본 논문은 국지적 상호작용 하에서 행위자들간에 특성의 차이에 근거한 구별짓기가 협조적 행위의 진화에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 이 논문에서는 이러한 구별짓기의 성향이 왜, 그리고 어떤 메커니즘을 통해서 진화해나가는지를 보이고자 시도할 것이다. 아울러 구별짓기 성향과 함께 내부인과 외부인을 향한 행동을 다르게 함으로써 어떻게 내부인에 대한 이타적 협조행동을 발생시키는지, 더 나아가 구별짓기의 근거가 되는 행위자들의 여러 특성들(생물학적 혹은 문화적)은 어떻게 변화해 나가고 이들 특성의 변화가 구별짓기와 협조적 행동에 어떤 효과를 가져오는지를 살펴보고자 한다. 더 나아가 본 논문에서는 구별짓기가 협조적 행위의 진화에 영향을 미치는 과정을 장/단기로 구분함으로써 구별짓기의 효과를 보다 명확히 규명하고자 한다.

대화 시스템이란 자연어를 이용하여 인간과 정보를 교환하거나 업무를 수행하는 프로그램이다. 자연언어는 인간이 사용할 수 있는 쉽고 효율적인 인터페이스이기 때문에 이를 이용한 대화 시스템의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 지금까지 주로 인식에 초점이 맞추어져 연구되어 왔던 계획 기반 대화 모델을 이용하여 발화하여 생성하는 시스템을 설계하고자 한다. 본 논문에서 설계하고자 하는 대화 시스템은 사용자의 질의에 응답할 뿐 아니라 자신의 행위를 능동적으로 수행할 수 있는 협조적 대화 시스템이다. 또한 대화의 효율성을 고려하여 사용자가 필요로 하는 정보를 능동적으로 제공하는 시스템이다. 대화의 효율성을 고려한 발화를 위해 본 논문에서는 새로운 시스템의 행위를 정의하여 실제 가능한 대화 예를 보이고자 한다.

최근 만원권, 오천원권, 백원화 등 화폐의 도안물 그대로 또는 원부 변형하여 신문 및 잡지광고, 할인용 쿠폰, 광고용 전단 등 상업적 광고물에 무단 이용하는 사례가 빈번히 발견되고 있다. 화폐도안을 이용한 광고행위는 화폐의 품위를 손상시킬 뿐만 아니라 일반인으로 하여금 위조화폐 제작 충동을 유발하고 지급수단으로도 악용될 소지가 있어 선진국에서도 일정한 기준 들을 정하여 엄격히 규제하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 따라 한국은행은 1999년 6월 29일 문화관광부에 화폐도안된 한국은행의 저작물로서 등록하여 법적권리를 강화하는 한편 화폐의 품위 유지 및 건전한 신용질서 확립을 위하여 화폐도안을 이용한 광고행위가 발견될 경우 ${\ulcorner}$저작권법${\lrcorner}$에 의한 고소 등의 법적조치를 취할 수 있음을 산업계에 주지시켜 달라는 협조요청을 해왔다. 금호에서는 각 사례별로 저작권 침해사례를 풀이한 협조요청 자료를 게재한다.

