Body Types of Tall Women Over 165cm (165cm 이상 키 큰 여성의 체형 유형)

  • The aim of this study was to analyze and typify the body shape of tall women aged 20-69 using 3D measurement data from the 2020 8th Human Dimensions Survey data with greater than 165.0 cm in height defined as large stature. Each body type's characteristics were examined to derive points of differentiation compared to women of average body type. The analysis showed that as height increases, body height, length, and generally body circumference, thickness, and width also increase. However, taller women were found to have thinner waists, indicating a wider, flatter waist area. Waist circumference was also smaller, albeit not at a statistically significant level. Body shapes of adult women over 165.0 cm tall were classified into three types. The following body types were analyzed: thick ankles and drooping shoulders, thin and short torso, tall and long, long torso and thick ankles, large body circumference, thickness and width, normal torso length, and short stature and thin ankles. To develop garments for adult women over 165.0 cm tall, a new drafting method was required set the waist, knee height, and shoulder width.

  • 투수성 콘크리트포장은 우천시 도로포장 노면의 배수, 차량 주행 안전성의 향상 및 소음의 저감등을 목적으로 개발된 포장이지만 주행환경 및 도로주변과의 환경조화에도 기여한다. 일반적인 배수성 아스팔트 콘크리트포장에서는 투수계수 1$\times$10-2cm/sec를 목표로 정하고 있으나 본 연구에서는 투수성 콘크리트포장의 실용화를 위한 연구의 일환으로 투수계수1$\times$10-1cm/sec를 목표로 정하여 골재의 최대치수, 잔골재율 및 단위시멘트량을 변화시킨 투수성 콘크리트의 공극률, 연속공극률 및 투수계수와 제강도를 측정한 결과에 대하여 고찰하였다. 투수성 콘크리트의 목표투수계수 1$\times$10-1cm/sec 일 때 공극률 및 연속공극률은 각각 15 %와 12%정도이며, 압축강도는 240kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$정도의값을 나타내었으며, 골재의 최대치수가 10~13mm일 경우, 잔골재율 10~20%, 단위시멘트량 380 kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$정도가 적절한 배합으로 생각된다.

  • To provide the basic information about slope stability analysis, tensile force and strength of tree roots like Pinus koraiensis, Larix leptolepis, Pinus densiflora, Quercus mongolica, and Alnus japonica were measured and analyzed. As a result, tensile force increases in forms of involution of root diameter. The mean tensile strength of roots like P. koraiensis, L. leptolepis, P. densiflora, A. japonica and Q. mongolica were calculated as $165.38kgf/cm^2$, $172.78kgf/cm^2$, $176.25kgf/cm^2$, $214.29kgf/cm^2$ and $224.19kgf/cm^2$ respectively. It was shown that tensile strength decreasing tendency as root diameter increases. Also, recalculated soil shear strength by tensile strength of the roots like P. koraiensis, L. leptolepis, P. densiflora, A. japonica and Q. mongolica were $0.099kgf/cm^2$, $0.104kgf/cm^2$, $0.106kgf/cm^2$, $0.129kgf/cm^2$ and $0.135kgf/cm^2$ respectively.

The Impact on the accuracy of the basic CPR according to position and foot-board height of the basic CPR provider (심폐소생술 제공자의 발판 높이와 자세가 기본심폐소생술의 정확도에 미치는 영향)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to supply basic data for the impact on the accuracy of basic CPR according to position and foot-board height of basic CPR provider. Methods : Study design was within - group design. Subjects were 25 EMT-P Students in K city. Interventions was basic CPR performed on a resuscitation manikin placed on a hospital bed, kneeling on the bed adjacent to the manikin. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and Friedman test. Results : In case of the basic CPR performed on a resuscitation manikin placed on a hospital bed, ventilation accuracy was the highest in less than 160 cm height, foot-board height : $34.2{\pm}1.48cm$, 91.4% and in 161-165 cm height, foot-board height : $26.0{\pm}2.14cm$, 88.4% and in 171-175 cm height, foot-board height : $23.0{\pm}1.41cm$, 91.3% and in the above 176 cm, kneeling on the bed, 95%. Chest compression accuracy was the highest in less than 160 cm height, foot-board height : $30.2{\pm}1.48cm$, 95.6% and in 161-165 cm height, kneeling on the bed, 97.6% and in 171-175 cm height, kneeling on the bed, 98.5% and in the above 176 cm, kneeling on the bed, 98.7% and foot-board height : $20.5{\pm}1.91cm$, 98.7%. Chest compression error was due to too weak : 2.0-35.4 times. There were ststistically significant differences in 191-195 cm group according to chest compression mean depths($x^2=10.824$, p = .013) and chest compression error (p = .040). Conclusion : In contrast to current guidelines, the position and foot-board height of basic CPR provider are very important to the accuracy of the basic CPR. Furthermore, we recommend that a using real time audiovisual feedaback system significantly improve the quality of chest compression and ventilation during resuscitation.

