In this paper, we introduce our experience of the design and implementation of mobile collaboration system(MCS) that support people using mobile devices to participate in cooperative session. There are considerable differences between desktop PC and mobile devices like PDA in processing ability, resolution of display and color degree. In the case of mobile devices, they use different processors and different operating system and they have even differences in ability of executing application. The mobile collaborative system based on T.120 protocol of ITU-T standard compromised of mobile collaboration server, mobile collaboration client, session node and application. We also define the session node in desktop PC in which session control block and communication block runs. This node provide functions of session control block and communication block to mobile collaboration clients and so lighten load of clients. The mobile collaboration server provides information of candidates for session node, session and user to mobile collaboration client. And this server support clients to configure their own session node and manage sessions. Only the mobile collaboration client module and applications including APE are executed in a mobile device when user using mobile devices would like to participate in cooperative session. We implemented mobile collaboration client and applications with JAVA to support platform independency.

This study intends to suggest the cooperative, win-win collaboration, as methods for settling disputes with the existing self-employed people over back-street business areas and disputes and conflicts between a franchiser and franchisees. In addition, it intends to analyze the Dunkin' Donuts purchasing cooperative in the US, where the franchising industry has been well developed; and to find the implications of cooperation strategies between Dunkin' Donuts and its franchisees that may be helpful for the South Korea's franchising industry. This study tries to discover a new model of the Korean-style franchise cooperative out of the basic principles and practice guidelines of cooperatives ranging from an early American franchise cooperative in 1955 to ARCOP, KFC, and Dunkin' Doughnuts in the late 1970s. Further, it looks into successful programs of a purchasing cooperative at Dunkin' Donuts such as TDP (Total Distribution Program), SFP (Shortening Futures Program) and DCP (Distribution Commitment Program). The case of the US Dunkin' Donuts, which operates the purchasing cooperative, suggests the following for the improvement of franchisees' profitability. First, relations of cooperation rather than of power are necessary between a franchiser and franchisees. Second, mutual solidarity of franchisees is necessary. Third, problems proper to the Korean franchise system should be improved. Fourth, an entrepreneurial spirit of going together rather than going fast is required. Fifth, complete satisfaction management is required. Considering different system environments between the two countries such as quantitative expansion within a short franchising history of 30 years or so and franchise profit models, there is a limit to generalizing down to a successful model of the win-win partnership cooperative. It is hoped that the sustainable management of the domestic franchising industry will be promoted in the future through the in-depth analysis of successful cooperatives.

본 연구는 인지적 학습효과가 높아지고 자아 존중감과 협동심을 키울 수 있는 JigsawIII모형을 ICT 소양교육에 적용하는 방안에 대한 연구이다. JigsawIII를 토대로 ICT 소양교육의 이론과 기능분야를 학습하도록 학습환경과 학습절차를 구성하고 실제 현장에 적용하여 실험집단에 JigsawIII 모형을 실시하고, 통제집단에 전통학습방법을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과 이론 학습에서는 실험집단과 통제집단의 학습효과가 비슷하였으나, 기능학습에서는 JigsawIII를 적용한 실험집단이 평균점수의 검증결과가 더 높게 나타났으며, 통계적으로도 p<.05 수준에서 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. ICT 소양교육이 실생활에서 응용할 수 있는 ICT 지식을 익히고 능동적으로 활용하도록 하는 것에 그 목적이 있으므로 JigsawIII모형 ICT 교육에 활용한다면 긍정적인 교육적 효과를 이루어낼 수 있을 것이다.

