인간의 능력은 유전과 환경에 의해 결정되며, 정보는 인지와 감성의 긴밀한 상호작용을 통하여 처리된다. 이런 관점에서 보면, 정보처리모델에서는 유전과 환경, 인지와 감성 작용이 모두 고려되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 감성이론과 정보처리모델을 바탕으로 감성필터모델을 제시하였다. 이 모델에서는 감성필터가 입력을 선별적으로 수용하며, 수용된 입력은 자신의 현재 능력과 함께 상호작용을 하며 정보를 처리하게 된다. 정보를 처리하는 과정에서 인간은 지식과 경험을 재구성하거나 잠재력을 계발할 수 있다. 이 모델을 통하여, 새로운 관전에서 유전과 환경의 의미 그리고 감성과 인지의 역할을 살펴보았다. 또한 교육적인 관점에서 감성교육과 감성공학의 의미에 대하여 살펴보았다.

The criteria of operating anchorage and the unit of anchorage capacity have not been unified and the different terms have been used in same matters in each regulations related to the anchorages provided in major domestic ports. The competent authorities and vessels which are going to use anchorages are confused due to those situations. This paper suggests the schemes to unify criteria of operating anchorage, the unit of anchorage capacity and terms used in same matters through reviewing the anchorage operating regulations provided in major domestic ports. In addition, this paper suggests that the principles of anchorage naming, the unit of anchorage capacity and the number of vessels that can be accommodated should be established at the next revision of regulations through reviewing the status of anchorages in major foreign ports to minimize the confusion on operating anchorages.

This study examines the digital divide, one of the main issues in digital media environment, in relation with the digital literacy on the perspective of audience welfare. The study explores the current state of audience welfare policy with regard to the issue of digital divide which can be seen as the dark side of this flourishing digital technology society. The barriers and enablers of the digital divide are discussed with the question of how these factors are related with the digital literacy competence of audience. It has been criticized that both the research efforts and the policy implementations on the digital divide had been set within the limitation of physical access to the digital equipment and technology. Recent studies suggested that the digital divide should be viewed in dynamic interaction of a variety of factors such as psychological dispositions, inner attitudes toward digital media, competence and ability of audiences as well as socio-economic status of individuals. Despite the recent inclusive discussion, however, the role of digital literacy in the digital divide remains unexplored. It should be noted that the question of access is not just to do with equipment, but with skills and knowledge that are required to use equipment. This notion suggests an important implication for the digital divide policy establishment. This study proposes a two-stage solution for reducing the digital divide, in which the first stage focuses on physical access and technology education and the second stage on the digital literacy education.

IT outsourcing has become a critical component of organizations, but improper expectations, ambiguous contracts and unclear goals frequently cause the failure of IT outsourcing. Especially we have to be concerned about the uncareful management of customer-supplier relationships based on a psychological contract perspective. This study focuses on the obligations of contractual parties for IT outsourcing which influence the outsourcing relationship(OR) and the successful performance of IT outsourcing(OP). The supplier obligations consist of the achievable infrastructure(S1) and capability(S2), and the customer obligations is composed of the acceptable environment(C1) and acceptability(C2) for IT outsourcing. This paper shows that the S1, S2, and C2 have an effect on the OR, the OR on the OP, and the S2 also on the OP directly. The four components of customer-supplier obligations are mutually related to each other. What is more, we must notice that the S2 has strong connections with the C2.

This research measured a concept of mobility which is included objective travel behavior as well as psychological and physical mechanism that influenced travel behavior. And then, this research examined the relation between mobility and the quality of life in elderly drivers. In research 1, to evaluate the reliability and validity of "Mobility Questionnaire(MQ)", we tested "MQ" to 207 drivers aged 20 years and older. In research 2, we examined the mobility level of elderly drivers. Also we investigated the influence that mobility of elderly drivers impacts on their quaility of life. we used "MQ", "Psychological Well-Being Questionnaire(PWBQ)" to 91 drivers aged 65 years and older. To factor analysis, MQ consisted of 'Safe Driving Ability(ADA)', 'Travel Increase(TI)', 'Travel Decrease(TD)', 'Social Activity(SA)', and 'Driving Situational Adaptability(DSA)'. The amount and speed of driving of elderly drivers reduced driving behavior than other drivers. Also, elderly drivers negatively assessed their physical abilities for safe driving and felt a low confidence in specific driving situation. On the other hand, elderly drivers take parts in social activity constructively. A review of the relation of mobility and quality of life showed that mobility of elderly drivers had positive correlation with PWB. Specially, 'ADA', 'SA', and 'DSA' had significant correlations with PWB of elderly drivers. The mobility of elderly drivers had an effect on 'Autonomy', 'Environmental mastery', 'Self-acceptance', and 'Positive relations with others'.

