Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the current status of performing nuclear medicine quality control in korea and to test selected protocols of quality control of nuclear medicine counting system and gamma camera. Materials and Methods: Fifty three hospitals were included to investigate the current status of nuclear medicine quality control in korea. The precision of dose calibrator and thyroid uptake system was measured with Tc-99m 35.52 MBq for 2 minuets and Tc-99m 5.14 MBq for 10 sec every one minute, respectively. The sensitivity of CeraSPECT$^{TM}$ with low energy high resolution parallel hole collimator was measured using two cylindrical phantoms with 15 cm in diameter and 12 cm and 30 cm in heights containing Tc-99m. The correction factor for sensitivity of CeraSPECT$^{TM}$ was calculated using phantom data. The system planar sensitivity, uniformity, count rate and spatial resolution were measured for Varicam gamma camera with low energy high resolution parallel hole collimator using 140 keV centered 20% energy window, 256$\times$256 or 512$\times$512 matrix sizes. Results: The quality control of dose calibrator and well counter were showed poor performance status. On the other hand, The quality control of gamma camera and other systems were showed relatively good performance status. The results of precision of dose calibrator and thyroid uptake system was $\pm$1.4%(<$\pm$5%) and chi^2=29.7(>16.92), respectively. It showed that the sensitivity of CeraSPECT$^{TM}$ was higher in center slices compared with the edge slices. After correction of nonuniform sensitivities for patient data, it showed better results compare with prior to correction. System planar sensitivity of Varicam gamma camera was 4.39 CPM/MBq. The observed count rate at 20% loss was 102,407 counts/sec (head 1), 113,427 counts/sec (head 2), when input count rate was 81,926 counts/sec (head 1), 90,741 counts/sec (head 2). The spatial resolution without scatter medium were 8.16 mm of FWHM and 14.85 mm of FWTM. The spatial resolution with scatter medium were 8.87 mm of FWHM and 18.87 mm of FWTM. The mid-20th century witnessed a wide spread of Korean culture in Japan, China and Southeast Asia and China now has become the biggest trade partner and export market, as well as the No. 1 source of import and the biggest investment country of Korea. With the spreading of the Korean popular culture in China, brand loyalty to Korean products is improved. Taking the Chinese market as the basis, this research aims to make an analysis of the implications of 'Korean Wave', Korean advertisements and the image of Korea on brand loyalty to cosmetics made in Korea. To achieve the research aim, questionnaires were used in conducting the survey, mainly in Beijing. Excluding the invalid ones, altogether 180 questionnaires were collected, based on which an empirical analysis was carried out on the correlation between 'Korean Wave', effects of Korean advertisements, image of Korea, brand recognition, and brand loyalty to products made in Korea. The major analyzing tools are SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0. The findings are as follows: 1. Korean films, dramas, and attachment for Korean movie stars (representative of 'Korean Wave') all have a positive influence on brand loyalty. Recognition of the country image of Korea, to some extent, also has positive implications on brand recognition. 2. Empirical analysis assists in the testing of the degree of recognition and attachment of cosmetics made in Korea, as well as brand loyalty to them.

