviewed the present conditions of trade terms and the problems of Incoterms 2000 in our country. I hope this paper to contribute to revising works of Incoterms by reference of above mentioned contents, that is to say, ship's rail, expansion of seller's risk liability of FOB,CFR,CIF.

The purposes of this study are firstly to considered nudism of the sociocultural context, secondly to consider the cultural meaning of the nudism fashion expressed in the 2000's and thirdly to clarify formative characteristics of nudism fashion style in the 2000's. For these purposes, documentary studies about nudism in social science and psychology were analyzed and then objective studies with fashion magazine after the 2000 and clothes released at various collections were performed for studies about nudism fashion in the 2000's. The results of this study were as follows: 1. Nudism of the sociocultural context was divided into Naturalism, Counteracting culture, Eroticism and Narcissism. 2. Fashion, influenced by nudism, tended to express the beauty which emphasizes the functional aspects of nude and includes the decorative characters. 3. Nudism in the 2000’s fashion was summarized as Eroticism nudism fashion, Primitivism nudism fashion and Futurism nudism fashion.

This research purpose to investigate aspect of reading movement and readers' interest in the period of 2000's, This is succession research that is the Japanese Occupation Period, after release, the 1950s, the 1960s, the 1970s, 1980s, 1990s. Through such series, namly, reading phenomenon analyzing comparison, is to find present address of reading popularization movement and reading education. In main discourse, First, investigated reading movement, in the period of 2000's(1. the reading movement of library and public institution, 2. the reading movement of bookstore and medium, and several organization's, 3. student reading movement and school reading education). Second, readers' interest observed in the period of 2000's.(1. ordinary readers' interest, 2. student readers' interest). If we correct judgment about reading phenomenon from now. It will be foundation that unfold reading education more effectively.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to find out the changing pattern of drug or foreign body ingestion between 1990s and 2000s in Wonju Christian Hospital, which is located in one of the most rapidly urbanizing cities in Korea. Methods : We retrospectively reviewed the medical records of patients with acute drug intoxication and foreign body ingestion from January 1991 to December 1994 and from January 2001 to December 2004. We performed clinical analysis and compared the results of the 1990s and 2000s. Results : There were 43 cases of acute drug intoxication in the 1990s, and 35 cases in the 2000s. Foreign body ingestion was 47 cases in the 1990s and 22 cases in the 2000s. The ingested foreign bodies were chiefly coins (46.8 percent), Weiqi chips (14.9 percent), plastic toys (6.4 percent) and others (31.9 percent) in the 1990s. In the 2000s, others (58.2 percent) were the most commonly ingested foreign body with mercury batteries (23.8 percent), nails (9 percent), pins (9 percent) following. The most common cause of drug intoxication was medical drugs (37.2 percent) others (23.2 percent), agricultural agents (13.9 percent), carbon monoxide (11.6 percent), rodenticide (9.3 percent), insecticide (9.3 percent) in the 1990s. In the 2000s the most common causes were others (34.3 percent), medical drug (31.4 percent), agriculture agents (20 percent), detergent (11.4 percent), insecticide (2.9 percent) and carbon monoxide (2.9 percent). The highest incidence age group was the 1-3 year old group, both in acute drug intoxication and foreign body ingestion. There were no changes in the incidence age group between the 1990s and the 2000s. Conclusion : There were some significant changes in the cause of acute drug intoxication and foreign body ingestion between the 1990s and 2000s. New education programs for preventing acute drug intoxication and foreign body ingestion are important and necessary.

Users location management and handoff management is constructed more effective for giving satisfaction to QoS of multimedia service in Mobility network. For this, We have the HLR of IMT-2000, difference of the HLR of PCS, and connectivity Artificial Intelligent network and to provide data service of packet that is analyze to effect on the HLR. We have a study on effective for satisfaction of QoS, that is the VHE of full concepts for provide of service in the IMT-2000, packet data service for internet connectivity, for satisfaction of QoS on basis mobility network technologies of the 2nd generation.

In this research, we aim to analyze the trend of Huawei's PCT patent applications. As a result of analyzing Huawei's PCT patents by dividing temporal spans into three periods - the early 2000s, the late 2000s, and the early 2010s -, the following characteristics have been observed. First, the number of PCT patent applications has conspicuously increased from the early 2000s to the late 2000s and this trend has continued during the early 2010s. Second, in terms of a core technological field, whereas Huawei focused on the development of technologies in the 'H04L: transmission of digital information' sector during the early/late 2000s, it changed this field to the 'H04W: wireless communication networks' sector during the early 2010s. Lastly, in the case of the patent maps, it was found that while general communications technologies, as expressed with such keywords as 'user' and 'network,' were actively developed during the early/late 2000s, mobile phone-related technologies grasped this leading position, as shown with the keywords including 'user equipment,' 'base station,' and 'MME,' during the early 2010s. It was also noticeable that Huawei filed LTE-related patent applications more actively than Apple and Samsung Electronics, which implies that it will presumably pioneer the global market more aggressively than its competitors in the future.

This paper is an interference analysis from S-DAB(Satellite-Digital Audio Broadcasting) into terrestrial IMT-2000 systems intending to use the band 2630-2 655 MHz and that could be used to determine the impact of S­DAB on terrestrial IMT-2000 in the context of co-frequency sharing through the development of pfd masks.
