13억의 인구와 370만 평방마일의 영토를 가진 중국은 공산주의 경제체제에서 자본주의 경제체제를 도입하여 시장개방, 자유경쟁 경제방식으로 전환함에 따라서 급격한 경제성장을 이루어 국제통화기금(IMF)의 1993년 보고에 의하여 국내총생산액(GDP)가 1조 6천억$로 미국, 일본에 이어 세계 3위의 경제 성장을 이루어 경제강대국으로 부상하고 있고 아울러, 무한히 넓은 땅덩어리와 천연 및 인적자원을 기초로 한 앞으로의 성장잠재력이 크게 기대되어 미국, 일본을 비롯한 선진국이 중국에 대한 투자를 다방면으로 검토하기 시작했고 생명공학분야도 예외없이, 연구분야에는 포장시험, 임상시험 등 실용화 연구에 중국측 강점을 이용한 협동연구, 중국정부 자체가 상업화 가능성이 높다고 판단하는 Torch High Technology Development Center에의 외국기업이나 연구소의 참여 등으로 확대되고 있다. 산업계는 벤쳐 케피탈의 활성화를 통한 첨단기술에 대한 투자를 적극적으로 실시하는 한편, 제약 및 생명공학분야의 합작투자를 통해서 외국의 기술, 장비, 자본 및 노하우를 도입하고 있다. 우리나라는 여러 산업 분야에서 대중국 투자 또는 협력이 활발히 이루어지고 있지만, 생명공학 분야는 그렇지 못한 것 같다. 연구개발의 국제경쟁력은 우리나라의 자체 연구개발도 중요하지만, 아울러, 외국에 대한 연구 동향을 파악함과 가능한 분야에 대한 투자와 협력을 통한 공동관심과제의 도출은 중요한 의미를 갖는다.

자판기 표준약관이 개정된다. 그간 공정거래위원회 약관제도과와 우리 협회에서는 자판기 거래 분쟁 최소화를 위해 기존 약관을 개정키고 합의하고 새로운 표준약관 마련 직업을 진행해 왔다. 새로운 약관을 준비하며 상호간 쟁점이 되는 사항들이 있었지만 절충에 절충을 거쳐 개정안을 도출해 냈다. 이번에 마련된 표준약관 개정안은 그간 자판기 부실판매의 주된 사례로 작용했던 임대를 전제로 한 기망판매 행위, 수익성 보장을 전제로 반품을 할 수 있도록 유인하여 판매하는 행위 등을 금지될 수 있도록 계약해제 요건을 구체화했다. 또한 구매자가 자판기 구입 후 3개월 이내에는 일정 손율을 지불하고 임의해지를 할 수 있도록 했다. 자판기 구매자 보호 요건들을 강화했음은 물론 거래관계를 명확히 해 상호 분쟁의 요소를 최소화한 것이 특징이다. 이 같은 내용을 골자로 하는 자판기 표준안은 공정거래 위원회 약관 심사 자문회의를 거쳐 1차 승인이 났고, 마지막으로 심의 위원회 최종승인만을 남겨놓고 있다. 하지만 자판기 유통시장 정화에 대한 강력한 의지를 반영한 개정안이기 때문에 별다른 수정 없이 승인이 날 것으로 보여 진다. 이럴 경우 자판 산업계에서는 다가오는 2006년부터는 새로운 약관을 사용할 수 있게 된다. 금호에서는 새롭게 개정되는 자판기 표준 약관의 세부내용을 살펴보고, 자판기 산업계가 어떻게 이를 받아들여야 할지를 살펴봤다.

지난 10월 25일자 동아일보 B7면. 대문짝만한 전면광고로 대승인터컴의 '얼짱' 디지털 포토샵 프랜차이즈 사업이 소개되었다. 처음 이 광고를 본 사람들은 "와! 자판기 사업 아이템도 전면 광고를 하내"라며 놀랠 만도 하다. 하지만 대승인터컴에게는 이같은 전면광고를 통한 사업 마케팅은 흔한 일이다. 작년부터 국내 4대신문을 통한 전면광고를 수시로 진행하며 적극적인 광고 마케팅 투자를 아끼지 않고 있다. 프랜차이즈 사업 개시 2년여가 되는 현재까지 적극적인 광고 마케팅 투자를 한다는 사실은 그만큼 사업이 잘 추진되고 있다는 얘기이다. 부침이 심한 대개의 프랜차이즈 사업과 달리 '얼짱' 프랜차이즈 사업은 성공적으로 자리매김하고 있을 뿐더러 아직도 많은 시장개척의 여지를 남겨 놓고 있다. 자판기를 이용한 프랜차이즈 사업의 새로운 성공사계를 제시하고 있는 '얼짱'의 쾌속 질주 비결을 파헤쳐 봤다.

