As cloud services and deployment models become diverse, there are a growing number of cloud computing selection options. Therefore, financial companies need a methodology to select the appropriated cloud for each financial computing system. This study adopted the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework to classify factors for the introduction of cloud computing in financial companies. Using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the evaluation items are layered into the performance perspective and the cloud consideration factor and a comprehensive decision model is proposed. To verify the proposed research model, a system of financial company is divided into three: account, information, and channel system, and the result of decision making by both financial business experts and technology experts from two financial companies were collected. The result shows that some common factors are important in all systems, but most of the factors considered are very different from system to system. We expect that our methodology contributes to the spread of cloud computing adoption.

Owing to the growth of Information Technology, some of big general contractors have been interested in the development of Quality Management Information Systems to integrate the information of quality in planning, design, procurement, construction, and maintenance phases, and tried to maximize the usefulness of it. But the trend has confined only to some big general contractors. The purpose of this paper is to put together and analyze the character of Quality Management Information Systems of big general construction companies and classfy them into a result-focused system and a process-focused system in order to provide primary information for both of development and adoption of the systems.

Storage of files is important in the information age. In particular, files in the company should be managed more efficiently. In this paper, we connect to FTP Server through Client program to manage files efficiently. The FTP Server builds a database to manage employee information in the company and folder paths for each employee. The Client program can be used after login with the assigned employee number and password. You can check the list of files stored in the FTP server when login is successful and upload, download and delete after selecting specific files. Folders can also be created and deleted for more systematic management of files. For the efficient operation of the company, it is implemented so that it can be divided into a personal drive and a public drive.

본 논문에서는 한국어 고유명사의 특징에 대해 살펴보고, 이를 기반으로 문서로부터 고유명사를 추출하기 위한 기본 모델을 제안한다. 고유명사는 문서의 내용을 대표하는데 주도적인 역할을 하기 때문에, 이를 효과적으로 추출해내는 것은 문서의 의미를 보다 정확하게 표현할 수 있는 방법이 될 수 있다. 문서에서 고유명사를 효과적으로 추출할 수 있도록 하기 위해, 본 연구에서는 이름집합, 접사집합, 단서집합을 구성할 수 있는 데이터 수집기 모델과 데이터 집합을 기본으로 이용하여 고유명사를 추출하는 고유명사 추출기 모델을 제안하였다. 그리고 실제로 이 모델을 적용하여, 회사명과 관련된 데이터를 수집하고, 이를 이용해 문서로부터 회사명을 추출할 수 있도록 하는 시스템을 구현하였다. 구현된 회사명 추출 시스템을 이용해 고유명사 추출 실험을 수행한 결과, 외래어로 이루어진 회사명으로 인한 문제를 제외할 경우 만족할 만한 정확율과 재현율을 얻을 수 있었다.

최근 우리나라는 지속적으로 국지성 집중호우 발생빈도와 총강우량이 증가하고 있다. 서울시와 같이 대부분의 지역이 도심지로 구성되어 있는 경우, 하천범람으로 인한 홍수피해 뿐만 아니라 하수관로의 성능부족으로 인해 침수가 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 이에 서울시에서는 피해를 최소화하고 대응수준 향상을 위해 침수지역 및 통수능 부족 관로 예측이 가능한 서울시 하수관로 성능관리 시스템을 개발하여 활용하고 있다. 서울시 하수관로 성능관리시스템에서는 유역특성과 방류구를 기준으로 결정한 603개 소유역 단위로 하수관로에 관한 다양한 정보를 제공한다. 시스템은 소유역, 하수관로, 수방시설물, 방재성능 메뉴로 구성되어 있다. 소유역 메뉴에서는 603개 소유역별 제원정보, 하수관로 및 수방시설물 개수, 관측소 개수 등의 정보를 제공하며, 하수관로 메뉴에서는 소유역 내 600mm 이상의 관로 및 맨홀에 대한 제원정보를 제공하고, 수방시설물 메뉴에서는 소유역 내 빗물펌프장, 빗물저류조, 관측소에 대한 제원정보를 제공한다. 또한, 방재성능 메뉴에서는 총강우량, 기점수위, 빗물받이효율을 반영한 40개 시나리오 기반의 관로 단위 통수능 정보와 소유역 단위 침수 정보를 제공한다. 방재성능 및 침수정보 제공을 위해 분석모델은 1차원 관망해석에 SWMM(Storm Water Management Model)과 2차원 침수해석에 2DIS(2Dimension Inundation Solution)를 활용하였다. 적용자료는 서울시 내 600mm 이상의 우수관로체계, 빗물펌프장, 빗물저류조 등 수방시설물고, 5m 단위 고해상도 지형자료를 적용하였다. 서울시 하수관로 성능관리시스템은 현재 서울시 현업에서 활용 중에 있으며, 지속적인 운영과 개선을 통해 추후에는 하수관로 운영 및 관리의 효율성 증대와 데이터에 근거한 하수관로 정책입안과 하수관로 관련사업 추진이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

