Relationship between employee support evaluation, job stress, job autonomy and turnover intention of beauty and cosmetic industry workers (뷰티 및 화장품 산업 종사자의 직원지지평가, 직무스트레스, 직무자율성과 이직의도와의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between job stress, job autonomy, employee support evaluation, and the turnover intentions of workers in the beauty and cosmetics industry. This study assessed 570 workers with 3 months or more of experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry. Data processing was achieved through analyses of frequency, descriptive statistics, exploratory factors, reliability, correlation, and confirmatory factors, as well as the verification of the structural equation model. The results of the study are as follows: first, employee support evaluation in the beauty and cosmetics industry workers was negatively correlated to job stress. Second, employee support evaluation showed a negative relationship with turnover intentions. Third, job stress was found to have a positive relationship with turnover intention.This study suggests that, in order to reduce the turnover intentions of beauty and cosmetics industry workers, it is necessary for employers to make efforts to manage employees' job autonomy, support evaluation, and stress levels.

The purpose of this study is to find out the strategic implications for attracting male beauty workers to male beauty practitioners through the influence of the service quality of male sales workers of cosmetics road shop among the growing beauty industry and increasing male beauty practitioners. I want to provide you with basic data. As a result, the service quality of male sales personnel of cosmetics road shop had a positive effect on the purchasing intention. As a result, male sales workers of cosmetics road shop seemed to have a well - It is necessary to provide continuous product education and education to provide prompt and accurate service.

  • This study attempted to investigate the influence of a beauty influencer's characteristics on makeup behavior and color cosmetics purchase intention against young female consumers in their 20-30s, who are a primary target for beauty influencer marketing. It aimed to provide basic data which are helpful in promoting marketing and expanding markets for color cosmetics through beauty influencers. For this, a questionnaire survey was conducted. Among a total of 563 questionnaires distributed across Seoul and capital region, 531 copies were used for final analysis, and the results found the followings: In terms of age, factors affecting beauty influencers' characteristics differed depending on reliability and expertise. Specifically, reliability and communicative competence had a positive effect(+) on all makeup behavior while expertise revealed a positive influence on base makeup only. In color cosmetics purchase intention, a positive effect was observed in reliability, communicative competence and attractiveness. In particular, reliability showed the largest influence. Therefore, there should be continued efforts to maintain a long-term relationship with consumers through communication based on beauty influencers' characteristics and by delivering more diverse makeup and color cosmetics-related information in an open and honest fashion.

  • This study aims to explore the effect of beauty lifestyle behaviors on the pursuit of beauty values and cosmetics purchasing behaviors in female college students, identify consumption market of female college students in beauty industry and contribute to the advancement of beauty industry. Data were collected by conducting a survey in 328 students. The survey was performed using self-administered questionnaires answered by the respondents themselves. The survey items were rated on a 5-point Likert scale and multiple choice question type was used. Statistical analyses were done using SPSS Statistics ver. 22.0. The study results are as follows. First, the regression analysis on the effect of beauty lifestyle behaviors on the pursuit of beauty values were found to be impacted on the sub-variables of beauty lifestyle behaviors including manicure, make-up, diet, body-shaping, and shopping behaviors (p<0.01). Second, the results of a difference in the pursuit of beauty values by cosmetics purchasing behavior showed that purchase frequency of cosmetic products for buying cosmetics were found to be statistically significant Third, as the results of a difference in cosmetics purchasing behaviors by beauty lifestyle behavior, reasons for the purchase frequency of cosmetic products, cost of purchasing cosmetics were statistically significant.

  • 최근 화장품이나 뷰티산업의 성장이 가속화되고 있다. 이에 따라 시장에 다양한 뷰티제품들이 출시되고 있지만 그로 인해 오히려 본인에게 적합한 제품이 무엇인지 알지 못하는 경우가 많다. 온라인을 통해 구매하는 경우 구매후기 및 광고에 의지해야 하며 전문가의 조언을 구하기 위해서는 오프라인 상점을 방문할 수밖에 없다. 그러나 오프라인 상점을 방문한 경우에도 자신에게 적합한 화장품을 추천받는 것 또한 다분하지 않다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 온라인 환경에서 소비자에게 맞는 상품의 광고 및 정보를 받을 수 있는 화장품 추천 서비스를 제안한다. 또한 제안서비스는 AI기능을 적용하여 기존의 방식보다 소비자 친화적인 서바스를 제공하는 것을 목표로 한다.

