Growth of Pacific oystey, Crassostrea gigas, in Kamak Bay, Korea was modeled using Von Bertalanffy growth function, seasonal Von Bertalanffy growth function and generalized growth equation of Schnute and Richards' growth model, based on shell length and wet weight frequency data of 9208 oysters. Carrying capacity in the oyster culture ground was also estimated using Schaefer's and Fox's surplus production model. The present results suggest that the generalized growth equation of Schnute and Richards' model is fitter to describe the length growth pattern of C. gigas than Von Bertalanffy growth functions. This results also suggest that the current number of culture facility per unit area in 2000 is similar to the number of facility that produces the maximum production of oyster per unit area.

The aim of this study is to compare relative efficiency Korean and Japanese construction firms over the period of 2000-2013, and to analysis relative efficiency using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). This study employs DEA in analyzing of 7 Korean construction firms and 8 Japanese construction firms using 2 input and 1 output variables. The efficiency results of this study is temporarily lowered due to IT Bubble Decay and Global Financial Crisis. The efficiency of Korean construction firms from 2000-2001 is lower Japanese construction firms, but the efficiency of Korean construction firms from 2002-2013 is higher Japanese construction firms. These results mean that the management of Korean construction firms were operating more efficiently than Japanese construction firms.

2010 eruption of Eyjafjallajokull volcano in Iceland and 2011 Shinmoedake's eruption in Japan evoked concerns from researchers for the possibility of explosion of Baekdusan volcano after long dormancy (repose period). National Emergency Management Administration has tried to evaluate the vulnerability of volcanic disaster and to prepare response to the potential risk and to mitigate the damages from the volcanic eruption, but a few studies have focused on the activities of Baekdusan. This study aims to clarify what the criteria between dormant volcano and active volcano based on geomorphologists' and geologists' researches. Volcanic experts have made a criterion of activeness such as the evidence of volcanic eruption within 10,000 year before present. More rigorous criterion which was made in 1991 by Japanese Meteorological Administration was 2000 years B.P. Both Baekdusan and Hallasan satisfy two criteria, so it is necessary for us to monitor the activity of both volcanoes and to reflect the facts into the curriculum.

This study examines how the long-run relations between housing price and inflation in the United Sates have changed since the year of 2000. Johansen co-integration test, estimation of long-run equilibrium equation, and Granger causality tests are conducted, based on the VECM. Data covers the period from the first quarter of 1975 to the second quarter of 2010. I adopt the recursive estimation method in which the final period of the estimation is expanded by one quarter, starting from the first quarter of 2000. The empirical results are as follows: (1) In spite of the sharp increase of housing price, the long-run relationship of house prices and inflation has been remained stable until 2007, showing that house prices are a stable inflation hedge in the long run. (2) The housing price plunge since 1997 does not seem to be related to the restore of the long-run relationship between housing prices and inflation. (3) Granger causality test results support the hypothesis that inflation granger-causes housing prices with 10% significance level, but reject the hypothesis that housing price granger-causes inflation.

This study was performed in order to obtain basic data of macrobenthic community in continental shelf exclusive economic zone (EEZ), before sand excavation. The species number of macrozoobenthos was 157, mean density was 2,529 ind./$m^2$ and mean biomass was 231.8 $g/m^2$ in November, 2000. The species number of macrozoobenthos was 179, mean density was 3,773 ind./$m^2$ and mean biomass was 391.2$g/m^2$ in February, 2001. Dominant species were Ampelisca sp. and Photis sp. in amphipods, Ophiactis branchygenys in ophiuroids and Nothria sp. and Eunice sp. in polychaetes. In the proportion of feeding types of macrobenthos, surface deposit feeders were most dominant feeding group, and followed by carnivores, subsurface deposit feeders, and filter feeders. Species diversity index (H') was high ranging from 2.5 to 3.5 at most sites.

This study was carried out to evaluate annual growth of fairy ring of Tricholoma matsutake. The edge growth of active mycelial zone of fairy ring during $1999{\sim}2000$ and the distance between sporocarp-fruiting positions of four years ($1997{\sim}2000$) and the edge of fairy ring of 2000 were measured. The fairy ring of T. matsutake moved outward about 11.3 cm annually ($1999{\sim}2000$) in the 65 years old P. densiflora stand, and the growth was coincided with the average distance of sporocarp-fruiting positions for four years ($1997{\sim}2000$). In addition, the sporocarp-fruiting positions were about 13.8 cm apart from the edge of active mycelial zone in year of 2000. Therefore, the sporocarp-fruiting position in this year was within the mycelial region one year ago. It is strongly recommended that the sporocarp of T. matsutake should be harvested apart about 50 cm from sporocarp in order to protect the fairy ring.

This study analyzed the trends in home economics education research using the language network analysis method, focusing on papers published in the KCI list for 20 years from 2000 to 2019. A total of 501 home economics education papers analyzed through word cloud, centrality analysis, and topic modeling using NetMiner 4.4, and the results are as follows. First, the number of papers in home economics education published in the KCI listing increased gradually to 186 in the 2000s and 315 in the 2010s. The academic journals in which home economics education papers were published have been diversified to 16 in the 2000s and 22 in the 2010s. 60% of all papers were published in the 'Journal of Korean Home Economics Education Association', and since 2018, the number of papers published in the 'Journal of Learner-Centered Curriculum and Instruction' has increased dramatically. Second, in the 2000s and 2010s, home economics education studies published in KCI were categorized into home economics education content analysis, home economics educational program development & application, curriculum analysis, perception survey & direction exploration. In the 2000s, 'Home Economics Teacher' appeared as the main keyword, and a lot of perception survey & direction exploration were conducted. Relatively, the influence of 'development' increased in the 2010s, and many studies were conducted to analyze home economics education contents and develop and apply home economics programs. This study has significance in that it analyzed the research trend of HEE by expanding the analysis target and analysis period of the existing studies.

우리 나라에서는 IMT-2000 상용서비스를 2002년에 제공할 것을 추진하고 있다. 따라서 국내 이동통신 장비업체들은 IMT-2000 시스템 개발에 더욱 박차를 가하고 있다. 국내에 구축되는 IMT-2000 시스템에는 비동기 시스템이 포함될 것이며, IMT-2000 서비스에서 제공하고자 하는 멀티미디어 통신이 범 세계적으로 가능하기 위해선 모든 관련 장비가 정확히 구현되어야 한다. 그래서 본 고에서는 우선, 비동기 방식인 WCDMA 단말기가 정확히 구현되었는지를 확인하기 위해서 WCDMA 단말기의 기능 및 성능평가를 위한 시험 요구사항에 대하여 분석하였다.
