This study analyzes the awareness of citizens towards the autonomous integration process between Goesan-gun and Jeungpyoung-gun. According to the survey, the citizens of Goesan-gun agreed on the integration, but the citizens of Jeungpyoung-gun disagreed on the plan. This result is different from the findings of the opinion surveys which were conducted in 2009 and 2012. The reason why some citizens agreed on the integration is that the integration will help more with the systematic administration service and the convenience of administrative process. Also the citizens are expecting the expansion of the convenient facilities and the economic growth through the local festivals. In the political view, it will cut the operating cost of the two provinces. However, there are some reasons for the disagreement of the integration. The first reason is that the independent development will be more beneficial for each province. And it will be more effective if each province separately promotes the local festivals to be more productive. Nevertheless, the citizens in both areas admit the necessity of the population influx and elevating the local economy for both provinces. These two areas are expecting to have the autonomous local economy and the complementary and competitive relationship with the nearby metropolitan councils while building the Jungwon cultural zone which is supported by the regional association.

This paper is intended to suggest a development device for Gwangyang Free Economic Zone(GFEZ) to strengthen the competitiveness of its maritime port of Gwangyang and promote the regional development in Gwangyang Bay Area. This study will evaluate the background, processes, and targets for foreign investment, I examined historical treatises as they relate to inducing investments to Free Economic Zones. I will explore good operation and inducing investment methods GFEZ within the 4P(product, price, promotion, place) framework. I tried to suggest a new management methodology for the Free Economic Zones as suggested by the central government from the regional view point. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the marketing strategies; compare them to the 4P for deploying an actual more efficient governing structure body for the GFEZ. As proposals to promote and activate GFEZ, I recommended in this paper several benchmarks. First, GFEZ must construct good clusters related to regional strengths as they relate to products. Second; to give more flexible incentives to foreign companies as compared with China, England, Ireland, India, Malasia, Thailand and Vietnam using prices as a guideline. Third, it is required to cultivate expert manpower who can communicate with foreign clients relate to promotion. A proactive public information system is also required in addition to marketing strategies for inducing investment. Lastly, GFEZ needs to became independent and separate from the central government and even from regional province.

The Southeastern economic zone was centered on small and medium-sized manufacturing, but industrial changes and corona 19 caused the local economic downturn. This study presented the difficulties of companies related to the aviation specialization industry and suggested ways to revitalize the local economy in order to revitalize the local economy in the southeast region. First, aeronautical specialized parts companies need various support to improve the structural problems of passive industries. Second, the industry needs a systematic education system that develops products and technologies that meet international standards and conducts international certification education to support stable supply and demand of human resources by cultivating professional manpower for systematic project performance. Third, the industry needs financial and administrative support from the government to develop technologies and products that meet high standardization standards. In addition, it is necessary to provide support to systematically improve the limitations and difficulties of companies, such as finding and expanding customers of small and medium-sized companies and supporting investment for cost reduction.

With significant influences of old industrial complex in September 2009, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport chose the 4 districts for the first pilot project. In December 2014, the second pilot project districts were established. In addition, there were 10 districts in April 2016 and 5 districts in April 2016 as the third pilot project and 5 districts in March 2017 as the fourth pilot project. In order to promote smooth business operation of the recycling business, we introduced the effective area designation and special system as stipulated in Article 39.12-13 of the Industrial Location and Development Act revised in May 2015. The effective area, It is a method that can promote propagation and diffusion of the rehabilitation business through visualization by making effective the promotion of the rehabilitation business and by promoting the business in consideration of the geographical feature of the region and industry group, The setting of the unreasonable effective area is based on the criteria and classification of the plan and the objective promotion method according to the individual characteristics of the aged industrial park because the delay of the rehabilitation business and the possibility of the increase of many problems are presented Be sure to Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and the old industrial complex database were constructed and utilized to classify the types of recycling projects. Therefore, in this study, it is necessary to strengthen the competitiveness of aged industrial complex by examining the correlation between the diagnosis of 83 aged industrial complex sites and the rehabilitation projects supported by the Ministry of Land, and the types of business promotion for aged industrial parks. It can be used as a guideline for the feasibility of the project.

