컴퓨터의 눈이라고 불리우는 감지 장치를 통하여 얻어진 항공 사진에 관한 영상을 분할하고, 이런 초기자료를 바탕으로 영상을 해석하여 건물 및 도로에 관한 정보를 추출하는 흑판 시스템을 소개한다. 흑판 시스템의 구성요소인 흑판, 지식원, 제어 모듈의 기능및 역할이 지식 표현과 제어 전략 측면에서 설명된다. 프레임 형태를 취하는 흑판위의 가설들의 계층적 구조와 가설 생성및 검증을 담당하는 지식원의 구조에 대하여 소개하고, 이들 지식원을 운영하여 원하는 해를 구해가는 제어 전략에 대하여 상세히 소개한다. 특히, 영상자료의 탐색 영역을 제한하기 위한 매핑 영상의 활용 방법에 대하여 소개한다.

본 논문은 상대방의 변화하는 필요사항을 충족시키기 위하여 사람들이 일반적으로 채택하고 있는 ‘적절 반응’(responsiveness) 과정을 컴퓨터 시스템에 적용하는 것에 관한 연구이다. ‘적절 반응’과정은 일반적으로 관찰, 이해, 해석, 이행의 4단계로 구성된다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 ‘적절 반응’ 과정을 ‘흑판’(blackboard) 구조를 이용하는 ‘반응 층’(responsive layer)을 통하여 MSLTRAIN이라고 하는 실제 시스템에 적용하였다. ‘반응 층’은 ‘적절 반응’과정을 실질적으로 이행하는 ‘지식 소자’(knowledge source)와 정보의 상호 소통을 위한 ‘흑판’으로 구성된다. ‘적절 반응’ 과정과 이를 이행하는 ‘반응 층’은 변화하는 사용자의 욕구를 충족시켜 나가는 지능을 제공한다.

신제품의 연구/개발에 있어서는 시제품의 실험결과를 토대로 개량설계를 여러 번 반복하는 경우가 많으며, 이로 인하여 시제품을 만드는 횟수가 많아지게 되는 경향이 있다. 신제품의 연구/개발에 있어서 이와 같은 불필요한 시제품을 만드는 횟수를 저감시키기 위한 목적으로 주로 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션에 기반을 둔 CAD 시스템이 많이 연구 되고 있으며, 일부는 이미 실용화되어 있다. 그러나 이와 같은 종래의 CAD시스템은 시제품의 실험결과를 합리적으로 개량설계에 반영하기 위한 기능을 CAD 시스템 내부에 갖추고 있지 않다. 본 연구에서는 다수의 지식원들의 상호 협조 작업을 통하여 문제해결 능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 특징을 갖는 흑판형 추론모델을 이용하여, 신제품의 개발설계를 적절히 지원하기 위한 전문가 시스템(DESYR ver. 1)의 구축방법을 제시하였으며, 이를 통하여 시제품의 실험결과를 보다 효과적으로 개량설계에 반영할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한, 신형 자기축수의 개발을 통하여 제시한 방법론의 타당성을 검증하였다.

Scheduling jobs effectively under consideration of actual loads on machines is one of the most complicated tasks in production control. The complexity of the finite capacity scheduling often makes the conventional methods of industrial engineering fail. As an alternative, Knowledge-based approaches to job-shop scheduling have been evolved recently. This paper presents a blackboard- based scheduling expert system which combines knowledge-based scheduling with interactive scheduling. It is shown to be possible to generate the feasible schedule within a reasonable time. Flexible reaction management is also possible while keeping the changes in the generated schedule to the minimal and adjusting the schedule to tardy operations or working environmental changes. The system is equipped with a rule base with heuristics for handling conflicted event. A case study applying the implemented system is described.

교육방법의 발전 없이 교육의 효과를 기대할 수 없다. 날로 발전하는 교육심리학과 아울러 전자분야의 눈부신 발달은 흑판과 강의에만 의존해 오던 종내의 교육방법을 근본적으로 바꿔놓고 있다. 특히 미국을 비롯한 선진제국의 강의실에는 현대적인 시청각 기자재가 즐비하게 비치되어 있고, 그 내용의 구성과 활용 전략상의 효과를 계속해서 평가하면서 교육의 효율을 높이고 있다. 시청각기자재 없이는 이제 교육이 불가능한 것처럼 인식되고 있는 것이 오늘날의 선진제국의 상식이다.

In this paper, the illuminance distribution of blackboards on classroom in elementary, junior, and senior high school was measured and analyzed. Generally, average illuminance and uniformity of illuminance was 519[lx] and 0.543 (elementary: 389[lx], 0.387; junior: 632[lx], 0.570; senior: 527[lx], 0.608) respectively. When all lighting fixtures in each classroom were turned on, average illuminance was higher about 65% than lights-out, and, in case that local lighting fixtures exist, was higher 27% than absence, but uniformity of illuminance turned bad on the contrary ($0.462{\rightarrow}0.676$). According to classification into direction of windows on classroom. facing north, both were bad. In case of classroom to slant to east or west, the difference of illuminance at the forenoon and afternoon was big, and uniformity of illuminance was also bad.

네트워크 통신을 기반으로 한 영상 회의 및 세미나, 강의에서는 영상/음성뿐만 아니라 프리젠테이션 제시 또한 중요한 요소로 작용하고 있다. 전형적인 세미나 또는 회의, 강의에서 사용되는 흑판을 촬영하여 영상 전송 기능을 그대로 이용하는 프리젠테이션 제시 기법은 고해상도의 영상 기술이 필요하고, 촬영기술의 기능까지 요구되므로 원격의 환경에서 큰 장애 요인이 된다. 본 논문에서는TCP기반의 연결 지향형 소켓을 이용한 효과적인 멀티미디어 프리젠테이션을 공유하기 위한 실시간 멀티미디어 공유 보드시스템을 구현한다. 이 시스템은 시스템 구축에 수반하는 비용을 감소할 수 있으며 데이터 신뢰성 및 상호 작용을 향상시키고, 프리젠데이션 지연 시간을 최소화할 수 있다.

This study is concluded under by investigation about the lighting environment on a blackboard in elementary, middle, high school of inchon metropolitan. 1. The illumination was approximated to standard value in the side of quantity by the result of the Mimistry of Education's command. However, the uniformity of illuminescence was relatively increased. 2. In order to raise the blackboard lighting, we installed local lighting fixture for blackboard but most of schools are directly adopted to the way of sticking to the blackboard and the lower part of the blackboard is not effective. So that it is desirable of teacher and students to put the local lighting in front of the higher part of the blackboard or install in setting the perfect diffusion light from the ceiling. 3. Deviation of luminance is also more groat when local lighting exist for blackboard. And, regardless of local lighting, luminance of blackboard in side of window, from direction of floor is high because of regular reflected light. Therefore a curtain or blind must be installed pertinently.
