The Processing of Irregular Verbals in Korean : Shown in Aphasics (한국어 불규칙 용언의 형태 정보 : 실어증 환자를 중심으로)

  • 용언은 그 어간이 여러 문법소와 결합하면서 자동적 음운 변동을 제외한 형태 변동이 있는가, 없는가에 의해 규칙 용언/불규칙 용언으로 구분할 수 있다. 이러한 불규칙 용언은 심성 어휘집에 어떤 형태로 저장되어 있으며, 규칙 용언과는 어떠한 관계가 있는지, 나아가 실어증 환자의 경우에는 정상인에 비해 어떤 행동장애를 보이며, 장애가 있다면 어느 경로의 손상으로 인한 장애인지를 알아보는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 이를 위해 이해성 실어증 환자 한 명과 음어적 실행증 현상을 동반한 경미한 정도의 실어증 환자를 피험자로 하였다. 실험 과제는 단어 채워 넣기 과제(word completion task)를 사용하였다. 즉 주어진 기본형 용언을 검사 문장의 문맥에 맞게 활용하여 채워 넣는 것이다. 실험 결과에 의하면 환자들은 규칙용언의 활용(예. 먹다/먹는)과 불규칙 용언 중 형태를 유지한 채로 활용하는 경우(예. 줍다/줍고)에는 거의 오류가 없었으나, 불규칙 용언이 형태 변화를 겪어야 할 경우(예. 줍다/주워)에는 대부분 오류를 보였다. 또 이때는 기본형(basic form)을 그대로 유지하는 오류 방향성을 관찰할 수 있었다. 이는 그간 문법으로 구분되어 오던 규칙 용언/불규칙 용언의 정보 처리보다는 형태 유지/형태 변화 정보 처리의 영향이 크다는 것을 알 수 있다. 특히 이해성 실어증 환자는 전체적인 오류율이 매우 높았는데, 규칙 용언의 경우에도 오류를 보였다. 이때, 용언의 어간에 해당하는 부분에는 오류가 없고, 뒤에 따르는 내용과의 관계를 파악해야 하는 문법 기능소, 즉 연결 어미에서 오류를 보여 정보의 유지, 통합에 문제가 있다는 기존의 연구와도 일치하는 결과를 나타냈다.환자는 시제 선어말 어미를 선택하는데도 어려움을 보임이 확인되었다. 실험 3 역시 실험 1과 실험2에서와 동일하게 처리의 어려움을 보였다. 이러한 실험 결과들은 국어의 존칭과 시제 선어말 어미가 통사부에서 구(XP)와 결합하여 새로운 구를 형성하는 통사적 접사로 해석할 수 있으며 Grodzinsky의 가설을 지지하는 결과를 보여 줌으로서 국어에서도 AgrP, TP, CP 사이의 통사적 위계가 있음을 뒷받침하는 증거가 된다.전처리한 Group 3에서는 IL-2와 IL-4의 수준이 유의성있게 억제되어 발현되었다 (p < 0.05). 이러한 결과를 통하여 T. denticola에서 추출된 면역억제 단백질이 Th1과 Th2의 cytokine 분비 기능을 억제하는 것으로 확인 되었으며 이 기전이 감염 근관에서 발견되는 T. denticola의 치수 및 치근단 질환에 대한 병인기전과 관련이 있는 것으로 사료된다.을 보였다. 본 실험 결과, $Depulpin^{\circledR}은{\;}Tempcanal^{\circledR}와{\;}Vitapex^{\circledR}$에 비해 높은 세포 독성을 보여주공 있으나, 좀 더 많은 임상적 검증이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 추론할 수 있다.근관벽을 처리하는 것이 필요하다고 사료된다.크기에 의존하며, 또한 이러한 영향은 $(Ti_{1-x}AI_{x})N$ 피막에 존재하는 AI의 함량이 높고, 초기에 증착된 막의 업자 크기가 작을 수록 클 것으로 여겨진다. 그리고 환경의 의미의 차이에 따라 경관의 미학적 평가가 달라진 것으로 나타났다.corner$적 의도에 의한 경관구성의 일면을 확인

A Study on the Qualifications of Designated Person on the Maritime Safety Act (해사안전법상 안전관리책임자 및 안전관리자의 자격요건에 관한 연구)

  • In managing shipping business, the concept of seaworthiness of the vessel has developed in accordance with the development of the shipping industry. However, despite of the development of the vessel's seaworthiness, marine accident has continuously occurred at sea. International Maritime Organization(IMO) has paid attention to the research and investigation of Human Error in shipping operations in addition to physical seaworthiness of the vessel. In 1994, IMO adopted the "International Management Code for the Safe Operation of Ships and for Pollution Prevention(ISM code)" of "SOLAS 1974" Annex, to take countermeasure against this human error. In 1999, Korea adopted the 'ISM Code' and then enacted the Maritime Safety Act (previously Maritime Traffic Safety Act). The Maritime Safety Act regulates necessary qualifications of the Human Resources of shipping companies for establishment and implementation of the safety management system. However, there has been a discrepancy between shipowners and ship management companies in interpreting the legislative texts, finally causing confusion. In this paper, I would like to examine the deficiencies in the regulation on the standard of qualifications of the Designated Person under the Maritime Safety Act and thereby suggest any possible improvements in it.

