Classification of Local Climate Zone by Using WUDAPT Protocol - A Case Study of Seoul, Korea - (WUDAPT Protocol을 활용한 Local Climate Zone 분류 - 서울특별시를 사례로 -)

  • This study aims to create a Local Climate Zone(LCZ) map of Seoul by using World Urban Database and Access Portal Tools(WUDAPT) protocol, and to analyze the characteristics of the Seoul LCZs. For this purpose, training samples of 17 LCZ types were collected by using Landsat images and Google Earth. LCZ Classification and Filtering were performed by SAGA GIS. An ArcGIS was used to analyze the characteristics of each LCZ type. The characteristics of the LCZ types were analyzed by focusing on building surface fraction ratio, impervious surface fraction ratio, pervious surface fraction ratio, building stories and air temperature. The results show that one filtering was found to be most appropriate. While Yangcheongu and Yeongdeungpogu with the higher annual and maximum mean air temperature than other areas have the higher rate of LCZ 3(compact low-rise) and LCZ 4(open high-rise), Jongnogu, Eunpyeonggu, Nowongu and Gwanakgu with the lower value have the higher rate of LCZ A(Dence trees). The values of building surface fraction ratio, impervious surface fraction ratio and building stories of each LCZ were included in the range of WUDAPT for most LCZs. However, the values of pervious surface fraction ratio were out of the range, in particular, in the LCZs 4~6 and 9~10. This study shows the usability and applicability of the WUDAPT methodology and its climate zone classification used in many countries as a basic data for the landscape planning and policy to improve the thermal environment in urban areas.

Historical Review of Modern Public Health Nursing (근대 보건간호의 역사적 고찰)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to examine the modern history of public health(PH) and suggest a way forward for PH nursing(PHN). Methods: This paper is a review article that derives results from literature review. Results: In the period of beginning (up to 1944), PHN began as the PH Department was created in the Hygiene Bureau in 1908 and tasks about nurses were legislated. PHN was limited to infectious disease tasks and performed mostly by missionaries. In the period of foundation formation (1945 to 1961), the Republic of Korea was founded, and PH policies and tasks were defined with the establishment of the central government organization and the applicable laws. In the period of foundation establishment (1962 to 1979), the Regional PH Act was amended, and as a result, PH Centers(PHCs) spread across the country. In the period of foundation expansion (1980 to 1994), the PH referral system of PHCs, PH Units, and Primary Health Care Post was established. In the period of organization in each area (1995 to 2005), PH programs reflecting changes in disease structure and public needs for the quality of life. A regional health care plan was launched. In the period of funtion expansion (2006 to present day), Centers for support health living were established. Conclusions: In the future, PH nurses need to have a macroscopic perspective that views PH through the overall PH system, and to expand from the existing healthcare concept to the national and global healthcare one.

Possibility and Limit of a Redesign of a Path for Lifelong Vocational Competency Development (평생직업능력개발 경로 재설계의 가능성과 한계)

  • An ideology what a modern society seeks is lifelong employment through lifelong learning. The single word which draws the attainment is lifelong vocational competency development. This study is designed for exploring its possibility and limit of a redesign of it, and tries to propose efficiently a redesign idea of a vocational educational path. To this end, it was analyzed by a subject for a national human resource foundation plan and a lifelong bocational competency development foundation plan. In addition to that, it was covered a structure and content analysis of main laws and regulations which are a base of policy making. An educational path could be divided into an area of formal education system, an area of workplace for labors, and an area of lifelong vocational competency development. And the insights were drawn by pulling apart an operational situation of main organizations and a recurrent process of the educational path. The redesign plan of a vocational education path we did analyze to activate lifelong vocational competency development system is deduced as following. Firstly, it should be re-organized with a direction towards an effective manpower training to be linked with skills and demands required by an industry. Secondly, it should be generalized for a model of recurrence between work and learning and its alternation for lifelong vocational competency development. Thirdly, it should create a cluster in the region for lifelong vocational competency development so that it is to form an efficient network to have a division of labor and its liaison with cooperative relationship.

An Empirical Assessment of Competency Requirements for Logistics Managers in China (중국진출 한국기업 물류관리자의 자격요건에 관한 연구)

  • The aim of this research is to identify the competencies required by logistics managers or supply chain managers in China. And this research also attempts to show their relative importance and key knowledge areas that require improvement. Using a survey questionnaire, data was collected against forty three logistics and supply chain management skills or competencies, which were then grouped into four categories and analysed. The Analysis revealed that supply chain awareness, ability to make decisions, analytical skill, communication skill, supply chain cost, people skill, and integration of internal or external information flow which belong to logistics planning group are considered the most important Competencies for effective and efficient logistics functioning. On the other hand, reverse logistics and IATA regulations from environmental awareness group show little influence on logistics managers for improving their logistics performances. The results have implications for a variety of parties including prospective logisticians, students, teachers and companies considering expanding their business to Chinese market. For example, the results permit companies to employ appropriate logistics managers who are qualified with sufficient skills and competencies suggested in this research. In the case of practitioners, the results provide a benchmark for comparison with their current level of abilities and suggested competencies.

