회계정보시스템은 재무적 자료를 수집.처리하여 회계정보를 산출하고 이를 조직내의 경영관리자와 외부의 정보이용자에게 전달하는 시스템이라 할 수 있다. 기업의 환경 및 조직구조 등은 회계정보시스템을 설계하는데 영향을 미치게 되며, 회계정보시스템의 설계자는 이러한 기업의 내적.외적 환경요인에 가장 적합한 시스템을 구축하고자 노력하여야 한다. 본 논문은 기업의 외부환경요인(환경의 불확실성)과 조직구조요인(조직의 집권화, 공식화, 조직규모), 전산화 환경요인(최고경영층의 지원, 사용자의 전산능력) 및 업무특성(업무의 비구조화 정도, 상호연관도, 업무의 난이도와 다양도)등이 회계정보시스템의 개발 및 실행, 산출정보의 특성(정보의 대상, 정보의 시점, 정보의 형태, 정보제공 빈도, 정보의 통합도)에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 상호간의 적합도가 회계정보시스템의 성과에 미치는 영향을 연구할 것이다. 또한 국내기업의 회계정보시스템의 운용실태와 현황을 파악하여 문제점을 지적하고 개선방안을 모색하고자 한다.

최근 SCORM, Dublin Core등의 국제 표준 메타데이터와 함께, 세계 사실 표준이라 할 수 있는 IMS와 IEEE/LTSC의 LOM이 e-Learning의 특성을 반영한 메타데이터로서 현재 국$\cdot$내외적으로 많은 e-Learning 업체 및 기관에서 활용되고 있다(5). 그러나 LOM에서 정의한 메타데이터는 멀티플랫폼 환경을 고려하지 않고 있고, 제작 및 유통되고 있는 대부분의 e-Learning 콘텐트는 멀티미디어 특성에 대한 메타데이터 요소가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 , 본 논문에서는 멀티플랫폼 환경에서 e-Learning학습을 지원하기 위해, 메타데이터 및 e-Learning 업체의 Requirement를 조사,분석하고 e-Learning 국제 표준 메타데이터와 플랫폼의 디바이스 특성을 반영하여, 기본적인 PC(Personal Computer) 환경을 포함한 모바일 기기 환경과 디지털TV 환경을 고려한 멀티플랫폼 e-Learning 메타데이터(Multi-platform e-Learning Metadata)를 제안하였다.

본 연구는 생활환경 지능화(Ambient Intelligence 이하 AmI)의 기술적 변화와 Ambient Display와 Ambient Media 등을 바탕으로 Ambient Art의 개념과 특성을 도출하고, 이를 통한 감성 커뮤니케이션 연구의 가능성을 살펴 보았다. 앞으로의 사회는 AmI의 환경으로 변화해 갈 것이다. AmI란 인간 중심의 지능형 컴퓨터, 네트워크, 인터페이스 기술을 기반으로 우리의 주변환경이 지능을 갖게 된 상황을 말한다. 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅, 무선 네트워크와 같은 AmI의 기술들은 새로운 미디어를 만들고 이러한 미디어는 우리의 인식과 커뮤니케이션 방식을 변화시키고 있다. 기술의 발달은 빠른 반면, 그 기술을 사용하는 사람의 적응속도는 느리기 때문에 사람이 어떻게 새로운 기술에 적응할 것인가는 핵심적 문제다. 감성 커뮤니케이션 연구는 이런 문제들을 해결하는데 큰 도움을 줄 뿐만 아니라, 사람들의 감성 욕구까지 채워줄 수 있다. 그러나 감성은 순간적이며 복합적이고 무의식적으로 발생하고 수시로 변하기 때문에 연구하기가 쉽지 않다[1]. 본 연구에서 정의한 Ambient Art는 일상의 환경에서 자연스럽게 접할 수 있으며 사용자의 직접적인 인지가 없이도 감상할 수 있는 예술로, 기술이 환경에 스며들게 되는 것처럼 예술이 환경에 스며들어 궁극적으로 언제 어디서나 감상이 가능한 전시공간의 유비쿼터스화를 지향한다. 이러한 Ambient Art는 감성커뮤니케이션 연구의 새로운 대안책으로 생각해 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 Ambient Art의 5가지 특성을 상황인지, 분위기, 개인화, 상호작용, 자가성장으로 나누어 살펴 보았다. 또한 Ambient Art의 개념과 특성을 반영한 작품 City Forest를 제안하였다. 이 작품은 사람들의 활동에 의해 달라지는 시각적 감성 전달을 통해 이성보다 앞서 있는 감성을 자극하여 개인과 환경, 환경과 환경끼리의 상호 작용을 촉진시켜 Ambient Art를 통한 감성 커뮤니케이션을 보여주었다는데 의의가 있다.

