Water Use Efficiency of Barley, Wheat and Millet Affected by Groundwater Table under Lysimeter (라이시미터에서 지하수위에 따른 보리, 밀, 조의 수분이용효율 특성)

  • This experiment was conducted to evaluate water use efficiency of barley, wheat, and millet as a substitution crop for rice of fallow paddy field. Dry weight (DW), evapotranspiration, and transpiration of crop grown on the lysimeters controlled with 5 levels of groundwater table (GWT), 0, 25, 50, 75, and 100 cm were evaluated for optimum GWT and water use efficiency. All the lysimeters randomized with four replication arrangements were filled up sandy loam and were adjusted to the constant bulk density treated with twice water infiltration from bottom side to upper side of lysimeter. DW of barley, wheat, and millet in the plot of 0cm GWT that is saturated soil showed 34.9%, 44.7%, and 37.1% of that in the plot of 100 cm GWT, respectively showing a serious obstacle in crop growth. Evapotranspiration ratios calculated by evapotranspiration volume (mL) per DW were 166~605 mL for barley, 136~481 mL for wheat, and 81~418 mL for millet showing the order of barley > wheat > millet. Evapotranspiration ratio was increased with decrease of groundwater table that is the condition of moisture saturation. Estimation of GWT for maximum DW of wheat was 76 cm, and those of barley and millet were 100 cm below. The volumetric moisture content of lysimeter soil with cropping was markedly decreased as increase of crop growth because moisture supplying capability by capillary rise of water was less than amount of moisture required by crop.

Analysis for the Effect of EMI Shield Layers' Height on Circuit Function (EMI 차폐막의 높이가 회로의 기능에 미치는 영향 분석)

  • S-parameters were used to analyze the effect of the circuit according to the height of the EMI shield layers. Among the S-parameters, S11, S21, S22, and S31 were used as factors for determining the effect on the circuit function. Simulations were performed using shields made of Graphite and Ferrite, and the frequencies were run from 100 MHz to 1 GHz. As the height of the shield was increased, the value of S21 was getting closer to 0 dB. In addition, the SE value was confirmed to improve the shielding performance according to the thickness of the insulating layer only in a specific frequency band. Based on 800um with thickest silicon dioxide thickness, the FG structure averaged -1 dB in narrow frequency bands between 100 MHz and 300 MHz, showing better efficiency than GF with an average of -2 dB. Although GF structures do not show high efficiency, they exhibit average performance of -3 dB in frequency bands between 100 MHz and 1 GHz rather than FG structures that sway over a wide range. In other words, FG and GF structures have trade-off structures. Therefore, it should be noted that the appropriate structure is selected for use.

  • 생체 정보를 도용하기 어렵다는 장점에도 불구하고 생체 인증시스템이 그 자체로 안전한 것은 아니다. 생체정보를 위조하기는 어렵지만 손상되기는 쉽기 때문이다. 본 논문은 생체 정보로부터 생성된 초기 값을 이용하여 생체정보의 무결성을 보장하는 생체 인증시스템을 제안한다. 실험 결과 카드 소유자를 소유자로 인식한 확률은 최적 파라미터 하에서 약 96%정도였으며, 비소유자를 소유자로 오인한 확률은 0%였다. 학습에 참여한 비소유자 뿐만 아니라, 학습에 참여하지 않은 비소유자도 100% 기각을 하여 소유자 검증에 놓은 신뢰도를 보였다.

  • This paper represents a disturbance compensation control for attenuating disturbance responses. In the consideration of the requirements on the model accuracy in the model based compensator designs, an experimental feed forward compensator design based on adaptive estimation by Filtered-x least mean square (FXLMS) algorithm is proposed. The convergence properties of the FXLMS algorithm are discussed and its conditions for the asymptotic convergence are derived theoretically. The effectiveness of the proposed method and the theoretical proof are verified by computer simulation.

  • 나노기공물질은 특정 기반물질(matrix) 내부에 대략 나노미터크기의 기공을 함유하고 있는 물질이며 나노기공물질의 특성은 기반물질의 특성과 더불어 기공의 형태, 크기, 분포에 의해서 결정된다. 나노기공물질의 기공에 대한 정보를 측정하는 방법으로는 TEM, 흡착법, FE-SEM과 더불어 중성자 또는 X-ray 빔의 산란을 이용하는 소각중성자산란 (Small-Angle Neutron Scatering, SANS), 소각 X-ray 산란 (Small-Angle X-ray Scattering, SAXS), 중성자반사율측정 (Neutron Relfectimetry, NR), X-ray 반사율측정 (X-Ray Reflectometry, XRR) 등이 사용되고 있다. 본 발표는 대략 1 nm - 100 nm 영역의 bulk 구조와 층상구조를 측정할 수 있는 소각 중성자 산란과 중성자 반사율 측정기법을 이용한 나노기공 측정기술을 다룬다.

  • This paper presents a CMOS optical receiver design featuring wide input dynamic range and low bit error rate suitable for FTTH application. We achieved 60dB input dynamic range for up to 100Mbps by controlling the PMOS feedback resistance of transimpedance preamplifier according to its output signal level. Auto-bias circuit is designed in current mirror configuration to minimize duty error. Circuit simulation has been performed using 2-poly, 3-metal, 0.6um CMOS process parameters. The designed receiver consumes less than 130mW at 100Mbps with 5V power supply.

  • We have developed the measurement system for the high power laser The absorber is made of gold-plated copper cavity. The calibration heater is using a manganin(CuMn12Ni ; Isabellenhutte) coil, and output power is measured by using of resistance bridge with composed manganin and copper coil. Developed system can measure for 5∼1000w laser output power range. Calibration factors are 489.13 J/mV at 100W range and 489.13 J/mV at 500W range. Correction factors are 0.99 at 100W range and 1.006 at 500W range.

  • In this paper, the two PCB design method results of boost converters are simulated with same circuit device parameters. One is modeled with microstrip structure and the other is modeled two layers structure without reference plane. Between devices of each circuit are routed 5 centimeters. When the switching frequency is operated 100kHz, the overshoot by signal reflection and the noise characteristics by frequency spectrum for the output voltage and current of the power switch is compared and analyzed using simulation.

  • 본 논문에서는 한국전자통신연구원에서 제공된 대어휘 음성DB를 이용하여 HM-Net(Hidden Markov Network) 음성인식 시스템의 성능평가를 수행하였다. 음향모델 작성은 음성인식에서 널리 사용되고 있는 통계적인 모델링 방법인 HMM(Hidden Markov Model)을 개량한 HM-Net을 도입하였다 HM-Net은 PDT-SSS 알고리즘에 의해 문맥방향과 시간방향의 상태분할을 수행하여 생성되는데, 특히 문맥방향 상태분할의 경우 학습 음성데이터에 출현하지 않는 문맥정보를 효과적으로 표현하기 위해 음소결정트리를 채용하고 있으며, 시간방향 상태분할의 경우 학습 음성데이터에서 각 음소별 지속시간 정보를 효과적으로 표현하기 위한 상태분할을 수행한다. 이러한 상태분할을 수행하여 파라미터를 공유하게 되며 최적인 모델 네트워크를 작성하게 된다. 대어휘 음성데이터를 이용하여 음향모델을 작성하고 인식실험을 수행한 결과, 100명의 100단어와 60문장에 대해 평균 97.5%, 96.7%의 인식률을 보였다.
