  • IMT-2000은 제 3세대 이동통신 시스템으로서 육상, 해상, 위성을 포함한 모든 이동통신을 포괄하는 통신서비스를 제공하게 된다. 또한, 기존의 음성 서비스뿐만 아니라 문자, 이미지, 멀티미디어 정보까지 전송할 수 있으며 국제적인 로밍을 통해 전세계 어느 곳에서도 통신할 수 있는 미래의 이동통신 시스템이다. 본 논문의 목적은 IMT-2000 교환기에서 지능 망 서비스를 수행하는데 필요한 기본 모델 구조인 기본 호 상태 모델을 적용하는 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 그 내용으로 IMT-2000 교환기를 위한 발신 및 착신 기본 호 상태 모델과 교환기 소프트웨어 블록을 소개한다. 또한, 이를 바탕으로 기본 호 상태 모델을 적용한 한 예로서 IMT-2000 교환기 내부 블록간의 자국 호 처리 절차를 설계하고 기본 호 상태 모델이 적용될 수 있는 사용자 호 제어부 블록의 유니트 및 파일 구조를 설계한다. 그리고 IMT-2000 교환기에서 기본 호 상태 모델을 적용한 발신 및 착신 사용자 제어부의 SDL 다이어그램과 이에 대한 CHILL을 이용한 구현 예를 제시한다.

Fractionation of Soybean Trypsin Inhibitors and Its Heat Stability (대두(大豆) 품종별(品種別) Trypsin Inhibitor의 Fractionation과 내열성(耐熱性)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究))

  • This experiment was conducted to fractionate the trypsin inhibitors and its heat stability of five varieties of soybean. It was observed that water extractable protein of all varieties used was fractionated into three peaks and the second peak seemed to show trypsin inhibitor activity. (TIA). The trypsin inhibitors were fractionated into four fractions-FI, FII, FIII and FIV. FIII showed the highest TIA in Suwon No. 81, Suwon No. 82 and Suwon No. 83 In the case of Kyungnam No. 3 and Suwon No. 62, the highest activity was found in FIV. When trypsin inbibitors fractionated in boiling water-bath for 20 min, the FIV showed the highest heat stability and FI was found to be the weakest.

Protective effects of Juglandis semen on amyloid-${\beta}$-induced neuronal toxicity and lipid peroxidation in rat astrocytes (흰쥐의 뇌 Astrocyte에서 amyloid-${\beta}$ 25-35로 유발된 세포 독성과 지질과산화에 대한 호도(胡桃)의 보호효과)

  • 호도(胡桃)(Juglandis semen)가 치매에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 치매(Alzheimer's disease) 유발물질로 알려진 amyloid-{$\beta}(A{\beta})$ 25-35를 흰쥐의 뇌 신경세포의 일종인 astrocyte에 처리한 후 뇌의 신경세포에 대한 독성 및 세포막에서의 지질 과산화에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다. 호도(胡桃)는 $A{\beta})$ 25-35로 인한 신경세포의 파괴를 억제하는 것으로 나타나 신경세포의 손상을 예방하고 보호하는 효과가 있었다. 그리고, 지질의 과산화 지표인 malondialdehyde 생성은 $A{\beta})$ 25-35 처리로 크게 증가하였으나, 호도(胡桃)의 전처리와 후처리로 크게 감소되어 호도(胡桃)가 세포막 파괴로 인한 뇌세포의 손상을 방지하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과들을 볼 때, 호도(胡桃)는 신경세포의 하나인 astrocyte에 대한 보호효과와 세포막에서 지질의 과산화를 저해 및 $A{\beta})$ 25-35 처리와 같은 치매 유발 독성에 대한 적응능력 향상을 통하여 뇌 신경세포를 보호하는 효과가 있음을 보여주는 것으로 노인성 치매 등의 임상적 응용에 그 효과가 기대된다.

Implement of Call blocking Probabilities in Mobile Communication Networks (이동통신 네트워크에서 호 블록킹 확률의 개선 방안)

  • This paper presents a method of improving the service availability by distributing the traffic of voice/data calls over the multi-layer cells in a mobile communication network. The traffic model is described and the call handling performance is analyzed. In our method, a fast moving call is moved to and serviced in the upper layer cell. A call is also moved upward when an overflow occurs. But unlike other methods, the call that is moved upward in the overflow case is the one which has the longest sojourn time in the cell. Moreover, when the call that was moved upward due to overflow condition stays longer than a certain period of time in the upper layer cell, the system moves the call back to the lower layer in order to save the more expensive resources of the upper layer cell. Call handling performance of this method evaluated from M/M/C/K models shows clear improvement with respect to call blocking probability and forced termination probability.

