The Solubility of Calcium Silicate Hydrates (규산석탄수화물의 용해도에 관한 연구)

  • The solubility of tobermorite was measured, and it was compaired with the resultswhich calculated by thermodynamic data. As the result, 1) The type of silisic acid species in liquid phase were the both type of $H_3SiO_4$-, $H_4SiO_4$. 2) The solubility product of tobermorite represented the maximum value at 18$0^{\circ}C$.

Study on Relationship between the Obesity Index and the Refractive Power in Adolescent (청소년기 비만도 지수와 굴절력과의 상관성 연구)

  • Purpose: In this study, nutrient intake during the adolescent period is a critical time for the development of the vision. Therefore we analyzed the relationship between the obesity index and the refractive power. Methods: We used the Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey 2010 document. The obesity index is classified as Broca index (less than 80.0% is low weight, 80 to 89.9% is underweight, 90.0 to 109.9% is normal, overweight is from 110.0 to 119.9%, 120.0% or more is obesity) and body mass index (BMI)(less than 18.5 is underweight, 18.6~22.9 is normal, 23.0 to 24.9 is overweight, and obesity is higher than 25.0). We analyzed correlation with the body mass index and refractive error in adolescent. Results: As shown in the statistics, according to Broca index and body mass index (BMI), the refractive power and the obesity index showed a statistically significant correlation in the ages 15 to 18. Under weight subjects are ingested 43.84% dietary fiber, vitamin C 56.55%, 35.20% iron, 31.84% of, and 38.03% potassium less than the average food intake by the standard group. Conclusions: Moderate weight with a broad variety of taking nutrition and good eating habits seems to have an effect to the good growth and the good vision.

A Study on the Mediating Role of Customer Value in the Structural Relationships among Restaurant Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and Loyalty: Focusing on Ages 20s-30s (외식서비스품질과 고객만족, 충성도 간의 구조적 관계에서 고객가치의 매개역할에 관한 연구 : 20-30대 소비자를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the structural relationships among restaurant service quality, customer value, customer satisfaction, and loyalty. Also, in the structural relationships, it intends to examine the mediating influence of customer value. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, consumers in their 20s and 30s who had the experience visiting to Korean style restaurants, fast food restaurants, pizza restaurants, and family restaurants in Daegu were surveyed through quota sampling. The survey was conducted for a month from May 20 to June 20, 2011, and total 459 copies of questionnaire were used for final analysis using IBM SPSS 19.0 and IBM AMOS 19.0. Analysis result showed that the restaurant service quality such as encounter service and food quality had a significant effect on customer value, customer satisfaction, and customer value on customer satisfaction and loyalty. In addition, it was found that the mediating role of customer value was significant in the influence of service encounter and food quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Studying the Genetic Diversity and Phenetic Relationships of Porphyra yezoensis Populations in Korea Using Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD) (RAPD를 이용한 한국 김 집단의 유전적 다양성과 표현형 관계)

  • Porphyra yezoensis is a red algal species in the genus Porphyra. The phenetics and genetic diversity of four populations of P. yezoensis in Korea were reconstructed using random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) markers. Overall, 55 fragments were generated among the tested P. yezoensis array with 20 OPERON primers. A total of 30(54.5%) of these bands were polymorphic. The OPA-18-02 band was amplified in the samples of Nakdong population and absent in them of other three populations. The OPA-20-02 band was only amplified in the Seocheon population. Both bands exhibited distinctive patterns in specific populations. The effective number of alleles per locus (Ae) ranged from 1.161 to 1.293 with a mean of 1.366. The Seocheon population had a high expected diversity (0.163). The Nakdong population was an isolated endemic and intertidal zone. Thus the narrow distributed Nakdong population had a low expected diversity (0.092). Shannon's index of phenotypic diversity (I) of the Seocheon population (0.238) was the highest among all populations. Total genetic diversity ($H_T$) varied between 0.132 for OPA-02 and 0.420 for OPA-19. The interlocus variation of genetic diversity ($H_S$) was 0.059 for OPA-18 and 0.339 for OPA-19. On a per locus basis, the proportion of total genetic variation due to differences among populations ($G_{ST}$) ranged from 0.012 for OPA-11 to 0.762 for OPA-18 with a mean of 0.415, indicating that 42% of the total variation was found among these populations. In an assessment of the proportion of diversity present within this species, 58.5% (100%-41.5%) of genetic variation resided within the populations studied. The Nm was estimated to be low (0.705).