최근 국민소득수준의 향상을 따라 여름철 전력 수요가 폭증하므로 전력안정 공급을 위한 특별 대책이 필요한 실정이고 환경적인 측면이나 수용가 입장에서 만족스러운 새로운 냉·난방, 전기 공급시스템의 개발·적용이 필요하다. 선진국의 경우, 소규모의 집단에너지 공급이 주류를 이루고 있으며 특히 소규모 열병합 발전시 생산되는 전기, 지역난방열 이외에 냉방에 필요한 냉수를 중앙열원에서 동빌딩을 중심으로하는 구역형 집단에너지 시스템(Community Energy Supply System)등 소규모지역 난냉방 공급방식이 활성화되어 있으므로, 우리나라에서도 냉방/난방/전기부하 패턴 및 하절기 피크부하 경감에 대한 기여도 등을 고려한 경제성있는 최적시스템 구성이 가능한지 검토할 필요가 있다. 소규모 집단에너지사업은 대규모 사업과는 달리 적정 수요예측이 가능하므로 효율적인 초기 투자가 이루어질 수 있으며, 상업용 및 사업용 빌딩 등을 중심으로 부하밀도가 높은 구역을 대상으로 하명서 해당 부하패턴에 적합한 효율적인 시스템의 구성을 통해 수익성이 확보된다면 국가 에너지절약 및 한전의 여름철 전력 피크부하 경감, 대기 환경공해 감소, 도심 도시미관 향상 등의 사업효과가 기대된다. 본문에서는 이러한 소규모 집단에너지시스템 개요 및 국내외 공급 현황, 국내 적용환경, 적용 가능에너지 검토 열원시스템의 기본방향 등에 대하여 언급하고자 한다.

DMB 기반 DGPS 시스템은 기존 중파 DGPS의 음영구역 해소 및 내륙에서의 DGPS 이용자 활성화를 목적으로 개발된 전달매체이다. 본 연구는 향후 유동인구와 교통량이 많아 이용 수요가 크게 예상되며, 멀티패스 등의 영향으로 측위 오차가 큰 도심에서 저가형 수신기를 이용하여 실제 기준국 및 가상 기준국의 DGPS 보정정보를 DMB 기반으로 수신하여 수신환경 수신기별 정지측량과 이동측위를 측정한 결과를 분석하였다.

안전한고 쾌적한 보행환경을 조성하여 보행 교통을 활성화시킨다면, 자동차의 사용이 줄게 되고 자동차의 유해한 배출가스로 인한 공기 오염 및 소음 등을 낮출 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 도심부의 미관 증대, 역사적 구역의 보존, 물리적인 도시 이미지 향상 등의 효과로 도심기능의 활성화에 기여할 수 있을 것이다. 이와 같은 보행통행의 중요성을 인식하여 안전하고 효율성 있는 보행동선을 조성할 필요가 있다. 그러나 상당수의 종합병원과 같은 공공성을 띤 건물들은 대부분의 보행자가 보행동선을 이용하여 건물에 접근하는데도 불구하고 차량을 중심으로 동선이 운영되고 있는 실정이다. 차량위주의 동선 체계는 보행 통행자로 하여금 차량통행으로의 전환을 유도할 가능성이 있어 이에 대한 대책이 필요하다. 본 연구는 분석대상으로 차량과 보행자에게 동등하게 접근의 용이성을 제공해야 하는 광주시의 4대 종합병원을 대상으로 보행자 집단에게 가해지는 저항이 구체적으로 얼마나 심각하며, 그 원인은 어떠한 물리적 조건에 의하여 발생하는지 알아 보았다. 보행저항을 파악하기 위한 지표로는 차량과 보행자의 충돌점의 수, 최단거리 선호도, 보행로 미확보율 등을 설정하여 분석하였다. 이러한 분석의 결과 나타난 문제점들을 해결하기 위한 방안도 함께 모색하였다.

In the domestic physical security (mechanical security) market, there is an increasing variation in the expansion of security areas due to the infrastructure of large enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises. In other words, problems related to on-site dispatch between companies are constantly being raised due to the limitation of physical security service s to the scope of dispatch according to the dispatch time. Therefore, in this study, based on the results of the criteria for the scope of dispatch as a criterion for dispatch time through simulations related to on-site dispatch, we propose a plan to activate the physical security (mechanical security) market in the future.

인구가 감소하고 있는 농어촌의 지역경제를 살림과 동시에 지역 소멸을 예방하고, 정착 지역 탐색에 많은 시간을 할애하는 귀농희망자들을 위해 도움을 줄 수 있는 데이터베이스를 설계하고 구축하였다. 사용자는 이 데이터베이스를 활용하여 사용자가 원하는 조건에 맞는 상위 5개 지역을 추천받을 수 있다. 정부와 기업이 귀농 지역 추천 데이터베이스를 활용하여 귀농을 희망하는 사람들의 행태를 알아보면 농촌 지역과 지방 소도시 지역 개발 및 활성화를 긍정적으로 예상할 수 있고, 이러한 관심이 결과적으로는 우리나라의 국토 균형발전에 큰 도움이 될 것이다.

Large scaled railway freight transportation facilities in harbors are located in Busan port and Gwangyang port. The port rail depot plays an important role as the departure and destination function of railway logistics. However, presently, it is not relatively vitalized because it is not reflect the railway freight transportation's characteristics such as scale of railway tracks or yards area. In addition, even if port rail depot is vitalized, processing capacity is already saturated. Therefore, it is difficult to increase rail transport quantity. To activate railway container transportation business, it is very necessary to recalculate the facility size of port rail depots. Focused on the Busan new port rail depot, this paper analyzes the problems of port rail depot facility that has currently opened and finds some alternatives to resolve them.
