Rapid economic development has played a big role in the formation of the values of pluralism. On that account, the importance of leisure life has grown substantially, Such phenomenon has allowed people to travel more frequently. Hence, there has been a growing demand for accommodation. In particular, the number of design hotels with a stylish design has grown exponentially as compared with the conventional standardized chain hotels. As a result, a variety of objets have been utilized in hotel spaces for establishing a differentiated formativeness and offering a visual stimulus to users. An objet refers to an object of symbolic function. That is to say, it serves to increase cultural values by approaching arts in an ordinary environment. Distinctive objets are mainly expressed as new ideas by the emerging designers in Europe. In particular, Marcel Wanders designs hotel spaces on the basis of the emotional meaning and story of objets, thereby showing interesting elements. He brings human stories into a design by leveraging the expressional characteristics of an objet, such as the place, fantasy and story-telling, in hotel interior spaces. This allows users, who reject the stereotypes of modern functionalism, to have exotic memories by stimulating their instinctive senses. Furthermore, this can complete users as a part of an artwork by creating a huge artwork on the basis of hotel interior spaces. In this regard, I hope that the expressional characteristics appeared in the hotel interior spaces of Marcel Wanders can be utilized as preliminary data for planning design hotels in the future.

The ring-opening isomerization polymerization behavior of 2,5,6,7-tetrahydro-3H-imidazo[2,1-b] [1,3] oxazine(TII) has been studied under various conditions. The present study aimed at improving the low polymerizability of the above monomer (six-membered ring) up to a level comparable to that of 2,5,6-tetrahydroimidazo[2,1-b] [l,3] oxazole(TIO) (five-membered ring). The optimum result could be observed when methyl trifluoromethanesulfonate(MeOTf) and nitrobenzene were used as an initiator and a solvent in the polymerization at $60^{\circ}C$ for 24 h. Polymers were confirmed by$^1H$ NMR과$^{13}C$ NMR, and m measurements. The molecular weight obtained by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) corresponded to the molecular weight theoretically calculated from the feed ratio. The melting temperature ($T_m$) of TII was conspicuously different from that of TIO, because of the difference in the alkyl group.

The six soybean cultivars (Lee, Hill, Harosoy, Clark-63 Chippewa and R56-49) different in phosphorus sensitivity were cultured with $NH_4-N$, $NO_3-N$ or urea-N under water culture condition. Free sugars and organic chrematogram. Three peaks (unknown x, y and sucrose) were appeared as considerable main peaks. The X compound appeared as trace in the nitrate fed plant while unexpectedly high in ammonium or urea fed plant. The Y compound tend to decrase in urea fed plant. Sucrose was trace in ammonium fed plant but it was greater in urea onethan in nitrate one. The X was assumed a four carbon sugar acid derived from erythrose or a ring compound derived from purine or pyrimidine. While Y was assumed a hexose derived from glycolysis path. Since Y/x ratio is a good index of phosphorus sensitivity (inve rserelation) these compounds appears keycompounds to elucidate phosphorus sensitivity and ammonium toxicity.

Bacillus velezensis YC7010 is an endophytic bacterium isolated from the rice rhizosphere in Jinju, Republic of Korea, with properties conductive to growth promotion, antibiosis and induced systemic resistance to significant, soil-borne rice fungal and bacterial pathogens. The genome of B. velezensis YC7010 comprises a 3,975,683 bp circular chromosome which consists of 3,790 protein-coding genes (86tRNA and 27rRNA genes). Based on genomic analysis, we identified genes involved in colonization and establishment inside the plant, biosynthesis of antibiotic compounds such as surfactin, plipapastatin, bacillibactin, and bacillaene, as well as the production of the phytohormones and volatile compounds which serve to promote the plants growth and development.

This study, approaching through view of Lacan and Althusser, is focused on conflicts and struggles concerning anniversaries in our society. August 15, Korean War, March 1 and Provisional Government are selected as subjects of the study, examining aspects of commemorative Struggle and changing process to those subjects. Means of the study are used through theories of Lacan and Althusser.The result of the study is analyzed that commemorative Struggle set up a starting point as the early modernization in the late 19th century. In other words, influence of modernization, which has been built up with a high hand though Japanese occupation, caused trauma and cracks. And this has been generated social conflicts, joining with ideology and fantasy. Converged point of this is Anniversary. If Anniversary and commemorative Struggle were inevitable to be existed as a phenomenon about social memory in the past, willpower heading to future should be reviewed through those days, to fill cracks of the society, not to return to the splitting past.

