Forage Productivity of Two Sorghum and a Sorghum-Sudangrass Hybrids harvested at Different Growth Stages (수확기에 따른 수수와 수수-수단그라스 교잡종의 사료생산성)

  • Forage productivity of two sorghum hybrids, Pioneer(P) 931 and P 956 and a sorghum-sudangrass hybrid, P 988, was studied. The 1st-cut of sorghun hybrids was made for silage 6 times from heading stage at a week-interval and regrowth (2nd-cut) was harvested on Oct. 13 although plants were not reached the same growth stage of 1st-cut. However, the 1st- and 2nd-cut of sorghum-sudangrass were made for green fodder 6 times from 4 weeks before heading stage at a week-interval. 1. Percent dry matter(DM) of 1st-cut of sorghum and 1st- and 2nd-cut of sorghum-sudangrass increased as growth stage advanced. Percent DM of 2nd-cut of sorghum decreased as the 1st-cut date delayed due to insufficient growing period on Oct. 13. 2. In the 1st-cut of sorghum the proportion of leaf blade (LB) or culm+leaf sheath (LS) to total DM decreased, but that of panicle increased as growth stage advanced. The panicle proportion of P 956 increased and culm+LS decreased more rapidly compared with those of P 931. IIowever, in sorghum-sudangrass hybrid the proportion of LB decreased and culmf LS increased as growth stage advanced through heading stage. 3. In the 1st-cut of sorghum hybrids crude(C) protein and C. fiber decreased, but nitrogen free extract (NFE) increased as growth stage advanced although C. fat and C. ash were similar among the growth stages. In the 2nd-cut of sorghum C. protein and C. ash increased, but NFE decreased as harvesting date delayed due to plants were younger although C. fat and C. fiber were similar among the harvesting dates. In the sorghum-sudangrass C. protein of 1st-cut decreased, but C. fiber of 1st-cut and NFE of the 1st-and 2nd-cut increased as growth stage advanced. 4. DM yield of 1st-cut of sorghum increased from heading stage to 3 weeks after heading and then levelled off, but total DM including regrowth was similar among the harvesting time. In the sorghum-sudangrass hybrid DM yield of 1st-cut and total DM yield including 2nd-and 3rd-cut increased as the harvestingtime delayed.

  • 최근 농업분야에 있어 ICT(Information and Communications Technology)기술을 접목하여 농/축산물 및 식품의 생산, 유통, 판매, 소비 전주기 프로세스에 대한 생산성, 안전성, 경제성 및 품질 향상과 각 단계의 활동 주체(생산, 유통, 소비)들 간에 상생의 생태계 구축을 위한 스마트농업 기술이 대두되고 있다. 이 스마트농업 기술은 농업 가치사슬 전반에 걸쳐 IT(Information Technology)와의 접목을 통해 1차 산업인 농업을 6차 산업으로 발전시킴으로써, 고기능, 고효율화는 물론, 부가가치 제고, 생산비 절감, 환경오염 최소화, 농촌생활의 편리성 증대로 지속 가능한 농업을 구현할 수 있을 것으로 기대되는 기술이다. 본고에서는 스마트농업 기술에 관한 배경, 정책 및 시장동향, 기술 및 표준화동향을 제시하고 향후 지속적인 발전을 위한 스마트농업에 관한 표준화 정책을 제언한다.

  • This study investigates any possible influences of the fourth industrial revolution on international trade in Korea and suggests strategies to promote export of Korea in order to secure one of the biggest international trade countries. The fourth industrial revolution is the fourth major industrial era since the third industrial revolution in the 18th century which used electronics and information technology to automate production. This can be characterized as a range of emerging technologies that are fusing the physical, digital and biological worlds, and impacting all disciplines, economies and industries. Since this revolution is expected to have effects on international trade as well as whole industrial society, it examines how it may affect international trade of Korea in terms of the subject, the object, markets and forms of international trade. After that, it provides the strategies to promote Korean export in order to overcome the risks around the low economic growth of the recent years and the depressed domestic economy.