This study investigated the background of the intellectual ability that consists of family environment, intellectual priority, career aims, intellectual extracurricular activities of the students who were selected for the Science Gifted Education Center. We performed a survey and analysis of the students at the Science Gifted Education Center in order to explore their learning attitudes and intellectual ability, as well as the elements that represent their attitudes. As a result of the study, I found that the students in the Science Gifted Education Center generally had good economic and family backgrounds that showed no significant hardship in supporting the students. The families were also highly educated intellectually. In case the talented students in Science desired to be pure scientists, they liked the Science subjects and enjoyed reading science books. It was mostly the male students that took part. As for the attitude toward intellectual ability, they expected to improve their abilities as they gained knowledge and increased their intelligence through learning, although they didn't confide with us on their intelligence quotients. 공항서비스 질에 대한 이용객의 인식이 전반적인 공항이용의 매력도와 직결되므로 그 중요성이 점점 커지고 있다. 반면 현 제주국제공항은 활주로의 수용능력도 부족 할 뿐만 아니라 여객 터미널의 수용 능력, 운항 횟수 20만 초과 할 것으로 예상하고 있다. 또한 2011년 11월 11월 NEW7WONDERS에서 7대 자연경관으로 선정됨으로서 세계화, 개방화 그리고 관광객 증가에 따른 항공 수요 증가 추세이다. 공항산업이 빠르게 변화하고 있고 제주지역 발전 속도에 따른 장래 항공수요를 감안하여 제주국제공항의 시설에 대한 기대수준과 만족수준을 측정해야 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 공항의 독특한 서비스 환경에 대한 공항이용객들의 기대 역할 실증연구를 통해 기대와 만족간의 차이분석 연구를 하는데 목적이 있다. 제주국제공항 이용객들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 이용객들이 기대하는 공항서비스 품질은 무엇인지를 분석하였다. 향후 공항서비스 품질관리에 관한 개선사항을 제시할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용되고자 한다.

모바일 기술의 빠른 발전은 기존의 유선에서 제공받고 있는 인터넷 서비스를 모바일 환경에서도 서비스를 받을 수 있게 하였다. 그러나 모바일 환경에서의 인터넷 제공은 아직 많은 문제점들을 내포하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 인터넷 환경이 가지는 문제점들 중에서 hand-off 에 의한 지연 시간을 감소시키기 위해서 중첩 영역에서 모바일 호스트들의 이동 방향을 예측하는 구조를 설계하였다. 그리고 각각의 외부 네트웍들의 모바일 호스트들의 요구 대역폭 수용 능력을 향상시키고 각 외부 네트웍들간의 대역폭 사용율을 균등하게 조정하기 위해서 대역폭 협상 기법을 제안한다. 모의실험 결과 각각의 외부 네트웍들은 더 많은 모바일 호스트들의 요구를 수용하게 되었고, 대역폭 이용율도 균등하게 조정되었다.

이매패류의 비만과 생식활동의 계절 변동은 에너지의 축적과 소모 주기 및 수온과 먹이 유용성 등과 같은 환경요인과 밀접한 관계를 갖는다. 따라서 환경변동 특히 먹이 유용성의 변화는 에너지 저장주기와 재생산의 주년 혹은 지역적 변동에 큰 영향을 미치게 된다. 어떤 만의 수용능력을 초과하는 높은 패류 양식 밀도를 갖는 해역에서는 먹이유용성의 저하에 의해 양식패류의 성장 저하와 함께 비만과 재생산도 큰 영향을 받는 것으로 알려져 있다 (Deslous-Panli and Heral, 1988; Heral, 1993). (중략)
