Rapid economic development has played a big role in the formation of the values of pluralism. On that account, the importance of leisure life has grown substantially, Such phenomenon has allowed people to travel more frequently. Hence, there has been a growing demand for accommodation. In particular, the number of design hotels with a stylish design has grown exponentially as compared with the conventional standardized chain hotels. As a result, a variety of objets have been utilized in hotel spaces for establishing a differentiated formativeness and offering a visual stimulus to users. An objet refers to an object of symbolic function. That is to say, it serves to increase cultural values by approaching arts in an ordinary environment. Distinctive objets are mainly expressed as new ideas by the emerging designers in Europe. In particular, Marcel Wanders designs hotel spaces on the basis of the emotional meaning and story of objets, thereby showing interesting elements. He brings human stories into a design by leveraging the expressional characteristics of an objet, such as the place, fantasy and story-telling, in hotel interior spaces. This allows users, who reject the stereotypes of modern functionalism, to have exotic memories by stimulating their instinctive senses. Furthermore, this can complete users as a part of an artwork by creating a huge artwork on the basis of hotel interior spaces. In this regard, I hope that the expressional characteristics appeared in the hotel interior spaces of Marcel Wanders can be utilized as preliminary data for planning design hotels in the future.

5원환의 2,3,5,6-tetrahydroimidazo[2,1-b] [1,3] oxazole(TIO)와 비교하여 6원환인 2,5,6,7-tetrahydro-3H-imidazo[2,1-b] [1,3] oxazine(TII)가 중합반응성이 낮은 결점을 개선하고자 각종의 조건하에서 중합을 실시한 결과, 최적의 중합조건으로 methyl trifluoromethanesulfonate(MeOTf)을 개시제로 사용한, 극성이 높은 니트로벤젠 용매의 $60^{\circ}C$에서 24시간 반응시킴에 의해 고수율의 중합체를 얻었다. 생성된 중합체를 $^1H$ NMR과$^{13}C$ NMR, IR 스펙트럼으로 분석하였으며, GPC로부터 구한 분자량과 이론분자량이 거의 일치함도 확인하였으며, 융점($T_m$)은 알킬 그룹의 길이에 따라 큰 차이를 나타내었다.

인산감수성(燐酸感受性)이 다른 9개대두재배종(個大豆栽培種) Lee, Hill, Harosoy, Clark-63, Chippewa 및 R56-49을 서로 다른 질소원(窒素源)으로 수경재배(水耕栽培)하여 엽중유리당(葉中遊離糖)과 유기산(有機酸)을 gas chronatograph로 조사(調査)하여 미동정(未同定)의 X, Y peak와 Sucrose peak가 주(主) peak로 나타났다. X 화합물(化合物)은 NO3-N 급여(給與)경우 흔적으로 나타난데 반하여 NH4-N나 urea 급여(給與)경우에 다량(多量)나타났다. Y 화합물(化合物)을 Urea 급여(給與)경우 감소하는 경향이었다. Sucrose는 NH4-N 급여(給與)에서 흔적으로 나타나고 Urea에서 NO3-N에서보다 높았다. X 화합물(化合物)은 erythrose에서 유래(由來)한 4 탄소(炭素) 산성당(酸性糖)이거나 Purine이나 Pyrimidine에서 유래(由來)한 환상화합물(環狀化合物)로 Y 화합물(化合物)은 glycolysis path에서 유래(由來)한 6 탄당(炭糖)으로 추정(推定)되었다. Y/X 치(値)는 인산감수성(燐酸感受性)의 좋은 지표(指標)가 되므로(역관계(逆關係)) 이 두 화합물(化合物)은 ammonia 독작용(毒作用) 및 인산감수성(燐酸感受性) 기작(機作)에 관여(關與)하는 요인화합물(要因化合物)로 보였다.