The Optimum of Respiratory Phase Using the Motion Range of the Diaphragm: Focus on Respiratory Gated Radiotherapy of Lung Cancer (횡격막의 움직임을 이용한 최적화된 호흡 위상의 선택: 폐암의 호흡 동기 방사선치료 중심)

  • This study was to analyze quantitatively movement of planning target volume (PTV) and change of PTV volume through movement of diaphragm according to breathing phase. The purpose of present study was to investigate optimized respiration phase for radiation therapy of lung cancer. Simulated breathing training was performed in order to minimize systematic errors which is caused non-specific or irregular breathing. We performed 4-dimensional computed tomography (4DCTi) in accordance with each respiratory phase in the normalized respiratory gated radiation therapy procedures, then not only defined PTVi in 0 ~ 90%, 30 ~ 70% and 40 ~ 60% in the reconstructed 4DCTi images but analyzed quantitatively movement and changes of volume in PTVi. As a results, average respiratory cycle was $3.4{\pm}0.5$ seconds by simulated breathing training. R2-value which is expressed as concordance between clinically induced expected value and actual measured value, was almost 1. There was a statistically significant. And also movement of PTVi according to each respiration phase 0 ~ 90%, 30 ~ 70% and 40 ~ 60% were $13.4{\pm}6.4mm$, $6.1{\pm}2.9mm$ and $4.0{\pm}2.1mm$ respectively. Change of volume in PTVi of respiration phase 30 ~ 70% was decreased by $32.6{\pm}8.7%$ and 40 ~ 60% was decreased by $41.6{\pm}6.2%$. In conclusion, PTVi movement and volume change was reduced, when we apply a short breathing phase (40 ~ 60%: 30% duty cycle) range. Furthermore, PTVi margin considered respiration was not only within 4mm but able to get uniformity of dose.

The Need Analysis for Operating Course-based National Technical Qualification Course of Vocational School Teachers (직업계고 교사의 과정평가형 자격 과정 운영에 대한 교육요구도 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to use as a basic data of establishing operating Course-based National Technical Qualification(CNTQ) support program by examining the educational needs for operating CNTQ of vocational school teachers, and to contribute to the vocational school settlement of CNTQ course. To achieve those purposes, this study drew 27 tasks performed by teachers operating CNTQ. Also, it surveyed the perceived importance and the performance. The findings of this study are as follows. First, it is showed that 'selection of qualification fields and confirmation of organization criteria, organization of educational training time by competency unit, organization of subjects and establishment of competency unit operating plan by grade and semester, selection of teaching materials, implementation of education and training, establishment of evaluation plan, implementation of evaluation, re-education and re-evaluation students with grades under 40%, guidance of paper evaluation, guidance of practical evaluation, guidance of interview evaluation' are the first priority tasks in the result of the need analysis. Second, it is indicated that 'application of external evaluation, guidance to retake an exam for failure' are the secondary priority tasks. According to these results, the following conclusions were made. First, it will be more positive effects if the educational needs in the next CNTQ support program include contents of the first priority tasks. Second, it is indicated that the priority of the educational needs for tasks of operating plan stages is commonly high. In particular, the highest ranking in the result means that it is completely supported from the first step on operating course. It is expected that the program which teachers on operating the course of similar qualification fields share each operating experience is effective. Third, the priority of the educational needs for external evaluation step ranked high. External evaluation has a different level of difficulty and a form of practical evaluation output according to qualification fields, so the method of guidance has to be different. It needs the program constructed by similar fields.

A Study of Postural Control Characteristics in Schoolchild with Intellectual Disability (초등학교 지적장애아동의 자세조절 특성)

