The purpose of this paper is to compare the learning effectiveness of autonomous learning between on-line cyber learning using Internet media and off-line learning using printed media. In this study, each group is provided with the same learning contents and the same learning conditions. For autonomous learning the results revealed a significant difference between on-line cyber learning being not as effective as off-line learning. In order to improve the effectiveness of on-line cyber learning the negative aspects have been identified. These findings will help to improve the development of on-line learning effectiveness.

'Low Carbon, Green Growth' may be the achievable target in industry section, depending on whether less reliance on fossil-fuels use can bring higher productivity growth in the long run. This paper tests for the short-run and long-run effects of investment on energy-saving equipments on productivity growth in the Korean manufacturing industries. The investment in energy efficiency causes an increase in costs (measurement effect) in the short-run, but in the long-run likely improve energy intensity and reduce costs (positive real effect) despite the delay in new other investment for technical innovation (negative real effect). A 2SLS regression was attempted to deal with endogeneity of energy-saving investment. The productivity effects were tested for five manufacturing sub-industries showing relatively high energy intensity with annual time series data from 1982 through 2006. No productivity effects were accepted for all five sub-industries except Chemical products. Positive real effect was considered to be exceeded by negative real effect, resulting in decreased productivity growth for Chemical products.

IT성과는 정보시스템 구축 가동 후 상당기간이 경과되어야 제대로 나타나는 경우가 일반적이며, 아무리 근거리의 성과지표에 의한다 하더라도 단기적으로는 여전히 조직 내외의 다른 영향요인들에 의해 상쇄 효과(Smooting Effect)가 나타날 수 있다. 특히 IT 성과를 사후적으로 평가하고자 하는 방법론에서 시차를 고려하지 않고서는 정확한 IT 성과를 측정하기 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 정보화 성과평가에 있어 시차적 특성을 어떻게 효과적으로 분석할 수 있는지에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위해 시차의 개념이 도입된 정보화 성과평가 방법론을 토대로 성과평가를 실시한 공공 기관의 정보시스템 6개를 대상으로 시차분석에 대한 사례연구를 실시하였다.

본 연구는 창업동아리 구성원들을 대상으로 창업교육의 전문성(깊이)과 다양성(폭)이 창업동아리 구성원의 기업가정신에 미치는 영향을 자기효능감의 조절효과를 중심으로 실증분석하고 있다. 12개 대학교에서 수집된 657부의 설문지를 바탕으로 실증분석을 수행한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창업교육의 전문성(깊이)은 진취성과 혁신성에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 창업교육의 다양성(폭)은 위험감수성, 진취성, 혁신성 모두에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자기효능감의 조절효과를 분석한 결과 자기효능감은 창업교육 전문성(깊이)과 진취성 간의 관계와 창업교육 전문성(깊이)과 혁신성 간의 관계를 정(+)의 방향으로 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 창업교육을 전문성(깊이)과 다양성(폭)의 측면으로 구분하고 대학교 창업동아리 구성원들의 기업가정신 간 연관성을 규명하고 있다는 점, 그리고 그 관계에서 자기효능감의 조절효과가 상이하게 나타나고 있다는 증거를 제시하고 있다는 점에서 창업교육 연구 분야에 의미 있는 시사점을 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

This study aimed to investigate the moderating effect of empathy between adolescents' self-esteem and aggression. For this study, 542 adolescents were surveyed in B county of Gyeongsangbukdo in Korea. Data were analysed using reliability analysis, frequency analysis, mean comparison analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis for moderation. Major results are as follows. First, it was found out that adolescents' empathy were significantly different depending on gender, school level. But adolescents' aggression did not show any differences. Second, adolescents' aggression was negatively correlated with their self-esteem and empathy. Third, As a regression analysis, it was found that the male students showed a moderating effect of empathy between self-esteem and aggression, but the female students did not showed it. Based on these findings, it was suggested that programs for lowering aggressiveness of adolescents should be developed according to their environment and gender. In addition, the research through nationwide sampling, the research on the empathy related to the female students, and the study on the elementary school students were addressed.

Sports participation can contribute to organization members' work-life balance and work motivation in order to increase performance. Based on the achievement motivation theory, this study tested the effect of sports participation on leaders' effectiveness and employees' performance. Data was collected from 213 leaders and subordinates in the South Korean army. Results indicated that leader effectiveness mediated the positive relationship between sports participation of leaders and subordinates' outcomes, such as task performance and OCB. We also found that sports participation of subordinates moderated the positive relationship between leader effectiveness and subordinates outcomes (i.e., task performance and OCB). These findings further suggest that sports participation plays an important role for leaders and subordinates to increase leader effectiveness and in/extra-role behaviors.