식물 내생 세균인 Bacillus velezensis YC7010은 벼의 병원성 세균과 곰팡이에 대해 전신유도저항성을 일으키며, 식물생육촉진 및 항생작용의 특징을 가지고 있다. 대한민국 진주지역 벼의 근권에서 분리된 B. velezensis YC7010의 유전체는 3,790개의 단백질-암호화 유전자(86 tRNAs와 27 rRNA 유전자)로 구성되어 있으며, 3,975,683 염기쌍의 환상 염색체이다. 유전체 분석을 통해 식물의 발달과 생육을 촉진하는 휘발성 화합물, 식물호르몬 생산, surfactin, plipapastatin, bacillibactin, bacillaene 같은 활성 화합물의 생합성, 식물 내부정착 및 군집화와 관련된 유전자들이 유전체에 존재하는 것을 확인하였다

본 연구는 우리 사회에서 벌어지고 있는 기념일을 둘러싼 갈등과 투쟁에 주목해 기념일에 관해 라캉과 알튀세르적 접근을 시도했다. 연구대상으로는 8.15, 한국전쟁, 3.1절, 임시정부를 선정했으며, 이들에 대한 기념 투쟁들의 양상과 그 변화 과정을 살펴보았다. 연구방법으로는 라캉과 알튀세르의 이론과 개념 등을 활용했다. 연구결과는 기념투쟁이 19세기말 진행된 근대화 초입을 그 기원으로 삼는 것으로 분석되었다. 즉 일제강점에 의해 강압적으로 이루어진 근대화가 우리 사회에 외상과 균열을 냈으며, 이는 이데올로기 및 환상과 접합되어 사회적 갈등의 형상을 취하게 되었다. 그것이 수렴되는 지점이 바로 기념일이다. 기념일과 기념투쟁이 과거에 대한 사회적 기억의 현상으로서 존재할 수 밖에 없는 것이라면, 이들은 분열된 과거의 회귀가 아니라 내일을 향하는, 균열을 메우는 사회를 만들고자 하는 의지를 되새기는 날이 되어야 할 것이다.

This paper attempts to clarify the similarity found in Seo Jungjoo's two books of poems, Seo Jungjoo Shiseon and Shillacho, and thereby to establish the continuity between Seo's early poetry and his mid-period poetry. This attempt arises from the realization that unfamiliar poetic material, background, and narration are merely surface features, and that in fact his early concerns nevertheless persist in terms of his poetic imagination and his Weltanschauung. Furthermore, this continuity seems to originate from shamanistic spiritual chaos that is consubstantially interrelated with the spirit of his deceased lover. After chaos and confusion subsided, the poet's endeavor to discover the lineal origin of his personal shamanism shows itself in Seo Jungjoo Shiseon, and we witness the embodiment of such endeavor in Shillacho. His interest in the skies as it is expressed in my poem, and Shilla as it is intimated by Gwanghwamun are sublimated in saso yeonjag and the words of Queen Seondeog into shamanic wisdom that served as the norm for both spiritual life and physical life in ancient times, and the wisdom is carried on further into the present in Seo's own times. Moreover, the star and the bell sound that were presented as signs of desirable Weltanschauung in Sangrigwawon are transformed into the symbols of shamanic wisdom, and into the inner magic formula that contributes to achieving the wisdom. This analysis offers as its result the evidence embedded in his poems that shows, first, that the two books correspond to merely two separate stages of his poetic concern, and second, that his early poetic concern persists, though transformed through a peculiar manner, into his mid-period poems.

본 연구는 IMF 이후의 시대성 내부에서 경쟁의 논리가 내면화되고 정교해지는 과정을 서바이벌 프로그램의 계보를 통해서 점검하기 위한 것이다. IMF 사태에 대한 극복의 서사가 공동체주의와 개인의 성공 사이에서 충분히 화해 가능한 서사 모델들을 발견했다면, 거꾸로 포스트 IMF는 경쟁과 관련된 특유의 정서적 구조를 드러내는 재난적 리얼리티에 기초하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 재난적 리얼리티를 서바이벌의 형식과 그러한 형식에 내포된 서사적 구조를 통해서 구성되어가는 과정을 살펴보는 것이기도 하다. 본 연구는 서바이벌 프로그램의 변화와 그에 따른 서사적 변화를 추적하기 위한 통시적인 흐름을 재구성하였다. 힐링-멘토의 시기에 상대적으로 서바이벌 프로그램은 쇠퇴하는 것처럼 보이지만 오히려 힐링-멘토 담론에 내포되어 있는 자기계발의 논리를 통해서 새로운 과도기를 마련한 것처럼 보인다. 사회나 구조보다도 개인의 자기계발 논리에 경유하면서, 서바이벌에 내재된 경쟁의 리얼리티는 더 이상 공동체 내부의 도덕주의나 정서적 화해를 위해서 작동하지 않아도 되는 것이다. 서바이벌 프로그램은 공동체 내부의 큰 공감을 지향하기보다는 좁은 자기 취향의 영역에 경쟁을 위임함으로써 환상적인 대리만족을 수행하게 된다.