Assistive technologies for people with disabilities are often marginalized in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. In this paper, we intend to present the possibility of acquiring tactile information through the tactile display adapting an electromagnetic actuator. The multi-layered display designed for tactile communication has innovatively narrowed the size and spacing of cells in order to express pictures, maps, and graphics. This display has enabled the visually impaired to touch two-dimensional information combining with other assistive technologies so that. It would also provide a technical source of access to STEM education (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) so that students will perform better and be better prepared for advanced education. Moreover, it can be applied to public infrastructure and transportation in smart-city projects on the globe. Hence, this paper introduces the principle of Electromagnetic-actuator and how it can be utilized in many diverse areas.

This study analyzed the sufficient conditions for Korean firm's foreign subsidiaries in order to evolve into a center of excellence for knowledge creation and diffusion. In this respect, the purpose of this study is to develop a new framework based on literatures related to subsidiary knowledge creation and a center of excellence. Specifically, we created seven decisive factors for subsidiary knowledge creation: two general factors, two strategic important factors, and three excellent factors. Each factor can be a necessary condition or sufficient condition according to research purpose. For example, the decentralized organizational structure belonging to general factors become a sufficient factor for facilitating subsidiary's knowledge creation but it become a necessary condition for a center of excellence because all subsidiaries with decentralized organizational structure cannot be strategically important subsidiaries. By using seven decisive factors, this study examines the determinants' validity theoretically and practically.

This study analyzed to provide information for business improvement by analyzing the management efficiency of start-up investment companies so that startup investment companies can operate efficiently and by presenting information on inefficient factors. From 2014 to 2018, 83 start-up investment companies were analyzed using the DEA model. Input variables were he number of employees, capital, and output variables were selected for start-up investment assets, operating income, and net profit. As a result of the analysis, technical efficiency and pure technical efficiency showed a pattern with an increase in average, but scale efficiency repeatedly increased and decreased. It is believed that the decline in technology efficiency was due to the decrease in pure technology efficiency, and the inefficiency of start-up investment companies seems to have influenced the inefficiency of start-up investment companies rather than the inefficiency of scale. In addition, the size revenue shows that the DRS value is gradually decreasing, and the IRS value is generally increasing. It is believed that efficiency can be improved if operational inefficiency is improved based on the results and efficiency measures are established through scale expansion.

오픈 도메인 질의 응답 (ODQA, Open-Domain Question Answering)은 주어진 질문에 대한 답을 찾는 과업으로서 질문과 관련있는 지식을 찾는 "검색" 단계를 필요로 한다. 최근 이미지, 테이블 등의 검색을 요구하는 멀티 모달 ODQA에 대한 연구가 많이 진행되었을 뿐만 아니라 산업에서의 중요도 또한 높아지고 있다. 본 논문은 여러 종류의 멀티 모달 ODQA 중에서도 테이블 - 텍스트 기반 멀티 모달 ODQA 데이터 집합으로 Fusion-in-Decoder (FiD)를 이용한 멀티 모달 오픈 도메인 질의 응답 연구를 제안하며 베이스라인 대비 최대 EM 20.5, F1 23.2 향상을 보였다.
