  • 현재의 산업은 물리적인 생산량 증대보다는 작업환경개선을 통한 최적생산을 추구하는 방향으로 변화하고 있으며, 작업환경개선의 일환으로 공장내 기계의 진동 및 소음의 수준을 저감시키는 노력이 꾸준히 진행중이다. 따라서 이러한 노력은 해석 및 실험을 통한 사전예측, 예측결과를 이용한 설계단계부터의 제진 및 저소음설계등으로 이어지며, 또한 제작 완료 후에 계측결과의 분석 및 평가에 의한 진동 및 소음의 저감연구 등으로 나타나고 있다.(중략)

  • The modeling of noise mapping and the evaluation of noise pollution based on the exposed population were frequently used as an indicator of environmental noise assessment to overcome the limitations of field survey and Tele-Monitoring System. Results from these methods were highly influenced by the setting of noise source, input data of prediction factors and analytical methods of predictive values. The population exposed to noise were estimated as M1-1>M2-1>Base>M2-2>M1-2 in both areas. The highest noise setting methods(M1-1, M1-2) were overestimated, being compared with the Base method.

  • This paper discussed a procedure for noise certification of Aircraft and predicting the full scale over-flight noise of propeller from acoustic wind tunnel measurement of small scale propeller. Noise Certification Procedures is established from International Civil Aviation Organization(ICAO). The data manipulations are then discussed in extrapolation to simulation flight distance and flight simulation. One of the most important point of flight simulation is adjustments for differences between wind tunnel test conditions and flight test conditions. To simulated the noise level estimation procedure for noise data post-process, simulate procedures from data of the wind tunnel noise measurement and the flight noise measurement by using a 7kg degree UAV. This study confirmed an effectively noise estimation procedures by wind tunnel noise test and flight noise test.

  • The estimation of proper prediction method and the alteration of transformation method of environmental regulation standard were carried out by measuring blasting noise in construction field. The correlation of scaled distance with sound pressure level were better than with sound level, but it was proved to be difficult to control blasting noise because the correlation factor was too 1ow. three methods to transform sound pressure levee to sound level were examined. The method is the transformation by correlation equation of sound pressure level and sound level which are measured at the same time, and simplified transformation of A-weighting network corresponding to dominant frequency, and the transformation of sound pressure level by FFT. There were many errors to transform. The best effective method is the transformation using correlation equation of sound pressure level and sound level which are measured at the same time.

Development and Verification of Prediction Model for Road Traffic Noise in the Apartment Complex (아파트단지에서 도로교통소음 예측식 개발 및 검증)

  • 10 sites in building development areas were selected and the noise level were measured by the apartment floors of apartment complex. With the fitted regression analysis, the distribution ratio($R^2$) and correction coefficient(r) was 25%(0.5) in the NIER('87) and 7.5%(0.274) in the NIER('99), respectively. The measured values of the noise level on the seventh floor of complex did not show a good agreement with the predicted noise level in the NIER('87, '99) formula. However, the developed formula demonstrated that the measured values were reasonably close to the predicted values, indicating the validity and adequacy of the predicted models with the fitted vs residual analysis in the 95% of confidence interval and 95% of predict interval. The results suggested that application of this development model obtained by the results according to the apartment floor can be improved in road traffic noise.

Prediction of Broadband Noise for Non-cavitation Hydrofoils using Wall-Pressure Spectrum Models (벽면변동압력을 이용한 비공동 수중익의 광대역소음 예측 연구)

  • With the increase in the speed of ships and the size of ocean structures, the importance of flow noise has become increasingly critical in meeting regulatory standards. However, unlike active investigations in aeroacoustics fields for airplanes and trains, which are based on acoustic analogy methods for tonal and broadband frequency noise, only the discrete blade passing frequency noise from propellers is considered in marine fields. In this study, prediction methods for broadband noise in marine propellers and underwater appendages are investigated using FW-H Formulation1B, which can consider the mechanism of primary noise generation of trailing edge noise. The original FW-H Formulation 1B is based on the pressure correlation function tolackitsgeneralityandaccuracy. To overcome these limitations, wall-pressure spectrum models are adopted to improve the generality in fluid mediums. The comparison of the experimental results obtained in air reveals that the proposed model exhibits a higher accuracy within 5 dB. Furthermore, the prediction procedures for broadband noise for hydrofoils are established, and the estimation of broadband noise is conducted based on the results of the computational fluid dynamics.

  • For the reduction and efficient management of railway noise, first of all prediction of railway noise is necessarily requisted. At home and abroad many studies for prediction of raiiway nearby noise have been accomplished. But it is impossible to predict easily and exactly for the Korean Railway, because the acoustic powers for each rolling stock operated in Korea have not been built yet. So in this study, prediction model equation for environmental noise for Korean rolling stock Mugungwha was suggested using SEL of engine and rolling noise component separately. In this prediction model, the number of car, distance from the rail can be considered. Finally for the validation of prediction nlodel equation, the predicted Leq was compared to the measured Leq.
