최근 교통사고의 증가, 심폐술의 보편화 및 보조호흡을 필요로 하는 환자의 증가에 따라 경구적 혹은 기관절개술을 통해 기관내 삽관을 장기간 유치하는 경우가 많아져서 이에 따른 합병증으로 기관협착증의 빈도가 높아지게 되었다. 기관내 삽관후 기관협착증을 초래하는데에는 관의 외경, 삽관시 외상, 삽관유치기간, 기계적 보조호흡시 관의 이동, cuff 의 압력 등의 요인이 작용한다. 이러한 요인에 의해 기관내 삽관을 장기간 유치시 기관점막에 대한 지속적인 압박으로 점막하부의 압박괴사 및 혈관의 폐쇄로 인해 기관연골의 무혈성 괴사를 초래하여 환상의 기관협착이 병발하게 된다. 기관협착증에 대한 치료방법으로서는 여러 가지가 있으나 환상의 기관협착증인 경우는 협착부위의 절제 및 단단문합술을 시행하고 절제부위가 광범위한 경우는 release technique 을 이용하여 문합부위의 장력을 줄여주는 것이 효과적인 치료방법으로 알려져 있다. 저자들은 최근 기관내 삽관후에 병발한 환상기관협착증 3례(다발성 골절 1례, 기관지 천식 1례, 약물중독 1례)에 대해 기관절제 및 단단문합술을 경험하였기에 보고하고자 한다.

정보보호 부서 이동 후 새로운 업무를 이해하는 것만으로 한 달을 소비한 김 대리. 그렇다고 성과가 전혀 없던 것은 아니었다. 어떤 웹 사이트가 유용한 정보를 제공하고 있는지 알게 됐고, 악성코드나 바이러스처럼 간혹 언론매체를 통해 접했던 정보보호 관련 용어가 더 이상 낯설지 않게 됐다. 무엇보다 '환상'기업의 보안관으로서 어떤 활동을 해야 할 것인지를 이해했다는 점에서 김 대리에게 지난 한 달은 의미있는 시간이었다. 하지만 이제 막 한숨을 돌린 김 대리는 또 다른 난관에 봉착했다. 경영진으로부터 환상기업의 정보보호 수준을 수치화해 보고하라는 지시가 내려온 것이다.

Water heat transfer experiments were carried out in a uniformly heated annulus with a wide range of pressure conditions. The local heat transfer coefficients for saturated water flow boiling have been measured just before the occurrence of the critical heat flux (CHF) along the length of the heated section. The trends of the measured heat transfer coefficients were quite different from the conventional understanding for the heat transfer of saturated flow boiling. This discrepancy was explained from the nucleate boiling in the liquid film of annular flow under high heat flux conditions.

Increasing rate of late or deferred marriage in our society may have been inferred from alleged contribution of media use on people's idealistic expectations about marriage. This study examined the relationship between Korean-Chinese romance drama viewing and various sub-concepts of idealistic fantasy about marriage. Results from survey analysis indicate that although romance drama viewing has a positive association with life satisfaction, it was positively associated with various aspects of idealistic marriage fantasy (i.e., less materialism in marriage, more belief in love at first sight, and more unrealistic expectations on marriage). Further, differential cultivation effects of Korea and Chinese romance dramas were discussed.

The present study examined the variations in personality variables according to different types for the Korean view of the afterlife, including 'extinction type', 'the other world-oriented transmigration type', 'heaven/hell type' and 'obscurity type'. The results may be summarized as follows: (1) 'the other world-oriented transmigration type' and 'heaven/hell type' showed significantly stronger belief in a just world than 'extinction type', (2) 'extinction type' and 'obscurity type' showed more external attribution for accidents than 'heaven/hell type', (3) there was no difference in unrealistic optimism levels, (4) depending upon the types for the view of the afterlife, not only preferred self-enhancing biases but also positive illusions which related to life satisfaction were different, (5) 'extinction type' showed stronger risk-taking tendency than 'heaven/hell type'. These results were explained in terms of features that belong to each afterlife view. Finally, we discussed the limitation of this study and the directions for future study.

한국산 산민달팽이(Incilaria frushtorferi)의 웅성생식기관 및 자웅공통생식기관에 대하여 조직화학적 방법을 이용하여 염색하고 광학현미경으로 관찰한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.1. 자웅동체관은 가늘고 꾸불꾸불하고 긴 관으로 대부분 성숙한 정자로 가득차 있었다. 이 관의 내강상피는 단충섬모상피와 단층섬모원주상피 그리고 위중층 원주상패 등 다양한 세포로 구성되어 있었다.2. 대자웅동체관은 위로 소자웅동체관과 알부민성이 있으며, 그 밑으로는 수란관과 연결되어 있었다.이들의 내강상피는 불규칙한 단층섬모원주상피로 구성되어 있으며, 결합조직내 선세포로부터 형성된 산성 및 중성 점액성 과립들이 기막을 통과하여 내강 속으로 분비되었다.3. 전립선의 내강은 키 큰 단층원주섬모세포로 구성되었으며, 결합조직 내의 분비과립세포에서 형성된 중성 점액과립을 상피세포를 통해 내강으로 분비하였다.4. 정관은 직경 0.5 x 0.25mm 정도인 타원형의 관상구조로 이루어져 있고, 이 관을 0.1mm정도의 매우 두터운 근육층이 둘러싸고 있었다.5. 수정관의 내강은 결합조직성 돌기에 의해 4부분으로 분지되어 있으며 내강은 키 큰 단층섬모원주상피세포로 구성되어 있었다. 또한 수정관 주위에는 두터운 환상근층이 둘러싸고 있었는데, 이들 사이에서 2종의 분비성 과립이 확인되었다.6. 상음경은 내강이 십자로 열려있으며, 키 큰 단층섬모원주상피와 단층입방상피세포로 구성되어 있었다. 내강을 구성하는 근육들은 매우 두터웁고 환상근층과 종주근층이 교대로 둘러싸고 있었다.7. 음겨은 상음경이 점점 굵어져서 형성된 큰 형성된 큰 생식기관으로 내강은 주름 형태인 많은 돌기들을 가지고 있었다. 내강상피 세포는 키가 단층원주상피세포와 단층입방상피가 부위에 따라 다르게 분포하고 있으며, 상피세포 및 결합조직에는 두터운 근육층이 있어 음경의강한 운동성이 감지 되었다.
