본 논문의 목적은 인간과 시스템의 상호작용에 의한 컨텐츠 생성을 가능하게 함으로써 회의공간에서의 지식창조 프로세스를 지원하는데 있다. 회의에 있어서 발표자료는 기존의 조직이 보유 하고 있는 유형 지식인 컨텐츠 리소스들에 발표자의 지식이 더해진 산물로서 기존의 조직의 지식과 회의에서 창조되는 새로운 지식 사이의 가교역할을 담당한다. 본 논문에서는 R&D 회의를 대상으로 이러한 회의에서의 새로운 지식 창조의 기반이 되는 발표자료의 작성을 지원하는 적응형 컨텐츠 생성 시스템 (Adaptive Contents Generation System)을 제안하였다. 제안 시스템을 구현하기 위하여 먼저 기존의 조직이 가지고 있는 자원인 구성원 정보, 프로젝트 및 미팅 정보, 컨텐츠 리소스들을 체계적으로 관리하기 위한 Ontology를 구축하였다. 이렇게 구축된 Ontology를 기반으로 제안 시스템은 회의, 발표자, 참가자들의 상황과 생성되는 컨텐츠의 종류에 적합한 Fragment 들을 추출하고 이들을 하나의 컨텐츠로 구조화하여 사용자에게 제공한다. 또한 사용자가 시스템으로부터 생성된 컨텐츠를 수정하고 시스템은 이를 반영할 수 있는 환경을 제공함으로써 시스템이 가지고 있는 지식에 사용자 자신의 지식을 더하여 표현할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 논문은 시스템과 인간의 협업 작업에 의한 인간 기능의 확장뿐만 아니라 조직의 지식경영 및 효율적인 컨텐츠 관리를 지원하는 데에 그 의의를 둘 수 있다.

Video conference system has guided swiftness of information transmission and business processing taking away time and manufacturing drug of space that is happened that long-distance people gather and talk. But, leakage of important meeting contents, peculation etc.. in that execute video -conferences can happen. Therefore, research about video conference system of safety is progressing under secure superhigh speed information communication fetters. This treatise studied about techniques to encipher videotex to prevent variation and outward flow of burn information, peculation etc.. except general encryption notation such as user certification to have drawn problem about stability of general video conference system, and is used present as countermeasure about here. Used improved Vernam's encryption techniques to encrypt videotex.

IPv4 주소 공간의 부족으로 IPv6라는 새로운 해결책이 등장하였으나 아직은 널리 보급되지 못하고 6BONE과 같은 실험망에서만 사용되고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 IPv6는 가까운 미래에 IPv4를 대체할 차세대 인터넷 기술이며 본 논문은 이러한 배경에서 IPv6 멀티캐스트 환경에서 동작하는 화상회의 툴을 소개한다. 이 툴은 화상에는 MPEG4 코덱을 적용하고 음성에는 MP3 코덱을 적용하여 사용자당 1Mbps이하의 대역폭에서 고품질의 화상회의를 가능하도록 한다. 본 논문에서는 화상회의 응용의 전체적인 구조와 DirectShow 기술을 사용한 화상과 음성 정보의 압축과 스트리밍에 대해서 중점적으로 설명한다.

Recently, there are several attempts to save temporal, spatial and paper resources through mobile teleconference. However, present application-based mobile solutions have limited access, and are occasionally not working because of its operating system dependency. In recent times, several researchers attempt to develop mobile teleconference systems that can operate in all operating systems. It is still required to install proprietary applications to sync screens in user device. In this paper, we propose a full duplex and real-time data mirroring technology based on hybrid web that allows syncing screens without application installation, and operates in all mobile devices.

With the development of the internet technology, The on-line conference system have been producted. Now, the on-line conference system is developing for using pattern recognition system and voice recognition system. Comparing with the off-line conference, the on-line conference is excellent in free from distance limitation. But, the on-line meetings have unavoidable weak points. it is the same as the off-line conference that when the conference goes on, the content orthopedic and the content consistency is weak. So the conference members can not seize the conference flow. Therefore, in this paper, we introduce the ontology concept. Design a new architecture using ontology mining technique for making the conference content and conference knowledge ontological. Then in order to inspection the new architecture, We design and implementation the new conference management system based knowledge.

최근 코로나 19로 인해 비대면 활동이 늘어나고 있다. 비대면 회의, 비대면 강의, 비대면 과제 등이 이에 해당한다. 그에 따라 가상공간을 활용한 활동 또한 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 가상공간에서 인물들 사이 원활한 소통 및 현실감을 위해서는 실사적인 인물묘사가 필요하다. 따라서 실제 인물의 헤어스타일과 유사한 헤어스타일을 자연스럽게 증강시켜주는 것이 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 실사적인 아바타 생성을 위한 헤어스타일의 분류 및 탐색방법을 제안한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 우선 PCA(Principal Component Analysis) 와 K-means clustering 을 통해 헤어스타일에 대한 군집화를 진행한다. 그리고 Shape Indexed features를 이용하여 군집화 된 결과로부터 제일 유사한 헤어스타일 탐색방법을 제안하고 그 효용을 입증하였다.

본 논문에서는 2차원 공간상에서 윈도우에 출력되는 사각형 이미지가 윈도우 영역을 벗어날 때 영역 패턴을 이용한 절단 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안하는 알고리즘은 Cohen-Sutherland의 알고리즘을 응용하여 사각형 이미지의 절단영역을 계산하는데, 약 4회의 조건문장과 1회의 분기문장을 사용하여 수행되므로 기존의 방법보다 전체적인 수행 성능이 약 12% 좋게 나타났으며, 특히 확장영역에 있어 기존의 방법은 처리하지 못하는 부분까지도 완벽하게 처리됨을 확인 할 수 있었다.

한국사 연구의 총본산으로 지금까지 1차적 사료수집과 보존, 체계적 공간사업을 중심으로 운영해왔지만 "신편한국사" 간행을 계기로 보다 적극적으로 학계의 연구성과들을 종합하는 '객관적인'여과기구로서 국사편찬위원회의 위상을 새롭게 마련해보고자 한다.
