This study tried to anticipate the near future changes of domestic online video, music service and media usage through the status quo. The research group was focused on the twenties, University students because they are the active media contents users. It surveyed the students in Busan, and used the method of descriptive statistics analysis for the understanding of the present state and near future prospect. This study shows that almost half of them use both services, and three people out of ten are the heavy users who use the services for over 3 hours a week. The streaming method is higher proportion than download method in using type. They are getting accustomed to pay contents cost, but it couldn't be said the paying content cost has been established. Preferred contents genre appears to be the RMC(Ready Made Contents) such as existing broadcaster contents and movies. Notable result on media usage was the proportion of the so-called 'Zero-TV'. It was 32%, significantly higher than the proportion of the total population(4.4%). Integrating the analysis results, we can expect that the usage pattern will be changed gradually, thus the advent of various revenue models will emerge.

This study aims to analyze the current status of e-book management and services in academic libraries and identify related issues in the provision of the services. To do that, it performed case studies with A and B university libraries. E-book usage statistics was collected from each library and interviews were conducted with librarians responsible for e-book management and services. The interviews included questions regarding obstacles to e-book management and services and current issues as well as budget and acquisition, access and catalogues, usage, and marketing for e-books. The results show that in both libraries, the usage of e-books is low compared with that of printed books and the usage of e-books has declined recently. This is because of lack of new books with shortage of budget. Also, the most important issue surrounding e-book services is academic library evaluation, enacted by Academic Library Promotion Act in 2015. This study discussed how the criteria for academic library evaluation influence the way the academic libraries acquire and manage e-books.

This research is based upon the nursing statistical data published by the Institute of Nursing Policy in 2007, on behalf of Korea nursing association. We analyzed the problems on the healthcare human resources supply in Korea. We suggest that a solution is to adopt immigration policy for foreign workforce employment. The result of the research shows that more than 1,000 nurses are registrated every year except for 2004, according to the yearly status of healthcare jobs. The variance of doctors' registration was quite significant. Compared to 750 registrations in 2004, 4000 doctors were registered in 2002. The healthcare accounts for the property of citizens in terms, which represents the health and lives of everyone, so the country must take all measures to supply the healthcare services in need. Focusing on the underdeveloped region where it is difficult to approach the medical services, the foreign workforce could be added into the healthcare profession field. We conclude that employing foreign healthcare professionals will contribute to the improvement of lives in those people living in underdeveloped region, as well as unity of the local community.

본 논문은 현재 교통사고로 인한 피해가 심각한 상황에서 기존 교통사고 원인분석을 위한 많은 양의 자료를 효과적으로 처리할 수 있는 WebGIS 기반 교통사고 정보관리 시스템을 개발하였다. 더불어 교통정보를 어떻게 구성하고 어떤 방법으로 전달할 것인가에 대한 방안을 제시하고, 교통사고 정보에 대한 비공간적인 속성뿐만 아니라 도형자료와 기본적인 수치지도 등을 통합 관리할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 교통사고 자료가 일반인들에게 제공되기 위한 준비 기간이 길었던 종래 방식에 비해 데이터 입력이 완료되는 즉시 인터넷을 통해 해당 지역의 교통사고 정보를 제공하는 실시간 교통사고 현황 정보제공 기능을 구현하였다. 이전의 단순한 집계에 의한 비공간적인 데이터를 사용한 교통사고 분석보다는 교통사고의 자세한 내용 및 통계자료와 함께 사고위치를 시각적으로 도시하여 가시적으로 주변 환경을 파악할 수 있는 기능을 제공하였으며 사고 담당 경찰관과 직접 연계할 수 있는 인터페이스를 제공하였다.

본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 기반의 스마트카드를 이용하여 다양한 사용자의 이용과 함께, 타 시스템과 연동을 통한 사용자 인증 및 교통, 유통, 학생증 기반을 제공하는 다기능 스마트 E-Learning 시스템을 구축하여, 다양한 제휴를 제공하고, 미래교육인프라를 활용함과 동시에 첨단 IT 환경인 스마트카드를 적용할 수 있는 종합적인 정보 서비스를 제공함으로써 유비쿼터스 E-Learning 문화를 체험하고, 보다 높은 수준의 교육환경을 제공하고자 한다. 또한 미래지향적 첨단 E-Learning 생활을 유도함과 동시에 각종 시설물 이용 및 다양한 생활에 이용되어 더 나은 Smart E-Learning을 제공한다. 이는 다양한 실적 및 통계자료의 활용을 통해 현황 파악의 신속성, 정확성을 기하여 21 세기 E-Leaning로서 경쟁력 강화 및 이미지 제고를 위하여, 스마트카드 시스템을 활용한 스마트 E-Learning 모델에 대하여 제시하고자 한다.

