본 논문은 혁신클러스터 추진의 전략방향 설정을 위해서 클러스터 현황을 클러스터 분석을 통하여 살펴보았다. 본 논문에서는 광교테크노밸리의 발전단계에 따른 협력현황 파악을 위하여 산학연 협력체계 분석과 진단을 위한 클러스터분석(Cluster Analysis)을 실시하였다. 클러스터 분석결과 광교테크노밸리내 입주기업의 산학연 협력경험은 67.3%로 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 대학과, 기업과는 연구개발, 연구기관과는 장비활용 중심으로 협력하고 있었다. 또한, 산학연 협력의 지원정책수요는 협력기관 현황제공, 기술별 정보취득지원 등 다양한 부문에서 협력의 수요가 존재하고 있었다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 다음의 전략이 도출되었다. 첫째, 혁신클러스터 발전을 위한 새로운 비전을 조속히 제시하고 단지인근에서 입주기업의 산학연 협력의 활성화를 위한 지원을 추진해야 한다. 둘째, 혁신클러스터 단계별 발전을 위한 통합적인 지원역량 강화가 필요하다. 마지막으로 인근의 타 혁신거점과 정책적 네트워크 구축을 통해서 타 혁신클러스터의 자원과 역량을 활용할 수 있는 지원망 구축이 필요하다.

현재의 사실상 국제 이러닝 표준으로 자리 잡은 SCORM 2004 기술규격은 '단일 사용자 콘텐츠 학습' 환경의 '웹 기반 자기 주도적 학습'에 근거하고 있다. 즉, 학습자 그룹을 포함한 협력적인 학습과정 설계가 가능하도록 하는 규격 부분이 부재한 상태이다. 이에 SCORM 규격을 기반으로 하여 협력학습 콘텐츠를 개발하는 연구가 활발히 진행되어 왔으나, 협력학습 콘텐츠를 탑재하는 플랫폼 즉, 협력학습을 지원하기 위한 학습관리 시스템의 표준화에 대한 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않은 실정이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 이러닝 협력학습의 표준화를 주도하고 있는 국제 이러닝 표준기구인 ISO/IEC JTC1 SC36의 연구 자료를 토대로 협력학습을 지원 가능한 방안을 제안하여 SCORM 2004 규격의 실행환경에 협력학습과 관련된 데이터모델을 추가하여 협력학습지원 시스템을 설계하고 구현하고자 한다.

최근 이러닝의 발전과 함께 다양한 표준들이 주목받고 있으며 그중에서도 SCORM 표준은 자기 주도적 학습 중심에 초점을 두고 있으므로 협력학습을 지원하기 위해서는 외부 도구를 별도로 이용해야 한다. 하지만 IMS LD 표준에서는 협력 학습을 지원하기 위해 컨퍼런스 서비스를 이용하여 콘텐츠를 저작할 수 있으며, 컨퍼런스 서비스는 LD 실행 엔진에 포함되어 실행되거나 외부 도구로 실행될 수 있도록 유연성을 제공한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 LD 표준에 기반하여 협력 학습을 실행 엔진 내부에서 지원할 수 있도록 개발된 내용에 대하여 설명할 것이다. 개발된 LD 실행 엔진은 LD 표준을 준수하며, LD 콘텐츠에 기술된 협력 학습 설계 내용에 따라 협력 학습을 진행할 수 있어 설정된 역할에 따라 협력 학습에서의 권한을 달리하여 협력 학습을 진행할 수 있다는 특징을 가지고 있다.

Online collaborative teaming, which has emerged as a new type of education in knowledge-based society, is being discussed actively in the areas of action learning at companies and project-based learning and inquiry-based learning at schools. It regards as an effective method for improving learners practical and highly advanced problem solving abilities, and for stimulating their absorption into learning through pursuing common goals of learning together. Different from individual learning, however, collaborative learning involves complicated processes such as organizing teams, setting common goals, performing tasks and evaluating the outcome of team activities .Thus, it is difficult for a teacher to promote and evaluate the whole process of collaborative learning, and it is necessary to develop systems to support collaborative learning. Therefore, in order to monitor and promote interaction among learners in the process of collaborative learning, the present study developed an extensible collaborative teaming supporting agent (ECOLA) in online learning environments.

The formation of partnering between general contractor and specialty contractor is required for sustainable development of construction industry and mutual benefit. General contractors are operating various kind of supporting program for collaboration. Especially, they are focusing on financial supports as a most effective way. This paper presents a framework for analysing financial supports derived from various systems of categorization.

