HCI 연구의 주된 주제는 인간중심의 상호작용 환경의 개발이다. 이러한 개발과정에서 새로운 인터페이스 환경이 실생활에 어떠한 기능적 효용가치를 가져다 줄 것인가에 관한 문제가 중요하게 고려되어야 한다. 이를 위해 실질적인 적용사례 구축을 통해 효용성을 입증하는 것이 필요하다. 또한, 최근의 HCI는 기존의 인터페이스 수단을 대체하는 것을 목적으로 개발되어 왔으나, 보다 발전된 접근방법으로서 기존의 인터페이스가 소화할 수 없었던 상호작용의 의미론적 요소들을 다루는 것이 필요할 것이다. 이러한 맥락에서 기존 컴퓨팅 환경에서의 문제해결 프로세스의 한 예를 고찰하고 이것이 새로운 HCI환경에서 효과적인 방법으로 어떻게 구현될 수 있는가에 대한 구체적인 사례를 연구하였다. 본 논문은 문제해결의 한 예로서, '복수개의 결정사안 중 최선의 방안을 도출하는 의사결정과정'에서 HCI를 접목한 효과적인 의사결정 프로세스를 제안하고 이의 효용성을 검증한다. 이러한 의사결정 방법론으로 기존에 사용되는 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)가 대표적이다. 일반적으로 AHP는 각 고려인자간 쌍대비교(pairwise comparisons)를 통해 중요도를 평가하는 과정을 포함한다. 이 과정을 통해 각각의 인자간의 쌍대비교치를 결정한 후 일련의 계산과정을 거쳐 그 결과를 도출한다. 이 작업은 통상적인 데스크탑 컴퓨터 환경에서 이루어진다. 본 논문에서는 각 인자간의 쌍대비교를 통한 우선순위를 결정하는 과정에서 새로운 인터페이스 환경의 적용을 위한 효과적인 연산 알고리즘을 제안하고 이의 효용성을 검증한다. 또한 의사결정 과정의 직관적 가시화를 위해 기본적인 프리미티므 도형으로 이루어진 그래픽 인터페이스를 구현하고, 기존의 의사결정 과정과 그 효용성을 비교한다.

최근 우리나라는 기후온난화 등으로 인해 봄철과 겨울철에 심각한 가뭄이 자주 발생하고 있으며 그 정도는 점차 심해지고 있다. 2001년과 2002년 사이에 발생한 가뭄으로 약 100여개 시군에서 제한급수가 시행되기도 하였으며 2008년 말부터 발생하고 있는 남부지방의 가뭄은 식수를 걱정해야 할 정도로 심각한 실정이다. 이러한 기후변화는 수돗물의 안정적인 공급을 위한 수자원확보를 어렵게 하고 있다. 특히 하천수를 취수원으로 하고 있는 지방상수도의 경우 수돗물의 안정적인 공급과 수질측면에서 가뭄에 매우 취약한 조건을 가지고 있다. 따라서 이러한 가뭄에 대처하고 안정적인 물 공급을 제공할 수 있는 광역상수도의 역할이 중요해 지고 있다. 광역상수도는 여름철 홍수기에 가두어 놓은 댐의 물을 사용함으로써 안정적으로 물을 제공할 수 있다. 광역상수도는 가뭄시 안정적인 수돗물을 공급할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 지역간의 요금편차를 제거하여 수도요금의 지역간 형평성을 고려할 수 있다. 또한 광역상수도를 사용하는 지방자치단체의 경우, 지방상수원 보호구역의 해제로 인해 지역개발을 활성화 시킬 수 있으며 국가차원에서도 물관리의 효율성을 증대시킬 수 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 광역상수도의 사회적 편익을 조건부 가치측정법(CVM)을 이용하여 추정하였다. 조건부가치측정법은 비사장 재화에 대한 가치를 추정할 수 있는 통계적 방법이다. 추정결과 안정적인 물공급을 위한 광역상수도의 가치는 음의 효용을 허용하지 않았을 경우, 가구당 5,796원의 지불의사금액으로 추정되었다. 이러한 결과는 광역상수도의 투자계획시 정책자료로 사용될 수 있으며 물정책 당국자에게 물관리측면에서 유용한 자료로 사용될 수 있다.