  • The study aimed at examining ideas about specialty and general job satisfaction among beauty counsellors in charge of door-to-door sales and at considering current channels of practical education concerning products for beauty counsellors, its actual conditions, and correlation with the amount of sales in order to help cultivate a competitive beauty counsellor for the future. To find out general properties of subjects, both frequency and percentage were estimated. And in order to examine counsellors' understanding of channels and realities of their education and their working conditions, educational contents on practices, and educational methods and need, $x^2$(Chi-square) test, frequency analysis, t-test, and one-way ANOVA were carried out. The results can know as follows that beauty counselling in charge of cosmetics sales is a profession to need expertise and so no.

  • This study examines the trends of the domestic age-friendly industry, examines the ingredients notified by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety of aging cosmetics, and analyzes the research trends of raw materials other than the notices, and prepares data for the aged-friendly industry to quickly cope with changes in the cosmetics industry environment and aging people. I wanted to. In addition to the ingredients notified by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, research trends on the development of ingredients for anti-aging cosmetics are examined, and the anti-aging effects of each ingredient are examined. Through this, 'aging' and 'cosmetics', 'Anti-Aging', 'Anti-Aging', etc. In order to lead the development of anti-aging cosmetics related to the aging industry, research activities on products that are effective in preventing aging by strengthening the skin in addition to the four ingredients notified by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety are constantly being conducted.   • The purpose of this study was to analyze how much the beauty industry contributes to the national economy by measuring economic spreading effects of beauty industry on national economy. To achieve this purpose, the study used the beauty Input-Output Table of year 2009 of korea. The results shows that beauty industry induce 598,453 billion won of national production, especially beauty industry shows that production inducement coefficient is 1.810,Index of the power of dispersion is 0.965, index of the sensitivity of dispersion is 0.534, value-added coefficient is 0.728, and labor inducement coefficient is 0.039. The beauty industry's final demand 11,004 won be put into the national economy, GDP inducement 598,438 one billion won in the beauty industry one billion won 11,029 accounted for 1.8% of the total, and the value-added inducement 4,947 billion(2.3%),tax inducement 23,798.5 billion(3.5 %), income inducement 91,187 billion(2.5%). Regarding the industrial linkage effect, beauty industry has an relatively higher growth potential in the national economy than other the manufacturing industry.

  • This study was designed to prepare measures for future development and growth of local cosmetics industry by examining awareness, purchasing behaviors and satisfaction of beauty professionals with regard to Korean brand mask packs that have recently created a big trend in the beauty market. According to the results of survey, 80.6 percent of the respondents said that the most important factor in buying a mask pack was 'effect,' and as for the needed improvement of mask packs, 33.7 percent responded 'effect,' indicating that consumers still find the function of a product is unreliable. In addition, the respondents said that 'K-beauty effect' was the reason why mask packs were highly popular abroad, especially in China, and items that can promote beauty market were also said to be 'K-beauty advertising and promotion,' so it is believed that a good impression of K-culture rather than its own efficacy or reliability is leading to the present results. Therefore, K-beauty industry is expected to grow further in the global market if domestic and abroad consumers' confidence on the product is gained through the development of superior products that have improved effect and usability.

  • Since COVID-19, digital transformation has been taking place in the entire industry, and Metaverse is attracting attention as an untect service. Therefore, this study aims to find out about brand experience marketing cases using metaverse targeting beauty brands. This study reviewed previous studies related to metaverse marketing and beauty brand marketing. SK-II, Christian Dior used VR technology to provide users with contents and experience of brand products, and L'Oreal, Sephora, Laneige used AR technology to provide virtual makeup applications. It's believed that this experience marketing will have a positive effect on customers' purchase intention and its importance will increase further to target Z Generation. It's expected that this study can be used as related data in the metaverse and experience marketing of beauty brands, and research on metaverse marketing should be continued in the beauty field.