The records centers which belong to specific cities(-shi) or counties(-gun) are different in terms of constituencies and functions with the records centers of any other administrative agencies. The purpose of this study is to develop models of establishing the city/county records centers reflecting the recordkeeping environment of cities and counties especially located in Kyonggi Region. This present paper begins with analyzing the conditions of records management of cities and counties in Kyonggi Region, and the characterized functions of them. Based on these analyses, it suggests standardized procedures and characterization strategies for establishing city/county records centers.

In the domestic environments, there are many tunnels since most of terrains have mountains. To ensure the quality of wireless network service in NLOS environment like tunnels which differ from indoor or outdoor wireless channels, researches on wave-propagation characteristics. through such channel are necessary. Especially, in such environment the ground repeater called Gap-Fillers are usually used for satellite mobile services. To make sure that mobile service using satellites in tunnels is available, the research about Gap Filling method is essential. This research is focus on the characterising the wave-propagation through tunnels, to find the appropriate frequency, HPBW of the Gap-Filler antennas, the number of Gap-Fillers, etc. In this paper, we present the effective Gap Filling method in tunnels for ISM band, based on analysis of ray tracing and measurement results.

Under the influence of information technology, there has been a significant change in the consumers' attitude and behavior toward the cultural products. Especially, the social network service (SNS) is predicted to effectively facilitate the growing interaction among potential consumers, which may lead to consumption of the cultural products. The goal of this study is thus two-fold: (a) to investigate the characteristic features of the digital environments based on SNS, and (b) to examine how these factors result in the purchase of the cultural contents. The survey data identified the digital environments as Informational interaction, Information connectivity, and Informational trust in the SNS environment. Subsequently, the structural equation methods confirmed that these factors facilitate consumers' participation in the information network and promote consumers' emotional attachment to the cultural contents, which eventually lead to the positive attitude toward the purchase of the cultural contents.

본 연구에서는 이동 컴퓨팅 환경에서 TCP프로토콜의 전송성능 저하요인을 분석하고 이에 따른 적응적인 정책을 수입해 효율적인 프로토콜을 제시한다. 이동 컴퓨팅환경에서 TCP 패킷을 크기에 따라 벌크데이터와 인터액티브데이터로 나누고, 무선링크의 상태에 따라 안전 상태와 위험 상태로 나누어 각각의 특성을 고려한 TCP의 전송성능 향상방법을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제안된 정책은 모의 실험 환경을 통해 성능향상을 검증했으며, 실제 이동 컴퓨터환경에서 무선 네트워크와 유선 네트워크사이의 중간 호스트인 기지국에 적용시킬수 있다.

연안해역은 육상환경과 해양환경이 상호작용하는 완충지역으로서, 양식어장, 항만, 해수욕장 등으로 이용되고 있다. 남해안과 같은 연안해역은 기초생산력이 아주 높고, 해면양식업에 적합한 지형적 여건을 갖추고 있어 옛부터 어패류 양식장으로 널리 이용되고 있다. 연안환경 특성에 따라 크게 2가지 유형 즉, 진해만과 같이 외부 부하량 증가로 적조가 상습적으로 발생하는 부영양화된 해역, 한산ㆍ거제만과 같이 외부 부하량 유입이 적고 기초생산력이 낮은 빈영양 해역으로 나누어진다. (중략)
