In this study, we aimed to understand research trends of domestic artificial intelligence research. To achieve the goal, we applied network analysis and dynamic topic modeling to domestic research papers on artificial intelligence. Among the papers that have been indexed in KCI (Korean Journal of Citation Index) by 2020, metadata and abstracts of 2,552 papers where the titles or indexed keywords include 'artificial intelligence' both in Korean and English were collected. Keyword, affiliation, subject field, and abstract were extracted and preprocessed for further analyses. We identified main keywords in the field by analyzing keyword co-occurrence networks as well as the degree and characteristics of research collaboration between domestic and foreign institutions and between industry and university by analyzing institutional collaboration networks. Dynamic topic modeling was performed on 1845 abstracts written in Korean, and 13 topics were obtained from the labeling process. This study broadens the understanding of domestic artificial intelligence research by identifying research trends through dynamic topic modeling from abstracts as well as the degree and characteristics of research collaboration through institutional collaboration networks from author affiliation information. In addition, the results of this study can be used by governmental institutions for making policies in accordance with artificial intelligence era.

In recent years, due to the economic growth of the Northeast Asia, the trading relationship among the Asian countries becomes more active, and the mutual level of dependence is increasing. As the general market, the Northeast Asia pursue a function of market and economic activities among the Northeast Asia become more active consistently. It is important that Korea strengthened logistics network connection systems with China and Japan are improving the logistics facilities and expanding the transport network steadily. In order for Korea to improve as a logistics position, Korea needs to build various and efficient multimodal transport system and sets up a position as a major efficient logistics network center. Therefore, this paper intended to analyze transport cost and time of Korea-China-Japan logistics network and suggest a competitive multimodal transport with the maritime transport and new multimodal transport systems by comparing scenarios.

Solutions to improve collaborative energy-saving programs were developed as follow; First, the scoring for the selection of the programs between KEMCO and the NGOs' Energy Network needs to be adjusted. Second, solutions were proposed to diversify the network selected to participate in programs and to tighten the network among the participating citizens. Third, improving the compatibility with the targets that are set for the program and raising the program budget was proposed. Fourth, ideas to introduce the final evaluation guidelines for the programs by the network, to improve the convenience of the program procedures. Fifth, developing a manual to inspect energy-saving measures in households, counseling for at-home energy-saving behaviors, sharing search programs such as financial support and home repair, introducing a program energy-saving APPs.

In Korea, natural disasters such as earthquakes and floods continue to occur, but it is difficult to respond and provide relief effectively and promptly. Due to the Circulation Position and administrative characteristics, soft and physical systems for basic disasters, such as private cooperation and disaster response bases, have not yet been built organically. This is mainly due to the job rotation of the responsible persons and bureaucratic problems limiting cooperation between the public and private sectors. Japan is responding to disasters through a mutual cooperation network between the public and private sectors (NGOs), but in Korea the public sector still manages disasters entirely by itself. However, in modern society, the ability of the public sector to effectively manage disasters is limited due to the large number of natural disasters and their wide-ranging consequences. This situation makes it difficult to respond quickly and effectively to the various crises that arise. In this paper, we review the disaster response bases in the cases of Japan and the United States, and propose the establishment of a disaster response base system that supports disaster countermeasures together with a cooperative network incorporating the private and business sectors.

As the importance and the need for network security is increased, many organization uses the various security systems. They enable to construct the consistent integrated security environment by sharing the vulnerable information among firewall, intrusion detection system, and vulnerable scanner. We construct the integrated security simulation environment that can be used by some security system model. In this paper, we have designed and constructed the general simulation environment of network security model composed of multiple IDSs agent and a firewall agent which coordinate by CNP (Contract Net Protocol). The CNP, the methodology for efficient integration of computer systems on heterogeneous environment such as distributed systems, is essentially a collection of agents, which cooperate to resolve a problem. We compare the selection algorithm in the CPN with the Fuzzy Controller for the effective method to select the agents.

