  • 전력생산활동을 통해 이루어지는 산업간의 상호연관관계를 수량적으로 파악하는 분석이 본고에서 전개하고자 하는 산업연관분석이다. 전력산업 R&D활동이 다른 산업에 파급시키는 효과 중 주목할 것은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 생산유발효과는 전력산업의 자본 및 (연료)집약적 산업으로서의 특성을 잘 반영한다. 둘째, 부가가치유발효과도 장치산업으로서의 전력산업의 특성을 잘 반영한다. 셋째, 취업유발효과는 전력산업 자체에서 가장 두드러진 것으로 나타났다.

  • 본 연구는 경력단절여성의 창업의지를 고취시키기 위해 필요한 변수를 분석하고, 성공적인 창업으로의 연결을 위한 교육 프로그램의 재구성 및 향후 정책이나 사업을 기획함에 있어 이론적 기반을 제공함에 목적을 두고 작성 되었다. 여자의 삶을 살면서 겪게 되는 출산 및 양육은 경력단절을 만드는 주된 이유이며, 이는 개인의 문제 뿐 아니라 저 출산 이라는 또 다른 사회적 문제를 야기 시킨다. 이런 사회적 문제의 해결방안으로 현재 정부는 여성기업의 활동과 여성의 창업을 지원하기 위해 2009년 12월 여성기업지원에 관한 법률을 제정하고, 여성기업 활동 촉진 기본계획을 수립하는 등 여성 창업 촉진을 위해 많은 노력을 하고 있다. 이러한 노력들이 실제 경력단절여성들에게 영향을 미치고 있는지 선행연구를 통해 알아보고, 경력단절여성의 창업의지를 고취시키기 위해 필요한 변수를 분석하여 실증 분석을 통해 관련성을 연구하고자 한다. 경력단절여성의 특성을 파악하여 경력단절 전 보다는 창업에 필요한 소통이 단절되었을 것으로 판단하여 외부의 영향력이 아닌 내부의 개인특성을 중점으로 변수들을 추출하였다는 선행연구와의 차이점이 있고, 일반 예비창업자 혹은 교육학에서 변수로 작용했던 창의성을 경력단절여성을 대상으로 연구하였다는 차이점이 있고, 창업 이라는 교육 커리큘럼에 여성을 대표하는 "감성"을 더해 "여성창업"을 위한 효과적인 교육 및 훈련 프로그램이 만들어 져야 하고, 경력단절여성들이 창업활동을 활발히 할 수 있도록, 일 가정 양립을 위한 제도적인 지원제도가 더욱 많아져 경력단절 여성창업률을 높이려는 노력이 더욱 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

The Differences of Reflective Inquiry according to Students' Characteristics and Interaction Modes of Small Group in an Inquiry-based High School Earth Science (고등학교 지구과학 탐구활동에서 학습자의 특성과 상호작용 양식에 따른 반성적 탐구의 차이)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences of reflective inquiry according to students' characteristics and interaction modes of small group in three contexts of the classroom and to obtain educational implications about using small group and teacher's intervention for an effective reflective inquiry. We transcribed and analyzed the students' conversation in inquiry activities of small group with frameworks of linguistic behavior and three contexts of the classroom. The result of the study indicated that individual and group reflective inquiry could be affected by the relationship with peers more than their own characteristics.

Image Sequence Compression based on Adaptive Classification of Interframe Difference Image Blocks (프레임간 차영상 블록의 적응분류에 의한 영상시퀀스 압축)

  • This paper presents compression of image sequences based on the classification of interframe difference image blocks. classification process consists of image activity classification and energy distribution classification. In the activity classification, interframe difference image blocks are classified into activity blocks and non-activity blocks using the edge detection. In the distribution classification, activity blocks are further classified into vertical blocks, horizontal blocks, and small activity blocks using the AC energy distribution features. The RBFN, trained with numerical classification results, successfully classifies difference image blocks according to image details. Image sequence compressing based on the classification of interframe difference image blocks using the RBFN shows better compression results and less training time than the classical sorting method and the MLP network.

  • This study aims to analyzed the treatment factors in the reading activities in order to examine the possibility for such factors to applied to the actual life of the old, and sought for the utilization and direction of the reading program that is presented as the treatment and prevention of the emotional problems of the old people. Considering such circumstances, involving in reading activities improves the quality of the old people's life by meeting their internal desire by themselves and giving the meaning to their life with creativity. In addition, the reading activities helps the old people to express in-depth conflicts, emotion, desire and thinking that they are routinely experiencing, thus leading to the treatment of their agony, trauma, and pain. In such sense, it is very meaningful for the elderly to be joined in any reading activities.

  • Knowledge contents acquisition has received very little attention in the study of knowledge management, unlike knowledge sharing and utilization. For an organization to generate and preserve a competitive advantage, it is vital that its knowledge contents be acquired. This study analyzes, by quantitative approach of surveys, the degree of activities of knowledge contents acquisition for the employees of a local government organization. The results show that the employees of a local government are not aggressively involved in knowledge contents acquisition activities. Lessons and implications of this study for management leadership are presented.