A Conceptual Study on the Types of Entrepreneurial Opportunity and Laboratory Start-ups (창업 기회의 유형과 실험실 창업에 대한 개념적 연구)

  • This study focuses on the proposition that the qualities and environmental conditions required for exploring entrepreneurial opportunities and realizing entrepreneurial opportunities depend on the types of entrepreneurial opportunities. In particular, this study aims to identify the type of entrepreneurial opportunities for laboratory start-ups, which have recently been gaining policy level attention. If the type of entrepreneurial opportunities for laboratory start-ups is identified as discriminative, appropriate start-up support policies and training programs can be established. For this study, eight major papers were identified among the papers of last 30 years related to the types of entrepreneurial opportunities. After, the classification attributes for each opportunity type were derived. Then, the existing theories of recognition, discovery and creative opportunities were organized, critically reviewed and reorganized. In addition, the substance of laboratory start-ups was verified according to the standardized classification attributes of the revised and reorganized opportunity types and newly classified as 'creative opportunity'. This study also presents networking capabilities and market orientation as examples of the capabilities needed for entrepreneurs of creative opportunity type. The implication of this study is that it makes it easy to discriminate ontological typology of entrepreneurial opportunity, derives important classification attributes, and that it organizes them conceptually. In addition, it critically reconstructs the problems of confusion in the existing typology, and based on this, the type of entrepreneurial opportunities for laboratory start-ups is determined as creative opportunity. These achievements can contribute to the improvement of start-up policies and start-up training programs according to the types of entrepreneurial opportunity and laboratory start-ups in the future, resulting in realization of actual results at the start-up sites.

Research on the improvement measures on the guidance and inspection for an environmental pollutant discharging company by using the problem analysis (환경오염물질 배출업소 지도·점검 문제점 분석을 통한 개선방안 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to indicate the problem and its improvement plan derived from pollution discharge industries inspection, implementation process on overall instruction including record management, and utilization of information about emission. This focuses on analyzing the inspection system of pollution discharge industries and the actual condition of management system with survey and interview from the managers. As a result of examining the administration information system from each of structural and practical perspectives, the users were not able to receive support for inspection through the system because it was designed based on licensing. Also according to results of survey and interview, it was difficult to input checkup data and to maintain the information of emission in a sustainable manner. This problem occurs since the current system is not utilized properly. Thus, this study examines similar systems operated in Korea and suggests measure to make improvements. The measures are considered as constructing simple user interface for systematizing of administrative works, simplifying the input matters, linking systems of inspection and emission information, establishing statistical function of emission information, and managing inspection functions through the mobile system.

  • The current technological advances are changing the way people live. In the history of war in the past, nations or people with an edge in military science and technology have always been the victor. The emergence of new technologies not only alters war patterns drastically but also affects military operational concepts and organizational systems. As the paradigm of the security environment changes, developed countries are investing heavily in defense R & D for their security. Therefore, the importance of professionalism of the defense acquisition personnel who perform their tasks from the exploration and development of weapon systems to mass production, deployment, and logistics support cannot be overemphasized. In the United States, an advanced country in this field, to improve the work efficiency of acquisition personnel in the defense field, the Directive of Ministry of Defense issued a law on education and training career development for personnel in 1990. The present study refers to related materials, such as the Desk Guide for the main education requirements for the US acquisition personnel in the military field, which contributes to the improvement of the workforce of the acquired manpower after the systematic education system.

  • As the Internet has been a daily instrument of our lives, the numbers of Internet users are increasing rapidly. Especially, we have to pay special attention to about rapid increasing of juvenile users. In the 1990's, Kids are growing up literally surrounded by new technologies and mu1timedia experiences. For these kids, most of the techno1ologies that we adults find surprising or even incredible are a part of their everyday landscape, a fact of life. Currently, only few of research and discussion has gone into understanding this field. And most of these web sites, set importance on furnishing information only. So educational characters of web are not manifested fully as well as children soon get board with learning with Internet so that feel difficulties in searching and accepting information. At this point, we must try to develop educational sites Not only to show information but also to offer a rich and entertaining time for kids while providing playful teaming and increased technological fluency. Fer this purpose, Web site should be all about combining play with learning. Site navigation should be easy and the pages load quickly. The page download time is also being considerable, which could send kids withy mouse-fingers looking for entertainment elsewhere. Everything about the site must have a familiar feel, uses adequate colors to be satisfied with the juveniles. Multimedia can help the communications in the websites. To maximize the educational effect, technological research and continues invest are need, in addition to usability test.