본 고는 우리나라 정보통신산업에 있어서 정부사용목적의 연구개발투자를 제외한 국가지원 연구개발투자에 따른 기술의 상용화 전략특성에 관해 연구한 논문이다. 연구의 주요내용을 보면 기술상용화에 관한 기존연구 결과에 대한 분석을 통하여 기술상용화에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 도출하였으며, 사용화 프로세스모형에 대한 프레임워크를 제시하였다. 나아가 상용화 영향요인과 사용화 전략과의 관계, 상용화 성과와 영향요인과의 관계에 관한 연구모형을 설정하였으며, 정보통신 개발기술의 상용화 경험을 가지고 있는 기업을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통하여 실증분석을 하였다. 본 연구의 분석에 사용된 설문지는 전체 상용화 건수 중에서 상용화 경험이 있는 기업이 대표적인 기술을 대상으로 조사되었다. 이러한 분석의 결과를 기반으로 정보통신 기술상용화의 촉진을 위한 효율적인 정책도출을 위한 다음의 대안을 제시하였다. 상용화를 촉진하기 위해서는 산학연간의 협력관계, 기술상용화 인프라의 구축, 정부의 상용화 프로그램에 대한 올바른 정보의 제공, 상용화 네트워크의 구축, 신기술/제품에 대한 초기 시장보호 및 침투 지원 등이 이루어져야 하겠다.

한림 심포지움의 개최 목적은 국내의 일차 유전자원인 자연상태의 동물, 식물, 미생물의 현지내외 보전과 이차 유전자원인 수정란, 인위적 변이종, knockout mutant, 형질전환 생물 등의 보전을 포괄적이고, 체계적이며, 장기적으로 관장하기 위하여 관련 DB를 정보화, 네트워크화함으로써 생물자원의 산업적 이용을 촉진할 수 있는 마스터플랜을 세우고, 국내 생물자원의 발굴, 보존, 분양, 연구, 산업적 이용 등을 체계적이고 효율적으로 진행하기 위한 생물다양성DB 및 네트워크 구축, 부처간 역할 분담과 협력체계 수립, 국가차원의 관련 정보의관리 및 이용체계를 확립하기 위한 중장기적이고 포괄적인 전략을 확립하기 위함이었다.

정보보호 인증기술 연구센터는 초경량 저비용의 인증 원천 기술 개발, 통합 인증 시스템 개발, 정보가전 네트워크에서의 인증기술 개발 등 정보보호를 위한 인증기술을 개발하기 위하여 연구 개발을 진행해왔다. 또한, 공통평가기준(CC, Common criteria) 및 CMVP(Cryptographic module verification program)와 같은 보안성 평가에 관한 많은 연구 및 과제수행을 진행하였다. 특히 본 연구센터는 대학기관 중 국내 최초로 정보보호제품에 대한 CC인증 자문을 수행하였으며, 센터에 소속된 연구원들이 대학원생 최초로 수습 평가자 자격증을 취득하였다. 또한 2008년에는 지문인식 시스템 보호프로파일, 개방형 스마트카드 플랫폼 보호파일 등 총 6종의 보호프로파일을 개발하였다. 마지막으로 센터는 우수한 정보보호인력 양성을 목표로 다양한 지원 및 제도를 운영하였다. 그 결과 다수의 우수 연구논문 발표, 국내외 특허 출원 및 등록, 기술이전 및 우수인력 배출 등 당초 목표 이상의 실적으로 달성하였다. 향후 정보보호 인증기술 연구센터는 지금까지 구축된 인증기술 및 보안기술과 산학협력 네트워크 등을 기반으로 우리나라가 인증기술 및 정보보호 산업의 강국으로 자리잡는데 지속적으로 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

This paper describes methods on effective design and positive usability that accompanied the development of cooperative digital library project to be comprised of 7 university in north area. In order to accomplish this object I want to suggest that the nation must assist positively the development for an cooperative digital library model.

국제 무역에 있어 한 중 일 삼국은 동아시아에서 차지하고 있는 비중이 클 뿐만 아니라, 전 세계 컨테이너 물동량의 30% 이상을 차지하며 세계 물류 흐름에서 큰 역할을 차지하고 있다. 하지만 각국의 물류 정보시스템이 각각 다르고, 관리 체제나 연계 방안이 마련되어 있지 않아 정보 연계 시 많은 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 한 중 일 삼국은 정보를 공유하고 관리할 수 있도록 동북아 물류정보 서비스 네트워크(이하 NEAL-NET) 구축 사업을 진행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 NEAL-NET 프로젝트의 진행 사항과 의의를 살펴보고, 추후 국제 물류정보 공유 협력을 위한 표준화 방안에 대해 연구하였다.
