한국잡지협회(회장 전웅진)은 자난 2월 15일 오후 1시부터 코엑스 컨퍼런스 센터 308호에서 회원사 CEO를 대상으로 한 '디지털 출판의 현재와 미래'라는 주체로 세미나를 개최했다. 한국어도비시스템즈의 최송현 부장의 환영인사에 이어 강진호 한국어도비시스템즈 이사가 '디지털 출판 워크플로와 비전'에 대해, 한덕훈 디지털웍스 팀장의 '인디자인 C55와 디지털 퍼블리싱 스위트 시연'을, 이국희 아이뱅크 대리가 '여성조선 및 북스동아 활용사례'에 대해, 황정호 한국어도비시스템즈 부장이 ACSP 2.0에 대해 소개했다. 이날 행사에서 이국희 아이뱅크 대리가 기존의 전자출판에서는 선보이기 힘들었던 다양한 기술을 소개한 '여성조선 및 북스동아 활용사례'가 큰 관심을 끌었는데, 약 20여분동안 질문시간이 이어지는 등 참가자들의 관심이 뜨거웠다.

본 연구는 저자가 2005년 평택시 문화상품 개발과정에 연구위원으로 참여하여 지역의 대표성을 가지는 디자인 고찰 과정을 살펴본 것이다. 연구목적은 고유문화재와 전통성을 바탕으로 한 상품 개발을 통한 인식 변화를 가져오는 것이다. 그리고 평택시의 문화성립 및 자긍심 고양 및 지역 위상을 확립하는 것이다. 또한, 국 내외 관광객 유치 및 지역 문화 알리기의 기반 마련하는 것이다. 이를 바탕으로 대표적 문화 상품의 개발을 통하여 도시 이미지 확산을 고려하는 것이다. 구체적으로는 평택농악(전통악기, 뱃지, 키홀더등), 문구사무용품(서류함, 책갈피, 시계, 키홀더), 생활용품 (컵받침, 탁상용 저금통, 북, 명함), 장식용품(주방용품등 문화관련 상품들을 개발) 등으로 세분화하여 조사 하였다. 연구 개발 과정을 통하여 도시브랜드 디자인 개발사례로 디자인 적용안을 도출하였다. 그 결과 지역의 도시브랜드 확립을 위한 결론이 선행되어야 한다는 아홉가지 결론을 구체화 할 수 있었다.

인터넷 상에서 음성데이터를 전달하는 VoIP는 기존의 PSTN망을 대체하는 수단으로 환영받고 있다. 음성데이터를 인터넷 프로토콜 데이터 패킷으로 변환하여 데이터가 일반 IP망에서 전달이 가능하게 해주어 기존 일반 전화망에 비해 요금이 저렴하고 확장성이 뛰어난 특징을 가지고 있다. 이러한 VoIP서비스가 점차 증가함에 따라 보안의 취약점 및 서비스의 질이 저하되는 문제가 발생하고 있다. 이러한 점을 줄이기 위해 본 논문은 기존의 VoIP에 AA(Attribute Authority) Server를 추가하여서 보안성 및 사용자 접근에 차등을 줄 수 있는 인증 시스템을 설계하였다.

This paper proposed Hybrid Filter for harmonics elimilation on the power line. It's control method is very simple, but its performance is better than the results by passive filter. For the harmonics elimination, we improved the performance of the BPF(Band-pass Filter) with the GIC(Generalize Impedance Converter), and the new hysterisys controller.

Air side heat transfer and pressure drop for ø9.52 fin-tube heat exchanger with various types of slit and louver fins were measured, and compared with wave-slit fin. Longitudinal and transverse tube spacings of the heat exchangers are 21.65mm and 25mm respectively. Actual heat exchanger was tested using water, and the tests were performed for 2 row heat exchangers with 3 different fin spacings, 1.3, 1.5 and 1.7mm. The overall performance of the enhanced fins was evaluated by comparing heat transfer coefficient with respect to fan power.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to search for more effective methods of treatment for tinnitus. Methods : We inquired about 33 cases of tinnitus patients visited the Ik-san Oriental Medical Hospital of Wonkwang University from March 1, 2008 to May 30, 2009. We examined the 33 cases in the view of sex, age, occupation, duration, number of visits, cause, associating symptoms, quality of tinnitus, frequency of acupuncture and herbal medicine, and recovery rate after treatment. Results and Conclusions : In 21 cases of tinnitus patients among the 33 cases, it was improved. Total recovery rate was 63.6%. This case study presents clinical possibility of acupuncture and herbal medicine and moxa for the treatment of tinnitus.

This essay examines how the figure of Liberty has been refashioned in the streets of post-apartheid South Africa, addressing three public art works installed in Johannesburg over the past decade: Reshada Crouse's oil painting Passive Resistance, Marlene Dumas' tapestry The Benefit of the Doubt and William Kentridge's and Gerhard Marx's sculpture Firewalker. Even as these monumental works all reprise Delacroix's Liberty on the Barricades-an icon of the city street and its revolutionary barricades-so too this trio of Liberties have become mere phantoms of their vaunted archetype. Haunted specters, they quarrel with the mythologized chimera of Liberty, taking issue with the fraught tradition of pinning regime change onto the body of the female nude. Drawing instead on South African histories of women's resistance, in which female nudity has been repeatedly marshaled as a form of dissent, the Liberties circling Johannesburg hybridize their European template with local traditions of female political opposition to colonial and postcolonial male authority.

In the whole world, the research about the VLSI implementation of motion estimation algorithm is progressed to actively full (brute force) search algorithm research with the development of systolic array possible to parallel and pipeline processing. But, because of processing time's limit in a field to handle a huge data quantily such as a high definition television, many problems are happened to full search algorithm. In the paper, as a fast processing to using parallel scheme for the serial input image data, motion estimator of systolic array structure verifying that processing time is improved in contrast to the conventional full search algorithm.

최근의 인터넷 정보검색은 방대한 정보의 수용과 지능적이고 개인화된 검색 결과 요구라는 사뭇 상반된 요구를 만족시켜야 한다. 기계적으로 키워드를 매칭시켜 나오는 문서를 사용자에게 맡기는 식의 검색은 더 이상 환영을 받지 못한다. 우리는 이러한 추세에 맞추어 의미기반 정보검색에 필요한 개념망과 정답문서집합으로 구성된 지식베이스를 제안한 바 있다. 본 논문에서는 방대한 구조의 개념망과 연결되는 정답문서집합을 유동적인 인터넷 환경에 적용하기 위해 자동으로 구축하는 시스템을 제시한다. 자동구축은 문서분류(document categorization) 기술을 활용하여 개념어에 문서를 할당하는 방법과 속성에 문서를 할당하는 방법으로 나누어 이루어진다. 제시한 방법은 실험을 통하여 기본적인 속성 할당에는 상당한 효과가 있는 것으로 판단되었고, 일부 미할당 문서에 대해서는 클러스터링과 같은 다른 알고리즘이 필요하다.

Background and Objective : Allergic purpura is a generalized vasculitis characterized by cutaneous purpura, art hritis, abdominal pain, gastrointestinal bleeding and nephritis. However, the pathophysiology of the Allergic purpura remains obscure. Treatment at present is symptomatic and supportive. There is few reports on Allergic purpura treated with oriental medical treatment. Methods : We conducted two patients with Allergic purpura seen at Won-Kwang University Ik-San Oriental Medical Hospital. We treated Allergic purpura by a herbal medicine, acupunture, etc. Conclusions : We suggest that the oriental medical treatment and management have an effect with Allergic purpura which means Podoyug in Oriental medicine.