An Internet-based Self-Learning Educational System for Efficient Learning of Java Language (효율적인 자바언어 학습을 위한 인터넷기반 자율학습시스템의 구현)

  • This paper presents an internet-based self-learning educational system which can be enhancing efficiency in the learning process of Java language. The proposed self-learning educational system is called Java Web Player(JWP), which is a Java application program and is executable through Java Web Start technologies. Also, three important sequential learning processes : concept learning process, programming practice process and assessment process are integrated in the proposed JWP using Java Web Start technologies. This JWP enables the learners to achieve efficient and interesting self-learning since the learning process is designed to enhance the multimedia capabilities on the basis of various educational technologies. Furthermore, internet-based on-line voice presentation and its related texts together with moving images are synchronized for efficient language learning process. Also, a simple and useful Java compiler is included in the JWP for providing language practice environment such as coding, editing, executing and debugging Java source files. Finally, repeated practice can make the learners to understand easily the key concepts of Java language. Simple multiple choices are given suddenly to the learners while they are studying through the JWP and the test results are displayed on the message box. This assessment process is very essential to increase the learner's academic capability.

The development of an Instrument for Measuring the Creative Engineering Problems Solving Propensity for STEAM (융합인재교육(STEAM)을 위한 창의적 공학문제해결 성향 검사 도구 개발)

  • This study is to develop a valid and reliable instrument for measuring students' creative engineering problem solving propensity. The creative engineering problem solving is operationally defined in this study as a creative problem solving skill in an engineering context. To develop the instrument, first we define seven common constructs between engineering problem solving skill and creative problem solving skill through an intensive literature review; motivation, context, personal character, engineering design, engienering habits of mind, understandings of engineering and engineers, communication skill, and collaboration skill. Based on the seven constructs and the face validity test conducted by two in-service science teachers and 4 experts in science education research, 40 preliminary items were developed. Then the preliminary instrument was implemented in a science gifted highschool to measure the reliability of the instrument. From the 40 items, 34 items were selected through the initial reliability test by Cronbach's ${\alpha}$(>.75). Finally through the three times of factor analysis process, 28 items in five construct categories were selected; motivation (3 items), engineering design (6 items), engineering habits of mind (9 items), understandings of engineering and engineers (4 items), communication and collaboration skill (6 items). The factor analysis result showed that the reliability of each construct category was between .733 to .892., meaning that the instrument is reliable in terms of the higher structural validity (each item is categorized in an appropriate construct category). We expect that the creative engineering problem solving propensity instrument developed in this study can be used in various contexts for STEAM education research as a reliable and valid instrument.

Cross-sectional comparison on human rights sensitivity changes in nursing students and non-nursing students (간호대학생과 일반대학생의 인권감수성 변화에 관한 횡단적 비교)

  • This cross-sectional study examined the differences of the human rights sensitivity changes between freshmen and seniors of nursing and non-nursing Students. The data for this study were collected using a human rights sensitivity questionnaire developed by Moon answered by 178 nursing and non-nursing students from five South Korean universities. A t-test, chi-square test were performed on the collected data. There were no significant differences in the human rights sensitivity scores between freshmen and seniors in nursing and non-nursing students. There were significant differences in the human rights sensitivity scores in the right to privacy of the psychiatric patients and the environmental rights among nursing students. There were significant differences in the human rights sensitivity scores in the disabled person's physical liberty in non-nursing students. The results of this study suggested the direction of educational curriculum revision about ethics and development of educational programs to improve the human rights sensitivity.

The Adolescents' Consumer Knowledge and Consumption Behavior and Related Variables (청소년의 소비자지식과 소비 행태 및 관련변인)

  • The purposes of this study are to examine the adolescents' consumer knowledge and consumption behavior and analyze the factors affecting them. The sample of this study is 640 middle school students living in kyunggi province. The data are collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed by the descriptive statistics, t-test, One-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, the third grade students and the female students get higher scores in the consumer knowledge compared with the first grade and the male students. Other factors affecting the level of consumer knowledge are occupation of parents, education level of mother, household income and GPA. Second, the consumption behavior of students is moderately resonable and affected by sex and grade of students, education level of mother, household income, and GPA. Third, the adolescent's consumer knowledge affects their consumption behavior. The results of multiple regression analysis show that 4% to 9% of variances of sub categories of the consumption behavior are explained by the level of consumer knowledge. Since the consumer knowledge learned at schools is rarely transferred to the reasonable consumption behavior, the systematic and relevant consumer education considering the development stages of adolescents is required in the future.
