완도산 등줄쥐의 분류학적 위치를 재검토하기 위해, 한국의 8개 지역에서 채집한 등줄쥐(Apodemus agrarius)의 31개 형태적 형질들을 다변량분석방법으로 분석하였다. 두 군으로 나누어 졌는데, 6개 지역(태백산, 월악산, 청주, 지리산, 군산, 진도)의 작은 형과 2개 지역(완도, 제주도)의 큰 형이었다. 6개 지역의 작은 형은 Thomas(1908)가 밝힌 대로 A. a. coreae이고, 제주도 지역의 큰 형은 Johnson과 Jones(1955)이 이 기재한 대로 A. a. chejuensis임이 확이되었다. 뿐만 아니라, 완도의 큰형은 Joh(1989)가 제안한대로 A. a. chejuensis임도 확인되었다.

We investigate the provenance and the changes in the timekeeping system focusing on official records such as almanacs and textbooks published by the government after the solar calendar was introduced. We found that the solar calendar and the 12-hour clock time first appeared in 1884 during Joseon dynasty, at that time the solar calendar was used at the open port in Busan to facilitate the exchanges with Japan. The 12-hour clock time first appeared in the 『Hansung Sunbo』 published by the government in 1884. We also found that the Joseon dynasty also used 12 diǎnzhōng or 12 diǎn. In addition, the term of the 'Sigan' first appeared in the first official academic textbook in August 1895, and the chapter related to time contained the information about 12-hour clock time instead of the 12 Shi. In 1908, the meaning of the solar time, the equation of time, and the differences in longitude with the adoption of Korean Standard Time were introduced. Meanwhile, the 24-hour clock time was first introduced in Joseon and applied to railway times in 1907. The 1946 almanac, the first issue after liberation, used the 12-hour clock time which uses 'Sango', 'Hao' and the 24-hour clock time started to be used from the following year and is still used to this day. Finally, the 12-hour clock time, which was introduced around 1884, was enacted as Article 44 of the law in 1900 and was revised again in 1905 and 1908. In Korea, the terms related to the time in the current astronomical calendar system were newly defined around 1884, 1896, and 1908, and gradually standardized through the establishment of laws.

광절열두조충(DiphvIobothrium latum)의 parvum형 [syn. DiphvLlobothrium pnnlum (Stephens, 1908)]에 의한 희귀한 인체 감염 2례를 발견하여 보고하고자 한다. 첫 환자는 46세 된 가정주부로서 대변검사에서 의엽조충류의 충란이 발견되어 프라지콴텔과 하제를 투 여하여 치료한 결과 두절이 있는 길이 120 cm인 열두조충의 완전한 충체 1마리를 회수하였 다. 환자는 충주호 부근의 횟집에서 송어회를 먹은 적이 있다고 하였다. 또 한 명의 환자는 평소 각종 생선회를 즐겨 먹는 22세 남자 의과대학생으로, 대변에서 길이 15 cm 정도의 조 충류 편절이 자연 배출되어 동정을 의뢰해 왔다 자세한 형태학적 검토 결과 충체들은 D. parvum으로 과거 문헌에 기록된 충체와 동일하였으나 D. parvum의 분류학적 위치가 정립되어 있지 않으며, 충체. 충란 및 각 기관의 크기가 광절열두조충보다 작다는 점 이외에 별다른 차이점을 인정할 수 없었다. 따라서 본 충체들을 광절열두조충의 소형(parvum형)으로 동정하였고. 이 유형에 의한 국내 최초의 감염 증례들로 보고하는 바이다.

The objective of the article is to describe the social structure of Uruguay at the beginning of the sixties, presenting the social differences that configured the level of urban centers or localities since the beginning of the 20th century. The willing is to identify what historical processes would have intervened to have institutionalized a highly heterogeneous distribution of welfare in the territory. The sources of information are four: (i) the population censuses of 1908 and 1963; (ii) the agricultural censuses of 1908, 1951, 1956 and 1961; (iii) the work of historical demography; and (iv) the indices published by the General Directorate of Statistics and Censuses in 1971 and 1989. Due to the lack of a dictionary of the localities, the authors matched these sources. The regional configuration processes analyzed here are: the departmentalization of the territory; the agriculturization; the industrialization and the balnearización. In each case, the regional and local impact of the political, economic and social transformation is analyzed. The article dedicate a wide space to describe the changes in the entity, the legal status, the territorial distribution and the wellbeing of the localities, marking especially those under 1500 inhabitants, which make up an important micro-urbanization of the country. The foundation of 70% of the localities occurred during the reformist period that locates that project as a type of "social democratic" State with its "Bismarkian" type traits. The institutionalization of these territories is based on their precarious and very poor character, the inequality in the most elementary welfare enjoyed by the established towns and cities increases. The processes of spatialization that reconfigured the territory during this time, contributed to the urbanization and population relocation, but in a framework in the political project of the "small model country" did not plan on the territory, the state have no special attention to correct the asymmetries in local welfare distribution structures. We finished with the hypothesis that beyond the social advances of the "Battlista" period, the territorial inequality of opportunities has grown between 1908 and 1963 because the lack of a public planification.

한국 해산 히드라충류의 분류학적 연구의 일환으로 1973년부터 1987년까지 울릉도와 제주도에서 채집되어 이화여자대학교 자연과학대학 생물학과에 보관되어 있는 미동정 표본들을 동정 분류하였다. 그 결과 Cryptolaria pectinata (Allman, 1888), Modeeria rotunda (Quoy & Gaimard, 1817) 그리고 Thecocarpus myriophyllum orientalis Billard, 1908 가 한국 미기록종으로 밝혀졌다.

A new poultry cestode Raillietina (Skrjabinia) doggaddaensis n.sp. has been described from the domestic fowl Gallus gallus domesticus (L.). The new species has been compared with R.(S.) dhuncheta Sharma (1943) and R.(S.) magnicoronata (Fuhrmann, 1908).