영재교육이 우리나라의 미래를 좌우한다는 생각은 이제 매우 설득력을 얻고 있지만 구체적인 학습자료와 이론이 여전히 부족한 상태이다(1999,김주봉). 수학 캠프의 활동에 관한 교육 프로그램은 더욱더 찾아보기 힘들다. 대구광역시 동부교육청 시범영재학급에서는 03년 1월 9일부터 11일까지 2박3일간 동부 계명대학교 자연과학부 백은관에서 영재캠프를 개최하였다. 이번 캠프는 주제탐구중심의 캠프로서 협동심과 창의력중심으로 전국 최초로 이루어졌고, 4학년 22명, 5학년 21명, 6학년 24명 총 67명과 담당장학사1명, 진행도우미 8명, 운영교수진 8명, 체험학습 강사10명 총94명이 참가하였다. 프로그램은 영재교육의 전문가인 교수와 초 중등 현직교사들에 의하여 운영되었고, 프로그램 계획 수립 및 진행총괄은 담당장학사와 본 연구자가 진행하였다. 학생들의 수준의 차이가 적지 않는 데다가 본 연구자는 4개월 동안 캠프를 준비하여 학생들로부터 캠프에 대한 소감을 통하여 결과가 긍정적인 내용이 많아서 매우 성공적인 캠프가 이루어 졌다고 생각한다. 본 고에서는 캠프일정과 운영. 교육프로그램, 주제탐구물 결과에 대하여 살펴볼 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze scientific attitude and its components in the general remarks and in the particulars of one government-designated and seven authorized elementary school science teacher's guides for the 3rd~4th grades which were developed according to the 2015 national science curriculum, and to derive implications for future development of teacher's guide. The results of the study are as follows: First, in their general remarks, five of eight teacher's guides (62.5%) give a very brief explanation on the components of scientific attitude, and the remaining three teacher's guides give a relatively detailed explanation on the components but they lack practical information on teaching and assessing of the components; Second, in the case of unit objective in the four units of the area of 'Earth and Universe', five of eight teacher's guides (62.5%) contain 3~4 components among 'curiosity', 'cooperation', 'objectivity', 'critical mindedness', or 'respect for evidence', and one of the remaining three teacher's guides contains only the component of 'curiosity', another guide doesn't have any component, and the other guide doesn't have unit objective itself; Third, in the case of unit assessment, only one of eight teacher's guide (12.5%) has independent unit assessment, includes several components of scientific attitude in the unit assessment, and is broadly consistent between the components of scientific attitude in unit objective and in unit assessment; Fourth, in case of lesson objective, three teacher's guide (37.5%) contain 3~4 components among 'curiosity', 'cooperation', 'objectivity' and 'critical mindedness', and the remaining five teacher's guide (62.5%) include only 'curiosity'; Fifth, in the case of lesson assessment, among eight teacher's guides, five (62.5%) evaluate 3~4 components of scientific attitudes, two (25.0%) evaluate only 'curiosity' and 'cooperation', and one (12.5%) does not evaluate anything.

The goal of this study was to investigate moisture sorption characteristics of Lactobacillus brevis-fermented sea tangle Saccharina japonica, Mekabu fucoidan, and these mixture powders. Moisture sorption isotherms of powders were determined at 37℃ using the static gravimetric technique in a water activity (aw) range of 0.11-0.93. Equilibrium moisture content (Xeq) values of the fermented sea tangle powder were almost 3 times when aw<0.7 and increased upto almost 4 times when aw<0.9 higher than mekabu fucoidan powder. In these reason, to improve strong hygroscopic nature of the fermented sea tangle powder, fermented sea tangle and mekabu fucoidan powders were dissolved as ratios of 7:3, 5:5, and 3:7 (w/w) in a distilled water and then freeze dried. Xeq values of mixture powders were around average value of sum of both powders at all aw ranges. All moisture sorption isotherms of powders exhibited typical J-shaped type III. Xeq of mixture powders increased with increasing aw and decreased as increasing proportion of mekabu fucoidan powder. The Peleg model was found to accurately describe moisture sorption isotherms of powders. The results can be used to understand hygroscopic nature of powders, improve shelf life, and retain quality across postharvest processing.

서울시인쇄정보산업협동조합(이사장 이충원)과 (재)서울인쇄센터는 서울특별시의 후원으로 일반인들에게 인쇄를 홍보하고, 인쇄문화인들 스스로의 자긍심을 고취시키기 위해 '제1회 서울인쇄대상 및 인쇄문화축제' 를 준비했다. 많은 인쇄인들이 '서울인쇄대상' 에 관해 관심을 가지고 있으나, 처음 열리는 행사이다 보니 낯선 것도 사실이다. 성공적인 인쇄대상행사 준비로 바쁜 나날을 보내고 있는 이충원 이사장을 만나 '제 1회 서울인쇄대상 및 인쇄문화축제' 에 대해 들었다.

골판지 포장산업은 내수산업 특성을 지닌 주문생산 산업으로 과당경쟁이 심한 저부가가치 산업으로 부피가 커 수요지 중심 분산분포형의 전형적인 중소기업형 산업이다. 특히 골판지 포장산업은 폐지를 95%이상 재활용하는 대표적인 친환경 소재산업이며 국내 종이 생산 최다지종(35%)으로 대표적 제지분야이다. 본고에서는 한국골판지포장공업협동조합이 올해 발표한 자료를 토대로 국내 경기 전망을 살펴보고 골판지 포장생산 현황과 시장동향 등에 대해 살펴보도록 한다.
