Study of the Behavior of Concrete Slab Track on Earthwork According to the Variation of Train Axle Load and Speed (열차하중, 속도변화에 따른 토공상 콘크리트 슬래브궤도의 거동특성연구)

  • In recent high speed rail way, the operating speed of train is enhanced and the introduction of EMU train vehicles is increased. In addition, as expected the demand of the concrete slab track and the trend of design cross-section reduction, the clear behavior of evaluation of internal slab layer is demanded about the variation of design load and speed. The purpose of this study is to evaluate and identify the mechanical behavior pattern of concrete slab track and track-road bed with the variation of axle load and train speed. To this end, the behavior of TCL and HSB was evaluated in according to the variation of axle load and speed. And the analysis results and the data measured TCL strain sensor, which was embedded in TCL slab under installation on Honam high speed railway, was analyzed. The analysis result shows that the strain are increasing in according to the speed-up of train, and line regression was obtained from measured data. Analysis data of the state of bonding condition of slab layer and measured data was analyzed. It is conducted that the TCL layer stress of HEMU 430X, which of axle load, is lighter was similar to the stress of KTX-Honam, the standard deviation of measured stress is dramatically increased.

A study on the characteristics of Micro Pressure wave for the optimum cross-section design in Honam high speed railway (호남고속철도 터널 단면선정을 위한 미기압파 특성 분석에 관한 연구)

  • When the train enters into a tunnel a high speed, pressure waves are generated inside the tunnel. The pressure waves at propagate in a form of compression wave toward the tunnel exit and a fraction of the compression waves that arrives at the exit of the tunnel are discharged to outside of the tunnel and the remainder is reflected into the tunnel as expansion waves. The compression waves emitted from the tunnel does not radiate in a specific direction but in all directions. If the amplitude of the compression wave is great, it causes noise and vibration, and it is called "Micro-Pressure Wave." "Micro-Pressure Wave" must be considered as a decision for the optimum tunnel cross-section as the amplitude of the compression wave depends on train speed, tunnel length, area of tunnel and train. Therefore, this paper introduces the case study of Micro-Pressure Wave characteristics for determination of tunnel cross section in Honam high speed railway, the pressure inside the tunnel and the micro-pressure waves at tunnel exit were measured at Hwashin 5 tunnel in Kyungbu HSR line. At the same time. a test of train operation model was performed and then the measurement results and test results were compared to verify that the various parameters used as input conditions for the numerical simulations, which were appropriate. Also a model test was performed, in order to analysis of the Micro-Pressure Wave Mitigation Performance by Type of Hood at Entrance Portal.

  • The college's beauty department, which has a globalized education system that breaks away from the uniform beauty concept, can dominate in the fierce competition with other schools, and the development and vitalization of the department is guaranteed. In addition, research on the department name is very necessary to establish internal and external PR strategies for affiliated departments and departments and to analyze the direction of realistic beauty education. Accordingly, as a result of analyzing the trends of the department and department name by classifying the universities in Yeonghonam into four regions, the departments belonging to each region of the beauty department showed the most belonging to the natural science and arts and sports departments. In addition, the names of beauty departments by region are Busan and Gyeongnam, Daegu and Gyeongbuk, Gwangju and Jeonnam, and Jeonbuk with 5 beauty departments (29.41%), 3 beauty design schools (13.04%), and 8 beauty and beauty departments. (50.00%), beauty design departments, 2 schools (33.33%). This study makes it possible to cultivate professional beauticians who cultivate an artistic and creative sense that meets the educational goals of beauty education, and it is expected that it will be provided as a very necessary basic data for the division of departments or change of department name according to detailed majors.

  • 생물공정의 최근동향을 보면 생물공정의 기본 기술향상과 유전공학등 최신 생물공학기술의 산업화에 초점이 맞추어져 있는 듯하다. 미국 등 선진국에서는 생물공정의 기본기술 향상보다는 신생물(New Biology)의 산업화에 연구투자가 집중적으로 이루어져 왔으나 최근에는 이것마져 약간 부진해지는 느낌이 있다. 앞으로의 생물공정기술은 유전공학이 좀 더 양이 많고 시장이 큰 범용생물공학 시장으로 옮겨감에 따라 더욱 더 중요해 질 것이다. 그리고 환경문제와 대체 에너지 등과 관련하여 여러가지 새로운 생물공정기술이 개발되어야 할 것이다.