  • Personalized production represents the changing production and consumption in the fourth industrial revolution. Manufacturers in each field are making great efforts to introduce this concept, but it is difficult to find a flow of change such as in the craft industry, especially in the workshop system. I will try to measure the possibility of fusing personalized production in the craft workshop in accordance with the changing production and consumption. To do this, we examined the concept and examples of mass custom production, which is a similar system, and defined the customized production. Then, we recognized the production status of the modern craft workshop and consequently examined the possibility of convergence based on two basic points of productivity and communication.

  • 단감은 우리나라가 세계에서 가장 많은 양을 생산하는 대표 과일로 과잉생산과 수확기에 일시적인 홍수출하로 인한 가격이 하락하고, 기상이변에 의한 비상품 과일의 생산이 많아지나 전량 폐기되고 있으며, 유통 및 저장 중에 연화현상과 생리적장애로 품질이 저하되어 경제적 손실이 발생되므로 안정적 생산과 소비를 위하여 다양한 형태의 식품개발이 절실히 요구된다. 국내 감 생산량은 352,822톤이며 이 중 떫은감은 146,233톤(41.45%), 단감은 206,589톤(58.55%)으로 단감 생산량이 떫은감에 비하여 많으며 국내 단감 생산지는 진영, 순천, 문산, 담양, 장성 등 집단화 되어 있고, 원료확보가 유리하나 저장은 수확기인 10월 중순, PE필름 봉지에 넣고 밀봉하여 박스 등에 넣어 $0{\sim}1^{\circ}C$의 저온저장고에 이듬해 4월 중순까지 6개월 정도 저장 가능하나 저장비용이 많이 들고, 4월 이후에는 생리적 장해로 보관이 어렵다. 단감은 다른 과일에 비하여 높은 감미와 비타민 A, 비타민 B1, 비타민 C, 식이섬유 및 리코핀 성분이 다량 함유되어 있고, 노화와 암 발생을 억제하는 폴리페놀물질이 풍부하여 건강 기능성 과일로 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 시중에서 구입한 단감의 저온저장 중 감모율 및 이용성 구명을 위하여 관련특성을 검토하였다. 단감을 3월에 구입하여 $5^{\circ}C$에 저온저장하여 보관기간별 감모율을 조사하였고, 단감의 전 처리 후 당도, pH, 색도, 수분함량 등을 조사하였다. 3월에 시중에서 구입하여 PE필름에 봉한 채 종이박스 넣어 $5^{\circ}C{\pm}2$ 저온저장고에 저장하여 1개월 후에 조사한 결과 정상과가 75.47%, 25%미만 장해과가 14.37%, 50%이상 장해과가 10.16% 이었고, 2개월 후는 정상과가 41.52%, 25%미만 장해과가 42.88%, 50%이상 장해과가 15.61%이었다. 단감을 꼭지제거, 박피, 제핵 후 절단하여 파쇄 후의 당도는 14.8 $^{\circ}Brix$, pH는 6.0, 수분은 56.7%, 색도 L값은 39.8, a값이 12.6, b값이 22.7이었다. 파쇄한 단감을 $-20^{\circ}C$에 1차 냉동하여 해동 후 당도는 냉동 전 $14.8^{\circ}Brix$에서 $14.2^{\circ}Brix$로, 2차 냉동 해동 후는 $12.6^{\circ}Brix$로 감소하였으며, 색도 L값과 a값 및 b값은 냉동 전에 비하여 감소하였고, 수분함량은 냉동 전 64.4%, 1차 냉동 해동 후에 82.78%, 2차 냉동 해동 후에는 84.09%로 증가하였다.

