This study aims to 1) analyse the current RDA application and training and 2) develop an on-the-job training model for Korean library and information professionals. For this purpose, this study collected and analysed comprehensively RDA on-the-job training programs in the major foreign national libraries, consortium, college libraries, etc. Then, this study presented application methodology of the devised training model to the National library of Korea depending on the RDA application process. Also, the significant consideration for the RDA implementation by type of libraries was suggested.

This study aims to examine the transition of the youth to the labor market by types of education and training institutes focusing employment rate. To construct the dataset for the analysis, the list of the graduates from 4-year universities, junior colleges, polytechnic colleges and the graduates from vocational training institutes as of February 2001 has been merged with the database for the insured in the Unemployment Insurance Database. This data enables tracking down of these graduates in terms of their mobility in the labor market. For graduates from universities and junior colleges, their scores on the Scholastic Aptitude Test have been matched. One of major findings is that the longer the schooling period is, the better the employment results are. Among those who finished 4-year universities, those who went to schools in the metropolitan area achieve a relatively better record in job finding than those who attended schools in the local areas. Meanwhile it is confirmed that the SAT score is highly co-related with the performance in the labor market among those who finished 4-year universities. The co-relation of one's major with his/her employment is not negligible also.

In this paper, we compared the performance of "Network Intrusion Detection System based on attack feature selection using fuzzy control language"[1] and "Intelligent Intrusion Detection System Model for attack classification using RNN"[2]. In this paper, we compare the intrusion detection performance of two techniques using KDD CUP 99 dataset. The KDD 99 dataset contains data sets for training and test data sets that can detect existing intrusions through training. There are also data that can test whether training data and the types of intrusions that are not present in the test data can be detected. We compared two papers showing good intrusion detection performance in training and test data. In the comparative paper, there is a lack of performance to detect intrusions that exist but have no existing intrusion detection capability. Among the attack types, DoS, Probe, and R2L have high detection rate using fuzzy and U2L has a high detection rate using RNN.

This study examines the impact of knowledge management strategies and knowledge management determinants for each type of knowledge management of a company on knowledge activities, and because each company's situation and conditions are different, it is necessary to approach each knowledge management type. The analysis was conducted using the SPSS 18.0 program targeting 81 companies that have introduced knowledge management systems or knowledge management by categorizing them into technology-oriented and combined types. The result is that Initial types are based on changes in organizational structure and active adoption of information technology, and the Organizational knowledge centers use management systems (CEO support, performance compensation system, education and training system) and infrastructure building and information technology to maximize individual knowledge. The Information technology-oriented types rely more on information technology such as infrastructure building and information technology use rather than organizational knowledge. and the Combination type is understood as an educational and training system and decentralized organizational structure for the overall expansion of the organization. Through this study, effective and significant strategies, knowledge management determinants, and knowledge activities for each type were presented.

목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 기질적 조음장애 중 운동구어장애자의 유형에 따른 음운변동 패턴을 연구하여 각 집단만의 신경학적 손상으로 인한 조음운동 패턴을 분석하고자 하는데 있다. 운동구어장애자의 조음 오류에 대해서 SDO(substitution, distortion, omission) 분석적 접근을 하는 것이 일반적이며 따라서 음운변동 분석을 함으로써 이들의 오류패턴의 유형을 찾고, 언어중재 시에 이들의 조음기관 관련 근운동의 훈련을 보다 체계적으로 실시할 수 있을 것이라고 본다. (중략)

본연구는 문제중심해결 과정에서 나타나는 뇌파를 활용한 뉴로피드백 훈련방법으로 자신의 의지에 의해 적절한 뇌파를 구성하여 문제기반 인지능력을 향상시키게 된다. 다양한 영재학습 유형 및 영재아를 뇌파분석에 따른 영역화를 통하여 객관적인 문제기반접근을 통한 표준화된 학습모형을 설계한 것이다. 뇌파는 뇌의 활동상태에 따라 다르게 나타나며, 자신의 뇌에 다양한 훈련으로 피드백을 받게 되면 특정파에 대한 조절능력을 갖게 된다. 본 연구에서는 뇌파조절을 통한 영재학습모형을 개발하여 영재학습능력 향상을 위한 영재프로그램의 설계모형을 개발하였다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between the leadership style of badminton life sports leaders and the performance of club members. A total of 600 badminton club members were invited to participate and 593 were selected for this study. For data analysis, mediating effects were verified through frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. For result section, first, it was found that training instruction behavior, authoritative behavior, and social behavior, which are sub-factors of the leader leadership type, have a positive effect on performance(p<.05). Second, it was found that training instruction behavior, which is a sub-factor of leader leadership type, had a positive effect on self-efficacy(p<.01), and that authoritarian behavior had a negative effect on self-efficacy(p<.01). Third, the mediating effect of self-efficacy was found indirectly in the relationship between leader leadership and performance(p<.001). Based on these results, it is judged that it will be easier to build a more effective training system if the direction for the leadership and guidance type of life sports is set by reflecting the needs of the participants.

This study analyzed various machine learning models that predict employment outcomes after vocational training using pre-assessment data of disabled vocational trainees. The study selected and utilized the most appropriate machine learning models based on a data set containing various personal characteristics, including trainees' gender, age, and type of disability. Through this analysis, the goal is to improve the employment rate and job satisfaction of disabled trainees using only pre-assessment data. As a result, it presents a universal approach that can be applied not only to people with disabilities, but also to vocational trainees from a variety of backgrounds. This is expected to make an important contribution to the development and implementation of tailored vocational training programs, ultimately helping to achieve better employment outcomes and job satisfaction.

This study focused on the emergency evacuation guidelines considering the behaviors of people with disabilities in Korea. For these purposes, this study reviewed the movement behaviors of people with disability and the treatment characteristics of emergency and hazards in United States. The results are as follows. First, it is necessary to suggest establishment requirements and building design guidelines considering the behaviors of inhabitants and the occupant load in social welfare facility for people with disabilities. Second, it is important to establish disaster preparedness and evacuation planning in emergency and hazards reflecting the movement behaviors of people with disabilities in national organizations and institutions on disability. Third, periodical emergency and fire drills are necessary for people with disabilities and should be managed considering the impaired prototypes, evacuation aids and service animals.

This study attempted to find out that organizational culture and organizational support are the main factors of an effect on team, a kind of making unit of broadcasting programming, commitment. And especially this research tried out that each organizational culture type had an effect differently on team commitment using of Linear Structural Equation Modeling(LISREL). In order to empirically test to the research model, data were collected by 280 terrestrial Broadcasting PD in Seoul. Result showed that each organizational culture has a differential influence on the path and effect of organizational support and team commitment. The educational system and production back up of the Organizational support system have not enough to support and promote the team commitment except reward system. As a consequence, Broadcasting organization make a strategy considering of dominant organizational culture type.
