사회적 소프트웨어인 블로그(Blog) 사용이 급증함에 따라 기업 내에서 블로그를 활용하는 기업들이 늘어나고 있다. 기업에서 블로그가 외부적으로는 고객 관계, 광고, 판매 촉진 또는 파트너와의 커뮤니케이션이나 협력의 도구로 사용되고, 내부적으로는 협업, 지식 관리, 공동체 개발 등의 도구로 사용되고 있다. 본 연구는 기업들이 내부적으로 블로그를 사용함에 있어 기술적 수용에 미치는 영향에 관하여 조사하였다. 연구 모형은 기술수용모델(Technology Acceptance Model; TAM)을 근간으로 모델을 설정 하였다. 데이터 수집은 설문지 방식으로 기업 블로그를 도입한 국내 주요 기업을 대상으로 실시하였다.

Since the 1990s, the role of the government has been shifting towards governance. This new governance emphasizes government's role in establishing a cooperative system with private organizations through network structure and interaction. In the 1990s, Korean Government support for artists and exhibitions increased unprecedentedly. In the 2000s, support for the arts shifted in ways so as to integrate genres. Simultaneously, in order to strengthen the creative capacities of artists, support for new artists, multi-art and fusion arts have increased. From 2010, 'visual arts' business support was provided. In addition, 'visual arts' was supported by a joint planning project from 2013 Also, an overseas residence program has actively supported exhibitions through international exchanges. Since 2005, it has expanded to cooperation with India, Iran and Asian countries as well as with the Betani Studio in Germany. In addition local government supported for artists and the Biennale, residences, regional cooperative business through the local cultural foundation.

현재 우리사회는 인터넷의 진화와 정보통신기술의 비약적인 발전으로 급속하게 변화하고 있으며, 스마트폰의 확산과 무선 인터넷 활성화, 신규 융합서비스가 급격한 성장세를 보이며 인터넷을 기반으로 한 컨버전스가 산업 발전의 새로운 패러다임으로 대두되고 있다. 이러한 패러다임의 변화는 세계 최고 수준의 IT 인프라를 기반으로 새로운 비즈니스 창출과 사회현안 해결을 위한 IT 활용의 중요성을 말해주며, 우리의 일상생활 전반에 큰 변화를 가져올 것이다. 그러나 정보화의 진전이 진행될수록 이에 대한 역기능 또한 다양해지고 심화되어 사회적 이슈로 대두되고 있는 실정이다. 인터넷의 익명성과 비대면성으로 인해 프라이버시 침해, 불건전 정보의 유통, 중독현상 등 개인과 사회의 피해가 점증하고 있다. 따라서 IT 발전과 활용에 따른 인터넷 진흥과 보호의 균형 있고 체계적인 대책 마련, 책임 의식과 윤리성 강화, 협력체계 구축이 절실히 요구되는 시점이다. 본고에서는 이러한 환경 변화에 대응한 한국인터넷진흥원의 중점 추진과제로서 인터넷 정책 개발과 활성화 기반 마련, 건전한 인터넷 문화와 이용환경 조성, 신속한 침해사고 대응과 선순환 구조 마련, 커뮤니케이션 패키지를 통한 국제협력 활동 등을 살펴보고 사회적 공감대 형성과 적극적인 참여를 도모하고자 한다.

This paper analyzed SCOAP3 journals, which have been evaluated as successful open access models, to understand the characteristics of scholarly communication among domestic researchers in the field of high energy physics (HEP). As research methods, a quantitative analysis using statistics and a network analysis of authors' affiliated institutions and academic journals were conducted to understand collaboration and research activities of domestic researchers in the HEP field. The results of the study revealed that, among the 10 SCOAP3 journals in which Korean researchers participated, the proportion of articles in which Korean authors participated was 8.0% of the total. The proportion of papers with more than 1,000 co-authors per paper was 28.7% of the total. The results of this analysis proved that Korean researchers were actively collaborating in the HEP global network. From the results of the network analysis to understand the cooperative relationship centered on the affiliated organization, the cooperative network could be divided into three clusters: a cluster centered on S universities, a cluster centered on K research institutes that provided researchers a cooperative infrastructure with CERN, and a cluster centered on I research institute. Through the network analysis for research institutes and journals, it was found that JHEP, PRD, and PLB among academic journals were highly participating journals, and universities and researchers were also participating in the writing of open access papers. The results of this study can be used as a basic resource for understanding researchers and building a research information environment in libraries.

VE analysis is a method to secure definite functions and performance by defining user's various requirements clearly and propose alternatives to reduce cost. However, the present domestic VE project has difficulty in defining design function analysis clearly due to time constraints as well as difficulty in effective and efficient communication between project stakeholder. Domestic results of VE were largely focused on reducing cost while maintaining the functions of the existing facility. Therefore, this study aims to secure the optimal functions for users according to the original intent of user requirements through QFD-VE model which project VE participants can make collective and cooperative decision making. QFD-VE is a technique that first, it can make collaborative decision making in defining and modifying of design function and setting the importance of requirement function. Second, it allow project VE participants to check design interference and conflict between neighbor systems. This study also provided a mathematical model for implementing the computer system using QFD-VE in the future.

