1882년 최초의 발전소가 생긴 이래로 전기는 경제성장의 필수적 요소가 되었다. 전기는 빛의 속도로 움직이는 특성으로 인해 정전과 같은 사고에 대처하기 위해 중앙 집중적이며 폐쇄적인 체계를 가졌으나 온실가스 감축 협약, 신재생에너지의 확산 등으로 근본적인 변화를 맞이하고 있으며 최근 인공지능의 급격한 발전으로 전력망 관리에도 인공지능을 도입하는 것에 대한 논의가 필요한 시점이다. 본 논문은 전력망에 인공지능이 결합된 에너지 로봇이라는 개념을 제안하여 점차 가속화 되고 있는 지능화의 흐름 속에서 전력 시스템이 나아가야 할 방향에 대해 고찰하고자 한다.

This paper proposes the advanced PWM method which can reduce common-mode voltage in 3 phase PWM converter/inverter system. By shifting the zero voltage vector of inverter in a sampling period, it is possible to cancel out a common-mode voltage pulse defined by switching functions of converter and inverter. Without any loss of control performance of converter/inverter system, overall common-mode voltage can be reduced by one-third compared with that of conventional PWM scheme.

This project follows the heterogeneous agent market segmented model of Landon-Lane and Occhino (2007) with using Korean data, M1 and GDP deflator from 1882:I to 2007:II. This paper estimates parameters with Monte Carlo Markov Chain. The fraction of traders, ${\lambda}$, in Korea is 15.64%. The quarterly preferences discount factor's, ${\beta}$, posterior mean is 0.9922. The posterior mean of the inverse of the elasticity of the labor supply to the real wage, ${\varphi}$, is 0.0316. The elasticity of the labor supply to the real wage has a very large value. By Hansen (1985) and Christiano and Eichenbaum (1992) and Cooley and Hansen (1989), models having large elasticity of the aggregate labor supply better match macroeconomic data.

Many practical processes in industry have nonlinearities of some forms. One commonly encountered form is actuator saturation which can cause a detrimental effect known as integrator windup. Therefore, a strategy of attenuating the effects of integrator windup is required to guarantee the stability and performance of the overall control system. In this paper, optimal tuning of a PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) controller with an anti-windup scheme is presented to enhance the tracking performance of the PID control system in the presence of the actuator saturation. First, we investigate effective anti-windup schemes. Then, the parameters of both the PID controller and the anti-windup scheme are optimally tuned by an EA (Evolutionary Algorithm) such as the IAE (Integral of Absolute Error) is minimized. A set of simulation works on two high-order processes demonstrates the benefit of the proposed method.

인터넷 이용의 급증에 따라 전자상거래가 시간적, 공간적 제약을 극복한 새로운 경제활동으로 부각되면서 국가 경제, 사회의 변혁을 주도하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전자상거래의 기본 의미를 설명하고, .NET과 Biztalk Server 2000을 이용한 기업간(B2B) 전자상거래 시스템을 연구, 인터넷을 이용한 효율적인 전자상거래 모델을 개발하고자 한다. Visual Studio .NET으로 애플리케이션을 만들고, BizTalk Server를 통해 비즈니스 프로세스를 조율하여 기업간(B2B) 전자상거래 시스템을 설계 연구해보고 기업 내부 시스템과의 통합을 이루어 효율적인 전자상거래 모델을 개발하는데 목적을 두고 있다.

본 논문은 근거리무선통신을 포함한 위치서비스를 위한 무선통신응용분야에 적용될 수 있는 고신뢰 고정밀 무선위치인식기술 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 위치인식방법은 양방향통신을 통해 추정된 무선태그의 신호세기 및 시간차를 측정된 거리정보를 바탕으로 상대적 위치에 대한 확률적 계산을 수행하게 되며, 측정데이터의 부정확성으로 인한 위치측정의 오차를 줄일 수 있다. 또한 제안된 고신뢰 무선측위 코아 스택을 근거리무선네트워크 형성이 가능한 2.4 GHz ISM 협대역 밴드의 ZigBee 무선비콘 및 무선태그 디바이스들에 탑재하고 실증시험을 위하여 스마트 홈 실내 환경 아래에서 $1m\;{\times}\;1m$ 의 위치인지를 가능케 하는 위치인식시스템을 구현한다.

An epialtid spider crab, Naxioides robillardi (Miers, 1882), is known as widely distributed in Indo-West Pacific region include Japanese waters. Four specimens of epialtid crabs were collected from adjacent waters of Jejudo Island and identified as N. robillardi. This species can be grouped into two forms such as N. robillardi form typical and N. robillardi form mammillata according to morphological features of carapace, gastric spine, and chela. Morphological characters of all Korean specimens well agree with the form mammillata in general. In this paper, morphological diagnosis and illustrations of newly collected N. robillardi are provided. DNA barcode sequence of COI region is also determined for the first time.

In 1882, after the French defeated Tonkin for the second time, the Nguyen Dynasty led by King Tự Đức 嗣德 appointed Phạm Thận Duật 范慎遹 and Nguyễn Thuật 阮述 as envoys to the Qing Dynasty to seek the Chinese's help to deal with the French invasion. The trip's information from 1883 such as the schedule, the content, the discussion, and the progress was specifically reflected in the two envoys' diaries, including "Notes of Voyage to Qing Dynasty in The First Year of Jianfu" 建福元年如清日程 (Phạm Thận Duật and Nguyễn Thuật), "Notes of Voyage to Tianjin" 往津日记(Nguyễn Thuật). This article presents the origin of these documents and their historical values in order to provide insights into the study of diplomatic relations between the Nguyen Dynasty and the Qing Dynasty in the late 19th century through the 1883 mission.

This paper aims to identify the shifts of masculine domination, illuminating Vietnamese men and women's actual position in society through surveying the mixed and hybrid characteristics described in the feminist texts in the early twentieth century. This paper concentrates on the feminist writings of the two exceptionally male intellectuals Nguyễn Văn Vĩnh (1882-1936) and Phan Khôi (1887-1959). in order to implement these goals, the paper first examines the popular phenomenon of ventriloquism among Vietnamese male intellectuals, whose dominant attitudes may still be unveiled in feminist texts. Secondly, the paper focuses on surveys of men's direct discourse in constructing the model of women's liberation. From these two contents, this paper answers the following questions: Why have Vietnamese men become feminists? What were the causes, purposes, and effects of this phenomenon? To look at the nature of Vietnamese feminism, this paper will show the shifts of masculine domination in Vietnam as another form of protecting men's privileges. All analyses in this study will ground discussion on the economic, political, and social contexts and conditions of Vietnam in the early twentieth century.