In this paper, we propose a new industry - university collaboration plan through the analysis of the present state of industry-academia cooperation and government support projects, and analysis of major overseas cases. The following is the plan for activating the new crop cooperation. First, it is necessary to strengthen the innovation of education system and establishment of new education course based on future demand through future-oriented industry-university cooperation. Second, active industry-academia cooperation should stimulate entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship based on university resources. Third, it should act as an anchor of regional innovation by actively cooperating with local innovation entities. It is necessary to develop an industry-university cooperation model that can generate profits and contribute to university finance.

기후변화, 석유자원 고갈 우려 등으로 인하여 그린에너지기술 개발에 대한 중요성은 크게 증가하고 있다. 그 가운데, 글로벌화된 경쟁구도 확대와 급속한 기술개발 속도로 인하여 국가간 또는 기업간 기술 개발 경쟁은 더욱 심해지고 있다. 이러한 상황하에서 그린에너지기술 개발을 위한 국제협력의 중요성은 더욱 증가하고 있다. 이에 각 국은 제도적, 경제적 지원을 통한 그린에너지기술 개발 및 국제협력을 적극 지원하고 있다. 그러나 우리나라의 경우 에너지기술 관련 R&D 예산 중 국제공동연구 비중은 0.6%로 선진국에 비해 지원 규모가 부족한 실정이며, 그린에너지기술 국제협력을 위한 기초 정보 역시 부족한 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 그린에너지기술 분야의 국외 선도 업체 및 기관을 대상으로 기술수준 및 협력의향을 조사하여 대외협력 맵을 구축하였다. 우선 '그린에너지 전략로드맵'상의 15대 기술 분류에서 상세 분석을 위한 주요 에너지기술을 선정하고 기술별 하위 전략품목별로 현황 조사를 실시하였다. 국내 전문가를 대상으로 1차, 2차 설문을 통하여 국제협력 추천 업체 및 기관, 기술수준을 조사하였으며, 조사된 국외 추천 선도 업체 및 기관을 대상으로 설문을 통하여 협력의향과 협력유형을 조사하였다. 조사된 자료를 통해 기술수준과 협력의향을 기준으로 4가지 유형으로 분류하여 대외협력 맵을 구성하고 구축된 대외협력 맵을 통해 국제협력 추진을 위한 시사점을 도출하였다.

e-Learning contents are composed of compounding multimedia data. It requires many professionals in contents development stage. The process of e-learning contents development can be seen as a collaborative work. In the perspective of a collaborative work process, the whole process of e-learning contents development would be regarded as collaborative work process for each participant as well as for whole group members. Most of collaborative works in contents development field are widely distributed. Members of work groups require workspaces for sharing information and communicating each other. In addition to workspaces, it also needs to support collaborative reflection such as planning for collaborative work and monitoring for work process. This paper is intended to develop the reflective collaborative work system for e-Learning contents development in order to support the systemic process of e-learning contents development. The reflective collaborative work system is composed of four supportive parts: work flow management, personal workspace, collaborative workspace, and collaborative reflection.

중소기업의 ERP도입에 관련된 많은 요인들에 대한 연구들이 진행되어 왔다. 대부분의 연구들이 중소기업이 독립적으로 ERP를 도입하게 되는 경우를 다루고 있으나, 많은 중소기업들이 자금을 비롯한 다양한 이유로 독립적으로 ERP도입을 결정하지 못하고 있다. 따라서, 협력대기업이 공급사슬관리차원에서 공급사인 중소기업들의 ERP도입을 지원하고 있다. 협력대기업이 중소기업의 ERP 도입을 지원하는 과정에서 활용할 수 있는 방안과 과정상의 문제에 대해 국내 대기업의 지원사례와 ERP를 도입한 중소기업의 도입사례를 연구하여 중소기업 ERP도입에서의 협력대기업의 역할에 대한 탐색적인 연구를 수행하였다. 협력대기업의 지원방안으로는 도입자금지원, 도입벤더선정, 도입과정도움, 도입후 시스템 개선과정 도움, ERP활용교육 등을 활용하고 있다.

Collaborative knowledge is continuously producted and modified by group individuals during collaboration and it is also fostered in a radical trust environment like Wiki. The example is Wikipedia. However I found out a big problem as difficulties of exploring when the knowledge space is extended more and more widely. To solve this problem, collaborative knowledge management systems are implemented based on wiki. The one is navigation map that supports the efficient exploring and the another is knowledge map that supports a convergent thinking in a group. In this study, we examined the effectiveness of navigation map and knowledge map.