우리의 속담에 이런 말이 있다. `사람은 즐거울 때는 부인을 찾지만 어려울땐 어머니를 찾는다` 어머니는 마음의 고향이기 때문에(사실은 우리 모두가 10개월간 살았던 본향이기도 하다) 어려울 때일수록 어머니가 그리워지는가 보다. 양계산업이 불안하고 경영도 점차 어려워지고 있다. 20년전의 양계를 그리워하고(그 때 양계인들의 뜨거운 협동정신을 말함). 업계발전을 위한 어떠한 전기가 오기를 바라고 있다. 우리나라의 양계산업 발전사를 보면 크게 20년을 주기로 새로운 장으로 바뀌어 발전해 왔다. 일제하의 양계에서 광복후 60년대 중반까지와 60년대 중반 이후 오늘날까지의 20년간의 근대양계산업으로의 발전 등이며, 이제 다시 계산물(계란, 닭고기)의 수입개방을 앞두고 국내 양계산업의 재정비 등 새로운 변화기를 맞아 불안해 하고 있다. 축산경영학회와 축산학회가 잇따라 양계산업의 안정화방안에 대한 심포지움을 개최하고 있어 변환기의 양계산업에 대처하려는 몸부림으로 보여진다. 이에 본지는 60년대 중반기 이후 장안양계친목회에서 가금연구회와 한국가금협회의 산파역으로 실질적으로 우리나라 양계산업의 근대화를 이끌어온 오봉국교수를 만나 보았다.

이 연구는 기록물관리와 정보공개 간의 연관성과 관련된 규정을 파악하는데 있다. 이를 위해 특별시 광역시 도의 지자체 정보공개와 관련된 89개의 자치법규를 분석하였다. 조사결과 자치법규의 조항요소 측면에서 '정보공개심의회'와 '행정정보의 공표'가 가장 많이 규정되었으며, '다른 법률과의 관계'에서는 정보공개의 비대상이 되는 정보만 나타났다. 기록관의 역할에 대해서는 '총괄부서(전담부서)의 명확한 표기의 필요성'과 '기록관 업무의 구분 필요성'이 기술되었다. 업무 협업에서는 '처리과'와 '기록관'의 정보(기록물)를 구분하고 있으며, 이에 대한 협력체계를 나타내었다.

Team-Based Learning can play an important role in gifted education, because that improve decision making, coordination and problem-solving ability through shapely team activity. So, when a program that founded on Team-Based Learning applied to gifted students, investigated the improved effects of creative problem solving ability. Developed programs consisted of total 10 times and were conducted the lesson for 13student (male 3, female 10) of 4, 5th grade gifted students class in S elementary school, Sancheong-gun. The improved effects of creative problem solving ability were selected as the self-checking tool of creative problem-solving ability. Due to a small number of students, nonparametric test has done with the results of before and after, it showed significantly improvements in significance level of 5%. In particular, there was a significant improvement in the field of divergent thinking, critical logical thinking. Therefore, the programs based on Team-Based Learning are effective for enhance creative problem solving ability of gifted students, they will be used widely in the classroom to require creative problem solving ability or the acquisition of knowledge of gifted students.

Contemporary Christian educators emphasize that the student has to become not a passive beneficiaries of knowledge, but an active subject for self-directed learner to pursue a Bible training. In addition, learning environments need to be converted into a learning place in which students can learn the principles of the Word, taste its meaning, and apply them into the scene in their lives. This study is to investigate new possibilities of self-directed volunteer camp, developing it as an alternative program for summer retreat and evaluating its effectiveness. According to qualitative research findings. self-directed volunteer camp provide for the youth students to develop their leadership as well as their faith. Especially, the higher effect of self-directed volunteer camp was found on program satisfaction, promoting cooperation through real problem-solving, and internalizing of the faith. Therefore, self-directed volunteer camp for vacation Bible church programs can be expected as an alternative teaching method for church education in the 21st century.

Recently, research using robots as a learning tool has increasingly been conducted in K-12 education area. It has been known that hands-on robots give positive educational effect not only on science and mathematics, but on STEAM activity, and help improve the abilities necessary in the 21 century, such as critical thinking, creativity, communication skills, and team work. Despite many research achievements, there is still few research on robot based curriculum to improve the instrumental application of robots in the primary and secondary education fields. In other words, there is a lack of studies of systematic educational contents, educational methods and educational evaluation to increase the instrumental application according to schools and class years. Therefore, this study analyzed domestic and foreign robot based curriculums and relevant cases to develop 'robot' related educational programs in primary school and middle school, suggested the achievement objectives in the robot area as a sub category of the computer science curriculum which will be revised, and proposed teaching-learning method and evaluation method.

The purpose of this study is to review articles related to disaster training for nursing students and nurses by investigating the contents and effects of research. Electronic databases, including CINAHL, Pubmed and RISS were searched. Papers published only in English or Korean were included. Twelve studies were selected from the 3,588 references screened. Most training programs took less than 8 hours, focusing mostly on the response phase of disaster. Intervention methods included simulation, debriefing, action learning, role play, problem based learning and so on. It was found that disaster training programs have significant positive effects on disaster management competency, disaster knowledge, disaster nursing related self-confidence, and disaster response competency. It was also revealed that multidisciplinary practice would help learners enhance cooperation and collaboration with other team members and foster a positive professional identity. Among the selected articles, the randomized controlled trial(RCT) study was just one. Therefore, RCTs are further needed to verify the effects of such an disaster training. Also, further studies considering the characteristics of department and nursing interventions based on all phases of disaster are needed.

About 500 Bizcool High School will be designated by the year of 2017. The policy of designating Bizcool will promote startup club activity among Bizcool high school Student. In particular, the startup club activities will help Bizcool high school student fixing their career path after graduation by enhancing their creativity, leadership, team spirit, and problem solving ability through understanding the concept of entrepreneurship and embodying the startup process taking real startup experience. Hence, this paper set and test hypothesis of assuming the differences with respect to entrepreneurship will and maturing career path whether they have startup club activity as presenting Bizcool high school or not. The empirical test have bee done over 274 Bizcool high school students. The result have shown that significant level of differences(Determinants and Confidence) are found between the group of having startup club activity and those of not having.