Characters are composed of universal value system that can be applied to the oriental and western world, while there are based on the differences in general and cultural values distinguished by the said two worlds. In modern society expressed as the age of moving image, the products concerning the characters have played a role as a forerunner of the spread of culture in the formation of new markets, regardless of considering the relationship between animation industry in Korea and the counterparts in the USA and Japan. Furthermore, as a successful role model, eastern and western character industries have penetrated deeply into our daily lives, in terms of our cultural values. Based on the assumption that characters reflect the cultural values, This study investigates the meanings of bodily & linguistic expressions appeared in animation characters and reviews the method of enhancing their values and effectiveness as cultural assets.

Recently, major activities for the transfer and commercialize of the innovatory IT techniques are revitalized with the active study and development of the IT technologies. Nowadays, the primary concern for the systematic technology valuation gets the great attention in order to transfer or trade innovatory IT techniques easily. It is because the accurate appraisal for the technology is the most important step to get its proper utility value in the transfer and commercialize of the techniques. In this paper, we survey the general technology valuation methods for the transfer and commercialize of the techniques and also examine the special technology appraisal method for the innovatory IT techniques, which have relatively short technical life cycle and can create high added values, in order to transfer innovative IT techniques satisfactorily.

It has been 16 years since the government announced its first Ocean Education Policy in 2005. Although the public consensus on the importance of ocean education has been formed, it is impossible to objectively analyze the impact of the policy on the society or the economy. The aim of this paper was to identify differences in perceptions and behaviors about the ocean between groups participating in ocean education and non-participating groups and to analyze the effectiveness of ocean education by developing measurement indicators for the value that individuals gave to ocean education services. To conduct this study, first, the value of ocean education was defined and value items that could be provided to individuals were classified. Second, to develop indicators that could measure classified value items, a Delphi survey was conducted to collect opinions of various experts. Third, by measuring the content validity ratio (CVR) for each item, final indicators and questionnaire were derived. As a result of Delphi analysis, 18 items with a CVR value of 0.6 or higher were finally adopted out of 32 indicator items. In the cognitive value category, indicators that could identify an individual's level of knowledge of the ocean, change in perception, and problem-solving ability were selected. In the behavioral value category, indicators were expanded to judge changes in attitudes and relationships toward the ocean and responsible behavior in more detail. This study is meaningful in that it provides the basis for directly judging the value of ocean education service provided by the government to the people. Results of such analysis are expected to contribute to securing a stable budget and the justification for expanding human resources in the government's continuous promotion of ocean education policies.

박물관 3.0시대의 도래와 함께 박물관 경영 측면에서 빅데이터 분석, 그리고 공유와 개방의 관점 및 커뮤니케이션 플랫폼과 마케팅 도구로써 소셜 미디어의 영향력이 증대되고 있다. 모바일 애플리케이션이나 비콘에 의존했던기존의 박물관 빅데이터 분석과는 달리, 본 연구에서는 전시에 대한 인스타그램의 해시태그를 분석함으로써, 관람객 분석도구로써 인스타그램 해시태그의 효용성과 가치를 입증하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 최근 2년 동안 국내에서 개최된 다섯 개의 전시의 인스타그램 해시태그를 수집 및 시각화했다. 그 결과, 모든 전시의 인스타그램의 해시태그는 전시명, 전시장소, 전시회, 지역명, 작가명에 집중되었다. 결론적으로 인스타그램의 해시태그는 전시관람 경험에 대한 분석을 위한 빅데이터로 사용하는 것이 부적합했다. 또한 관람객 개발을 위한 도구로써 인스타그램 해시태그의 효용성과 가치는 입증되지 못한 반면, 노출형에 해당하는 해시태그의 정보 확산에 대한 잠재력은 확인되었다.

