This study was a randomized before-and-after design of 17 subjects in the experimental group and 17 subjects in the control group to investigate the effects of listening to relaxing music on the mood state and autonomic nervous system, that is, heart rate of hospitalized patients with mental illness. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS V15.0. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in mood state and autonomic nervous system, that is heart rate and the effect of listening to relaxation music was objectively verified(<.05). among the subdomains of mood states, tension(<.00), depression (<.00), vitality (<.03), fatigue () <.01), excluding anger (>.39) and confusion (>.33) showed a significant difference, proving that it is an effective intervention method applied to hospitalized mentally ill patients. In the future, we would like to suggest long-term intervention research and development and application, and research on the effect of mood change and heart rate using individual preferred music.

Seedling development among reciprocal FI hybrids and their parents, Lotus comiculatus and L renuis, were studies using a simple method of measuring cotyledon area. Cotyledon area attached to the plant could be measured with simple rapid method. Cotyledons expanded very rapidly during the first week, then slightly expanded until maximum size was reached around 3 weeks after emergence. Cotyledon area upon emergence was correlated with seed size (P=0.05), but after emergence there was a divergence in cotyledon expansion rate. Rapidity of photosynthetic area development was determinant factor for seedling growth of trefoil species. 2 $\times$ m2 and 1 $\times$ m2 among the hybrids promised the possibility increasing seedling vigor of birdsfoot trefoil.

In this study analysis the status of land cover change and land degradation of Tuul-Basin in Mongolia by using the Landsat satellite images that was taken in year of 1990, 2001 and 2011 respectively in the summer at the time of great growth of green plants. Analysis of the land cover change during time series data in Tuul-Basin, Mongolia and NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index), SAVI (Soil-Adjusted Vegetation Index) and LST (Land Surface Temperature) algorithm are used respectively. As a result shows, there was a decrease of forest and green area and increase of dry and fallow land in the study area. It was be considered as trends to be a land degradation. In addition, there was high correlation between LST and vegetation index. The land cover change or vitality of vegetation which is taken in study area can be closely related to the temperature of the surface.

식물묘(transplant)는 육묘 후 포장에서 정식이 이루어지는 묘를 의미한다. 묘소질은 묘가 지녀야할 속성으로서 초장, 절간장, 엽색, 엽의 두께, 엽형, 괴근 형태 등은 묘의 외관과 관련된 묘소질에 해당하며, 광합성속도, 근활력, 엽록소 함량 등은 생리적 묘소질에 해당한다(Kim, 2002). 묘소질이 우수한 묘, 즉 외관이 우수하며, 병충해에 오염되지 않고, 생리 생태적 상태가 우수한 우량묘를 재배에 이용하면 정식 단계에서 활착 환경에 쉽게 적응하거나, 재배 과정에서 비료, 농약, 자재, 관리 노력 등을 적게 투입할지라도 수량이 증대되거나 품질 향상이 기대되므로 향후 우량묘에 대한 수요가 크게 증가할 것으로 예상된다(김과 박, 2002). Weerdar 개폐식 후두경은 Kleinsasser 후두경과 Killian-Lynch 현가 후두경의 장점을 혼합하여 개발한 것으로서 광학장치, 흡인관, injection cannula 등을 후두경에 부착할 수 있다. 그리고 후두경 내강에 injection cannula를 장치하여 고빈도 제트환기법, 고빈도 진동법, 고빈도 양압환기법을 시행할 수 있다. 이 경우 기관내 삽관을 배제하여 cannula선단이 성대 위에 위치하기 때문에 성대의 후교련까지 시야를 확보할 수 있고, 후두경 양측에 넓은 틈이 있기에 수술조작이 용이하며, 레이저 사용시에 화재의 위험을 최소로 할 수 있다. 이에 성대수술시 cannula를 통한 제트환기 중 시간 경과에 따른 활력징후, 동맥혈산소화, 이산화탄소의 배출상태 변화를 관찰하였다. 그 결과 수슬시간 30분까지 동맥혈 산소분압의 감소나 이산화탄소 축적은 관찰되지 않았기에 30분 이내의 성대수술시 기관내 삽관없이도 시행할 수 있는 안전한 마취관리의 한 방법이라 생각한다.

Kangwondo area is mountainous and landslide is easily happened easily during the rainy period in summer time. Especially, when there is torrential downpour caused by the unusual weather change, there will be greater possibility to see landslide. Another reason behind landslide is the continuous forest fire in these several years. Since the surface of the earth has been changed by the fire, when rainfall comes, landslide just happens easily. Also, it is reported that landcover condition, excepted rainfall condition, is the most effect for determining landslide susceptibility area. In this study, it is determined a landslide vulnerable area and landcover information is extracted from four satellite image(Landsat TM), about the landslide vulnerable area, which is pictured for each year. And which distribution change is analyzed. also, NDVI picture is made and distribution change of vegetation vitality is analyzed to study that change of landcover have a effect on landslide. As a result, could know that forest and NDVI are decreasing in landslide vulnerable area.

This purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of 16-week long-term walking exercise on the feeling, mood state, and life stress of college students. Participations in this study were 50 college students, and 24 Walking Group and 26 Control Group were random sampled to experiment the psychological effect of exercise walking. The experimental design was designed by factorial design by 2×3 repeated measurements. Data collection was conducted for 0week, 8week, 16week of feeling, mood state and life stress of college students. As a result, WG showed a positive increase in feeling status compared to CG. Negative mood state such as tension, anger, depression, fatigue, and confusion have been greatly reduced, vigor has increased, and stress on college student life such as friends, study, economy, future, and values has decreased statistically. The results of this study can be used as a way of coping with the stress of college students to improve their study motivation and quality of life.

This study's purpose is to determine the effects of aroma inhalation on preoperative pain and anxiety of the elderly preparing to undergo a spine surgery. A Quasi-experimental design, with non-equivalent control group non-synchronized design was used in this study. Blended essential oils with frankincense, marjoram and mandarin were inhaled twice in the experimental group (n=30). The control group (n=30) was treated with the standard preoperative care. Pain, state anxiety, and vital sign were measured twice (before and after). The results of this study showed that pain (t=-1.223, p=.226), systolic blood pressure (t=-0.211, p=.833), diastolic blood pressure (t=0.638, p=.526), and respiration rate (t=0.734, p=.466) were not statistically significant in the experimental and the control group. There were significant differences in state anxiety (t=-3.202, p=.002) and pulse rate (t=-0.213, p=.037) in the experimental group compared to the control group. According to the results, aroma inhalation is an effective nursing intervention for relieving anxiety in surgical patients.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of guided imagery activities using music on both mood states and physiological responses of psychiatric inpatients. The experimental group was consisted of 27 psychiatric patients participating in the guided imagery activities using music for 11 minutes. Also, the control group was formed with 27 psychiatric patients with non-musical intervention. Mood states, blood pressure, pulse and skin temperature were checked before and after session. We could see the significant difference in the score of five areas-tension, depression, anger, vigor, fatigue-showed most differences in score. Also, the score of skin temperature of both experimental group and between two groups showed significant differences, too. Therefore, we can conclude that these results were showing that guided imagery activities using music was an effective nursing intervention method for altering mood state of psychiatric patients. Besides, it seemed to have physiological impact to make patients relax tension backed up by change of skin temperature.