Breeding of a new oyster mushroom cultivar 'Daejang 3ho' (느타리버섯 신품종 '대장3호'의 육성)

  • 'Daejang 3ho' is a new cultivar of oyster mushroom for high productivity than that of Chunchu 2ho. This cultivar was bred by Di-mon mating between monokaryotic strains isolated from 'Daejang 1ho' and dikaryotic strain 'Jangan 5ho'. The color of pileus and the shape of pileus of new cultivar were dark gray and deeply funnel shape, respectively. The length and thickness of stipe were longer and thicker than those of Chunchu 2ho. It took 4~5 days to formation of primordia, that was a similar to Chunchu 2ho. The optical temperature of fruit body was $14-17^{\circ}C$. Yield of 'Daejang 3ho' was 13.9% higher than that of Chunchu 2ho. Analysis of RAPD by URP-primer of #03, #08, #10 and #11 showed that different band pattern those of other strains. There were no significant differences between the texture properties of 'Daejang 3ho' and Chunchu 2ho.

SIP6 supporting the Differentiated Call Processing Scheme (차별화된 호 처리 기법을 지원하는 SIP6)

  • In this paper, we implemented SIP protocol that supports IPv6 and differentiated call processing scheme for NGN(Next Regeneration Network). In NGN, SIP processes call signaling among various application services. A softswitch and SIP server must give priority to sensitive services such as Fax, network management and home networking that require a fast call setup time. Also, the support of IPv6 is needed under consideration of All-IP. We proposed differentiated call processing scheme. The differentiated call processing scheme supports differentiated call processing as priority of service class on call processing in SW server We defined three service classes and use the Flow Label field of the IPv6 header for setting service class. Through the performance analysis, we proved that it improves throughput for call message with the high priority. The result of performance analysis demonstrates that differentiated call processing scheme gives better performance for the service requiring a fast session establishment in NGN.

Manufacturing and Characteristics of Yoghurts from Milk Added with Domestic Nuts (국산 견과류 첨가 요구르트의 제조 및 특성에 관한 연구)

  • Curd yoghurts were manufactured by addition of chestnuts and walnuts which were special agricultural products in Chungnam area. The nut powders were added to the yoghurts in the given concentration of 1~4%. The yoghurts after 12 hours fermentation were examined for pH, acidity, cell counts of lactic acid bacteria, viscosity, chemical composition and sensory test and preservation of yoghurts. The results obtained were summarized as follows; 1. The chestnut powder decreased pH, whereas increased acidity in yoghurts, however, the walnut powder did not change significantly for pH and acidity in yoghurts. 2. The cell counts of lactic acid bacteria was higher for 2% chestnut powder yoghurt ($2.6{\times}10^9/ml$) than 2% walnut powder yoghurt ($1.7{\times}10^9/ml$) and control yoghurt. 3. The viscosity of yoghurt was higher for 4% chestnut powder yoghurt (3,225 centipoise) than control (1,638 centipoise) and 4% walnut powder yoghurt (2,010 centipoise). 4. The protein content of yoghurts were 3.99% for both 2% chestnut powder and 2% walnut powder yoghurts, and solid-non-fat contents of yoghurt were 15.10% for chestnut powder yoghurt and 13.65% walnut powder yoghurt. 5. The scores of sensory tests were higher in chestnut powder yoghurt for tastes, odor and texture, and in walnut powder yoghurt for tastes, odor and texture compared to control yoghurt. 6. When yoghurts were stored at $5^{\circ}C$ for 14 days for preservation test, the acidity and number of lactic acid bacteria were not changed significantly.

Evaluation of Tar Dyes Used in Commercial Foods (식품 중 합성첨가물 사용실태 조사 연구 -타르색소 중심으로-)

  • This study was carried out to propose a simple method for the extraction of seven tar dyes such as tartrazine, sunset yellow FCF, amaranth, erythrosine, allura red, brilliant blue FCF and indigo carmine using aminopropyl amine cartridge and to determine the content of the dyes in candies, soft drinks, ice bars and okchuns produced in Korea. The tar dyes were simultaneously analyzed by reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The recovery rates of the dyes ranged from 65.8% to 99.6%. The contents of the dyes in candies, soft drinks, ice bars and octhuns were N.D.∼50.1 mg/kg, N.D.∼49.9 mg/kg, N.D.∼56.0 mg/kg and N.D.∼867.3 mg/kg, respectively. The types of the dyes used most frequently for candies, soft drinks and ice bars were tartrazine, brilliant blue and amaranth, respectively. Of the samples, tartrazine was used frequently, and indigo carmine was not used at all.

Simulating Inflow to Busa Estuary Reservoir Considered Outflows from Boryeong Dam (보령호 방류량을 고려한 부사호 유입량 모의)

