As a primary step in studying the effects of the netting porosity on the net-shape in the four-seam trawling net, a series of experiments were performed changing the porosity of each panel, with the simplified mo:iel of the bag net made of porous vinyl film and that ma:ie of net webbing. These models were suspended horizontally in circularly flowing water, with two pairs of susp~nding threais to four points of symetry at the border of the bag mouth in place of both wing nets. And then, the section shape of the bag mouth photographed and the tensions on both pairs of suspending threads were measured with two load cells in circularly flowing water. From the results, the auther estimated an experimental equation from the relationship between the porosity of each panel in the bag net and the section shape of the bag mouth, h/w=k (l-Pr_u/lPr_s)

Bsusiness-to- Business transactions requires interactions between diverse application s and business. This gives rise to the need to for a common standard and protocol for exchanging busienss messages. and RosettaNet is the leading industry organization focused on developing B2B process standard for a global supply chain. This paper is intended as an investigation of Build-up Method of SCM Connection applying EC Standard(Rossetta-net) to reduce the integration effort, and improve extensibility and interoperability of an eBusiness infrastructure.-Intiative way for E-commerce applications to quickly incorporate new standards. Supply Chain Management (SCM) helps companies plan and execute supply to meet customer demand. The researches of modem scientists have thrown new light on the subject. but, The study of SCM for EC Standard has been strangely neglected by critics. Consequently, existing SCM system, which require to introduce the functions of EC, needs to be changed. Let me summarize the main points that have been made in this paper. The sharing information for connection and the Rosetta-net standard of the existing SCM system, and PIP 3A4, order management module, of the Rosetta-net specifications for connection by the Rosetta-net. Lastly, That shows the process of the gateway for connecting among the existing SCM systems. This provides felxibility in incorporating any new emerging open standard.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze factors affecting the net income of regional and industrial fisheries cooperatives in South Korea using panel data. This paper utilizes linear or GLS regression models such as pooled OLS model, fixed effects model, and random effects model to estimate affecting factors of the net income of regional and industrial fisheries cooperatives. After reviewing various tests, we eventually select random effects model. The results, based on panel data between 2013 and 2018 year and 64 fisheries cooperatives, indicate that capital and area dummy variables have positive effects and employment has negative effect on the net income of regional and industrial fisheries cooperatives as predicted. However, debt are opposite with our predictions. Specifically, it turns out that debt has positive effect on the net income of regional and industrial fisheries cooperatives although it has been increased. Additionally, this paper shows that the member of confreres does not show any significant effect on the net income of regional and industrial fisheries cooperatives in South Korea. This study is significant in that it analyzes the major factors influencing changes in the net income that have not been conducted recently for the fisheries cooperatives by region and industry.

This study was conducted to suggest revegetation character for environment factor of slope. Field test carried out for the man-made slope with three types(0.5cm no net, 3.0cm no net, 3.0cm net) revegetation methods in Hwaseong. Test revegetation plants were Festuca arundinacea, Lolium perenne, Lespedeza cyrtobotrya and Indigofera pseudo-tinctoria M. The result of this study can be summarized as follows; 1. The soil hardness, the soil acidity, and the soil humidity of three types(0.5cm no net, 3.0cm no net, 3.0cm net) revegetation methods were at a suitable value for plants growth. 2. All plant growth index(seedling number, ground coverage, plant height, plant weight, etc) of south slope were better than north slope. But plant growth index of net plots were similar to no net plots. 3. For washout investigation, washout quantity of north slope was plentifully measured from south slope, and 1 amount of rainfall will be big was visible appears plentifully.

The general role of commercial banks is to provide financial services to the general public and business, ensuring economic and social stability and sustainable growth of the economy. Commercial banks play an important role in mobilizing and channelizing funds for investment activities. This study analyzes the impact of the key financial variables on the net profit of the selected commercial banks in Oman. The study employs times series panel data - cross-sectional analysis of the key financials of five leading commercial banks for a period of 13 years from 2007 to 2019. The results reveal that the correlation matrix of the selected variables has a positive relationship with net profit, assets, deposits, loans, and interest income. However, the findings also shows a negative relationship between net profit and net loans to total deposits ratio. The study found net loans is the main independent variable that influences the profitability of the banks since the key source of revenue comes from the lending operations. The assets, total capital adequacy ratio have a mixed effect on the profitability of commercial banks. The total deposits and capital adequacy ratio have a negative effect on profitability mainly because excessive liquidity will increase the cost of capital and reduce the return on investment. Focusing on lending operations with a sound credit portfolio will improve profitability.

