  • 사물 인터넷을 기반으로 지하철역사의 재난 전조를 조기에 발견하고 승객들에게 피난을 유도하는 지하철 재난전조 감지 시스템 개발에 있어서 재난 발생시 상황대피 유도방법과 정확한 재난 위치 알림 및 대피경로 안내는 재난 상황에 빠른 대피와 인명피해를 최소화 할수 있는 매우 적극적인 대안이 될 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 대피를 가장 효율적으로 유도할 수 있는 재난대응 EL Display 통합 보드를 개발하였으며 이를 현장 실험을 통해 실제 활용성에 대한 검토를 실험하였다. 특히, EL패널을 재난 대피유도용으로 활용한 사례가 없어 현장적용테스트를 거쳐 그 활용 가능성을 검증하였다.

  • 전력망과 IT의 융합으로 구현되는 스마트그리드가 IT 보안의 위협을 갖게 됨에 따라 스마트그리드에서의 안전한 통신을 보장하기 위한 수단 중 하나로 스마트그리드 기기 인증 운영 시스템을 운영한다. 이는 스마트그리드에서 운영되는 기기에 대한 인증서 발급, 등록, 관리 및 검증 서비스를 제공하여 기기인증서를 기반으로 신뢰성 높은 네트워크 환경을 구축한다. 본 논문에서는 스마트그리드 환경 하에서 동작하는 다양한 기기들이 신뢰성이 높은 네트워크 환경구축을 통해 안전한 통신이 가능하도록 지원하는 PKI 기반 기기 보안인증 운영시스템의 구현 결과를 설명하고, 제안된 시스템의 신뢰성, 현장적용성 검증을 위한 실증 테스트베드 구축 및 실증실험에 따른 결과를 제시한다.

  • 화재로 발생하는 산업시설의 인명·재산 피해를 줄이고 기존 소방 설비의 단점을 보완하는 소방 로봇을 제안한다. 소방 로봇은 무인 시스템으로 설계되었으며 6개의 핵심 기능인 화재 감지, 화재 진압, 현장 이동, 화재 알림, 소방서 신고, 현장 모니터링으로 구성된다. 로봇의 구성은 구동부, 제어부, 소화부로 이루어져 있으며, 각 구성 중 일부를 선정하고 테스트 통하여 화재 진압에 유효함을 증명하였다.

  • Although various IT-based services including PMIS are used at construction field, there have been limits on communications, such as fast reaction, information loss, and information security in the real world. Therefore, this paper proposes to adapt a social network service (SNS) that has already been used for information management and sharing information at the company level in other industries in order to support construction information management and communication in a fast and accurate manner. Following the requirement analysis through literature review and site interviews, the paper presents an SNS-based construction information communication and sharing system named PMIS+. PMIS+ was tested and validated for its feasibility at construction sites and it was proved that the proposed system and information management framework using the system could be helpful for effective information management at construction fields.

  • In the construction site of underground buildings which have severe environment such as dust, noise, vibration, the technology of rescue the builders in the construction site when accident occurs by tracking the location of the builders and express the mission of supervisor smoothly. In this study, in order to acquire the location information of the builders in the construction site of underground buildings by using MEMS INS and air pressure sensor, we firstly performed the field test in construction site, analyzed the location and the elevation accuracy based on the detected results, and then verified its practicality and rationality after all. As a result, we could acquire worker's position-accuracy within 10m in horizontal direction and 4m in vertical direction. Therefore we could judge availability in construction fields of underground structure.

  • This paper present a methods for performance evaluation of digital governor and we treat the way to reduce the trial and error when the developed digital governing system is applied to station. The parameters of the model are estimated using input-output data, the model adjustment technique and a genetic algorithm(GA). To verify validity of the completed model, the comparision model and real output signals have been carried out. The developed digital governing system is applied to Sumjingang hydro-power plant, Korea Hydro Nuclear Power Corporation, it has replaced mechanical governing system. Test was performed in order to demonstrate the performance evaluation of the digital governor parameters.

Field Experiment of a LiDAR Sensor-based Small Autonomous Driving Robot in an Underground Mine (라이다 센서 기반 소형 자율주행 로봇의 지하광산 현장실험)

  • In this study, a small autonomous driving robot was developed for underground mines using the Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) sensor. The developed robot measures the distances to the left and right wall surfaces using the LiDAR sensor, and automatically controls its steering to drive along the centerline of mine tunnel. A field experiment was conducted in an underground amethyst mine to test the driving performance of developed robot. During five repeated driving tests, the robot showed stable driving performance overall. There were no collision accidents with the wall of mine tunnel.

  • The goal of U-Eco City testbed is im proving the technical com pletion of ubiquitous technology /services which have been developed in other core projects in U-Eco City, by implementing newly developed ubiquitous technology/services to testbed. When the newly developed ubiquitous technology/services are implemented in the testbed, we will monitor whether the developed ubiquitous technology/services can be applied in the real situation and if they have problems we will find out the solution to solve the problems. In addition to this we have goal to sale experience of construction of U-Eco city testbed to the local governments and foreign cities. To accomplish this goal, it is necessary to make the guideline for the construction of U-Eco City. Final goal of this research is develop guideline for the construction of U-Eco City. I developed the framework of U-Eco City construction guideline by i) analyzing problems when the local governments try to construct U-City, ii) finding out general idea of Eco City and investigate connection between Eco City and U-City, iii) analyzing main steps of constructing U-City, and iv) matching the all the issues and considerations into process of u-Eco city construction steps.

Color Correction for Projected Image on Light Colored Screen using a Still Camera (카메라를 사용한 유색 스크린에 투영된 영상의 색 보정 기법)

  • Recently, the use of portable projector expands applications to meeting at fields. Accordingly, the projection is not always guaranteed on white screen, causing some color distortion. Several algorithms have been suggested to correct the projected color on the light colored screen. These have limitation on the use of measurement equipment which can't bring always. In this paper, color correction method using general still camera as convenient measurement equipment is proposed to match the colors between on white and colored screens. A patch containing 9 ramps of each channel are firstly projected on white and colored screens, then captured by the camera, respectively, Next, digital values are obtained by the captured image for each ramp patch on both screens, resulting in different values to the same patch. After that, we check which ramp patch on colored screen has the same digital value on white screen, repeating this procedure for all ramp patches. The difference between corresponding ramp patches reveals the quantity of color shift. Then, color correction matrix is obtained by regression method using matched values. In the experimental results, the proposed method gives better color correction on the objective and subjective evaluation than the previous methods.

Yoke Tube Crack Inspection by Using Acoustic Resonance Spectral Analysis (음향 공진 스펙트럼 분석을 통한 요크 튜브 크랙 검사)

  • Due to the development of nondestructive testing techniques, methods of inspecting cracks in mechanical parts have drawn attentions. Among various non-destructive testing methods the acoustic resonance method which analyzes the natural frequencies has been developed into a technique suitable for the prompt judgements of the existence of the defects in the mechanical parts. In this study, we investigated the crack inspection technique to examine the cracks in the yoke tubes by using the acoustic resonance method and realized the system to quickly detect the cracks. A 24bit ADC circuit and an MCU were installed for the smooth data collection, and a TCP / IP communication interface was configured for the data communication with PC. We used a microphone as a sensor measuring the vibrations. We constructed an analysis software to obtain the frequency spectra of the vibrations, to find the existence of the cracks, and to feedback to the user. Tests were conducted using the yoke tubes manufactured in the real industrial field. The tests were successfully conducted to distinguish the good products from the defective (cracked) products and confirmed that they can be employed in the actual industrial field.
