본 연구에서는 항만 및 어항시설의 내진설？준서에서 채택하고 있는 수정 Seed와 Idriss 방법을 이용하여 액상화 평가를 수행하고 액상화 가능지수(liquefaction potential index, LPI)와 등가 액상화 안전율(FE)을 이용하여 액상화 가능성에 대한 구역도를 작성하였다. 이 두결과가 유사한 것으로 나타나 등가 액상화 안전율의 적합성을 확인하였다 국내 연안의 두지역에 대하여 Hachinohe 지진기록과 Ofunato 지진기록을 이용한 액상화 가능성 구역도를 FE를 이용하여 작성한 후 비교한 결과 Hachinohe 지진기록에 의한 액상화 가능성 구역도가 더 과소평가되는 경향을 보이는 것으로 나타났다 또한 FE는 안전율의 형태로 표현되었기 때문에 구역도 작성과 해석에 편의 성을 제공하였다.

군집화는 데이터 집합을 유사한 데이터 개체들의 군집들로 분할하여 데이터 속에 존재하는 의미 있는 정보를 얻는 과정이다. 대부분의 군집화 기법들은 비교적 적은 양의 데이터를 대상으로 한 것이고 다차원 대용량의 데이터 처리에 관한 문제는 다루지 않고 있어서 데이터 마이닝을 위한 군집화 기법으로는 부적절하다. 따라서 본 논문을 통해 대용량의 데이터에 적용할 수 있는 새로운 군집화 알고리즘인 계층적 대표값 군집화(HRC) 기법을 제안한다. HRC는 자기조직화지도와 계층적 군집화 기법을 접목한 하이브리드 방법으로 두 단계에 거쳐 군집화를 수행한다. 첫 번째 단계에서 자기조직화지도를 통해 데이터를 요약하고, 두 번째 단계에서 요약된 대표값 정보만을 가지고 계층적인 군집화를 수행한다. 또한, 두 번째 단계의 계층적 군집화 적용시 양질의 군집을 발견하기 위해 군집간의 유사도를 측정하는 새로운 척도를 고안하였다. 그리고 실험을 통해 HRC와 기존 군집화 알고리즘이 발견한 군집의 질을 비교하여 성능을 평가했다.

Eighty eight percent of succinylation at $\varepsilon$-amino group of lysine was obtained from silkworm larvae protein concentrate and it resulted in increased bulk density and fat absorption, improved flavor and color, increased solubility over fivefold. Both emulsifying activity and emulsion stability of the succinylated protein were improved by 30% and emulsifying capacity was enhanced by 4%. Foaming capacity of the succinylated Protein concentrate was improved by 30% and foaming stability improved fivefold. The viscosity of succinylated silkworm larvae protein concentrate was increased at all concentrations and reached the highest at 4~5% of concentations. Acetylation of silkworm larvae protein concentrate caused negligible change in the functional properties studied. Therefore, high emulsification properties of silkworm larvae protein concentrate would be a good protein source for the emulsified foods.

The purpose of this study is to test the effects of articulation and sponsorship according to the native fit level. Especially this study is focused on the moderating effect of articulation type and thinking style. The results of this study are as follows. 1) An articulation effect appears more in the low native fit than the high one. 2), 3) The moderating effect appears in articulation type, but partially in thinking style. Namely, the difference in the articulation effect appears between commercial and non commercial articulation, but it does partially between holistic thinkers and analytic thinkers. 3) The higher articulation effect is, the more sponsorship effect(attitude toward sponsor and sponsor brand) is. The results of this study contribute theoretical and managerial implications about articulation and its effect as an effective means in marketing communications.