현재의 네트웍 환경은 다양한 통신 장비와 서비스들의 개발로 망 구성 요소간 이질적인 특성이 증가함에 따라 복잡해지고 어려워진 반면 사용자의 네트웍에 대한 품질 요구는 점점 더 증가하고 있다. 이러한 환경은 고성능의 네트웍 관리시스템과 전문적인 네트웍 진단기술을 필요로 한다. 하지만 기존의 관리시스템들은 네트웍 트래픽 모니터링에 의한 단순 평면적인 통계 기능을 가지고 있을 뿐만 아니라 네트웍 진단 기술 또한 체계화 되지 못하였다. 따라서 본 논문은 전력통신망에서 네트웍 전체를 대상으로 네트웍 성능, 장애 상태를 분석하여 네트웍의 현황을 진단하고 트래픽 특성을 통한 문제자원을 파악한 후 원인과 해결책을 제공하도록 지능적인 네트웍 분석기법을 통한 효과적인 전력통신망 운용 관리 방안을 제시한다.

이 연구는 문헌정보학 학술지에 나타난 전문도서관의 연구동향과 특성을 계량적으로 분석하기 위하여, 관련된 연구논문 79편을 전수 조사하고 저자특성, 연구주제, 연구방법에 대해 정량분석하였다. 전문도서관 연구는 2000년 이후에 활발해지고 있으며, 주로 정보학, 도서관 운영, 참고정보서비스에 대한 연구가 많았다. 저자의 소속기관은 정부출연기관 직원과 대학 교수가 다수를 차지하며 공동연구가 늘어나고 있다. 또한 설문조사, 통계조사 등의 양적연구가 가장 많고 도서관 사례분석 및 사서 인터뷰를 통한 질적연구, 그리고 문헌연구의 순으로 나타난다.

본 연구는 위치정보를 기반으로 앱과 웹에 위치정보 및 경로 정보를 관리하는 코로나 대응 및 관리 시스템이다. 현재 코로나19 바이러스 때문에 많은 사람들이 언제 어디서 감염이 되었는지 모르고 어떠한 위치에 있었는지 정확히 동선 파악이 어렵다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 연구는 앱과 웹을 활용해 사용자 위치정보 저장, 문자 전송, 지도에 경로를 안내하는 시스템을 연구하였다. 매장에는 방문자 정보를 수집하는 단말기를 설치하고 수집된 정보는 웹 데이터베이스에 저장되어 웹과 앱에 코로나 관련 서비스를 제공한다. 주요기능으로는 게시판, 코로나19 정보, 환자현황, 경로 추적 정보, 메시지전송, 통계 정보를 제공한다.

This study aims to examine the awareness of the school librarians for task process using SNS(social network services). So, we have surveyed some of them and interviewed two focus groups by the sequential mixed method. The result showed the using SNS of them because of only one persons' operating system and role's characteristics. They are mostly satisfied with the using SNS, so we analyzed the causes. First, we extracted the 103's results except 4's from some librarians and examined descriptive statistics, frequency analysis and ANOVA. Second, we interviewed 2 focus groups and transcribed their opinions. We got 37's concepts, 22's sub categories, 13's categories from results of the open coding. Third, we synthesized the results of survey and open coding's and suggested the directions of future research of the field.

This paper describes the process and methodology followed in developing the Android-based LG Sangnam Audiobook service and an evaluation of its usefulness to the public. The methods included a survey of user needs, analysis of usage statistics, and user interviews. The study found that visually impaired users: 1) were greatly interested and willing to use smartphones if there were no barrier in cost and access; 2) preferred downloads to streaming services; 3) did not mind performance differences between real and TTS (text-to-speech) voices; 4) showed marked differences in book preferences according to age, 5) made about 14,000 downloads in 2014; and 6) indicated bookmarking and moving between pages and tables of content as the most important functions in using audiobooks.
