This study aims to provide answers to two questions regarding the supervision of pre-service mathematics teachers: 'Who should carry out the work of supervision?' and 'How can it most skillfully be done?' The answer to the first question seems to be that, for a variety of reasons, university teachers and mentors appear best suited to do the supervision in a cooperative relationship with pre-service teachers. The assumption that seems to underlie the collaborative supervision is that field-based experiences are necessary and useful components of professional development in pre-service teacher preparation programs. With respect to the second question, it is suggested that a non-judgemental approach should be considered, along with strategies and techniques for judgemental supervision, as a way to make math teacher supervision more meaningful and helpful for the improvement of teaching and long-term professional development. It is hoped that a continued exploration of models of teacher supervision and evaluation of their effectiveness will help pre-service math teachers, supervisors and mentors learn more about teaching and improve their own teaching.

The nature of supervision is to improve the quality of school education by assisting the teaching activities of teachers and development of a learning community. The school library should be considered a classroom, and should offer library-assisted instruction and information literacy through collaboration between the teacher librarian and subject teachers. Therefore, it should be under the systematic and settled supervision of school library experts. However, analysis shows school library-related divisions have carried out administrative supports in the 16 city and provincial education offices. It is necessary to seek a new supervision system in order to develop and support the education of teacher librarians and the educational value of school libraries. This study suggests The Reading and Library Section which integrates reading in school and public libraries as an independent division in municipal and provincial offices of education.

학교 교육과정에서 도서관 교육은 학습 내용과 학습 방법 측면에서 방법적 지식과 사고 능력으로서의 성격을 갖는다. 즉 새로운 지식의 생산에 필요한 범교과적 학습 능력으로서의 위상을 갖는다. 문제는 이러한 성격이 교과 교육 과정은 물론 학생 일상생활과의 부단한 연계를 통해서 구현된다는 점이다. 즉 학교도서관 교육의 성공을 위해서는 학교 공동체 내에 학교 도서관 중심의 교육 공동체 구성이 필요하다. 학교도서관 정보화와 순회 사서를 포함한 비정규직 자원 봉사자 확산, 다양한 형태의 업무 대행 서비스 그리고 담당교사의 도서관 운영 연수 확대 속에서 자료 조직과 운영의 일부분은 영역 보편성을 띤지 오래되었다. 따라서 학교도서관 중심의 교육 공동체 구성은 도서관 활용수업으로 대표되는 교과의 자원기반학습과의 연계성에 기반을 두고 발전하는 추세이다. 본고에서는 필자가 개발 책임자로 참여하여 2010년 교육과학기술부와 대구광역시교육청이 공동으로 일선 학교에 보급한 사서교사와 교과교사의 협동수업용 장학 자료집의 주요 내용과 활성화 방안을 살펴보고자 한다.

The purpose of this article is to suggest using cooperative microteaching in pre-service mathematics teachers education based on their perceptions of it after actual application case. The background of this study is that cooperative learning came into the highlight as a good method to cultivate teachers' competencies for creativity and character education as well as students' creativity and character in the mathematics classroom. 20 pre-service mathematics teachers participated in their cooperative microteaching and 16 of them responded to the survey. The collected data showed that the merits of cooperative microteaching are to ease the burden of preparing for class, to discuss how to teach mathematics, to debate what lesson is better, to receive valuable feedback form their peer, and so on. Also, it provided them with the chance for self-improvement in that they kept to make up for the week points in their teaching behavior. Meanwhile, they wanted longer time to experience their teaching and their own lesson.