  • This study aims to provide the basic data of the rehabilitation program for the schoolchild with intellectual disability by designing new framework of the features of postural control for the schoolchild with intellectual disability. For this, the study investigated what sensations the schoolchild are using to maintain posture by selectively or synthetically applying vision, vestibular sensation and somato-sensation, and how the coordinative sensory system of the schoolchild is responding to any sway referenced sensory stimulus. The study intended to prove the limitation of motor system in estimating the postural stability by providing the cognitive motor task, and provided the features of postural control of the schoolchild with intellectual disability by measuring the onset times and orders of muscle contraction of neuron-muscle when there is a postural control taking place due to the exterior disturbance. Furthermore, by comparatively analyzing the difference between the normal schoolchild and the intellectually disabled schoolchild, this study provided an optimal direction for treatment planning when the rehabilitation program is applied in the postural control ability training program for the schoolchild with intellectual disability. Taking gender and age into consideration, 52 schoolchild including 26 normal schoolchild and 26 intellectually disabled schoolchild were selected. To measure the features of postural control, CTSIB test, and postural control strategy test were conducted. The result of experiment is as followed. First, the schoolchild with intellectual disability showed different feature in using sensory system to control posture. The normal schoolchild tended to depend on somato-sensory or vision, and showed a stable postural control toward a sway referenced stimulus on somato-sensory system. The schoolchild with intellectual disability tended to use somato-sensory or vision, and showed a very instable postural control toward a sway referenced vision or a sway referenced stimulus on somato-sensory system. In sensory analysis, the schoolchild with intellectual disability showed lower level of proficiency in somato-sensation percentile, vision percentile and vestibular sensation percentile compare to the normal schoolchild. Second, as for the onset times and orders of muscle contraction for strategies of postural control when there is an exterior physical stimulus, the schoolchild with intellectual disability showed a relatively delayed onset time of muscle control, and it was specially greater when the perturbation is from backward. As for the onset orders of muscle contraction, it started from muscles near coax then moved to the muscles near ankle joint, and the numbers and kinds of muscles involved were greater than the normal schoolchild. The normal schoolchild showed a fast muscle contracting reaction from every direction after the perturbation stimulus, and the contraction started from the muscles near the ankle joint and expanded to the muscles near coax. From the results of the experiments, the special feature of the postural control of the schoolchild with intellectual disability is that they have a higher dependence on vision in sensory system, and there was no appropriate integration of swayed sensation observed in upper level of central nerve system. In the motor system, the onset time of muscle contraction for postural control was delayed, and it proceeded in reversed order of the normal schoolchild. Therefore, when use the clinical physical therapy to improve the postural control ability, various sensations should be provided and should train the schoolchild to efficiently use the provided sensations and use the sensory experience recorded in upper level of central nerve system to improve postural control ability. At the same time, a treatment program that can improve the processing ability of central nerve system through meaningful activities with organizing and planning adapting reaction should be provided. Also, a proprioceptive motor control training program that can induce faster muscle contraction reaction and more efficient onset orders from muscularskeletal system is need to be provided as well.

A Survey on the Critical Success Factors of Knowledge Management Using AHP (AHP 분석을 이용한 지식경영 실천 요소의 중요도에 관한 실증적 연구)