본(本) 연구에서는 에너지절약을 위한 주요 정책수단(政策手段)인 저리융자나 세제감면 또는 특별감가상각 인정 등 에너지절약 비용측면의 금융 세제지원이라는 과인성(課引性)정책과, 에너지수요조절를 위한 에너지가격 규제해제(energy price deregulation)나 에너지세(稅)의 추가부과 등 가격관리(조세) 정책의 경제적 효과를 비교 분석하였다. 그리고 에너지세(稅)부과의 경우 과세단계별 효과분석을 통하여 바람직한 과세포인트를 선택하고, 이를 통하여 현행 에너지절약 지원(支援)정책이나 에너지가격 및 조세체계에 대한 개선방향을 모색하였다. 분석결과, 약간의 물가상승 압박효과를 감수하더라도 에너지가격통제 해제나 에너지세 부과가 금융 세제지원제도에 비하여 에너지절약에 있어 그 효과가 크게 나타났다. 또한 에너지과세의 경우 그 대상과 실행시기에 대해서도 신축성을 기하는 것이 바람직한 것으로 나타나 에너지의 소비감소라는 효율성 측면과 함께 수반되는 물가압박요인을 고려하여 신중히 결정되어야 할 것으로 보인다. 그렇지만 단기적으로 에너지가격의 상승을 감수하더라도 DSM 프로그램비용을 자본화해 나감으로써 점진적으로 가격상승요인을 흡수하고 효과적인 에너지소비의 절약을 통하여 국민경제의 에너지비용을 줄여나갈 수 있는 종합적인 에너지대책이 마련되어야 할 것이다.

최근 영화와 애니메이션에서 기포가 수중에서 발생하는 장면이 많아지고 있다. 컴퓨터 그래픽 시각 효과를 사용하여 제작된 수중 기포 효과의 사실적인 수중 장면은 전반적인 효과에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소가 된다. 물속의 환경과 융합된 기포의 특성을 분석하고 Maya를 응용한 실험과정을 통해 실감나는 기포 효과를 구현하는 것을 목표로 한다. 기술 개발과 VFX 영화의 향상으로 인해 수중 장면과 같이 직접 촬영으로 얻을 수 없는 장면을 시각효과를 통해 사실적으로 제작할 수 있다. 디지털 시각효과를 이용한 VFX 영화의 리얼리티와 생동감과 박진감 넘치는 모습을 보여 준다. 수중 환경의 사실성을 재현하기 위해 기포 효과의 사실성에 대한 요구가 높다. 기포가 있는 수중 환경은 다양한 역학 조건의 영향을 받으므로 분석과 제작을 통해 접근하는 것이 효과적이다. 본 연구는 컴퓨터 소프트웨어를 통해 수중 기포의 사실성 증대에 대한 시뮬레이션 과정을 분석한다.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of New University for Regional Innovation in terms of the users. The evaluation indicators based on the reports of NURI port logistics education project from 2005 to 2009 are overall satisfaction, detailed satisfaction, comparative advantage for from the other universities, continuous employment intention, necessity of re-education, and priority of educational needs and so on. And the percentage of employment was chosen from 2006 to 2009 for the more objective analysis. Analysis shows that the effect of the program is founded because the satisfaction increased gradually and the comparative advantage for from the other universities was higher and the necessity of re-education declined less and less. Especially the program filled the foreign language demands. But it needs to reinforce the links between schools and industries. And also the percentage of employment for the participated departments has continuously increased compared with that for non-participated departments, it shows that the effects of NURI project.

전자문서교환(電子文書交換)(EDI) 시스템이 정보사회의 도래와 더불어 전략경영(戰略經營)의 핵심수단으로 등장함에 따라 우리나라에서도 EDI에 관한 학문적(學問的) 관심이 최근에 고조되고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 EDI에 관한 국내(國內)의 선행연구(先行硏究)는 일천할 뿐더러 연구의 양(量)과 질(質)에 있어서도 매우 미미하다. 이제는 EDI가 기업의 전략경영(戰略經營) 성과(成果)에 구체적으로 어떤 영향(影響)을 미치고 있는가를 심층적으로 분석할 필요성(必要性)이 크게 대두되고 있다. 이와 같은 연구(硏究)의 필요성(必要性)에 따라 본고(本考)에서는 정보기술(情報技術)(IT)과 성과(成果)(performance) 분석(分析)에 관련된 최근의 선행연구를 종합적(綜合的) 포괄적(包括的)으로 정리하였으며, 이들 선행 연구들이 성과(成果) 분석(分析)에 사용한 구체적인 측정방법(測定方法)을 제시하고 있다.