Purpose: F-18 FDG can be accumulated in the liver, bowel, kidney, urinary tract, and muscles physiologically. The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical value of dual time point 18F-FDG PET /8 imaging for the differentiation of the colonic focal uptake lesions. Materials and Methods: One hundred thirty two patients (M:F = 77:55, Age 62.8$\pm$11.6 years) underwent $^{18}$F-FDG PET/CT at two time points, prospectively: early image at 50-60 min and delayed image at 4-4.5 hours after the intravenous injection of $^{18}$F-FDG. Focally increased uptake lesions on early images but disappeared or shifted on delayed images defined a physiological uptake. For the differential evaluation of persistent focal uptake lesions on delayed images, colonoscopy and histopathologic examination were performed. SUVmax changes between early and delayed images were also compared. Results: Among the 132 patients, 153 lesions of focal colonic uptake were detected on early images of $^{18}$F-FDG PET/CT. Of these, 72 (47.1%) lesions were able to judge with physiological uptake because the focal increased uptake disappeared from delayed image. Among 81 lesions which was showed persistent increased uptake in delayed image, 61 (75.3%) lesions were confirmed as the malignant tumor and 14 (17.3%) lesions were confirmed as the benign lesions including adenoma and inflammatory disease. Remaining 6 (7.4%) lesions were confirmed as the physiological uptake because there was no particular lesion in the colonoscopy. In the malignant lesions, the calculated dual time point change for SUVmax ($\Delta$%SUVmax) was 20.8$\pm$18.7%, indicating a significant increase in SUVmax between the two point (p<0.01). In contrast, the change in SUVmax for the non-malignant lesions including benign lesions and physiological uptake was -13.7%$\pm$24.2%. For the differentiation of the malignant and non-malignant focal colonic uptake lesions, $\Delta$%SUVmax was the most effective parameter, and the cut-off value using -5% provided the best sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy. Conclusion: The dual time point $^{18}$F-FDG PET/CT imaging with SUVmax change evaluation could be an important noninvasive method for the differentiation of malignant and benign focal colonic uptake lesions including physiologic uptake.

The aim of the research is to analyze a feasibility of rapid evaluation method for cement fineness by the relation analysis between density measurement using hydrometer and fineness of ordinary Portland cement. Additionally, based on the commercially available cement product, relation between a series of fundamental properties of cement mortar and fineness of cement powder was analyzed. As an experimental result, the actually measured fineness value of cement powder showed a good correlation with the fineness value obtained by hydrometer while there was poor correlation with the fineness value on specification. Especially, the density measurement in three minutes showed the closest relation with cement powder fineness, thus rapid quality evaluation of cement powder can be possible by using the regression equation obtained from the three minutes density measurement. Additionally, there was a high relation between cement powder fineness with a fundamental properties of the cement mortar such as fluidity, air content, setting time, and strength development.
This paper presents a study on the permittivities of the carbon black/epoxy composite at microwave frequency. The measurements were performed at the frequency band of $1\;GHz\~18\;GHz$. The experimental data show that the complex permittivities of composites depend strongly on the natures and concentrations of the carbon black dispersion. The frequency characteristics of dielectric constants and ac conductivities of composites show the good conformity with descriptions of the percolation theory, satisfying the general scaling relation. The measuring frequency band is over the critical frequency, below that the ac conductivities of composites are constant to the frequency. The values of dielectric constants and ac conductivities have consistent relationships with the carbon black concentration. The A new scheme, that is a branch of Lichtenecker-Rother formula, is proposed to obtain a mixing law to describe the complex permittivities of the composites as function frequency and concentration of carbon black.

To elucidate how cultivation temperature affected various traits including pileus color, yield and morphology of Pleurotusspp. Main results were as follows. Pileus lightness of all cultivars of Pleurotustested became higher as cultivation temperature increased, while those of Santari, Hwang-geumsantari and Sunjung at 21℃ were lower than at 18℃. Redness and yellowness of pileus decreased as cultivation temperature increased; those of chromatic pileus cultivars showed noticeable difference. Yellowness of cultivar with chromatic pileus was higher than that of cultivar with achromatic pileus. Yield was increased as cultivation temperature increased, Wonhyeung 1ho; low temperature favored cultivar showed high yield when it was cultivated at low temperature andno fruiting body at 21℃. Valid number of stipes were generally higher at 18℃, and its correlation coefficient with yield was low. Length and stipe thickness changed consistently (larger and thicker) upon cultivation temperature; the coefficient of determination(R2) 0.514 for lengthof Heuktari and 0.963for stipe thickness of Santari were high. Correlation coefficient of one trait was highly related with multiple traits. In the future, we will conduct research on the changes of expressed genes involved in the pigments for pileus color by RNA expression analysis.