본 연구는 상류의 개발행위와 더불어 현재 수질관리의 기준이 되는 오염총량관리제를 대상으로 '규모의 경제'의 논리를 따른다는 가정 하에, 지자체간에 협조를 통해 비용을 절감하여 서로 혜택을 볼 수 있도록 상 하류 지자체와 중앙정부 등 관련 당사자들 간의 비용배분 방안을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해서 광주광역시에 위치한 평동산업단지와 영본B, 영본C를 대상으로 광주, 전남, 중앙정부를 이해당사자로 하여 협조적 상황 하에서 대상 비용배분 문제를 정의하였고, 협조적 게임이론에 근거한 SCRB법 및 샤플리법을 적용하여 비용배분 결과를 제시하였다. 우선 광주와 전남이 각각 삭감해야 할 오염량을 산정하고, 해당 삭감량 만큼 처리하기 위한 하수처리시설의 규모를 설정하였다. 또한 하수처리시설의 건설비와 하수관거 공사비, 유지관리비를 산정하였으며, 하수처리시설의 내용연수인 20년간의 총비용을 2010년 현재가치 기준으로 산정하였다. 상 하류 지자체가 공동으로 대처할 경우 20년간 총비용은 416,311.8 백만원, 개별로 대처할 경우 464,439.6 백만원이며, 공동 대처가 42,359.3 백만원이 절감되므로 양 지자체 모두 협조적 게임에 응할 기본배경은 성립되었다. SCRB법에 의한 지자체별 비용배분율을 산정 결과, 광주 74.24%, 전남 25.76%로 산정되었으며, 2001～2010년 하수도 세입현황을 기준으로 중앙정부의 지원 비율은 10년간 최소 23.98%, 평균 29.22%, 최대 34.17%로, 각각의 비율별로 중앙정부, 광주, 전남의 비용분담액을 도출하였다. 본 논문에서는 개략적으로 비용을 산정하였으나 오염총량관리 사업은 막대한 예산을 필요로 하기 때문에 실제로 두 지자체가 협조하여 비용배분을 하게 된다면 하수처리시설의 수질개선효과, 하수처리시설 위치선정, 사업비용 등을 세밀하게 분석해야 할 것이다. 본 논문은 오염총량관리제에서 제시하는 목표수질을 대상으로 하였으나, 지자체의 정책에 따라 친수활동 증대와 생태 자연환경 개선 등과 같은 수질개선에 따른 간접적인 효과를 고려하여 오염 총량관리제의 목표수질보다 더 나은 수질을 원할 수도 있을 것이다. 협조적 게임의 상황을 복잡하게 하여 해결 가능성이 낮아질 수 있으나, 수질개선에 의한 다양한 효과를 편익으로 산정할 수 있다면 이를 협조적 게임에 적용하여 전반적인 수질개선에 대한 지자체의 적극적 활동을 유도할 수도 있을 것이다.

저작, 발음, 미관등 3대기능회복에 주안점을 두어왔던 치과보철학은 근년에 와서 l아 및 그 주위조직, 악골 및 악관절, 저작근육들과 그들을 지배하는 신경계통등 구강악계(stomatognathic system)의 total treatment로 더욱 발전되어 가고 있다. 구강악계를 구성하는 조직들은 각기 독립적으로 저작, 발음, 연하등 그 기능적 행위에 참여하는 것이 아니라 서로 긴밀한 협조와 조화에 의하여 이루어 지기 때문에 어떠한 조직의 잘못된 치료는 한 개의 기능적 단위인 구강악계전체에 영향을 미치게된다. 그러므로 치과수복 치료에 있어서 단순한 인레이로 부터 전구강회복에 이르기까지 이들 보철물들은 기능운동시 다른 조직들과 잘 조화되어야 된다는 것은 당연한 사실이다.

This paper analyzes the impact of import liberalization of petroleum product market in 1997 on the behavior of a domestic industry, regarded as a typical oligopoly. Based on the theory of implicit cartel, two regression equations were formulated and estimated for domestic production and refinery margin using monthly data for the period from Jan. 1994 to June 2003. Estimation results show that not only did domestic production rise sharply but also the refining cost fell substantially throughout 1996 before the actual liberalization of imports, Such a response is clearly consistent with the implicit cartel theory, which suggests that once the difficulty of maintaining a cartel in the future is recognized, the cartel immediately collapses and anticipation of import liberalization can cause immediately lowering market price as well as an immediate expansion of the supply by a domestic industry. However, the significant reduction of refinery cost accompanied by a large contraction in domestic output after the actual implementation of import liberalization can be explained by the collapse of implicit cartel caused by the anticipated liberalization of imports. Thus, import liberalization in the sense of allowing entry of foreign producers into domestic market has seemed to be an effective means to weaken market power and induce more competitive conduct of domestic firms.