  • The penetrating speeds of organic solvents into the nude mouse skin were measured by in vitro methods(diffusion cell methods) and in vivo methods(measuring internal residues of the organic solvents). The results were as follows: 1. The penetrating speeds of toluene, m-xylene, MEK, MIBK, ethanol, IPA and 2-bromopropane into the skin were $0.4832mg/cm^2/h$, $0.1738mg/cm^2/h$, $1.124mg/cm^2/h$, $0.6627mg/cm^2/h$, $1.747mg/cm^2/h$, $1.359mg/cm^2/h$, and 2-bromopropane $4.165mg/cm^2/h$ respectively. 2. The penetrating speeds of the mixtures of two, toluene and m-xylene, the mixture of three, IPA, ethyl acetate, and MIBK, the mixture of five, toluene, m-xylene, IPA, ethyl acetate, and MIBK were $0.172mg/cm^2/h$, $1.431mg/cm^2/h$, and $2.983mg/cm^2/h$ respectively. 3. The absorption speeds of 2-bromopropane and styrene which were measured by in vivo processes were $3.12mg/cm^2/h$ and $1.44mg/cm^2/h$ respectively. The absorption speed of 2-bromopropane mesured in vivo was 74.9% of that measured by in vitro methods, $4.165mg/cm^2/h$.

  • The effect of processing conditions on the morphology of polyphenyleneoxide (PPO)/polyamide 6 (PA 6) blends were investigated. Injection molded part with a $15cm{\times}15cm{\times}3.2mm$ sized plate was molded with various injection molding conditions, and the morphology of the injection molded blends was investigation by using SEM. As a result, we found that molded part shows very complicated morphology because it has experienced complex thermal, shear and elongation history during the processing.

  • 1. Purpose : Clinically I have studied efficacy of herb treatment and development of herb growth palpation about handicapped children for growth. 2. Methods : 165 patients who visited hospital from January, 2000 to January 2001 3. Results : Average growth of children who visited hospital was less than 4cm but boys have grown 9.8cm/year and girls grown 7.8cm/year at average after treatment by herb. 4. Conclusion : In case of decreasing growth to have get less growth hormone, it has confirmed positive effectiveness by herb treatment even if it is normal.

  • The purpose of this study was to provide for the useful fundamental data by developing an appearl sizing system according to body types for Chinese Adult Female. Thus, it was to improve of fittness and coverage rate of exporting domestic clothing to China. For study, It was measured 1360 female women aged between 19 and 50 who resident in Beijing and Shanghai in China. as a sample, 1381 female women was seleted for development of apparel sizing system. Thus, this study was to characterize body types of Chinese adult female by classifying them into groups and set coverage rate of ready-made clothes by developing an apparel sizing system according to the Women's Wear Specifications(GB/T 1335.2-1997), National Standards of People's Republic of China. As for the method of this study was done during Jun. 23 $\sim$ Aug. 7, 2004. Data analysis were processed by SPSS WIN 10.0 Program was used to for technical statistical analysis. The result was as follows: The clothes dimension for upper and lower body and the coverage rate of body size that had the highest appearance ratio from the entire group was Y-type 160-84$\cdot$160-64(4.6%) and the section 160cm 32.4%, A-type 160-88$\cdot$160-72(3.3%) and the section 160cm 28.1%, B-type 155-88$\cdot$155-78(3.8%) and the section 155cm 27.8%, C-type 150-96$\cdot$150-88(2.5%). The result By setting of representative size number and production coverage rate for Chinese adult female. The representative size number of the entire group was set for 150-80A$\cdot$150-64A(1.0%), 155-84A$\cdot$155-68A(2.6%), 160-88A$\cdot$160-72A(3.3%), 165-84A$\cdot$165-68A (2.8%), 170-96A$\cdot$170-80A(0%). The production coverage rate for each representative size number was SS size the section 150cm 2.8%, size the section 155cm 17.0%, M size the section 160cm 31.6%, L size the section 165cm 25.0%, XL size the section 170cm 12.6% that covered 85.0%.

