2-Amino-2-Methyl-1-Propanol이 용해한 극성 용매에서 이산화탄소의 흡수 (Absorption of Carbon Dioxide into Polar Solvents of 2-Amino-2-Methyl-1-Propanol)

  • 평판형 교반기를 사용하여 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol(AMP)가 용해된 methanol, ethanol, n-propanol, n-butanol, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, 및 propylene carbonate와 같은 극성 용매에서 이산화탄소($CO_2$)의 흡수속도를 측정하였다. $CO_2$의 흡수속도와 carbamate 생성 반응 메커니즘을 사용하여 기-액 불균일반응계의 빠른 반응영역에서 $CO_2$-AMP의 반응속도론을 해석하였으며 용매의 용해도 매개변수와 반응속도상수와의 상관관계를 제시하였다.

  • The reaction rate of $CO_2$ with 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol (AMP), MEA monoethanolamine(MEA) and diethanolamine (DEA) in aqueous solutions has been determined using a stirred vessel with a plane gas-liquid interface over a wide range of concentrations of amines at different temperatures. The results show that the overall reaction rate is first order with respect to both $CO_2$ and amine. The reaction rate constant varies with temperature according to the relationship which agrees with the experimental data. The proposed interpretation is that the kinetic rate determining step is a reaction of $CO_2$ with amine to form carbamic acid which is then totally and immediately ionized.

  • Carbon dioxide was absorbed into the aqueous nanometer sized colloidal silica solution of 0-31 wt% and 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol of $0-2kmol/m^3$ in a flat-stirred vessel with the impeller of various sizes and speeds at $25^{\circ}C$ and 0.101 MPa to measure the absorption rate of $CO_2$. The volumetric liquid-side mass transfer coefficient$(k_La)\;of\;CO_2$ was used to obtain the empirical correlation formula containing the rheological behavior of the aqueous colloidal silica solution. Reduction of the measured $k_La$ was explained by the viscoelastic properties of the aqueous colloidal silica solution. The theoretical value of the absorption rate of $CO_2$ was estimated from the model based on the film theory accompanied by chemical reaction and compared with the measured value.

흑마늘와인 제조과정 중 숙성칩의 종류에 따른 향기성분 변화 (Change in Flavor Components of Black-fermented Garlic Wine according to the Type of Chips during the Manufacturing Process)

  • 흑마늘을 이용하여 와인을 제조해보고 숙성 칩의 종류에 따른 향기 성분의 변화를 조사하였다. 흑마늘 와인을 제조한 후, 저장 조건으로 미국산 칩과 프랑스산 칩을 이용하여 3개월간 $10^{\circ}C$에서 숙성하여 흑마늘 와인을 완성하였다. 향기 성분을 분석을 위하여 GC/MS를 이용하였다. 미국산 칩을 사용한 경우 주요 향기성분으로 2-methyl-1-propanol, 3-methyl-1-butanol, 2-methyl-1-butanol, acetaldehyde, butanoic acid, octanoic acid, 1,1-diethoxyethane, allyl methyl sulfide가 검출되었다. 프랑스산 칩을 사용한 경우에는 1-propanol, 2-methyl-1-propanol, 3-methyl-1-butanol, acetaldehyde, acetic acid, propanoic acid, butanoic acid, octanoic acid, 2-heptanone, 1,1-diethoxyethane, N-amino32-hydroxypropanamidate, n-butylamine, chloroacetonitrile, allyl methyl sulfide가 주요성분으로 검출되었다. 미국산 칩을 사용한 와인에서 과일향성분인 n-propylacetate, butanoic acid, octanoic acid가 상대적으로 높게 검출되었고, 흑마늘에서 기인된 allyl methyl sulfide는 미국산 칩을 사용한 경우에서만 검출이 되었다. Acetic acid는 프랑스산 칩을 이용한 경우에만 검출되었다.

Effect of elasticity of aqueous xanthan gum solution with 2-amino-methyl-1-propanol on chemical absorption of carbon dioxide

  • Absorption rate of carbon dioxide was measured in the aqueous xanthan gum (XG) solution in the range of 0-0.15 wt% containing 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol (AMP) of $0-2\;kmol/m^3$ in a flat-stirred vessel with an impeller of 0.05m and agitation speed of 50rpm at $25^{\circ}C$ and 0.101 MPa. The volumetric liquid-side mass transfer coefficient ($k_La$) of $CO_2$, which was correlated with the viscosity and the elastic behavior of XG solution containing Deborah number as an empirical formula, was used to estimate the chemical absorption rate of $CO_2\;(R_A)$. $R_A$, which was estimated by mass transfer mechanism based on the film theory using the physicochemical properties and the kinetics of reaction between $CO_2$ and AMP, was compared with the measured rate. The aqueous XG solution with elastic property of non-Newtonian liquid made $R_A$ increased compared with Newtonian liquid based on the same viscosity of the solution.

  • Water+N-Methyldiethanolamine (MDEA), Water+2-Amino-2-Methyl-1-Propanol (AMP), MDEA+AMP의 이성분계, Water+MDEA+AMP의 삼성분계에서 밀도를 Anton Paar DMA4500 밀도계를 이용하여 303.15 K에서 333.15 K의 온도범위에서 10 K 간격으로 혼합물의 전체 조성에서 측정하였다. 과잉부피 실험값은 실험적으로 측정된 밀도결과로부터 얻어졌고 Redlich-Kister-Muggianu 식으로 상관하였다. 이성분계로부터 얻은 매개변수를 이용하여 삼성분계에 대한 계산을 수행하였다. 삼성분계의 계산에는 하나의 추가적인 매개변수를 필요로 한다. 검토한 모든 이성분계와 삼성분계는 측정된 조건에서 과잉부피가 음의 값을 가지므로 완전히 섞임을 알 수 있다.

반도체 CMP 용 세리아 슬러리의 AMP 함량에 따른 분산안정성에 관한 연구 (Study on dispersion stability according to AMP content of CMP ceria slurry for semiconductor)

  • 반도체 소자의 집적도는 높아져 왔으며 이는 더 작고 밀도가 높은 회로 및 소자를 제조하는 것을 의미한다. 이에 따라 다양한 층간 표면을 매끄럽게 유지하여 미세한 패턴을 형성하고 고밀도 회로를 안정적으로 제작하는데 평탄화 기술이 중요한 역할을 한다. 결과적으로 반도체에서의 CMP(chemical mechanical polishing) 공정은 다층 구조 소자를 만들기 위해서 반드시 필요한 공정이 되었다. 일반적으로 CMP 공정의 슬러리 조성은 세리아(ceria), 분산제(dispersant), 물(DI water) 이렇게 3 가지 성분이 균형을 이루는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 AMP(2-Amino-2-methyle-1-propanol) 함량을 달리한 양쪽성 계면활성제를 사용한 세리아 슬러리 안정성 연구를 수행하였다. 결과적으로 AMP 함량에 따라 카복실기(-COOH) 영향으로 pH 안정화 되었으며, 세리아 슬러리 응집현상이 발생하지 않았으며 분산 안정성 문제가 없는 것으로 확인되었다.
