부산항은 우라나라의 전체 수출입 및 환적 컨테이너 물동량의 약 90%를 처리하고 있기 때문에 지금까지 꾸준한 물동량 증가 추세를 보이고 있다. 컨테이너 물동량의 증가에 따라 정부에서는 항만시설을 지속적으로 확충하여 컨테이너 처리능력을 확대하고 있으나, 컨테이너 물동량의 증가율이 컨테이너 처리시설 확보율을 초과하여 부산항 컨테이너 전용부두의 컨테이너 수용능력은 부족한 실정이다. 이와 같은 컨테이너 장치장 부족문제를 해결하기 위해서 그 동안 부산항의 ODCY에서 처리하였으나, 최근 부두밖 장치장의 단계적 이전 및 폐쇄방침이 결정됨에 따라 부산항의 장치장 부족문제가 대두되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 장치장 부족문제를 해결하고 부산항 컨테이너 유통체제를 개선시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위하여 첫째, 부산항의 컨테이너화물 유통 현황 및 문제점을 분석하고 둘째, 부산항 컨테이너화물 유통체제의 개선대안을 설정하여 분석결과를 제시한다.

This study is based on Tim burton's 'The nightmare before christmas' and analyzation was made to see how he used lights and to understand his unique color visual story telling style. The analyzation revealed that Tim burton used second class hollywood movies of $1930{\sim}60's$ and classical lighting style. He used this lighting style in 'The nightmare before christmas' as a really strong visual structure which substantially attributed to maintains it's fantastic mood consistently.

Recently, the efficient planning and operations of container terminals have become essential problems to develop the evaluation method with operational rules. Container terminals are required to have enough berths and container yards as well as various equipments and facilities, but in reality there are many differences in their resources owing to the circumstances of each terminal. This study introduces a simulation model for evaluating various operation rules for improving the performance of transshipment container terminal operations. This model can analysis various factors (throughputs, utilizations etc) and shows operational alternative considering design factors of transshipment container terminal with the related circumstances.

The main purpose of this study is to design the port maketing strategies for strengthening the competitive power of container terminal. So far many attempts have been to analyze the international competitiveness of the terminal. As a results, Six factors hypothesized by this study come from previous research analysis about customers preference for port selection. Those are Cost, Centrality, and Intermediacy, Free trade port, Inland transportation connections, Political and Economic institution, and Port facilities. This study analyze the most important factor about hub port, and transhipment port separately, though questionnaire analysis about users(shipper, shipping company, and freight forwarder) influenced on port selection. Major ports in Northeastern Asia engage in fierce competition to attract transshipment traffic volume. Existing time series analyses for analyzing port competition relationships examine the types of competition and relations through the signs of coefficients in cointegration equations using the transshipment traffic volume results. However, there are cases for which analyzing competing relationships is not possible based on the results of the transshipment traffic volume data differences and limitations in the forecasting of traffic volume. Accordingly, we used the Lotka-Volterra (L-V) model,also known as the ecosystem competitive relation model, to analyze port competition relations for the long-term forecast of South Korean transshipment traffic volume.

This paper deals with non-algebraic Kripke-style semantics, i.e, set-theoretical Kripke-style semantics, for weakening-free non-commutative fuzzy logics. We first recall an extension of the pseudo-uninorm based fuzzy logic HpsUL, $CnHpsUL^*$. We next introduce set-theoretical Kripke-style semantics for it.

Variability factors of transship cargo in the container transportation market analysis short term factors. In the past, studies on the factor of variability in container cargo volume have focused on long term volume forecast and increase in investment and competitiveness from strategic perspectives. Unlike previous studies, this paper analyzes factors of variability in transshipment volume rapidly varying in short term and seeks measures. Since it was identified that transshipment volume depends on vessel operation cost and port volume in long term but effectively on special strategies launched by port authorities in short term, the port authority experienced rapid drop in volume should continue to observe strategies of competition ports and to make use of strategies seeking appropriate countermeasures.

Hub-and-spokes전략은 교통분야에서 널리 이용되는 네트워크전략이지만, 철도의 경우 대개 이 전략을 이용하기 어려운 네트워크구조를 가지고 있어 그 적용사례를 찾아보기 어렵다. 그러나 유럽에서는 철도망이 도로망처럼 조밀하게 형성되어 있다는 점과 환적 처리기술의 발달로 90년대 초부터 이 전략이 철도화물운송부문에도 도입되기 시작했다. 이러한 관점에서 본 논문은 철도화물운송망에서의 hub-and-spokes전략을 구현하는 서비스네트워크 디자인모형을 개발하고, 모델의 실제철도망에의 적용성을 평가한다. 개발되는 모형이 전략모형임에도 불구하고 모형에서는 일반화된 운영비용 외에 열차속도, 서비스빈도, 터미널에서의 화물처리속도 등에 따른 시간지체비용도 고려되었다. 시간지체비용의 고려에 따라 야기되는 비선형 목적함수는 빈도별 서비스결정변수의 설정을 통해 선형화되어 결과적으로 모형은 선형 binary정수 최적화문제로 표현되었다. 규모가 큰 네트워크의 경우 해도출의 어려움 때문에 본 논문은 전체문제의 분할(decomposition)에 기초한 휴리스틱방법((heuristic method)으로 해결한다. 해도출의 효율성을 높이기 위해 서비스빈도개선과 관련하여 세 알고리즘이 개발되었다. 개발된 알고리즘은 유럽의 실제네트워크를 기초로 도출한 4개의 테스트문제에 적용되어, 해의 정확도와 해 도출의 효율성이 비교·평가되었다.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the competitiveness between Busan New Port and Shanghai's New Yangshan Port, on an island 20 miles off the Chinese mainland coast. For this aim, the paper examines backgrounds of Yangshan Port construction and its related projects, namely, Donghai Bridge and Luchao Logistics Park including operation strategies of Yangshan New Deepwater Port. The main results of this paper are as follows: Busan New Port has competitive advantage over Yangshan Port in terms of ideal location, especially in Asia-North America route, and connection between terminal and hinterland logistics park. Because Busan New Port is operated by fully on-dock system. Nevertheless, Yangshan Port has more strength in its centrality, port tariff and port productivity, which are represented by crane productivity, quay productivity and area productivity. Therefore, Korean ports are recommended by transformation from cargo attraction-type to cargo generation-type port through early activation of port logistics center along with Free Economic Zone.

인터넷은 트래픽의 유형과 내용에 대해 대체로 중립성을 지켜왔다. 이러한 인터넷의 망중립성은 콘텐츠 및 애플리케이션과 네트워크의 선순환적 발전을 유도하여 인터넷의 비약적 혁신과 성장을 가능하게 하였다. 그러나 최근 들어 스마트TV와 같은 새로운 서비스가 등장하여 데이터 트래픽이 급증함에 따라, 망에 대한 투자 주체로서 이에 따른 권리와 함께 망의 연결성 책임에 따른 망 관리가 필요한 통신사업자와 망의 공공성을 강조하는 콘텐츠/애플리케이션 사업자간에 갈등이 발생하고 있다. 본고에서는 이러한 갈등을 해결하기 위한 망중립성 정책 개념의 진화 체계와 각국의 망중립성 정책을 살펴보고, 스마트 TV 등장에 따른 망중립성 이슈가 무엇인지를 설명한다. 또한 글로벌 이슈화 되고 있는 망중립성 정책을 우리나라에서는 어떤 방향에서 보완해야 하며 그 목표는 무엇이 되어야 하는지에 대해 제언 한다.