중국 성인여성용 의류치수규격 설정 연구 (제II보) - 20대 연령집단을 중심으로 -

Thus, it was to improve of the garment fit and coverage rate for the apparel production assortment and stock of exporting domestic clothing to China. For this study, 581 female women aged in their twenties who lived in Beijing and Shanghai were selected for the development of the apparel sizing system who resident in Beijing and Shanghai in China. As for the method of this study was made three primary items(length, bust girth, waist girth) and seven secondary items. Data analysis were processed by SPSS WIN 10.0 Program was used. The research selected 3 major body measurements, such as stature, bust girth, waist girth and 7 secondary measurements to investigate the body features of the Chinese adult women. The data throughout the study were analyzed by using SPSS WIN version 10.0 S/W. The result were as follows: The clothes dimensions for upper and lower body and the coverage rate of body size that had the highest appearance ratio from the selected age group in 20's were: Y-type 160-84 155-64(5.9%) and the section 160cm 22.6%, A-type 160-80 160-62(39%) and the section 160cm 27.9%, B-type 155-80 155-66(6.2%) and the section 160cm 24.7%. The representative size codes of the Chinese adult women aged in their 20's were set for representing certain body dimensions such as 150-76A 150-60A(0.0%), 155-80A 155-64A(2.4%), 160-84A 160-68A(3.9%), 165-88A 165-72A(0.3%), 170-92A 170-76A(0.0%). The production coverage rates for the each representative size codes were S size the section 150cm 1.5%, M size the section 155cm 15.3%, L size the section 160cm 36.0%, XL size the section 165cm 29.7%, XXL size the section 170cm 11.4% that covered 93.9%.

Studies on Preparation of Dysprosium-165 Metallic Macroaggregates for the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis (류마티스 관절염 치료용 디스프로슘-165금속 응집입자($^{165}Dy-MA$)의 제조에 관한 연구)

  • Irradiation of 20mg of natural $Dy(NO_3)_3$ in a neutron flux of $2{\times}10^{13}n/cm^2$ sec for 4 hours gave 5.76 Ci of $^{165}Dy$(specific activity, 610mCi/mg Dy) with high radionuclidic purity (>99.9 %). $^{165}Dy-MA$ was prepared in a quantitative yield by reacting the aqueous solution of $^{165}Dy(NO_3)_3$ with sodium borohydride solution in 0.2N NaOH. Coulter particle analyzer exhibited mean particle size of $2.6{\mu}m$ (range $1{\sim}6{\mu}m$), Even though the $^{165}Dy-MA$ suspension in saline was stored at $37^{\circ}C$ for 24 hours or autoclaved at $121^{\circ}C$ for 30minutes, there was no significant change in particle size and leakage problem indicating the prepared $^{165}Dy-MA$ is sufficiently stable. In-vivo retention studies were carried out by administering $^{165}Dy-MA$ into the knee joint space of normal rabbits. Gamma camera analysis showed high retention in joint space of normal rabbits. Gamma camera analysis showed high retention in joint space even at 24 hours after administration (> 99.9%). The ease with which the $^{165}Dy-MA$ can be made in the narrow size range and their high invitro and vivo stability make them attractive agents for radiation synovectomy.