This study examines internationalization index of higher education to draw implications for South Korea. To this end, this study first introduces the concept of internationalization of higher education, followed by the background of the development of internationalization index. Then examined are two internationalization index of higher education: one developed by American Council Education (ACE) and the other developed by OECD, which is known as IQRP (International Quality Review Process). ACE's international index of higher education is useful to governments when they assess the process of internationalization of universities. IQRP, on the other hand, is useful to universities and colleges when they evaluate their status of internationalization. Drawn implications are (1) it is important for universities to build a clear goal and implement appropriate strategies of internationalization, (2) policies on internationalization of higher education should concentrate on contents rather than forms, and (3) the efforts for internationalizing higher education should be made along with the efforts for improving the quality of education.

정부는 7월 17일 관보를 통해 신고리 5 6호기 원자력발전소 건설 중단 여부와 관련하여 공론화 추진에 관한 주요 사항을 심의 의결하고 공론화 관련 조사 연구 등 공론화 업무의 효율적인 추진을 위하여 신고리 5 6호기 공론화위원회와 공론화지원단을 설치하는 등 공론화를 통한 결과를 도출하기 위한 추진 체계 구축을 위해 신고리 원전 5 6호기 공론화위원회 구성 및 운영에 관한 규정을 국무총리훈령 제690호로 발령했다. 국무총리훈령 전문을 게재한다.

복잡계에서의 동기화는 기본적으로 카오스 신호에서의 동기화 이론에 근거를 두고 발전하고 있으나 카오스 신호보다 복잡도가 커서 동기화하는데 어려움이 있다. 이에 본 본문은 복잡계에서 동기화 기법을 적용하기 위한 새로운 임베딩 구동 동기화 기법을 제안하고 이 동기화 기법을 적용하여 복잡계에서 동기화 결과를 알아보고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 웹 기반의 멀티미디어 공동 작업 환경에서의 주소 동기화, 스크롤 동기화, 윈도우 크기 동기화, 양식 동기화, 마우스 위치 동기화, 주석 동기화 등 기능 중에서 주소 동기화 및 오류 제어에 대해서 기술한다. 웹 페이지를 하나의 미디어로 취급하여 여기서 발생하는 오류 및 제어에 대하여 기술한다. 오류 발생시에 복제형 구조에 기반한 응용 공유의 동작 원리를 이용하여 동기화를 잘 수행할 수 있는 환경을 제공한다.

오늘날, 자원 에너지의 절약이 요구되는 사회적 경제적 입장에서, 또한 석유위기를 맞이하여 유 기되는 경량화 문제의 대응책으로서 기계, 기기 및 구조물의 경량화가 절실히 요구되고 있다. 경량화는 구조물이 가진 전체로서의 기능 및 그것을 만들기 위한 생산성의 향상에 기초를 둔 경제성에 관계하고 있기 때문에 경제성을 무시한 경량화는 있을 수 없고, 항공기분야로부터 시 작한 경량화의 여파는 자동차, 철도차량, 선박관계까지 침투하고 있다. 특히 자동차업계에서는 안전성과 경제성을 양립시키는 자동차 정량화의 대응책으로서 차의 소형화 및 경량재료의 전환에 박차를 가하고 있다. 본고에서는 복합조직간의 의의 및 자동차 경량화 재료로서의 실용화에 관한 기술적 동향에 관하여 기술한다.

장주기 격자 필터를 이용한 EDFA용 이득평탄화 필터 설계에는 대역폭에 따라 한 개에서 세 개까지의 평탄화가 가능하다 이러한 필터 설계는 EDFA의 고유의 중심 파장, 크기, 대역폭에 대한 각 장주기 광섬유 격자의 중심 파장, 크기, 대역폭을 설정하여 이득평탄화를 최적화시킨다. 이득평탄화 필터의 설계를 위한 방법으로써 수동 설계통한 이득평탄화를 했으나, 신속하고 편리함을 위해 반자동 설계, 자동 설계 프로그램을 구현하였다. 이를 통한 이득평탄화 정도는, 수동이 0.38dB, 반자동 0.57dB, 자동 0.62dB 정도로 정밀한 이득평탄화를 얻을 수 있는 설계가 가능하였다.