경찰관 퇴직이후 경제활동 지속의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

  • 100세 인생 시대의 도래는 사회적으로 많은 변화를 요구하고 있다. 기성세대들이 기존의 조직구조 속에서 일할 수 있는 최고 연령이 60대 초반인 것을 감안한다면 100세 인생 시대에는 퇴직한 후에 3~40년간 살아나갈 대안이 있어야 한다는 것이다. 이러한 환경 속에서 일반 직장인들에 비해 직장에서 많은 시간과 노력을 하고 있는 경찰관들이 퇴직 후에 경제활동을 지속하게 하는데 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구를 하는 것이 중요하다고 생각한다. 따라서 본 연구는 정년을 마친 후 연금을 받게 되는 경찰관들이 다른 직종의 직장인들과 비교하여 경제활동에 대한 필요성을 느낄 것인가? 그렇다면 그 이유는 무엇인가? 퇴직 후에도 경제활동을 하려는 경찰관들에게 어떠한 요인들이 영향을 주는 것일까? 등에 대한 것을 기존 연구와 문헌들을 통하여 연구 모형과 가설을 정하고 설문 조사를 통해 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구는 재직 경찰관들이 퇴직 후에 경제활동을 지속하기 위한 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구를 위해 개인역량, 경제활동 동기, 돈과 경제에 대한 인식, 경제적 만족도와 직장 안정성, 직장 공정성과 상하관계, 교육 및 교육 참여, 은퇴 준비, 직무만족과 직무의 미래비전을 독립 변수로 하고 경제활동 지속의도를 종속 변수로 설정하여 진행하였다.

A Case Study of the Characteristics of Primary Students' Development of Interest in Science (초등학생들의 과학 흥미 수준의 변화와 발달 특성에 관한 사례연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore how primary school students develop their interest in science. A survey questionnaire was used to investigate students' interest, change of their interest, and engagement in science related activities three times a year. 201 students of two primary schools in Seoul Metropolitan City initially participated in this study. A follow-up case study was conducted with students who showed an increased interest in science. Finally, seven students were chosen in the case study. They were asked to keep a photo journal for 12 weeks, and were interviewed in every other week by one of the researchers. Among these seven participants, two (TK and QQ) were chosen for analyzing their data in this case study because they showed positive changes in developing science interest throughout the study. The results of two participants' survey, photo-journal and interview were analyzed qualitatively. First, TK, whose science interest developed from situational interest II to individual interest I, engaged in doing experiments at home, doing mathematics activities, raising pets or plants, observing phenomena, and visiting informal educational centers. He tended to participate in hands-on activities by himself in out-of-school settings. Second, QQ who developed from situational interest I to situational interest II, engaged in taking pictures as a representative activity at home and school. He tended to participate in activities with either his father or one of the researchers. Both students showed personal characteristics such as doing place-based activities, interaction with others and activity subjectivity. The goal of TK's interactions with others on the various places was to develop in cognitive domain. On the contrary, QQ's goal of interactions with others was to develop in emotional communication. This study reported the cases of characteristics of students who developed their interests in science including activities in- and out-of-school settings and their accompanying people.

A Study on the Sensitivity of Human Rights and the Advocacy Activities of Korean Occupational Therapists (국내 작업치료사의 인권감수성이 옹호활동에 미치는 영향)

  • Objective : The Human Rights constitute one of the basic pillars of every work where persons are involved, such is the case of the occupational therapy field. Methods : In this study we investigate the human rights sensitivity and the advocacy activities of occupational therapists. The differences according to their characteristics, the relationship and the impact of the human rights sensitivity are examined and presented. Making use of online surveys 116 subjects participated in the study. Results : The measured average of human right sensitivity is 69.00 ± 17.67 point, being them distributed according to the following subcategories: to the perception of the situation corresponds 23.25±5.62 points, to the perception of the consequences 22.75±6.54 points and for the perception of the responsibility 23±6.54 points. In all the cases have been taken in account the equal rights, the right to education in disables, the right to pursue the happiness of the elderly, the right of the disables to have personal freedom, the privacy rights and the privacy rights for mental illness people. According to the working area the Human Right sensitiveness is higher in Seoul than in the Gyeongsang province meanwhile the advocacy activities is higher in Seoul and in Gyeonggi province than in Gyeongsang province. Depending of the type of service, general hospitals and rehabilitation/nursing hospitals showed higher human rights sensitivity than other service organizations According to the working field, occupational therapy group focused in elderly showed higher Human Right sensitivity than other fields. Professionals belonging groups of clinical experience from 3 to 5 years and from 6 to 10 years showed higher advocacy activities than professionals with more than 11 years of experience. A positive correlation was showed between the human rights sensitivity and the advocacy activities. For this situation, the human rights sensitiveness was divided in sub-categories in perception of the situation, perception of the consequences and perception of the responsibility. As showed by the result of multiple regression analyses the advocacy activities of human would grow up in accordance with the increase of the human rights sensitiveness of responsibility perception. Conclusion : Due to the actual lack of information, the collection and study of basic data is fundamental for the development of practical human rights educational programs and to emphasize the role of the defense of the human rights.
