Purpose: The purpose of this case study is to analyze of the training fidelity of vision training trainee. Mehtods: The vision training observation group included 75 clients (male=40, female=35) who had binocular vision disorders without opthalmic diseases or vertical phoria. Results: A high degree of visiting rate and training fidelity showed improvement of binocular vision function, sensation and symptoms. It had a high degree of success rate and preference rate. Conclusions: We suggest that high training fidelity is an effective and alternative method for binocular vision disorder therapy.

기존의 VTS 교육훈련시설은 레이더 영상의 전시에만 의존하여 충실한 교육효과를 거두기 어려운 현실이었다. 최근에 선박 조종시뮬레이터에서 사용되던 3차원 가상영상을 VTS 관제운용에 접목하여 악천 후 등으로 인한 CCTV 활용 및 견시가 불가능한 때에도 선박의 현재 항해 상태를 직관적으로 파악할 수 있는 시스템이 개발되었다. 본 연구에서는 3차원 가상영상의 제공이 관제사의 효율적이고 신속한 의사결정을 어떻게 지원할 수 있는지를 살펴본 뒤, 기존 VTS 훈련 장비에 3차원 가상영상을 접목하여 보다 충실한 교육훈련효과를 거둘 수 있는 방안을 찾아보았다.

An environmental factor is very important in a war game model supporting military training. Most war game models in Korean armed forces apply the same weather conditions to all operation areas. As a result, it fails to derive a high-fidelity simulation result. For this reason this study attempts to develop factor techniques for a high-fidelity war game that can apply distributed synthetic atmospheric environment modeling data to a military simulation. The major developed factor technology of this study applies regional distributed precipitation data to the 2D-GIS based Simplified Detection Probability Model(SDPM) that was developed for this study. By doing this, this study shows that diversely distributed local weather conditions can be applied to a military simulation depending on the model resolution from theater level to engineering level, on the use from training model to analytical model, and on the description level from corps level to battalion level.

보행 이동장치 기술은 가상현실 시뮬레이터 환경에서 사용자의 보행 이동을 이용한 공간 탐색과 네비게이션을 가능하게 하여, 훈련 시뮬레이터 시스템의 체감 몰입감과 훈련 충실도를 향상시키는 휴먼 인터페이스 기술이다. 본 연구에서는 현재까지 개발된 다양한 보행 이동 인터페이스 기술들을 분석하고, 체감 네비게이션을 이용한 훈련 몰입도 향상 방안에 대해 소개하며, 훈련 시뮬레이터 시스템에 통합하기 위한 보행 이동 시스템의 설계 과정을 기술한다.

Currently, aircraft simulator has drawn a great attention because it has significant advantages of economic, temporal, and spatial costs compared with pilot training with real aircraft. Among the components of the aircraft simulator, flight dynamic model plays a key role in simulating the flight of an actual aircraft. Hence, it is important to verify the fidelity of flight dynamic model with an automated tool. In this paper, we develop a software to automatically verify the fidelity of the flight mechanics model for the efficient development of the aircraft simulator. After designing the software structure and GUI based on the requirements derived from the fidelity verification process, the software is implemented with C # language in Window-based environment. Experimental results on CTSW models show that the developed software is effective in terms of function, performance and user convenience.

In this paper, in Incheon, vocational education and training satisfaction of vocational training institutions and on the factors affecting the career maturity were investigated. Mercy Vocational trainees receive training in vocational education and training to improve skills in the process it was found that commitment. In addition, "friends, family, acquaintances," with the encouragement of vocational education and training has been to collect. Prefer long-term training and career maturity and high educated singles with lower career maturity were higher. Regression analysis of satisfaction in the vocational education and training information, influence on career maturity. Therefore, the authorities concerned in the vocational education and training program faithfully find ways to operate should be.

서울지역의 건강한 중년 자원자 91명(남 42명, 여 49명)을 대상으로 24시간 회상법을 이용한 3일간의 식품 및 영양소 섭취실태조사와 1년간의 식품섭취빈도조사를 6개월 간격으로 조사하였다. 1차 조사는 대상자가 작성해 온 조사지를 훈련된 영양사와의 면담을 통하여 수정, 보충하였으며, 2차 조사는 6개월 후 대상자가 직접 기록하여 우편을 통하여 접수하였다. (중략)

해상교통관제사의 능력 향상을 위해 해양수산부에서는 자격인증에 관한 훈령을 제정한 후 기본과정, OJT 강사과정, 선임관제사 과정, 재교육과정 등의 교육을 시행하면서 교육용 시뮬레이터를 활용해 왔다. 또한, 항만의 안전과 보안을 우선 담보하는 해상 교통관제사로서 능력을 발휘하고 필요한 역량을 갖추기 위해서 IALA V-103에서 언급된 대로 여러 부분의 지식을 함양하고 교육용 시뮬레이터를 이용한 간접경험으로 훈련을 충실히 하고 있다. 그러나 시뮬레이터는 항만의 선박교통상황을 충분히 구현하지 못하며 긴급하고 위험한 상황 또한 제한적으로 구현할 수밖에 없는 등 교육용 시뮬레이터의 약점을 보완하기위해 VTS 시뮬레이터 시스템의 기능강화를 위한 요구사항 분석 및 설계 기준을 검토하였다. 특히, 해상교통관제사의 훈련 상황을 객관적으로 평가할 수 있는 평가기능을 구현하기 위해서 분석 검토하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of satisfaction or dissatisfaction of a franchise organization training program on its achievements. For the training program variables, it takes a motivation, a role perception, and a customer directivity as independent variables, and satisfaction or dissatistaction as a parameter. Also, it regards operation capability improvements, satisfaction of the job, and a will for a long-time employment as a dependent variable, then it presents the results by using SPSS/PC+ statistics methods. The results shows that satisfaction of training programs affect the long-time employment a lot. Therefore, for a long-run growth of the franchise organization, it is important to carry out proper training programs. The introduction(part I) contains the subject proposal and the purpose of the study, and theological background(part II) shows the definition and quality of a franchise organization, and some expectations from training programs such as motivations, role perceptions, and customer directivity. Also, part III presents the study model, hypothesis, and analyzing methods. For the last, part IV shows the verification of statistic results, then part V presents the conclusion.

In this study, amateur baseball team leaders studied ways to train student baseball team players through records management. To this end, a system was developed that could apply the formula for obtaining various secondary records or savermetrics data. The team distributed the information to three leaders of the student baseball team and studied the training guidelines through the target group interface. Through the records, students were able to increase motivation and make sure that all the players were faithful to their roles.