This study intends to present essential models for collaborative learning in e-learning environment as well as to analyze learning behavior elements appearing in collaborative learning activities. In order to achieve goal of the study, the researchers analyzed existing cooperative learning models for face-to-face classroom, collaborative activity models based on instructional theory, and the structures and activities elements of learning community and collaborative activity models focusing on e-learning environment. As a result of the study, the researchers produced a generalizable collaborative learning model for e-learning which include general collaborative learning model, and further analyzed specific learning behaviors performed by learners while they proceed in this model based learning processes. The adequacy of this model and reliability of learning behavior elements were tested through experts' review meetings. The research result, suggesting generalizable collaborative learning model as well as learning behaviors elements which might occur within e-learning based collaborative learning, might work as a foundational model for software infrastructure and e-learning solution business. Moreover, its value might be maximized if its being used for enhancing learning content interoperability and reuse as well as for establishing international standardization for collaborative technology.

ICT technology development has led to a breakthrough change in government decision making by improving mutual communication between various stakeholders. The formation of ICT-based cooperation network between public organizations and civic tech developers to solve the problem of masks in the COVID-19 pandemic serves as a milestone. The purpose of this study is to examine the properties of e-Governance and analyze the dynamic network structure of the communication process for chat rooms created during the development of public mask apps. First, as a result of the analysis, the possibility of online-based e-Governance can be identified. In addition, the combination of expertise to solve social problems interacted organically within the network. Emotional communication for cooperation between key actors was marked as important for the successful operation of the network.

Making efforts to break down the barriers between the intra-company departments as well as cooperating with external partners can become the driving force to create a successful innovation in the new product development (NPD) process. This study deals with how the key factors of collaborative innovation success are working in the process of NPD collaboration. Using case analysis of the NPD process, where a large retailer and small and medium-sized suppliers cooperate, we found that the small and medium-sized suppliers achieved greater 'short-term' performances in the collaboration than the large firm, although the long-term performance is not clear. Among the six antecedents of innovation success, relationship-specific investment played a critical role in motivating the supplier's participation in the NPD process. Adopting a 'closed' network in which the two suppliers interact directly with each other and create new knowledge for the NPD process played an important role in producing a quality product in a reduced development time. Unlike previous studies about the retailer-supplier cooperation for NPD in the food industry suggesting that position differences cause communication problems which is a major obstacle to the NPD success. This study suggests that large retailer's initiative role is a critical success factor in the NPD by the cooperation between small and medium-sized suppliers and large retailers.

This study aims to determine the association structure of the behavioral relationship variables, such as trust, commitment, cooperation, communication and coercive power, in the relationship between the buyers and suppliers of industrial parts. It also investigates the impact of the use of IT technologies on the relationships quality. Data was collected from 216 part suppliers of machinery, electronics and automobiles located in Incheon. Data supported all of the proposed hypotheses. First, it was confirmed that parts suppliers' trust in buyers leads to the commitment into relationships with buyers. Second, cooperation and communication showed a positive influence on parts suppliers' trust in buyers, and coercive power gave a negative influence on trust. Third, the use of IT technologies like Internet and E-Mail between parts suppliers and buyers was verified to have generally a positive influence on the quality of relationships. At the same time, cooperation and communication were confirmed to have a positive influence on each other, and cooperation and coercive power as well as communication and coercive power were confirmed to have negative influence on each other. This study is a pioneering attempt to examine the relationships between suppliers and buyers of industrial parts, and the influence IT technologies on the relationship quality. Also, the findings will be practically much helpful to find how to reinforce the relationships between parts suppliers and buyers.

바이링걸의 인지증고령자와의 보다 유효한 커뮤니케이션의 가능성의 검토를 목적으로, 이문화를 배려한 모국어에 의한 개인 회상법을 이용한 회화를 실시했다. 회화는, 재일 코리안의 문화를 배려한 특별 양호 노인홈에 입주중이며 중도의 인지증 바이링걸 고령자 4명(모두 여성, 평균 88세)의 협력하에 실시했다. 모국어와 일본어의 장면에서, 개인 회상법에 의한 회화 내용과 감정 표출에 차이가 발생하는가의 관점에서 양 회화장면의 비교 분석을 실시했다. 그 결과, 중증의 인지증고령자라고해도 바이링걸의 특징인 자연스러운 코드 스위칭(Code-Switching;CS)가 관찰되었다. 즉, 과거의 학습이나 경험에 의해 축적된 모국의 언어 형식을 사용하는 기능이 잔존 능력으로서 잠재하고있는 것이 밝혀졌다. 덧붙여 ERiC 감정 반응 평가 척도를 이용해 관찰한 결과, 일본어의 장면보다 모국어의 장면에 대해 긍정적 감정의 풍부함이 관찰되었다. 이상으로, 바이링걸의 재일 코리안 인지증고령자 1세와 모국어를 이용한 회상법에 의한 회화는, 바이링걸의 특징을 기초로한 하나의 유효한 어프로치라고 생각된다.