Effects of Lyophilization on Starter Cell of Rifamycin Fermentation (동결건조법이 Rifamycin 발효의 Starter Cell에 미치는 영향)

  • Upon lyophilization of Nocardia mediterranei, the effects of cryoprotectants, cell concentration and drying time on viability were examined, The data were treated by computer according to response surface analysis. As a result, the maximum value of presumed viability was 39.3% under the optimal conditions of 1l.6%(v/v) sucrose, $1.16{\times}10^{11}$(CFU/ml) cell concentration, and drying time for 6.18 hrs. We also used the starter cell of rehydrated solution after lyophilization in industrial production, obtained the fermentation pattern and the purity of rifamycin B which were the same with control (FVM) and it is possible for us to use N mediterranei as a starter cell after the storage of lyophilization for 18 months.

Job Analysis of Fashion Model's (패션모델의 직무분석)

  • This study has been carried out in an effort to bring light on the job scope which is required among the fashion models in Korea, then to sort out the concrete items of job pursuant to the job scope for the systemization of them. For this study, ten models who majored a fields of industry and the college in Korea, have gathered to analyze the job of the fashion models using the DACUM. As a result of it, the jobs of the fashion models have been classified into 7 duties and subsequent 86 tasks, while the fashion models entry jobs have been divided into 32 tasks(37.21%) that are necessary in the college before appointment. The result of analysis which investigates the relation between the significancy, the degree of difficulty and the frequency of the business, has it that the number of high-significancy business rises to 46 tasks(53.49%), high degree of difficulty business reaches to 21 tasks(24.41%), high frequency business is 18 tasks(20.93%), high degree of significancy and difficulty business stands at 13(15.12%), high significancy and frequency business amounts to 16 tasks(18.60%), and high degree of significancy, difficulty and frequency business reaches to 7 tasks(8.14%) respectively. These results should be actively reflected on the college curriculum before appointment, and on the job retraining courses for the incumbent fashion models, so as to enhance their job competency.

  • In this paper, Intermediate frequency tunable 4th order Switched Capacitor(SC) bandpass Sigma-Delta(${\Sigma}-{\Delta}$) modulator using feedback integrator using feedback integrator coefficients is proposed. The center frequency of the modulator can be easily changed than conventional structure because of a number of integrator coefficients which is decided rate of capacitors in circuit is reduced. In addition additive clocks and additive clock generating circuit are not necessary. The purposed modulator was implemented in $0.18{\mu}m$ CMOS technology. The resolution of the modulator within 200 kHz bandwidth and 80 MHz sampling frequency under fin = 15 MHz, 20 MHz, 25 MHz are over 12 bit.

  • Carbon black from pyrolysis of waste tires was used to modify and improve the fatigue properties and low temperature cracking of asphalt binder. 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% of pyrolyzed carbon black was mixed. Couple of laboratory tests, such as dynamic shear rheometer test and bending beam rheometer test, were carried out. The use of pyrolyzed carbon black decreased the fatigue at room temperature and improved the resistance of low temperature cracking up to $-12^{\circ}C$, but, was off the criteria at $-18^{\circ}C$.

  • In this paper, measurement scheme and uncertainty estimation of the K-band attenuation standard fitted with 3.5 mm coaxial connectors are described. The standard comprises a build-up chain of four steps of power ratio mea-surement and operates in the frequency range of 18 GHz to 26.5 GHz. The nominal attenuation of each step is around 20 dB and total dynamic range is 80 dB. The expanded uncertainty of the overall system is 0.01 dB at the confidence level of approximately 95%.