인쇄문화역사관이 리뉴얼공사를 마치고 명실상부하게 인쇄문화를 상징하는 공간으로 새롭게 태어났다. 대한인쇄문화협회(회장 김남수)는 최근 2개월여에 걸친 냉난방설비 교체 공사와 인쇄문화역사관 이전 공사를 마치고 이전개관식을 가졌다. 1차로 거행된 이전개관식에는 대한 인쇄정보산업협동조합연합회 이충원 회장, 대한인쇄문화협회 홍우동 명예회장, 민재기 전회장, 허철종 전회장이 참석한 가운데 테이프 커팅식에 이어 인협 유창준 전무가 새롭게 리뉴얼된 회관을 소개하는 순서로 진행되었다. 한편, 2차로 거행된 회관 이전개관식에는 김남수 회장을 비롯, 민창준 부회장, 김국 부회장, 이순석 부회장, 이광재 이사, 신병태 감사, 김영철 장학위원장, 리우식 미디어정책위원장, 이국홍 국제경쟁력강화위원장이 참석했다. 김남수 회장은 인쇄문화역사관의 이전개관를 맞아 "인쇄문화산업의 중심인 인쇄문화회관을 출입할 때마다 명성에 비해 2% 부족하다는 생각을 하곤 했다"며 "100% 만족할 수는 없다고 하더라도 인쇄문화의 메카에 걸맞은 위상을 갖추게 된 것을 기쁘게 생각하며, 앞으로 인쇄업계 종사자들의 자부심을 고취시켜 주는 공간으로서 자리매김하게 될 것"이라고 말했다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that hinder the role recognition and role performance of teacher librarians and suggest some improvement methods. For this purpose, a questionnaire was conducted among 41 persons who participated in the first-level qualification training for teachers librarians at K University Secondary Teacher Training Institute in 2019.The results showed that there was a difference between the expected role and the execution role of the teacher librarians. In other words, teacher librarians recognize that they should teach information literacy as instructors and operate library-based instruction and cooperative classes as teaching partners. However, the most frequently played roles are reading education and library use education. They recognizes the cause as institutional limitations, such as the absence of a national level curriculum and the ambiguity of the role of specialists in school libraries. And it is perceived as a real problem such as the lack of partnership and recognition of their peers. Among the variables of teacher librarians, the higher their educational level, the more they perceived their peers as teachers. Based on this, some suggestions for strengthening the role of the teacher librarians' instructor and teaching partner were proposed in terms of including cross-curricular subjects of information literacy education, analyzing jobs and establishing scholarship system for school libraries.

목포대학교 교내 장학금 제도인 MNU핵심역량포인트의 문제점을 설문을 통하여 확인한 결과, 취득조건, 공지 가시성 부족, 20대의 행사참여율 저조, 실용성의 부족과 같은 총 4가지 문제점을 분석하였다. 이러한 문제점은 사용자 친화적인 UI 제공 및 무결성과 보안성 제공을 통하여 해결할 수 있으며, 본 논문에서는 무결성과 보안성을 제공하기 위하여 블록체인을 사용하였다. 대학생들의 지역방문을 활성화하기 위하여, 지역의 특정한 장소를 대상으로 미션을 수행하는 기능을 제안하였으며, React-Native와 연동하여 객체 인식하기 위하여, YOLO와 OpenCV를 활용함으로써 미션 수행 결과를 확인한다. 제안하는 방안 및 미션 기능을 통하여, 대학생들의 지역행사 및 교내 행사 참여율이 높아질 것으로 기대되며, 전국 대학교의 장학금제도가 발전할 것으로 사료된다.

The aim of this study is to analyze the effect and limitation of teacher librarians' self-reported appraisals and suggest it's activation plans about school library based instruction (SLBI). According to results of analyses, the SLBI begin with subject teachers' demand for learning materials and teacher librarians play their educational role in Information search & access and representation & synthesis of information during the instruction. Compared with previous studies, the limitations of SLBI we can see in this study are restricted role of teacher librarians, exclusive attitude and antipathy to classroom opening of subject teachers under the SLBI. The bars of promoting the SLBI are also the difficulty of collaborative working with several same subject teachers and subject classroom system. The ways of activating the SLBI suggested in their self-reported appraisals are building intimacy with subject teachers and participating actively curriculum council, peer-supervision and demonstration classes.

The purpose of this study is to examine differences between nursery teachers and kindergarten teachers in their perception on key elements of effective interactions and enhanced teaching competence. The subject of the study were 143 early childhood teachers in the Y region of Gyeonggi-do. The collected data was processed through frequency and percentage. For difference test, ${\chi}^2$ tests were conducted. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, both nursery teachers and kindergarten teachers perceived that listening and playing were the most important factors in effective interactions between young children and teachers. However, nursery teachers perceived the interaction through skin-ship and complimenting to be more important whereas kindergarten teachers perceived questioning and complimenting as necessary. For the teaching criteria, nursery teachers put more weights on playing while kindergarten teachers focus more on explaining and coorperating. In addition, about evaluation methods, nursery teachers perceived self-evaluation as important, whereas kindergarten teachers perceived observation notes as important. Second, about the elements to strengthen teaching competence, nursery teachers perceived that observation records should be utilized for understanding interest or desire. They also believe that development analysis and teaching methods should be improved through systematical teaching plan and evaluation and that enhancement of teaching material and education are necessary. In contrast, kindergarten teachers perceived that observation records should be utilized for teaching plan and development analysis and teaching methods should be improved through participating in the meetings related to career and education. They believe that providing a prize money through supervising evaluation is necessary.