최근 디지털 네이티브 학습자를 위한 교수방법인 게임 활용 학습에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 초등학교 역사수업에 맞춰 개발된 Kinect 게임 활용 수업을 실시한 후 성공적으로 학습에 참여한 것으로 관찰된 학생 14명을 대상으로 인터뷰를 실시하여 참여적 학습 경험을 분석하였다. 연구 결과 학생들은 경쟁과 협력 놀이 요소에서는 '목표 달성'과 '상호작용'을, 디지털 놀이 요소에서는 '다감각적 자극', '환상과 호기심', '정확한 피드백', '우연', '통제감'을, 신체활동 놀이 요소에서는 '체감된 인지', '실재감'을 경험하면서 참여적 학습을 하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이를 통해 Kinect 게임 활용 수업을 참여적 학습을 위한 교수학습방법으로 도입할 기초자료로서 도움을 주고자 한다.

Said's Orientalism criticized the European representations on the Middle-East by theorizing orientalism as a discourse. In this text, he explored and criticized the colonial forms of knowledge and language that distorted the image of the colonized. The justification of the discourse of orientalism is derived from the binary system that is originated from Plato which Derrida rejects on the ground that it always privileges one term over the other, that is, colonizer over colonized. Derrida names for this traditional heritage of Western binary system logocentrism which regards logos(the Greek term for speech or reason) as the central principle of language and philosophy, whereas mythos derives its meaning from the logos on the basis of binary oppositions. Thus according to logocentrism, the colonized is merely the defined who can have its meaning from the definers, colonizers. In this paper, utilizing Derrida's a (non)concept called supplement which means both to add on as a surplus and to make up something missing as a mere extra, I propose another alternative interpretation towards the critique of colonial representation by raising internal contradictions in the Platonic dichotomy between logos and mythos embedded in western colonialism discourse, orientalism. I attempt to show that logos(colonizer) and mythos(colonized) is inseparable in itself due to the fact that they exist as supplementary. For this purpose, I demonstrate how colonial binary system constituted and was constituted in terms of language. Through this paper I reinterpret the colonial rationality of privileging 'logos' over 'mythos' by substituting the colonial binary system with the supplement.

마케팅분야에서는 제품 상징주의를 지닌 쾌락적 소비에 관한 주제와 관련된 개념적 연구는 상징적 소비주의와 쾌락적 경험연구에 공헌하였다. 예상치 못한 소득이나 일시적 이득에 대한 기대를 소비자가 어떻게 다루는가를 연구하는 것은 그들이 경험을 즐기는데 무엇이 영향을 미치는 가를 이해하는데 도움을 줄 것이다. 이 논문은 쾌락적 소비와 실용적 소비의 상반관계를 논의한다. 일시소득이 발생한 상황에서 언제 왜 소비자들이 쾌락적 혹은 실용적 제품을 선택하는 가를 알아보는 것이 목적이다. 우리는 5개의 가설을 제시하고 일련의 실험을 통해 복권금액이 증가할 때 응답자들은 실용제품보다 쾌락제품을 선호하고, 취득확률은 두 제품간 차이가 없고, 선호순위도 차별화되지 않았다. 일시소득이 증가할 때 두 제품간의 선호그래프는 반대로 나타났다. 할인율이 변할 때 소비자의 선호순서는 변활 것으로 예상된다. 응답자들은 쾌락제품을 가장 선호하고, 실용제품, 할인 현금 순으로 선택하였다. 따라서 소비자의 쾌락주의와 쾌락적 경험에 대한 환상을 자극하는 것은 효과적인 마케팅 전략과 전술이 될 것이다.