Cyber crimes caused unpredictable damages by influencing targets with means such as hacking and virus in virtual space. In specific, they transcend time and space because of their anonymity and it is difficult to punish the people who are involved in crimes. To manage such cyber crimes, we need an international cooperative systems beyond difference in legal systems between countries and 'Global Governance' was prepared as a reasonable alternative. These days, governance has been presented as an important concept to explain changed social systems or changed roles of government. It was not just a concept to replace traditional government of a single nation, but to overcome new problems on social actions of humans. So it is expected that it can help prepare reasonable measures through cooperation both in individuals and systems, and public and civil sectors. To countermeasure cyber crimes in terms of global governance, we can prepare general investigation systems and professional human resources through civil and public assistance, and provide a base on which international cooperation systems can be established.

This study aims to analyse the actual conditions of Korean fishing boat being seized in Japan's EEZ and to provide the countermeasures against that problem. According to the analysis of that actual conditions, Korean fishermen are trespassing Japan's EEZ in which fishery resources are abundant because of exhaustion of fishery resources and polluted water in Korean coastal sean. In the past, That behavior was not illegal. Now, however, it became illegal with the effectuation of the United National Conventions on the Law of the Sea(1994) and the Korean-Japanese Fisheries Agreement(1999). In order to resolve that problem on a long-term basis, it is necessary to turn over national fishery policy, to provide fishing people with other means of living, and to establish the Korean-Japanese cooperation system of fishery management. Most of all, it is urgent to mitigate and remit a penalty which was executed in Japan, to amplify personal and material resources need to guide and control fishery, and to construct a close cooperation system between the National Maritime Policy Agency and the Ministry of Maritime and Fisheries Affairs.

The investment scale of design project has been increased rapidly following the recent social and economical demand. The demand of user has been changed variously together with social background like the increase of interest for the high level information oriented society and environment. In addition, it is necessary for the experts like coordinator, architect, color expert, and light designer to collaborate in the interior design process. The expertise diverse areas should be related closely and collaboratively for the smooth processing. It is necessary for the design environment to be changed in order to exchange the information effectively within the proposed period by the variety fields' experts. It is a collaborative design in the design studio that the multi-members collect the related data, suggest the idea, and discuss closely, which makes a decision for the new design concept and design plan in the fixed time. It is necessary to make a new kind of communication media concept in the design process, where the multi-members participate, and the collaborative design is processed in physically simultaneous space or in the far distance such as it is done above. In this paper, it is investigated for the communication for the design and creative behavior to explain the collaborative work in the process of design. The characteristics of collaborative design and demand design environment are summarized in the background of this kind of the creative behavior concept. Especially, the communication media for increasing the process effectiveness is explained and the concept for the development of web based collaborative design system is summarized.

This study investigates the relationship between restaurants' environments and customer voluntary performance, and examines how restaurant value, quality and overall satisfaction play a mediating role between restaurants' environments and customer voluntary performance. In addition, this study investigates the structural relationships among restaurant's value, quality and overall satisfaction. For these purposes authors developed a structural model, which consists of several variables. The data were collected from 723 respondents and was analyzed with SPSS!PC+ 12.0 and LISREL 8.5. The findings are as follows. First, the menu characteristics have a significant positive influence on the value and quality of restaurants. Second, the employee service characteristics have a significant positive influence on the quality through mediating role of value variables. Third, the facilities/atmospheres have a significant positive effect on the value and quality of restaurants. Fourth, in-restaurant promotions have a significant positive effect on the value and quality of restaurants. Fifth, the customer value has a significant effect on the restaurant quality and overall satisfaction, and the restaurant quality has a significant effect on the overall satisfaction. Finally, the overall satisfaction has a significant effect on the customer loyalty, participation, and cooperation.