This experiment was conducted to understand the environmental factors affecting growth and tuber formation such as temperature, day length, tight intensity, water condition and cutting time of Eleocharis kuroguwai Ohwi. Plant height, shoot number and dry weight of E. kuroguwai were higher at high temperature, 25/$25^{\circ}C$ (day/night), while nitrogen content was higher at low temperature, 20/$15^{\circ}C$. Plant height was more affected by water temperature, while shoot number and dry weight were more affected by air temperature. Contents and absorption of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium in top parts of E. kuroguwai were higher under greater difference between air and water temperatures, i.e., 18/$28^{\circ}C$ and 28/$18^{\circ}C$. The number and weight of tubers were increased under greater difference between air and water temperatures, i.e, 18/$28^{\circ}C$ and 28/$18^{\circ}C$, while they were inhibited at low or high air/water temperatures (18/$18^{\circ}C$ or 28/$28^{\circ}C$). Tubers of E. kuroguwai were formed at 8-or 12-hour day length, however, no tuber was formed at l6-hour day length. Photoinductive period for tuber initiation of E. kuroguwai was between 30 and 45 days after emergence, and the induction period of short-day treatment was less than 10 days. Tuber number and weight were reduced by shading due to inhibition of the growth of top and underground parts. Number of days from planting to tuber initiation was shortned as planting time was delayed and plant height, dry weight, and tuber number were also reduced by delayed planting. Tuber number at l0 to 15cm water depth was decreased 63 to 75% as compared with 1 to 5cm water depth. Tuber number and dry weight were not affected by the size of tubers at planting. Due to the reduced growth of top and underground parts, tuber number and dry weight of E. kuroguwai were decreased by delayed shoot cutting. The critical cutting time to inhibit the growth of E. kuroguwai was about 70 days after emergence.
Fluorine is an element that promotes dental caries preventive effect at proper concentration level, but may have significantly undesirable impact on dental caries if correct information of fluorine is not recognized. Therefore, this study is intended to evaluate fluorine awareness among the adults in their 20s and analyze oral health conditions based on such awareness in order to promote dental caries preventive effect and convey correct knowledge of fluorine. For this study, 82 adult men and 102 adult women in their 20s, all of whom lived in Daegu, Gyeongsangbuk-do, were surveyed from May 1, 2014 to June 30 of the same year, along with oral health examination to evaluate their oral health conditions. The results of the analysis showed that 19.46% of respondents answered "No" to the question related to awareness towards the use of fluorine in DT rate dental clinic based on the degree of fluorine awareness, which was higher than 11.10% who answered "Yes"(p<.05). Moreover, 18.32%of respondents answered "No" to the question related to whether they were checking the label indicating the fluorine content in product, which was the highest rate, suggesting that the rate was higher when there was stronger tendency to avoid reading the precaution notice (p<.05). In addition, 71.98% of respondents answered "Yes" to the question associated with the awareness to the use of fluorine in FT rate dental clinic based on the fluorine awareness, which was higher than 49.04% of respondents who answered "No" (p<.05). This study is meaningful in that it provides basic data for the implementation of fluorine prevention projects in the period ahead by determining the effect of fluorine awareness on oral health conditions. Based on aforesaid results, both educational and promotional activities need to be carried out vigorously to help raise fluorine awareness.
An optional ingredient Perilla Seed paste was adopted to improve the quality of Yulmoo Mul-kimchi during fermentation. The final weight percentage of perilla seed paste in Yulmoo Mul-kimchi was adjusted to 0, 10, 20, 30, and 40% per water respectively. Chemical and sensory characteristics were determined during fermentation at 10$\^{C}$ for 25 days. The effect was varied depending on the amounts of perilla seed paste, but Yulmoo Mul-kimchi fermented with 20% perilla seed paste was most favored for color, smell, sour taste, carbonated taste, texture and overall acceptability in the sensory evaluation. The pH decreased with the increase of total acidity. The total vitamin C content increased initially to the certain level at a certain time of fermentation depending on the level of perilla seed paste, and then decreased later. In case of reducing sugar, the 20% treatment showed the highest content. Turbidity values were generally increased in all samples during fermentation, even though the extents were limited. Total plate count and the number of lactic acid bacteria were gradually increased and then decreased showing the maximum microbial counts during fermentation. The optimum levels of perilla seed paste in Yulmoo Mul-kimchi obtained through experiments were between 20 and 30% of added water content, preferably 20% for color, fermentation-retarding effect, and sensory taste of the product.