In this paper, we present an approach for detecting slide transitions in lecture videos by introducing the spatio-temporal residual networks. Given a lecture video which records the digital slides, the speaker, and the audience by multiple cameras, our goal is to find keyframes where slide content changes. Since temporal dependency among video frames is important for detecting slide changes, 3D Convolutional Networks has been regarded as an efficient approach to learn the spatio-temporal features in videos. However, 3D ConvNet will cost much training time and need lots of memory. Hence, we utilize ResNet to ease the training of network, which is easy to optimize. Consequently, we present a novel ConvNet architecture based on 3D ConvNet and ResNet for slide transition detection in lecture videos. Experimental results show that the proposed novel ConvNet architecture achieves the better accuracy than other slide progression detection approaches.

Fruit bagging is a traditional way to produce high-quality fruit and to prevent damage from insects and diseases. Growing pears by non-bagging is concerned about the damage from insect, it can be controlled by installing a insect net facility. Wind load should be considered to design the insect net facility because it has the risk of collapse due to the strong wind. So we carried out wind tunnel test for measurement of drag force, where the insect net with porosity about 65% is selected as an experimental subject. As a result of the test, drag force was measured to be 244.14 N when insect net area and wind speed are $1m^2$ and 22.7 m/s respectively. And, drag coefficients for the insect net were found to be about 0.55~0.57, which may be used as the preliminary data to design the insect net facilities at the orchard.

Although standards related to falling stone facilities are established in Korea, the absorption energy of the rockfall prevention net is evaluated from the passage of rockfall and destruction of the rockfall prevention net on field test. The existing PVC coating net does not sufficiently suppress the rockfall load and tears frequently occur, and a high-strength wire rockfall net was developed to prevent. In this study, the performance was analyzed through field tests of the existing PVC coating net and the developed high-strength rockfall net (1,000 MPa, 2,000 MPa).

Due to the accelerated global warming phenomenon after industrialization, the frequency of changes in the existing environment and abnormal climate is increasing. Agriculture is an industry that is very sensitive to climate change, and global warming causes problems such as reducing crop yields and changing growing regions. In addition, environmental changes make the growth period of crops irregular, making it difficult for even experienced farmers to easily estimate the growth stage of crops, thereby causing various problems. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a CNN model for estimating the growth stage of crops. The proposed model was a model that modified the pooling layer of ResNet, and confirmed the accuracy of higher performance than the growth stage estimation of the ResNet and DenseNet models.

EuroNet ist eine multilinguale Datenbasis mit WordNets $f\"{u}r\;einige\;europ\"{a}ische$ Sprachen ($holl\"{a}ndisch$, italienisch, spanisch, deutsch, $franz\"{o}sisch$, tschechisch und estnisch). Die WordNets werden genauso wie das amerikanische WordNet $f\"{u}r$ Englisch (Princeton WordNet, Miller et al. 1990) in Synsets (Zusammensetzen der synonymen $W\"{o}rter$) mit grundlegenden lexikalisch-semantischen Relationen zwischen ihnen $ausgedr\"{u}ckt$ strukturiert. Jedes WordNet stellt also ein einzigartiges innersprachliches System $f\"{u}r$ die lexikalischen und konzeptuellen Relationen dar. $Zus\"{a}tzlich$ werden diese auf dem Princeton WordNet basierten WordNets (z.B. GermaNet) mit einem Inter-Linguale-Index (kurz, ILI) verbunden. $\"{U}ber$ diesem Index werden die Sprachen zusammengeschaltet, damit zu gehen ist $m\"{o}glich$, von den $W\"{o}rtern$ in einer Sprache zu den $\"{a}hnlichen\;W\"{o}rtern$ in jeder $m\"{o}glicher$ anderen Sprache. Der Index gibt auch Zugang zu einer geteilten Top-Ontologie von 63 semantischen Unterscheidungen. Diese Top-Ontologie stellt einen allgemeinen semantischen Rahmen $f\"{u}r$ aile Sprachen zur $Verf\"{u}gung,\;w\"{a}hrend$ sprachspezifische Eigenschaften in den einzelnen WordNets beibehalten werden. Die Datenbasis kann, unter anderen, $f\"{u}r$ einsprachige und multilinguale Informationsretrieval benutzt werden. In der vorliegenden Arbeit handelt sich also um eine methodologische Untersuchung der koreanisch-deutschen ILI-Verbindung zur Anwendung der auf dem EuroNet basierten lexikalischen, semantischen Datenbasis. Dabei werden einzelnen Lexeme in koreanischen, deutschen WordNets $zun\"{a}chst$ mit Hilfe der Sense-Analyse semantisch differenziert, und dann durch lexikalische und konzeptuelle Relationen(ILI) miteinander verbunden. Die Equivalezverbindungen dienen, sprachspezifische Konzepte zum ILI abzubilden. Sie werden von einem anderen Synset der moglichen Relationen aus der Euronet-Spezifikation genommen. Wenn es keinen ILI-Rekord gibt, der ein direktes Equivalenz zu einem gegebenen Konzept darstellt, kann das Konzept in der Frage $\"{u}ber$ EQ-Near-Synonymie, EQ-Hyperonymie oder EQ-Hyponymie Relationen verbunden werden.