Effects of Malty Culture supplementation diets during lactation on sow and litter performance (포유돈 사료에 Malty Culture의 첨가가 모돈 및 자돈 생산성에 미치는 영향)

  • This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of supplemented diets with Malty Culture(MC) during lactation on sow and litter performance. Eighteen lactating sows were randomly assigned to three dietary treatments(basal diet, basal diet+MC0.5%, basal+MCl.0%). Average daily feed intake of sow was not affected by dietary treatments with treatment means ranging from 4.49 to 4.58kg(p>0.62). All sows lost their backfat thickness during lactation with no difference among the treatments(p>0.25). Fecal moisture was similar for sows fed the control and MC treatments with 70% moisture content. The growth rate of piglets was not significant difference among the treatments ranging from 47 to 48kg. Day to estrus postweaning was not affected by supplementation of MC with treatment means ranging from 5 to 7 days. There was not significant difference in the milk production(i.e, 8.9kg/d for control, 9.18kg/d for MC0.5 and 9.20kg/d for MC1.0). Survivability of piglet was affected by feeding added MC during lactation. There was no significant difference in the digestibility of DM, but the digestibility of N tended to increase in sows fed the MC0.5 and MC1.0 supplemented diets compared to the basal diet(linear effect, p<0.10; quadratic effect. p<0.08). Digestibility of P tended to increase by the treatment of supplemented MC. However, there was no significant difference among the treatments. In conclusion, the results of experiment suggest that lactation diet of supplemented MC could be a beneficial feeding for digestibility in sow and litter performance.

A Competitive Study on the Linkage Effects of Primary Industry among Korea, China and Japan (한국, 중국, 일본의 1차 산업의 생산유발효과 비교 연구)

  • This study compared the production inducement effects of primary industries between Korea, China, and Japan for the period from 2000 to 2014, by examining the forward and backward linkage effects using the World Input-Output Tables. Although research on the industrial effect of primary industries has been conducted actively, this study is contributive since it compares the differences in industrial linkage effects between Korea, China, and Japan. According to Fisher(1939)'s and Clark(1957)'s classifications of primary industries, this study classified agriculture, forestry, fishing, and mining industries as primary industries. The analysis methodology of this study is to use the World Input-Output Tables to create the industry linkage model between Korea, China, and Japan, and then conduct a comparative analysis. According to the results of this study, the forward and backward linkage effects of agriculture industry between Korea, China, and Japan are significantly different, while the forward and backward linkage effects of forestry and fishing industries between Korea, China, and Japan are partially different. By comparing the changes in industrial dependencies of primary industries due to the 4th Industrial revolution between the three countries, this study suggested the future development direction of primary industries.

과학위성 1호 전력부

  • 과학위성 1호는 2003년 9월 26일 러시아 플레세츠크 발사장에서 발사되었다. 고도 690Km 상공에서 원형궤도를 그리며 우주에서의 임무수행을 시작했다. 과학위성 1호의 1차 전지는 태양으로부터 생산된 전기에너지를 사용하며, 2차 전지는 NiCd Battery를 사용한다. 이와 같이 1차 전지와 2차 전지를 최적의 상태로 제어하여 위성의 전력공급시스템으로써의 역할을 수행하게 될 과학위성 1호 전력시스템은 크게 Solar Power Regulator(SPR), Power Supply Unit(PSU), Power Distribution Unit(PDU), 및 Battery Cell Monitor / Pyrotechnic Device Support Equipment(BM/PDSE)로 구성 되어있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 과학위성 1호의 전력공급을 담당하는 System Unit 별 기능, 신호흐름, 전력분배 원칙 등에 대하여 연구하였다.

Estimation of Dissolved Oxygen in Streams using Reaeration, 1st Production and Respiration Rates (재포기 계수, 1차 생산율 및 호흡률을 이용한 하천의 용존산소 추정)

  • Dissolved oxygen is considered as one of the important water-quality constituents in streams from one century ago and fishes perish in low dissolved oxygen concentration. Environmental scientists and engineers have introduced the deterministic model to estimate dissolved oxygen concentration of streams and recommended the use of the Delta Method (DM), Approximate Delta Method (ADM), Extreme Value Method (EVM) and Optimization Method (OPT) which can be applied in no spatial variation of dissolved oxygen. The diurnal or annual variation of dissolved oxygen is mainly determined from the parameters such as reaeration rate, 1st production rate and respiration rate which are related to dissolved oxygen. Each method was briefly introduced and applied to two sampling sites of Anseong Stream watershed in this paper. The limitation, advantages and disadvantages of each method were reviewed and analyzed after running the each method. From these analyses, the benefit-cost approach to estimate dissolved oxygen effectively in streams was recommended.