This paper attempts to clarify the similarity found in Seo Jungjoo's two books of poems, Seo Jungjoo Shiseon and Shillacho, and thereby to establish the continuity between Seo's early poetry and his mid-period poetry. This attempt arises from the realization that unfamiliar poetic material, background, and narration are merely surface features, and that in fact his early concerns nevertheless persist in terms of his poetic imagination and his Weltanschauung. Furthermore, this continuity seems to originate from shamanistic spiritual chaos that is consubstantially interrelated with the spirit of his deceased lover. After chaos and confusion subsided, the poet's endeavor to discover the lineal origin of his personal shamanism shows itself in Seo Jungjoo Shiseon, and we witness the embodiment of such endeavor in Shillacho. His interest in the skies as it is expressed in my poem, and Shilla as it is intimated by Gwanghwamun are sublimated in saso yeonjag and the words of Queen Seondeog into shamanic wisdom that served as the norm for both spiritual life and physical life in ancient times, and the wisdom is carried on further into the present in Seo's own times. Moreover, the star and the bell sound that were presented as signs of desirable Weltanschauung in Sangrigwawon are transformed into the symbols of shamanic wisdom, and into the inner magic formula that contributes to achieving the wisdom. This analysis offers as its result the evidence embedded in his poems that shows, first, that the two books correspond to merely two separate stages of his poetic concern, and second, that his early poetic concern persists, though transformed through a peculiar manner, into his mid-period poems.

This study examines the process of internalization and elaboration of the logic of competition in the post-IMF era through the genealogy of the survival program. Post-IMF is based on disaster reality, which reveals a specific emotional structure related to the competition, if the narrative of overcoming the IMF event finds narrative models that can be sufficiently reconciled between communityism and individual success. This study also examines the process of disaster preparedness through survival form and narrative structure embedded in such form. Thus, this study reconstructed the diachronic change to track the change of the survival program and the subsequent narrative change. Relative to the time of the healing-mentor, the survival program seems to be declining, but rather seems to have created a new transition through the logic of self-development contained in the healing-mentoring discourse. this logic leads to be ghettoized hierarchy of preferences. Now, the survival program is to perform fantastic surrogate satisfaction by delegating competition to a narrow self-directed area rather than to a big empathy within the community.

Recently, there is an increasing interest in game based learning as a teaching method for digital native learners. This study set kinect game contributes to engaged learning as the competition and cooperation play (achievement goals, interaction), the digital game play (multisensory stimulation, fantasy and curiosity, chance, accurate feedback, control), and the body movement play (embodied cognition, presence). After performing classes using the motion recognition game developed for the elementary school history class, this study conducted semi structured interviews based on engaged learning elements of kinect game based learning for students who were successfully participating in learning. In the result, each element appeared to a successful learner. Based on these results, this study hopes to assist researchers as a basic evidence to introduce kinect game-based learning for engaged learning.

Said's Orientalism criticized the European representations on the Middle-East by theorizing orientalism as a discourse. In this text, he explored and criticized the colonial forms of knowledge and language that distorted the image of the colonized. The justification of the discourse of orientalism is derived from the binary system that is originated from Plato which Derrida rejects on the ground that it always privileges one term over the other, that is, colonizer over colonized. Derrida names for this traditional heritage of Western binary system logocentrism which regards logos(the Greek term for speech or reason) as the central principle of language and philosophy, whereas mythos derives its meaning from the logos on the basis of binary oppositions. Thus according to logocentrism, the colonized is merely the defined who can have its meaning from the definers, colonizers. In this paper, utilizing Derrida's a (non)concept called supplement which means both to add on as a surplus and to make up something missing as a mere extra, I propose another alternative interpretation towards the critique of colonial representation by raising internal contradictions in the Platonic dichotomy between logos and mythos embedded in western colonialism discourse, orientalism. I attempt to show that logos(colonizer) and mythos(colonized) is inseparable in itself due to the fact that they exist as supplementary. For this purpose, I demonstrate how colonial binary system constituted and was constituted in terms of language. Through this paper I reinterpret the colonial rationality of privileging 'logos' over 'mythos' by substituting the colonial binary system with the supplement.

In marketing, the thematic conceptual study related to hedonic consumption with product symbolism contributed to symbolic consumerism and its hedonic experience. Researching how consumers deal with expectations for unexpected income or windfall gains helps understand what makes them enjoy experiences. This paper discusses the trade-off relationship between hedonic and utilitarian consumption. it aims to determine when and why people choose hedonic (pleasant) or utilitarian (material) products under windfall gains. We suggested five hypotheses, and through a series of experiments, respondents preferred hedonic to utilitarian goods when lottery amounts increased and the probabilities did not discriminate between two products. the preference order was not discriminated in the hedonic, utilitarian goods. the shape of preference revealed an opposite direction (U vs. invert-U)when the winfall amounts increased. and when the discounting rates varied, the consumers' preference order was expected to change. Subjects selected hedonic goods the most, utilitarian goods second, and cash rewards were the last choice. Therefore, stimulating consumers' hedonism and promoting hedonic experiences might be effective marketing tactics and strategies.
