Autonomous Vehicles(AV) are considered as an alternative to solve various social problems. Many researches which are related to developing technologies and AV operations have been conducted vastly and on-going. However, there seem to be little studies on various influences of AI algorithm on driving installed in AV. This study aims to examine the impacts of the ethical decisions made by Utilitarianism-based AI in AV when the oncoming car crossed over the central line. It establishes scenarios about situation of encroaching a central line and analyzes traffic impacts of ethical decision made by AV. According to the results of the analyses, as th accident occurs, overall speed of traffic decrease. There is a negative impact on the traffic flow when AV made an Utilitarian-based ethical decision by changing the lane. However, when AV choose to collide head-on, there is a positive effect to relieve traffic flow with an assistance of CACC, equipped.

Confucius made endless thoughts on such themes as enlightening for the internal value of human, how to draw out such value and how to make personal relationship in order to overcome the chaotic Chun-qiu age. The spirit of 'Harmony but not Sameness' stated by Confucius passes us the theoretical meaning for making a good relationship with the others, which is realization of Benevolence. The spirit of 'Harmony but not Sameness' pursues moral, public and golden-mean value. This pursuit is made to look for harmonization and coexistence in personal relation, community based relation and, furthermore, relation with the nature, so that a great man is an entirely-good person who has realized the spirit of 'Harmony but not Sameness'. The spirit of 'Harmony but not Sameness' throws to us many issues to think of for the social unity, 'living together', which is the central theme of today. The objects for which the 'living together' shall be embodied are the minor groups of our society and those who are relatively expelled from the power and benefit including multi-culture based families, north Korean refugees and etc. Such open mind for harmonization and coexistence gives us, furthermore, another important issue to think of also in the matter of environment that includes the ecosystem and the entire nature.

This study attempted an eco-ethical approach to the sporting body, focusing on Toegye's Gyeong. A causes for the conflict between man and nature is a wrong view of nature derived from human desire. Toegye thought that the problem of desire could be overcome through Gyeong. Eco-ethical approaches of Toegye's gyeong thought are possible for the following reasons: First, because Toegye's gyeong is completed in nature. Second, because Toegye's gyeong emphasize human responsibility (consideration) for nature. Third, because gyeong is related to the ability to practice morality. Meanwhile, Toegye understood 'preserving the body well' as self-preservation and at the same time, as the meaning of a natural principle of following the laws of nature. From this perspective, the sporting body has meanings of physical fitness and mental health and at the same time, an aspect of ecological values of understanding man and nature as a single network and following the order of nature. Acquisition of Gyeong through the sporting body suggests the practice of 'gyeongsin (respect for the body)' and 'hwalgyeong (preservation of the ecological environment).' When human beings do physical exercise with nature, they proceed to the stage of building up the virtue of yosan yosu (finding happiness in mountains and water) through nature preserving the ecological environment (hwalgyeong) beyond staying at the stage of gyeongsin.

We analysed current elementary and secondary school curriculum and subjects of social studies and ethics focused on environmental education. The criteria of content analysis is what are the keynotes of environmental education (environmentalism or ecology). In lower grades, most of curriculum and subjects are described on the standpoint of ecology. But in upper grades, environmentalism becomes the keynotes of environmental education. Ethics curriculum and subjects are constructed on the basis of ecology, On the other hand social studies and its curricula are written out skewed to the environmentalism. Overall, it seems that environmentalism and ecology are scattered in curriculum and subjects of social studies and ethics without coherent keynotes.

오늘날 급변하는 환경 속에서 기업이 계속 살아남고 성장해 나가기 위해서는 경제적 측면에서의 효율성이나 경쟁력을 강화해 나가야 함과 동시에 보다 거시적이고 장기적인 시각에서 사회로부터 정상적인 기업 활동을 인정받는 사회적 정당성(social legitimacy)을 획득하기 위해 노력해야 한다. 그렇지 않으면 해당 기업에 대해서는 물론 국가 전체적으로 반(反)기업정서가 만연하게 된다. 바로 이러한 시각에서 볼 때 여기서 우리가 다루고자 하는 기업의 사회적 책임과 기업윤리 문제는 기업의 지속가능경영을 위한 거시경영분야의 연구에서도 가장 주목을 받는 부분이다.

청소년의 인터넷 사용횟수가 급속히 증가하면서 그에 따른 역기능이 사회문제가 되는 시점에서, 학생들이 자신의 컴퓨터 활용 실태를 스스로 검토해 볼 수 있으며, 문제점이 있는 활용실태에 대한 현실감 있는 해결방법을 스스로 찾아볼 수 있는 기회와 환경을 제공하는 것이 필요하다. 청소년의 컴퓨터 활용과 관련한 역기능의 문제를 청소년 본인이 가장 정확하게 파악하고 있으며, 토론활동을 통하여 가장 효율적인 해결방안을 제시할 수 있는 대상도 청소년이다. 따라서 정보통신윤리 의식의 함양을 목적으로 학교 수업 시간에 적용이 가능한 웹 사이트 형태의 네티켓 코스웨어를 개발하여 적용하고자 한다.

In this paper, we design and implement an L-SNS system to reduce ever-increasing adverse effects of the Internet through the strengths of social network service system based on media literacy, including critical comprehension, creative expression, participation, communication ability, etc. The L-SNS system we proposed here was used the Smartphone as a medium of communication for learners, and to let them have indirect experience and real-time interaction. In addition, it provides the environment to make objective decisions through the process examining an in-depth discussion among other learners in the aspect of a third party.

A lot of problems with information education may be obstacles to the sound development of the information society, but they can't stop this social change. As the social environment has changed, our viewpoint and teaching methods have been changed. The techniques of the network are the force of this information society, and personal education is needed for a sound future. We should think about the problems and side effects of these changes and work out the teaching and learning methods which are most suitable for our current society. We need to be quick to discover ways to remove the problems of the information society. In this paper, we develop courseware for network etiquette and apply them to the education curriculum.

항만의 계획 ${\cdot}$ 개발 ${\cdot}$ 운영은 사업 또는 준정부기간과 유사한 기능을 수행하는 사업으로 이해된다. 이러한 기능은 화물처리량의 최적화, 수익창출의 극대화, 도시 ${\cdot}$ 지역 ${\cdot}$ 국가의 경제발전에 기여하는데 그 목적이 있다. 항만 관리자들은 항만국장 또는 이사장들과 목표를 공유함으로써 항만운영의 비즈니스 측면을 극대화시키는 방안을 모색하고 있다. 이러한 추세에도 불구하고, 본 논문은 항만 개발 및 운영의 환경적인 측면이 항만 관리자들의 철학적 ${\cdot}$ 윤리적 ${\cdot}$ 기업적 책임과 동일하게 고려되어야 함을 주장하고 있다. 사실, 항만 운영의 외부효과에 대한 부주의가 궁극적으로 미래 항만 계획수립 및 운영이 어렵게 하였고, 항만의 경쟁력을 떨어뜨렸다. 따라서 본 논문은 현 상황에서 철학적 배경을 제시하고, 환경파괴 없이 지속시킬 수 있는 항만관리시스템으로 통합할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다.
