대한설비건설협회 본회는 건설진흥사업 외에 기술 가스진흥사업, 회원봉사 및 조사사업, 정보화 사업, 기획 관리사업, 홍보사업 등 다양한 사업활동을 함으로써 설비건설업계 발전에 견인차 역할을 담당하고 있다. 본지는 지난해 12월호부터 전국 13개 시 도회를 대표하여 설비건설업계의 발전 및 위상강화, 회원사의 권익보호 등을 추진하고 있는 본회에 대하여 소개하고 있다. 이번 호에는 가스시공업 회원사의 권익보호와 경영환경 개선을 위한 업무를 담당하고 있는 가스시공지원실을 소개한다.

본지는 지난 2008년 5월호부터 서울특별시회를 시작으로 2009년 10월호에 제주특별자치도회까지 13개 시 도회 사무처를 게재함으로써 대한설비건설협회 시 도회의 사업추진 및 업무현황에 대한 회원사의 이해를 도왔다. 이번 호부터는 전국 13개 시 도회를 대표하여 설비건설업계의 발전 및 위상강화, 회원사의 권익 보호 등을 추진하고 있는 본회에 대하여 소개한다. 본회는 건설진흥사업 외에 기술 가스진흥사업, 회원봉사 및 조사사업, 정보화 사업, 기획 관리사업, 홍보사업 등 다양한 사업활동을 함으로써 설비건설업계 발전에 견인차 역할을 담당하고 있다. 이번호는 협회의 사업집행 및 행정업무 등 협회 운영의 포괄적인 업무를 담당하고 있는 기획관리실을 게재한다.

정보화시대에 접어듦에 따라 많은 공공기관에서 고령층을 위한 정보화교육을 실시하고 있다. 대부분의 공공기관에서 정보화교육을 신청하기 위해 회원가입 또는 본인인증을 요구하고 있고 회원가입을 위해서는 본인인증이 본인인증을 위해서는 본인명의의 휴대폰 또는 아이핀이 필요하다. 하지만 휴대폰을 이용한 본인인증의 경우 본인명의의 휴대폰이 없을 경우 본인인증을 받을 수 없고 아이핀 발급의 경우 고령층 사용자가 발급하기에는 복잡한 것이 사실이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 비회원 신청을 기반으로 신규 신청자와 재신청자를 구분하여 본인인증정보를 관리하는 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 신규 신청자의 경우 휴대폰인증, 아이핀인증, 방문인증 중 인증방법을 선택할 수 있으며 추첨 시 선정자의 성명, 생년월일, 성별을 조합하여 인증코드를 생성하여 저장 후 재신청시 해당 인증코드를 확인하여 본인인증 없이 교육신청이 가능하도록 구현하였다.

The purpose of this study is to understand how and what kind of service quality impacts value of membership and customer satisfaction, and to analyze how value of membership and customer satisfaction influence on customer loyalty in order to apply the results of this study to the management level of individual companies. The valuable outcomes of the survey were 485 as a result of excluding both no response and non-trustful answers. The previous used questions of other researchers were modified and used in this study, and both SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 7.0 were in use as analytical softwares In this study, service quality of golf resort positively impacts membership's value, and service quality influences upon customer satisfaction in a positive way. The value of service quality heavily impacts customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction positively influences upon customer loyalty. On the other hand, it is hardly find a remark between value of loyalty and customer's satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of Pilates' expertise on physical self perception and psychological happiness among adults who participated in the Pilates movement for more than one year. From March 1, 2019 to May 30, 2019, a total of 262 Pilates participants in D and C cities were sampled using the Collective Clustering method. The STSS Ver20.0 statistics program was used to solve the research problem. The study found that first, there were no significant differences in physical self perception and that health had a negative effect on the body's emphasis on the body's neutral and that physical ability had a significant effect on Neutral emphasis on body and Member management. Second, the enjoyment of psychological happiness showed significant differences in An understanding of anatomical knowledge, instructors 'Attitudes, and membership management, while the confidence of psychological happiness showed significant differences in Neutral emphasis on body and Member management. This study shows that the Pilates leader's professionalism has a positive influence on participants and has contributed to presenting basic information regarding various variables.

(사)한국포장협회(회장 신동호)는 지난해 9월 1일부터 총 92개 회원사를 대상으로 '회원사 실태조사'를 추진했다. 회원사의 매출규모를 비롯해 재직 인원, 연구개발 및 품질관리 실태, 또 내수 및 대외 수출 활동 현황, 경쟁력 여부 등을 조사 분석한 후 2017년 5월 '2016년도 (사)한국포장협회 회원사 실태조사 결과 보고서'를 발표했다. 이 보고서는 연포장 가공, 필름 및 시트, 알루미늄박, 그라비어잉크, 제판, 인쇄기계 및 부품, 기타 부자재 생산 및 판매를 조사 분석하여 신뢰성 있는 통계자료를 만드는데 초점을 맞춰 실시했다. 협회 관계자는 "조사사업을 통해 협회 회원사가 국내 패키징산업에서 차지하고 있는 비중을 파악하고, 국내 및 외국 바이어들에게 우리협회 회원사의 생산능력과 생산기술 등을 소개하는 자료로 활용할 뿐만 아니라 도출된 통계 자료를 바탕으로 패키징산업에 대한 대정부 지원을 유도하고, 협회가 추진하고 있는 해외수출사업의 지원 자료를 위한 기초 자료를 만들 계획"이라고 소개했다. 또한 "이 보고서는 회원사는 물론 패키징업계가 공유해 과잉투자, 과당경쟁방지에도 활용할 예정"이라고 말했다. (사)한국포장협회는 2년마다 전 협회 회원사를 대상으로 실태조사사업을 실시하고 그 결과를 발표하고 있다. 다음에 '2016년도 (사)한국포장협회 회원사 실태조사 결과보고서'의 주요 내용을 살펴보도록 한다.

The quality growth of online education triggered by remote education platforms such as Coursera and edX has increased the demand for lifelong education through online platforms. In response, South Korea has also created various lifelong education support systems and sites in government agencies and local governments. Each support system and web sites created its own member information collection system. The systematic collection and utilization of learners' information requires an integrated member management system of each system. Therefore, the current status of member information collection of state-level lifelong education support systems was analyzed. Based on this, it distinguishes between member information that systems collect in common and information that they collect separately. It will help to bridge the items underlying the integrated membership framework.
