Configuration Tolerance for KSLV-I Kick Motor System (KSLV-I 킥모터 시스템 형상 공차)

  • We can acquire the criteria of configuration tolerance on the Kick Motor system, KSLV-I upper stage propulsion system from the analysis results of the initial controllability on the KSLV-I upper stage. Also we can assign configuration tolerances on each subsystem from the configuration tolerance on the Kick Motor system. This article deals with the Kick Motor system configuration tolerance criteria and the results of configuration management on the both ground test models and flight test ones.

  • This paper deals with the attitude control of an underactuated spacecraft that has one single-gimbal variable-speed CMG. An underactuated spacecraft may not converge to arbitrary attitudes if its total angular momentum is not zero. To stabilize a spacecraft, the CMG has to align with the angular momentum in the inertial frame. Four different install configurations for the CMG have been considered and controllable angular momentums have been analyzed. Also, based on the backstepping method, stabilizing control laws have been presented and their properties have been compared.

  • This study aims to develop a system that maximizes the radiative heat transfer from the heliostat to the receiver by using the configuration factor and a solar tracking device. As the heat transfer from the heliostat to the receiver is delivered by solar radiation, the configuration factor commonly utilized for radiation is applied to control the heliostat. Tracking the sun and calculating its position are possible by using an illuminance sensor (CdS) and Simulink. By applying optimized algorithms programmed using Simulink that maximize the configuration factors among the heliostat, receiver, and sun in real time, the solar absorption efficiency of the receiver can be maximized. Simulations were performed on how to change the angle required to control the elevation and azimuthal angle of the heliostat during the daytime with respect to various distances.

  • Modern versions of supersonic jet fighter aircraft have several different weapon loading configuration to support air-to-air combat and air-to-ground delivery of weapon modes. These various aircraft loading conditions could result in asymmetric configurations to the aircraft once delivered. These asymmetric configurations could result in decreased handling qualities for the pilot maneuvering, stability, control issues and aerodynamic performance of the aircraft. In order to eliminate or decrease these adverse impacts on the pilot's ability, development of T-50 flight control law attempts to control the aircraft in both longitudinal and lateral-directional axes. Especially, the design of the lateral-directional roll axis control laws, utilizing a simple roll rate feedback structure and gains such as F-16, is developed for the T-50 aircraft to meet the aircraft's design requirements. Consequently, it is found that the improved control law decreases the roll-off phenomenon in lateral axes during pitch maneuver.

  • In this study the skin care system was designed and tested by introducing V-IPL(Variable-Intense Pulse Light) methods that allow various skin treatments. The discharge method, a new method of switching on the flash lamp sequentially according to the lesions, was used. Pulse shape control is implemented in the system using the conventional LC variable method and the switching method control method of the switching element. As a result, the pulse width could be varied up to 1[㎛] by using a microprocessor, and by turning on the flash lamp sequentially along the lesions the depth and width, the pulse shape and pulse shape could be more diverse. We could also make long pulses of up to 1~100[ms] in various pulse width. And the special differences between the existing system and the proposed system in this study are as follow. Existing system is one pulse(pulse width : 1~40ms) and proposed system is three pulse(pulse width : 1~100ms).

탄소섬유 상 Seed 입자의 결정구조에 따른 은나노구조체 형상 제어

  • 최근 나노 소재의 활용 가능성이 확대되어감에 따라 다양한 소재의 나노구조체에 대한 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 그 중 은(Silver)은 열전도율과 전기전도율이 가장 우수한 금속으로 다양한 형태의 은 나노 입자를 형성할 수 있고. 이를 탄소, 비석, 고분자 등의 기판에 다양한 방법으로 성장시키는 연구가 진행되었다. 기판으로 사용되는 재료 중 탄소 복합소재는 내열성, 화학적 안정성, 열전도성, 저열팽창성에 따른 치수 안정성, 유연성 등의 우수한 특징을 지니고 있으며 최근까지 방열 소재로서 활용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 탄소섬유의 표면에 다양한 결정 구조를 가지는 Ag seed 입자를 형성하고 폴리올 공정을 통하여 와이어 형태의 나노구조체를 성장시켜 그 형상제어 특성을 FE-SEM을 통하여 확인하였다.

Prevension of Quarter Wave in Sendzimir Mill (젠지미어 압연기에서 Quarter Wave 방지)

  • Computer Simulation based of divided element method was done to predict strip shape in20-high Sendzimir Mill and has been used to find a way for preventing quarter waves occurring in the wide and thin gaged strip rolling. The simulation showed that it was difficult to prevent quarter waves by the existing methods of controlling actuators such as the shifting of the first intermediate roll and the profile control of As-U-Roll in back up roll. It was, however, confirmed analytically and experimentally that quarter waves could be effectively reduce by changing taper mode at the barrel-end taper radius of the first intermediate roll.

  • 최근 조선분야의 경우 생산원가의 절감, 품질의 고급화, 단순작업에 대한 근로기피 등의 이유로 로봇시스템 적용에 대한 필요성이 크게 대두되고 있다. 그러나 기존의 로봇 시스템의 교시방식이 교시-재생(Teaching-Playback)방식이어서 작업부재의 형상 및 치수가 매번 변경되는 중공업 분야에서는 적용이 불가능하였다. 본 연구에서는 조선용 아크용접 로봇을 위한 오프라인 프로그램밍(OLP: Off-Line Programming) 시스템을 개발하였다. 오프라인 프로그램밍 시스템의 경우 작업중인 로봇과는 상관없이 다음 부재에 대한 형상 데이터만을 이용하여 컴퓨터상에서 다음 작업프로그램을 미리 생성할 수 있으므로 기존의 온라인 교시-재생 방식의 교시시간의 과다라는 문제를 극복할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 강교 판넬 및 조선 소조립용으로 개발 중인 아크용접용 로봇 시스템을 위한 오프라인 프로그래밍 시스템을 개발하였다. CAD 데이터나 OLP의 모델링 기능으로 작업부재를 형상한 후 미리 데이터베이스화 되어 있는 자료를 검색하여 부위별 작업매크로 확보를 위하여 실제 로봇 시스템을 이용한 작업테스트를 수행하였다. 개발된 오프라인 프로그래밍 시스템은 기능보완 후 당사 아크용접용 로봇시스템에 적용될 계획이다.