Discussion of the validity of the software price has been constantly followed in it. For interests friendly relations between the supply provider and consumers, suitable pricing logic is required to convince each other in the market. However, in reality, not only there is no exact calculation standard of the factors that determine the price still, and also lack understanding of the factors. The fact is that by this, each supply company has a software pricing by different criteria, so consumers keep questioning It's a reasonable price. In this paper, it is intended to analyze a variety of factors that influence to the software price and base on this determine a reasonable price formula model of software packages.

다이옥산, 페놀 등의 오염물질 유출로 인한 수질오염사고 발생시 사건 유형에 따라 단수로 인하여 국민들이 불편 겪거나 및 유해물질에 노출되는 등 안전성에 대한 우려가 있다. 본 연구는 수질 오염사고 발생시 댐 추가방류를 통해 위와 같은 문제를 해소하는데 기여하여 단수 등으로 인해 소비자들이 겪을 수 있는 불편을 방지하여 소비자효용의 감소를 줄이고, 안전성측면에서 수자원에 대한 소비자효용을 증가시키는 편익을 추정하고자 한다. 본 연구는 제주도 제외 전국 1,000 가구를 대상으로 한 일대일 개별면접 방식의 설문조사 수행하여 자료를 얻었고, 이 자료를 바탕으로 가구당 WTP의 대푯값을 추정하기 위해 KDI의 CVM 분석지침(2012)을 적용하였다. 수질오염사고 발생시 댐 추가방류에 대한 대푯값 WTP는 2,132.7(원/년/가구)로 추정되었다. 또한 추정결과 상수항 및 제시금액 항의 추정계수는 1.1451(t-값 5.83)와 -0.7286(t-값-5.54)로 모두 유의수준 1%에서 통계적으로 유의하여 설문조사가 제대로 수행되었음을 확인하였다. 국내에는 수질개선과 관련된 다양한 연구들이 존재하지만 댐 추가방류를 통한 수질오염사고 해소 편익 등과 특정사안에 대한 연구들은 존재하고 있지 않다. 따라서 본 연구의 분석결과는 수질 오염 사고로 인한 댐 추가방류의 가치에 대한 선제적인 연구로서 방법론적인 지침과 향후 수자원 개발 및 활용을 위한 정량적인 정보로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Increasing number of transactions and investments in technology has sparked a growing interest in technology valuation. However, it has not been easy to come up with an objective valuation of technology due to variance in technology value and specialty of technology valuation. The main objective of this paper lies in the development of a new system for technology valuation, Web-based Interactive Technology Valuation (WITV) system, which valuate the technology and analyze the technology value strategy. WITV system uses the Technology Valuation Attractiveness Model (TVAM). TVA is composed of the Intrinsic Value of Technology (IVT) and the Extrinsic Value of Technology (EVT). This paper experiment the feasibility of the TVA Model and WITV System by conducting an empirical study on small & medium sized manufacturing companies in IT industry, registered on KOSDAQ. In this study, the potential value is defined as the technology value. It is represents the expected profit appraised by the market under the competitiveness of technology and the growth of the market. TVA is measured as the index to forecast the Price-to-Book value Ratio (PBR), which is the proxy variable for the potential value of the technology. The results identify the feasibility of the TVAM through a high correlation between the TVA and the PBR.

It is expected that the korean power retail market will be reorganized someday. Thus, this study analyzes the changes in consumers' utility level when new companies enter the retail market and offer various bundled services. For the analysis, the utility function of the consumers was estimated using the conjoint choice method. The results of the analysis can be summarized in two-folds. First, consumer will still prefer KEPCO in electricity sales. Therefore, difficulties can be expected when new companies enter the power retail market. Second, consumers do not favor bundled services in the electricity market also. Bundled services would not provide as much as utility each service provide separately.