  • 부사호는 당초 유역면적이 $288km^2$로 이 중에서 상류 유역에 건설된 보령댐 유역면적 $163.6km^2$(57%)가 제외됨에 따라 부사호로 유입량이 급격히 줄어들어 약간의 가뭄에도 수질악화가 반복되고 있다. 부사호의 합리적인 용수 수급 관리를 위해 정확한 부사호 유입량의 추정은 절실하다. 부사호 유입량은 보령호 방류량과 부사호 지류 유역 유입량으로 구성되며, 보령호 방류량은 소수력 발전용수, 관개용수, 하천유지용수, 홍수조절 방류량, 월류량으로 구성된다. 부사호 지류 유역으로부터 자연유량에서 하천에서 취수한 공업용수를 공급하고, 웅천읍의 생활용수 $1,164m^3$/일로부터 회귀수가 유입되고, 보령댐 수혜답 1039.5 ha에 관개용수를 공급하고 회귀수가 유입되고, 부사호에서 양수하여 공급한 부사 유역 수혜답 1,141 ha의 회귀수가 유입되고, 6개 저수지 수혜답 396.5 ha의 회귀수가 유입되는 등 지류 유입량의 구성은 매우 복잡하다. 하천에서 취수하여 공급하는 공업용수는 서해화력 5천 $m^3$/일, 보령화력 15천 $m^3$/일로 구성된다. ONE (One parameter New Exponential) 모형을 근간으로 유입량 모형을 구성하였고, 보령댐 자료로 매개변수를 결정하여, 1966~2011년의 부사호 일 유입량을 모의한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유역면적 $124.4km^2$인 부사호의 지류 유입량과 보령댐 방류량을 고려한 부사호 유입량 자료로부터 유황을 분석한 결과는 연평균하여 풍수량은 2.1 mm/d, $3.083m^3/s$, 평수량은 0.89mm/d, $1.280m^3/s$, 저수량은 0.48 mm/d, $0.695m^3/s$, 갈수량은 0.30 mm/d, $0.428m^3/s$였으며, 연 유입량은 127.23백만 $m^3$에 이르렀다. 둘째, 유역면적 $288km^2$인 보령호 유역의 포함한 부사호의 자연 유입량 자료로부터 즉 보령댐이 없는 경우 유황을 분석한 결과는 연평균하여 풍수량은 1.4 mm/d, $4.599m^3/s$, 평수량은 0.51 mm/d, $1.689m^3/s$, 저수량은 0.20 mm/d, $0.664m^3/s$, 갈수량은 0.06 mm/d, $0.204m^3/s$, 연 유입량은 197.00백만 $m^3$에 이르렀다. 셋째, 보령호가 있는 경우와 없는 경우 유황을 비교하면 있는 경우에서 부사호의 유입량은 고수위의 유량은 감소하고, 저수위의 유량은 증가하는 전형적 상류에 위치한 댐의 저류효과 영향을 여실히 나타내고 있었다. 넷째, 한국하천 유황곡선식에 의한 유역면적 $288km^2$인 부사호 유입량의 풍수량은 1.29 mm/d, $4.292m^3/s$, 평수량은 0.59 mm/d, $1.964m^3/s$, 저수량은 0.33 mm/d, $1.093m^3/s$, 갈수량은 0.13mm/d, $0.424m^3$이르렀다. 결론하면, 보령댐이 있는 경우 연 유입량은 70백만 $m^3$ 감소하였으나, 평갈수기 유입량은 증가하였다.

Major Characteristics Related to Eating Quality in Waxy Corn Hybrids (찰옥수수 교잡종의 식미관련 주요 특성)

  • This study was carried out to investigate selectable criteria in evaluating waxy corn $F_1$ hybrids for developing good eating quality waxy corn variety. The physicochemical property analysis of 6 waxy corn $F_1$ hybrids - Chalok1, Chalok2, Heugjeomchal, Yeonnongl, Chalok4, and Suwon45- showed a range of $11.2\~13.1\%$ for crude protein, $5.1\~6.0\%$ for crude fat, $91.8\~92.6\%$ for amylopectin, and $4.5\~6.6\%$ for free sugar content. The pericarp thickness which is one of the most important characteristics related to tenderness in waxy corn was ranged $34\~47{\mu}m$ in 4 waxy corn hybrids - Yeonnongl, Chalok4, Suwon45, and Heugjeomchal. On the other hand, it was ranged $64\~81{\mu}m$ in Chalok1 and Chalok2. The amylogram analysis by rapid visco analyzer showed that in fresh waxy corn hybrid (DAP25), all amylogram properties except setback were higher in Yeonnongl, Chalok4, and Suwon45 compared to those of Chalokl, Chnlok2, and Heugjeomchal. However, in matured waxy corn hybyids (DAP45), the result was the opposite - the amylogram properties were higher in Chalokl, Chalok2, and Heugjeomchal than those of Yeonnongl, Chalok4, and Suwon45. The texture analysis showed that gumminess, chewiness, and hardness increased dramatically with the time after the cooking in Chalokl and Beugjeomchal. On the other hand, these above pyoperties did not change as rapidly with the time in Yeonnongl, Chalok4, and Suwon45. Gumminess, chewiness, and hardness did not increase much within 6 hours after steamingr but increased significantly 32 hours after steaming. Therefore, we have reached a conclusion that texture analysis of cooked waxy corn should be carried out 6 hours after steaming. In the sensory evaluation, Yeonnongl, Chalok4, and Suwon45 revealed higher palatability -6.8, 7.1, and 6.9 respectively - than. that of Chnlokl, Chalok2, and Heugjeomchal. The palatability analysis of 6 waxy corn hybrids showed palatability positively correlating with free sugar content,100-kernel weight, kernel length, kernet width, and consistency, but negatively correlating with pericarp thickness, hardness, gumminess, and chewiness.