  • 지식경영을 효과적으로 수행하기 위해서 기업은 지식경영을 구성하고 있는 요소를 정확히 이해할 필요가 있고, 이러한 중요 요소에 따라 투자가 이루어져야 한다. 본 연구는 지식경영의 중요 요소들을 제시함으로써, 앞으로 지식경영을 계획하고 있는 기업이 효과적으로 지식경영을 추진할 수 있는 활동 지침 및 투자 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 본 연구에서는 각종 국내외 지식경영 관련 문헌에서 논의된 사항을 중심으로, 지식경영을 구성하는 30개의 중요요소를 추출하고, 분석계층도(AHP)를 이용하여 지식경영을 달성하기 위한 요소들을 위계적 구조로 정리하고, 최종단계에서 238개의 지식경영 구현의 평가기준을 마련하였다. 또한 실제로 지식경영 구현 요소들의 상대적 중요성을 파악하기 위해, 먼저 국내에서 지식경영을 추진하고 있거나 관심을 보이고 있는 48개 기업의 담당자 및 관련 부서원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 동시에 지식경영을 실제로 수행하고 있는 13개 기업의 담당자를 대상으로 각 기업에서 추진하고 있는 지식경영의 현황 파악을 위해 지식경영 실천의 평가기준에 대한 설문을 실시하였다. 이 두 가지 설문 조사 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 기업에서는 지식경영 구현 요소 중에서 인프라 내의 프로세스와 프로세스를 구성하는 지식의 활용과 전파 등이 중요하다고 인식하고 있는 반면, 실제로는 인프라 내의 정보기술과 프로세스를 구성하는 다른 한 축인 지식의 창출과 축적 면에 투자가 이루어진 것으로 나타났다. 이 외에도 지식화, 성과와 가치의 연계 그리고 지식의 가시화 등의 요소들은 상대적 중요도 인식과는 반대로 지식경영 추진에 있어 외면당하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 지식 경영의 이러한 불균형을 시정할 수 있는 방향으로 앞으로의 투자가 수행되어야 할 것을 제안하고 있다. 산업의 밀도를 비재무적 지표변수로 산정하여 로지스틱회귀 분석과 인공신경망 기법으로 검증하였다. 로지스틱회귀분석 결과에서는 재무적 지표변수 모형의 전체적 예측적중률이 87.50%인 반면에 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 90.18%로서 비재무적 지표변수 사용에 대한 개선의 효과가 나타났다. 표본기업들을 훈련과 시험용으로 구분하여 분석한 결과는 전체적으로 재무/비재무적 지표를 고려한 인공신경망기법의 예측적중률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 로지스틱회귀분석의 재무적 지표모형은 훈련, 시험용이 84.45%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 84.45%, 85.08%로서 거의 동일한 예측적중률을 가졌으나 인공신경망기법 분석에서는 재무적 지표모형이 92.23%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형에서는 91.12%, 88.06%로서 향상된 예측적 중률을 나타내었다.(ⅱ) managemental and strategical learning to give information necessary to improve the making. program and policy decision making, The objectives of the study are to develop the methodology of modeling the socioeconomic evaluation, and build up the practical socioeconomic evaluation model of the HAN projects including scientific and technological effects.   • 인력은 한 사회에 있어서 자본을 축적하며 자연자원을 개발하고 사회 경제 정치적 조직을 성장시키는 변화요인으로, 인간을 중심으로 하는 사회경제적 자원을 종합적으로 지칭하는 말이다. 이렇게 국가 사회가 필요로 하는 인력을 정부가 적절히 계획하여, 형성시키며, 배분 및 활용하는 문제를 논리적이고 일관성 있게 다루는 것을 인력정책이라 한다. 이러한 거시적이고 대 사회적인 정부의 인력정책은 국민의 건강과 생명을 보호하기 위한 보건의료 서비스를 제공해야 하는 의료인력을 대상으로 하는 경우 그 중요성이 더욱 특별하다 할 것이다. 국민에 대한 보건의료 서비스는 훈련된 보건 인력에 의해서 제공되며, 국가의 인력정책의 결과로 나타나는 보건의료인력 공급의 적합성은 인력의 불균형이라는 개념들을 통해서 검토될 수 있다. 의료인력의 불균형이라 함은 의료인력의 수, 종류, 기능, 분포, 질 등과 의료서비스에 대한 국민의 전체적 요구에 대응하여 정부가 생산하여 채용, 지원, 유시할 수 있는 정부 능력의 한계를 의미한다. 다시 말해서 국민에 대한 의료서비스의 적정화는 잘 훈련된(well qualified) 의료인력이 충분히 공급되어야(adequately supplied) 하고, 또한 적절히 분포되어야(well distributed) 한다는 양적, 질적, 그리고 분포의 세 가지 측면에서 살펴볼 수 있다. 질적, 양적, 그리고 분포의 불균형이라는 범주를 통하여 살펴본 치과기공사 분야의 인력정책에 대한 연구 결과와 개선방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 수적 불균형의 면에서 치과기공사의 인력은 1970년대 중반이래 계속 과잉 공급되어 왔으며, 이에 대해 정부는 그동안 소극적으로 대처하므로 과잉공급을 가속시켜왔다. 따라서 이러한 과잉공급을 최소하기 위해서는 치과이용에 대한 수요의 확장, 무면허자의 취업규제단속 및 대학의 치과기공학과 정원 축소 등을 생각해 볼 수 있다. 이러한 외형상의 과잉공급에도 불구하고 현업에 종사하는 실제인력은 수용에 비해 부족한 과소 공급현상을 빚고 있다는 점이 문제이다. 이러한 역설적인 현상을 타파하기 위하여 무면허자의 적발을 위시한 제도적 장치가 마련되어야 한다. 둘째, 질적 불균형은 수적 과잉공급에 의한 취업률 저하로 인한 실력 있는 전문인력 확보의 어려움과 전문 교육인력 및 교육시설의 열악한 조건이 원인으로 지적될 수 있으며, 이에 대한 해결방안으로 적절한 인력수요의 조절과 교육인력 및 시설 여건의 향상이 요망된다. 예컨대 3년제로 되어있는 학제를 4년제로 상향조정하는 방안을 고려할 수 있다. 세째, 치과기공사 분야의 인력분포 불균형은 그다지 심각하지는 않은 것으로 나타난다. 그러나 변화하는 소득수준과 사회환경은 의료인력과 균등한 지역적 분포에 대해 지속적인 관심을 가질것을 요청한다고 할 것이다. 이를 위하여 현재의 공중보건의 제도처럼 치기공 분야의 인력을 무의촌지역에 배치하여 공익요원으로 봉사케 하는 제도를 생각해 볼 수 있다.
