대학을 행정과 경영의 대상으로 삼아 자체의 조직과 위치해 있는 사회적 환경요인을 체제적으로 분석하여 대학의 위기를 극복하려는 '전략적 기획'은 1960년대 이후 대학조직에 대한 새로운 접근으로 부상하고 있다. 전략적 기획의 관점에서 볼 때, 대학의 전통적 기능인 교육과 연구활동의 활성화 문제는 교수 개개인 혹은 대학내 특정 집단이 독자적으로 감당할 것이 아니라 대학이 변화하는 사회 환경을 실증적으로 분석한 후, 그 결과에 기초하여 기관적 차원에서 대처해나가야 할 문제라 할 수 있다.

유비쿼터스 환경은 조직의 구조와 개인의 행위를 변화시킬 뿐만 아니라 기업의 경쟁 패러다임 자체를 변화시킬 것으로 전망하고 있다. 또한 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅의 기술이 경영경제, 행정, 교육, 문화, 의료등 사회 전반에 걸쳐 도입되고 있으며, 이에 따른 비즈니스 모델에 대한 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 기술에 관련된 RFID, USN, 표준화, 보안등에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있으나, 비즈니스 모델에 관련된 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅에 대해 알아보고 비즈니스 모델 사례 검토를 통해 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 시대의 비즈니스 모델과 발전 방향 및 혁신 전략을 제시하고자 한다.

한국의 장기 에너지공급 전략에서 에너지수요 및 환경제약에 따른 원자력에너지의 역할을 평가하기 위해 에너지수급 최적화모형인 MESSAGE를 이용하였다. 에너지수급 네트워크의 입력자료로 필요한 유효에너지 수요를 예측하기 위해 새로운 프로그램을 개발하였고, 이 결과를 이용하여 1993년부터 2040년까지 원자력계통을 포함한 전체 에너지계통에 대한 최적화를 수행하였으며, 노형전략 및 핵연료주기전략, 원자력에너지의 확대이용 방안 등을 제시하였다. 한국에서 원자력 확대이용에 대한 핵심 요인은 경제성장 규모, 화석연료의 이용가능성, 이산화탄소 배출규제, 부지 및 대중수용성에 의해 제한 받는 원자력 자체의 공급능력이 될 것이다.

급변하는 SNS 활용 환경에 대응하기 위한 지속적인 혁신과 이를 가능케 하는 요소로서 지식의 중요성에 대한 인식이 증대하고 있다. 지금까지 기업의 효과적인 지식경영을 가능케 하는 요소에 대한 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔으나 기업의 지식경영 능력을 증대시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시할 뿐 스마트 미디어 환경으로의 변화에 따른 지식경영 전략에 대한 해답 제시는 미흡하다. 본 연구에서는 지식창출 순환과정 간의 관계를 기반으로 기업성과 극대화를 위한 SNS를 활용한 지식경영 전략 운영 방안을 제안한다.

u-Work는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 근로자가 언제, 어디서나 고도의 유무선 정보통신 기술을 활용하여 업무를 수행할 수 있는 환경을 제공하는 것으로 u-Work가 발전하려면 인간이 활동하는 범위내의 통신이 매우 중요하게 될 것이다. 이를 해결해 줄 수 있는 통신은 근거리 무선통신 즉, WPAN(Wireless Personal Area Network)이 될 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 u-Work에 적용 가능한 WPAN 기술 도입을 위한 추진 전략을 제시하기 위해 WPAN 기술에 대해 조사 분석하고 u-Work 발전에 따른 WPAN의 단계적인 도입 전략을 제안한다.

본 연구는 차세대 휴대이동방송 서비스를 대상으로 고객, 기술, 사업자, 규제 4대 이슈별로 환경 불확실성 요인을 규명하고, 핵심불확실성요인(KUF)를 도출하였다. 도출된 KUF를 중심으로 환경의 잔여불확실성 수준 평가를 통해 시나리오 분석을 실시하고, 차세대 휴대이동방송의 진입전략 수립을 위한 방향을 제시하였다.

The government of the UK since the 1990, especially under the new Labour Party, has pursued sustainable development or carbon control as a core strategy for its national development. The seemingly prominent environmental policy for 'greening the government' of the UK as well as considerable achievements in energy and environment indices have attracted much attentions of policy makers and researchers for the 'low carbon green growth' in Korea. This paper tries to see the character of carbon control and environmental policy in the UK not merely as the integrating or mainstreaming policy but a new strategy for national development, that is, for the 'ecologically modernized' state, eco-state, or green state. It defines the environmental policy for carbon control in the UK as the strategy for the green state which has provided it as a principal guide for integrating national policies as a whole, and which has pursued it through market-dependent neoliberal measures. From this point of view, this paper introduces the development process of carbon control and environmental policy mainly under the new Labour Party government in the UK, and gives a reappraisal of both its policy and of energy-environment indices.

Today, interior design industry is continuously developing in domestic and foreign, and the industry is getting more internationalized and professionalized day after day. At the same time, the interior design industry is overwhelmed by sudden changes. However, the sudden change can be regarded as a turning point requiring management paradigm shift and an understanding of fundamental concept of interior design industry management. In other word, it is the point where a design management strategy should begin. The previous management strategies are no longer effective. Only the companies providing impressive and practical designs followed from qualified market research and analysis can survive in the society. This research examined the tasks the interior design industry confronted and the factors of environmental changes, and analyzed the current status and trend of changing environments. The purpose of the research is to propose a direction to the effective management available in highly industrial national society.
