The requirements of Computer Supported Cooperative Work supporting efficient cooperative or collaborative works between multi-users have been increasing in distributed environments. The various technical sections such as group communication technology and distributed processing technology should be provided in Cooperative Work. The replicated development of Cooperative Work applications of a number of common requirements increases development costs enormously and duplicated investment parts. Therefore, systematical development environments are required to develop these common requirements and applications efficiently in Cooperative Work applications development. In this study, we propose the hierarchical role-based coordination model that improves the coordination model of legacy mobile agent to be appropriate in Cooperative Work applications, and design the development environment for Cooperative Work applications based on mobile agent. The proposed hierarchical role-based coordination model provides multi-layered group concepts of mobile agent, and enables implementation of efficient coordination policy per group. Additionally, it supports efficient Cooperative Work application development by role assignment per group unit.

The toxicities of binary mixtures of the four insecticides acephate, demeton-S-methyl, cypermethrin and pirimicarb to the two strains of green peach aphid (Myzus persicae Sulz.) resistant to acephate and demeton-S-methyl were investigated and compared to the toxicities of their individual insecticides. The synergistic action of the insecticide mixtures to the insects were greatly varied with the kind of insecticide combinations, their mixture ratios, and the origin of resistance by an insecticide. The maximum synergistic action of acephate for the acephate resistant strain was obtained at 1:1 mixed with demeton-S-methyl. However, there were some antagonistic effects in all acephate mixtures with pirimicarb and cypermethrin. With the strain of demeton-S-methyl resistance, acephate, cypermethrin, and pirimicarb were synergized at the given mixture ratios by demeton-S-methyl. The maximum synergistic effect was observed at 2:3 with acephate, 1:1 with cypermethrin and 3:2 with pirimicarb.

본 연구는 Web상에서 원격 협력 학습을 위한 수준별 학습자 모집 스케줄링 에이전트의 설계와 구현에 관해 제안한다. 본 시스템의 구조는 원격 교사 모듈과 여러 명의 학습자, 그리고 이를 연결해 주는 스케줄링 Agents, 학습자를 진단할 수 있는 진단 Agent로 구성된다. 컴퓨터가 분산환경으로 발전됨에 따라서 교육의 변화도 가속화되었고, 지식의 공유와 정보의 공유가 원격 협력학습에 의하여 절실히 필요하게 되었다. 원격 협력 학습에서의 학습자는 동일한 과목과 주제에 흥미를 느끼는 여러 명의 아동이 동시에 학습할 수 있는 상황이 필요하며, 선행 지식 또한 비슷한 수준이어야 동일한 주제로 학습의 효과가 있다. 이런 학습자를 판단하기 위해서 진단 Agent가 학습자를 진단하며 스케줄링 Agents의 학습자 지식에 추가한 후 스케줄링 Agents가 학습자의 기본 사항과 요구 내용을 추론하여 비슷한 수준의 학습자를 연결한다. 교사 모듈은 전통적인 ITS의 구조의 교수 학습 모듈, 전문가모듈로 구성되어 교수 학습을 할 수 있다. 이렇게 여러 명의 학습자를 연결하여 협력학습을 하기 위해서는 학습자간의 요구사항과 지식 수준 그리고 학습 가능한 시간이 같아야 하는데 이를 위해 시간을 자원으로 하는 동적 자원 스케줄링(Dynamic Resource Scheduling)으로 모델링 하였다. 본 연구에서 도형학습을 기반으로 하는 실험을 통해 구현한 원격 협력학습을 위한 지능형 스케줄링 에이전트를 평가하였다.

This study provides a concrete example of the development of the task in collaboration with the in-service teacher and the pre-service teacher. In the process, the roles of pre-service teachers and in-service teachers were analyzed and the possibility of cooperation was grasped. As a result, pre-service teachers and field teachers considered the level and interest of the students and considered mathematical contents in the process of developing the tasks. Each subject did not directly consider the interaction of the students and contents, but they could confirm the improvement of the tasks as their roles affected each other.

