정부 주도의 대규모 개발사업은 개발과 환경보전이라는 가치관의 차이, 개발로 인한 공익과 환경 파괴로 인한 환경이익 침해와 같은 공익 간의 상충, 사업으로 예상되는 국익과 개인의 재산권 침해 등과 같은 문제를 초래하는 경우가 많았다. 그럼에도 불구하고 정부는 개발정책과 계획을 수립하고 개발사업을 집행하는 과정에서 발생되는 자연훼손이나 환경파괴, 경제적 타당성, 사회적 문제 등을 객관적이고 과학적으로 조사하거나 제대로 검증하지 않아 갈등이 빈번하게 발생하였다. 이러한 갈등을 해결하기 위한 기존의 연구는 대개 갈등의 원인을 이해관계, 가치관, 사실관계, 제도 측면에서 규명하고 해결방안으로 주로 주민참여와 거버넌스, 전략환경평가, 사회영향평가 등을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 한국에서 1980년대 중반이후 주요 개발갈등사례를 개발사업 종류, 갈등당사자, 갈등 쟁점, 갈등 원인, 선거공약 여부, 소송 여부에 따라 정리한 후, 갈등 예방과 해소를 위한 법과 제도를 고찰하였다. 그리고 선거공약 또는 개발정책 및 계획안 구상단계, 개발정책 및 개발계획 수립 단계, 개발사업 시행단계, 갈등 분쟁 발생단계 등으로 구분하여 갈등예방 및 해소방안을 제시하였다. 선거공약 단계에서는 공직선거법상 선거공약서 규정에 국가재정법상 예비타당성분석을 도입하고, 개발정책 및 개발계획 수립단계에서는 전략환경평가와 갈등영향평가의 연계, 전략환경평가과정에 사회영향평가 및 주민참여의 강화, 환경계획과 개발계획의 연계 등을 제시하였다. 개발사업 시행 단계에서는 환경영향평가 과정에서의 주민참여를 강화하고, 개발사업 시행단계에서 갈등이 발생하는 경우 거버넌스 구축과 환경분쟁조정법, 공공기관의 갈등예방과 해결에 관한 규정 등을 근거로 하는 갈등해소방안을 제시하였다.

In conclusion, the systemic environment was shown that negative environment was being created to deepen conflict, and the conflict processes could be changed in either positive or negative directions by the psychological environment and psychological resolution mechanisms proposed afterward. As the result that the psychological environment was improved into aggressive mood with constant communication effort with the interested parties, the psychological resolution mechanism was also presented in the suitable forms of aggressive communication. On the contrary, if developed psychologically negative environment, the psychological resolution mechanism was also negatively affecting the conflict processes with dogmatic and consistent response rather than flexible response suitable to the situations.

The object of this study is to improve the police administration service and the work performance of police officers, through the analytic ground to increase job satisfaction and to solve the role conflict by setting the role conflict as a main factor among many factors to influence the job satisfaction between the role conflict and the job satisfaction of police officers and explaining the factors of the role conflict.

본 논문은 최근 우리 나라에서 그 이용이 확산되고 있는 기업간 전자상거래(Business-to-Business Electronic Commerce)에서 수입과 관련한 갈등을 파악하고자 하였다. 구체적으로는 첫째, 전자상거래 환경하에서 갈등의 원인은 무엇이며, 그 성격은 어떠한지를 검토하고 갈등이 겉으로 드러나지 않은 상태에서 어떠한 형태의 갈등원인이 기업(수입당사자)으로 하여금 해외공급선에 대한 불만을 갖도록 하는가를 밝힌다. 둘째, 전자상거래 환경하에서 기업(수입당사자)과 해외공급선간의 무역갈등에 대한 인식과 행동에 있어서 갈등의 위치는 어떠한지를 알아본다. 셋째, 이러한 무역갈등의 결과 내지 여파는 어떻게 나타나는지를 밝혀 전자상거래 환경하에서 무역갈등 모형을 수립하고, 이러한 갈등을 효율적으로 관리하여 기업간 전자상거래의 활성화를 도모하고자 한다.