  • 전기자동차 산업은 석유고갈과 지구환경 문제에 대한 해결 방안으로 국내외에서는 전기차량의 개발에 매진하고 있다. 특히 1인승 전기자동차는 현대사회의 복잡한 도심과 개인용 이송수단으로 유럽에서 주목 받고 있으며, 배터리 충전 인프라 구축 등의 문제로 인하여 근거리용 전기자동차의 상용화 개발이 적극적으로 추진되고 있다. 본 고에서는 호남 광역경제권 선도산업지원단 지원으로 추진중인 에스알시(주) 1인승 전기자동차의 개발 현황과 원천기술에 대해서 소개하고자 한다.

Production of Emulsan by Acinetobacter calcoaceticus RAG-1 under Various Culture Modes (여러 배양방법하에서 Acinetobacter calcoaceticus RAG-1에 의한 Emulsan의 생산)

  • Emulsan is an extracellular emulsifying agent produced by the hydrocarbon-degrading Acinetobacter species RAG-1. In this study emulsan production of Acinetobacter calcpaceticus RAG-1 was investigated under various culture modes such as batch, fed-batch, membrane cell recycle, and continuous culture. The productions of emulsan under both ethanol-sufficient fed-batch and membrane cell recycle cultures were all 15.0U/ml, which was 53% increase in emulsan activity compared to that of pH controlled batch culture. Emulsan production was found to be strongly dependent on the residual ethanol concentration. In continuous culture the emulsan productivity increased with dilution rate.

Selection of Promising Barley Cultivar for Silage at Paddy Field of Honam Region (호남지역 답리작에서 사료용 총체보리 우량품종 선발)

  • This experiment was conducted to compare the agronomic characteristics and productivity of barley at paddy field of Iksan (National Honam Agricultural Experiment) from 1998 to 2001. The most fast 50% heading stage date variety was Keunalbori, Tapkolbori and Sodunchalbori, but Kinssalbori was very late as 3th May. The average dry matter (DM) content of naked and hulled barley were 37.9% and 37.1%, respectively. Saessalbori and Naehanssalbori of naked barley showed the highest in DM yield by 11,260 kg/ha and 11,160 kg/ha but the DM yield of Kinssalbori was low by 7,530 kg/ha. And Milyang 92, Keunalbori and Tapkolbori of hulled barley showed the highest in DM yield by 12,730 kg/ha, 12,320 kg/ha and 12,300 kg/ha but the DM yield of Olbori was low by 6,660 kg/ha. Acid detergent fiber (ADF), neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and total digestible nutrient (TDN) content of naked varieties was 30.3%, 60.8% and 65.1%, and ADF, NDF and TDN content of hulled varieties was 33.6%, 61.1% and 62.4%, respectively. And Tapkolbori showed the highest grain yield by 6,370 kg/ha. According to the results obtained from this study, it is suggested that "Milyang 92, Keunalbori and Tapkolbori" would be recommendable for fall sown barley cultivar for at paddy field in Honam region.

Population of Pesticide Resistant Strains in Cultivated Soils of Honam Area and Degradation of Chlorothalonil in soil (호남지역 농경지 토양에 분포된 농약내성균의 밀도와 살균제 Chlorothalonil의 분해)

  • To obtain the basic information for degradation of remaining pesticide accumulated in cultivated soil of Honam area, the resistant bacterial strains were investigated in Chlorothalonil(TPN). Mancozeb, Bentazone, and Butachlor levels of 100, $500{\mu}g\;ml^{-1}$, and degradation of TPN by TPN-resistant bacteria in sterilized soil was studied under TPN levels 0, 10, 50 and $100{\mu}g\;g^{-1}$. A number of resistance strains were decreased with higher at concentration level of pesticide, and were higher in greenhouse than upland or paddy soil. The resistance of bacteria was strong in other of Bentazone> Butachlor> TPN> Mancozeb. The percentage of bacterial strains of resistance for pesticides isolated from the cultivated soil were the highest in Acinetobacter spp. and Corynebacterium spp., and the lowest in Moraxella spp. A number of TPN-resistant strains were the highest at the TPN level of $10{\mu}g\;g^{-1}$, and 5 days after strains inoculation, and were higher in Pseudomonas spp. TD-25 than TC-23 or strains in non-sterilized soil. The degradation of TPN was fast in order of strain TD-25>strain in non-sterilized soil >TC-23.