This research was conducted through demonstrating method about how high cooperation level between crisis management systems against terror in korea is now, based on both interaction level relating to cooperation relation among organization relationship theory. Through the results of analysis, People in charge against terror were widely recognizing about the need of cooperation between crisis management systems to treat terror effectively. For organic cooperation between organizations, it was suggested the politic implication that it is the most important task to build the sense of values, the behavior about cooperations in the internal phase of crisis management system.

In construction industry, it is very important to secure the eminent subcontractors of construction companies in order to increase the competitive power, these subcontractors ate selected through the total evaluation. Also, the results of evaluation is used management data the subcontractors. Therefore, if we know the evaluation rules of subcontractors previously, it can be used to manage the subcontractors effectively. Thus, using fuzzy ID3 which is obtain the if-then fuzzy rule from the given data, we acquire the rules for evaluation of subcontractors and show its usefulness.

The promotion of economic exchange and cooperation between North and South Korea is significant in two ways. First, the pursuit of economic interest can lead gradually to the unification of the national economies. Second, economic relations can serve as the first stride toward political reunification. There are, however, many difficulties in conceiving a strategy for economic cooperation between North and South Korea because of their differences in ideology and socio-economic system. Under these circumstances, a bid by either the North or the South to consider its specific ideology or socio-economic system absolute and to impose them on the other side would inevitably lead to confrontation and collision and deepen the division of the country. Therefore, steps to expand and develop economic and technological cooperation and comprehensive exchanges between the North and the South, with due regard to the development of bilateral relations, are in full accord with the interests of the both sides. It is clear that North Korea's changing attitude toward its environmental conditions is neither a policy of opening nor an ideological shift toward pragmatism, as has occurred in the Eastern European countries. Instead, it is a temporary tactic for breaking out of the economic stagnation caused by its rigid economic structure. In this light, we must.

최근 모바일 환경에서의 P2P 협력적인 캐싱 기술에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 모바일 P2P 협력적인 캐싱이란 객체를 요청한 피어의 전파 범위 안에 있는 다른 피어들을 찾아 원하는 데이터가 있는지 살펴본 후 원하는 데이터가 주변 피어에 없을 때에만 서버에 요청을 보내는 방식으로 데이터 탐색 성능 개선과 제한된 피어의 저장 공간을 효율적으로 이용할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 P2P 네트워크 환경에서 이동성을 가진 피어의 저장 공간을 효과적으로 이용하기 위한 객체 크기 기반 P2P 협력적인 캐시 교체 정책을 제안하고자 한다. 가까운 위치 좌표를 가진 피어들을 하나의 그룹으로 묶은 그룹 기반의 모델링 환경에서 객체의 크기에 따른 캐시 교체 정책을 실제 웹 로그 트레이스에 적용하여 실험하였다. 실험 결과, 제안하는 교체 정책이 기존의 교체 정책들과 비교하여 더 우수한 성능을 보였다.

The public-private partnership concept can encompass a broad range of cooperative relations and a broad variety of programmes in terns of size, objectives and design. This paper aims to analyze the components of public-private partnership mechanisms in the context of science and technology innovation policy. The research methodologies are based on semi-structured interviews with policy makers in four countries with six PPP programme : the France, the Netherlands, the Australia and Austria. It also attempts to understanding of the components that explain the increase of collaboration between national innovation system and PPPs. The taxonomy and essential components of PPPs were identified : mission-oriented PP/Ps, market-Oriented PP/Ps, cluster-oriented PP/Ps, and ISRs-Oriented PP/Ps. The taxonomy of regulatory regime can be a reference point for identifying the relative status of Korea's PPPs.

In this paper, we propose location-aided cooperative routing protocol (LACARP) for supporting power saving and stable route lifetime in mobile ad-hoc wireless sensor networks. The main ideas and features of the proposed routing protocol are as follows. First, the definition of the area of route search using location-based information to support power saving transmission. Second, the expect zone-based establishment of routing route within the area of route search. Third, the cooperative-aided transmission method. In the operation of data transmission over the established rout the datas are transmitted via both the established route and cooperative route aided by neighbor nodes. The performance evaluation using OPNET(Optimized Network Engineering Tool) shows the LACARP can improve the packet delivery ratio and power saving transmission efficiently.