Documenting environmental conflicts will be a priority target for documenting localities, because those conflicts are critical events that make intensive 'place experiences' of local residents. This study is to design a narrative structure for documenting conflicts in the process of Transmission Towers Construction in Miryang. This study begins with analysing the characteristics of environmental conflicts, and draws a conflicts documentation model including basic rules, narrative structure and development process. Basic rules are set up as mixed documentation of memory and evidence, application of 'frame', and dynamic description. Based on the rules, this study suggests a dynamic and open narrative framework adopting the metadata model of ISO 23081. This model is applied to documenting Transmission Towers Construction Conflicts in Mi-ryang. The full narrative and 'frame' of the conflicts are set after analysing development and issues of the conflicts, stakeholder, and properties of each conflict problem. Records descriptions are related to the context(each event occurred in the conflicting conditions, mandates, and stakeholder) descriptions to make multiple narratives in digital environments. Event description contains elements for articulating the 'frame' of each party of the conflict. The merits of this model are; i) to accumulate the adequate context information systematically by adopting dynamic narrative model, and ii) to acquire the new items and connect them to related items easily and consistently through multi-entity description. This documentation model of environmental conflicts may support to shape the collective memory of community, and to achieve good governance by managing conflicts in the process of locating non-preferred facilities with due regard to values and perceptions of residents and communities.

부모의 사랑은 가정환경을 통하여 자녀의 대인관계나 사회화에 있어서 최초의 모델이 될 수 있고 자녀의 성격형성이나 문제행동에 깊은 영향을 준다. 이 연구는 청년기 자녀의 잠재된 갈등요인 즉 청년들에게 영향을 주는 요인이 무엇인가를 면접조사와 TAT를 통한 방법으로 시행하였다. 면접조사 결과 부모는 거부적 과보호, 무관심으로 청년들의 갈등을 일으키고 형제간의 갈등이 있는 것으로 나타났다. TAT결과는 부모상에서 부모의 모습은 무관심하거나, 간섭이 심하고 강요적이었으며 환경반응은 가족간의 사랑과 이해가 없는 경우로 나타났다. 불안 갈등요인도 형제간의 갈등, 부모에 대한 사랑의 부족, 결핍 등으로 나타났다.

연구목적: 본 연구는 병원간호사에게 보다 편안하고 건강한 업무환경을 제공하는 것의 중요성을 병원관리행정가, 교육가, 간호관리자에게 알려주는데 필요한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 수행하였다. 연구방법: 연구진행에 동의한 5개의 종합병원을 선정하여 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 2010년 7월에 자료를 수집하였다. 연구결과: 직무만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 간호실무환경으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 그 다음은 업무-가족 갈등으로 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 설명변수는 직무만족도를 39% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 본 연구의 결과 간호실무환경과 업무-가족 갈등이 간호조직에서의 성과인 직무만족도에 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 따라서 업무환경을 더 매력적으로 만들고, 업무-가족 갈등을 감소시키는 전략은 경력간호사의 보유와 질적 간호를 향상시키는데 도움이 될 것이다.

이 논문은 뉴질랜드를 사례로 인간이 육지와 해양을 이용함에 따라 미치게 되는 근본적인 지리적 문제들을 자세히 살피고자 한다. 환경적 갈등은 토지자원과 수자원에 대한 인간의 요구와 필요에서 비롯된다. 뉴질랜드에서는, 자연자원 이용의 갈등을 체계적으로 다루기 위해 1991년에 자원관리법을 제정하였다. 클린턴대통령 자문회가 이 법안과 지속가능한 개발을 검토함으로써, 이 법안은 선도적인 환경관련 법류？ 하나로서 국제적인 중요성을 갖게 되었다. 이 논문에서는 다양한 사례연구를 통해서, 이 자원관리법이 뉴질랜드 자연자원의 높은 질을 유지하고 보호하고자 했던 소기의 성과를 거두었는지에 대해 논의하고자 한다. 이러한 논의에서 핵심이 되는 것은, 자연환경에 대한 문화적인 가치와 태도, 그리고 이러한 것들이 자연환경의 이용에 어떻게 영향을 주는지, 또한 자원관리법이 자연자원의 이용에서 발생하는 갈등을 어떻게 조절할 수 있는지에 관한 것들이다.

The objective of this study was to investigate the employed mother's work-mother role conflict according to the mother's work variables and parenting time. For this purpose, 202 employed mothers in dual-income family answered the questionnaire. The data were analysed by t-test, F-test, correlations and regressions. The findings of this study were: 1. Mother's role conflict showed significant difference and relationship in mother's work variables(flexibility of duty, irregular duty). 2. Mother's role conflict showed significant difference and relationship in mother's parenting time(mother-child activities, parenting time). 3. Employed mother's flexibility of duty and parenting time were correlated positively with mother's role conflict. Mother's irregular duty and mother-child activities were negatively with mother's role conflict. 4. Employed mother's work variables and parenting time influenced the mother's rolr conflict.
